There wasn’t anything that we found positive about the property

Receiving open milk bottle instead of sealed, tv didn’t work, was asked to check in early when we had already emailed, asked when we checked in and when we checked out if we had extra guests when we had booked for 4 guests. Front door was hard to get into. Room was rundown and musty and not worth the $280 we paid for the night. It should have been half that price for the state of the room. Had electric blankets but hardly any jack points nearby to plug them into? Bed by the front door had stains on the top blanket. And there was a shower loofah in the shower?? For every guest to use? 🤢

Basic accommodation. Very clean. Perfectly suited to our needs.

Bed was comfortable and facilities weren't too bad. Location was excellent right where the intersection of the main arterial routes.

The smell of the room was a bit of downer. Lingering smell of old carpet or just an old building i don't know.

Allowed both my dogs (medium) to stay, only requiring their own beds. Ample space between the living rooms and sleeping areas. Plenty of beds. Clean. Plenty of car parks. Close to amenities. Quiet from the busy road. Property owners were very lovely.

Unit was clean and tidy, well appointed, with comfortable bed.

It was located in a good sport.

The room smelt of fish and a couple of the beds were uncomfortable.

we have been been coming back here for the last 4 years, we love coming here because its so close everting we need, and they are pet friendly. our pet rottweiler also loves coming here aswell, the staff are super friendly and its always great to catch up with them every year. we will definitely be coming back next year

Spacious, comfortable.

The flies. The milk supplied was not fresh, we tipped it out. They put milk into one of their own containers, no idea how old the milk was.

The breakfast costed extra: 36$/2 persons/Morning. Was not worth it.

Tout était impeccable, chambre spacieuse, propre, très bon canapé, bonne pression d'eau. Grande place de parking, très grande cour avec un petit espace vert équipé de tables. Le motel est a 1 à 2 kms du centre. Les patrons sont super accueillants et très serviables, ils vous renseignent pour les événements dans la ville pendant le séjour. Nous pouvons laver le linge sur place. Une chose à dire, n’hésitez pas à séjourner quelques jours si vous passez par là.

J’ai aimé la propreté,l’emplacement était sympa .On s’est garé devant c’est trop bien. La gentillesse et la discrétion des propriétaires de ce petit cocon. Franchement je retournerais pour mon prochain séjour avec ma famille. J’ai super bien dormi ,c’était hyper confortable et les chambres donnent un super mood familier. Le propriétaire nous a laissé une petite bouteille de lait au frigo . Mais vraiment le + pour moi c’est la propreté des chambres. Merci beaucoup

The closeness to the hospital and the cleanliness.

My wife and I had a nice, roomy, one bedroom unit. The beds were good and nice dark curtains helped with having a sleep in. Very good shower.

My wife didn't like the sheets which were not 100% cotton. The weather was warm, so it gets quite sweaty. There was a fair bit of road noise, since it is located near a roundabout.

For what we were doing in whanganui the place was idealy suited.

My whanau have been staying at this place for years. Whenever we visit Ratana Pa. It’s comfy, affordable, great location and the staff are great. Especially love the Cats they are soo friendly and makes us miss ours less.

I love this place, but this particular weekend was extremely hot. Would be great if we had fans or aircon.

Luz the proprietress is awesome - so welcoming and helpful. We ordered a family apartment for the bed configuration as my husband has a back problem and we need to sleep either in a California King (which is what we have at home) - or separately, which is what we did here. He had the double and I had a single and both beds were very comfortable. Good kitchen space and very quiet. Good shower pressure.

Been staying here for years. Whenever I come down to Ratana Pa. It’s very comfortable, the lady is lovely, always a no fuss enjoyable stay here. Highly recommend.

Can't think of anything serious. Maybe a note on how to work the tv and a wifi password in the room.

Location was perfect for our reasons for being there.
