Our unit didn’t get sun, leaking taps

The room was comfortable, smelt lovely when we walked in and was very clean. Perfect location and central to everything

The location was amazing.

The walls were thin. Our neighbors cell phome rung and we were able to hear their full conversation. The room was a bit outdated, but was comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay however we noticed the walls aren't very soundproof with the neighbouring rooms.

Bathroom had mold behind shampoo and body wash, shower floor slippery, bathroom towel rail broken and hanging off wall, curtain in main room not great, curtain hook at small window in main room broken. Very disappointing considering the cost for one night was $285.00!!

Unfortunately we had a very loud neighbor that was sick and drunk all night, we could not sleep and had to leave in the middle of the night to drive home, it was awful. Everything else about the place we enjoyed but was so noisy that night due to the bad inconsiderate neighbors.

The towels for the pools was an added extra. Lovely staff and had everything needed for our stay. Property is dated but clean and comfortable. Good value for money.

Right opposite the thermal pools and within walking distance to all shops and restaurants. We stayed in one of the King Rooms with Mountain View. The room was a bit dated, but the furniture and bed were all incredibly comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We were there for 3 nights and our room wasn’t serviced. The shower had scary amounts of black mould up the walls and ceiling

Location was perfect- loved being able to walk to the thermal pools, to the shops and out for dinner.

The unit suited us but was in need of refurbishment - a little shaby..

Due to miscommunication through our booking we were unable to stay at the motel. We were not informed of this until an hour before our arrival and were offered no further assistance from the motel. We had to find alternative accommodation over a very busy long weekend and pay for another room. The motel is now not replying to my communication regarding a refund.

There were extra towels for use at the Hot Springs, which I appreciated. We had our own but ended up going back in the evening.

The room was a little on the chilly side even with the heat pump on. Be great in the summer

Friendly and welcoming hosts. Comfortable, warm, and clean, with all that we could want for our stay. Location is perfect - across the road from the hot pools and close to cafes and restaurants. Having pool towels provided is a thoughtful gesture.

The heatpump did not heat the room up even after asking how it works the dryer that we paid for would not dry our towels so when asked if we could have fresh towels to shower before check out was told that we could not

Everything was there, it was clean and tidy and warm and they gave us a great recommendation for a place to eat for dinner

Staff were great. I emailed ahead that I was coming in a wee bit earlier and they accommodated with the room being cleaned first. We came, the room was ready and we went straight to the pool. Great work team!

Hot water takes a bit of wait and setting to get going but it was all good. The room was dated but it worked for us as we were in the pools for the day. Love motels as you can park right in front of your door!

It was cold and uninviting. We arrived on a freezing cold day and the room was like a ice box and to top it off the Heat pump wasn't working properly. I froze all night. And the shower water trickled out. Would not stay again.

We found one dead mouse in a trap and at least 6 mice running around the unit and also mice shit on the carpet along the wall .The carpet was black so it was very hard to photograph it .There was also mould on the bathroom curtain and the unit smelt damp and a bad odour .We went and reported this to the office receptionist her reaction was she knew there was mice in the room .She said they set a trap for the mice .we pointed out to her the room should not have been rented out until such time as the problem was fixed .She had a couldn’t care less attitude.we find it very hard to believe as I have been in the hospitalty .This property has 4 stars ,if you read the previous comments from other people that have stayed there is disgusting

Fantastic location and great size room.

The plumbing was old. Kitchen tap keep turning off and bathroom tap you couldn’t turn off! Bathroom small and could do with an update.

The rooms are in need of proper maintenance. Hole in the room ceiling, paint peeling off the ceiling and walls in the bathroom Beds were hard as a rock, got a sore back now.
