Reception was also responsive and helpful with booking. Parking is quite tight and steep (like many spots in NZ - so just something to keep in mind)

We only stay for one night and I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like. From when we arrived and when we left in the morning it was all great from our short experience

The bedroom was freezing cold, no heater that we could see (heat pump in the main room was great, but even with double blankets the bedroom was too cold to sleep comfortably).

Loved the heated bathroom floor and towel rack. Great for kids plenty of space for them to roam around and the playground in front of the villa was a bonus.

The kitchen was nice, but it had no utensils to eat food with, and we weren't aware of it, so we all had to use the teaspoon in our room to eat our dinners with, not much fun when it's late and you're all hungry with nothing to eat with

Although the cleanliness of unit 31 was excellent, there was a musty smell in the bathroom. I kept tbe window open at all times. I reported this to the receptionist, when I handed the key in.
