two days on and the deposit is still showing as not refunded on my card - very annoying... I cant reconcile & split costs with my friend until this is sorted... Please sort ASAP

Staff have no respect for your requests I made very clear that the card I give for deposit is not to be used, I went to the desk to handle the checkout separately and they decided on their own the charge the card they had on file AFTER my checkout without even contacting me because they made an internal error with what I was shared by under €20. The point was that card is off limits and no respect for me saying so. So many other ways to deal with and charging customers when you’ve made an error at your desk and they are not at fault on a card they specified you should not use under any circumstances and you gave your word you will not do is super unprofessional

La estancia fue muy agradable en general. Lo único negativo fue la puerta de la ducha de la suite: no cerraba correctamente y estaba mal instalada, ya que quedaba fuera del plato de ducha y no hacía ninguna estanqueidad. Cada vez que nos duchábamos, el agua se salía, lo que resultaba bastante molesto porque había que estar colocando toallas continuamente. También creemos que el acceso a Talamanca por carretera debería mejorarse.

I didn't like the idea of taking a deposit before using the equipment or food. I felt bad about it, and because of that, I bought many of the things I wanted outside the hotel.

Na nossa chegada estacionam o nosso carro e somos logo recebidos pela simpatia do seu staff. O hotel é super bem decorado e confortável, dispondo de todas as comodidades, piscina,bar, ginásio, exposição de arte, loja, etc. O quarto é super confortável, com uma boa área, cama, varanda, vista e bem insonorizado… O pequeno almoço é muito variado, de qualidade, com produtos locais. Sentimos a nossa estadia como em casa e sempre bem recebidos.
Achamos o pequeno almoço um pouco caro. Mas de resto nada a apontar.

Reviewed Oct 14, 2025Emplacement idéal proche du centre ville (accessible à pieds env. 3km) mais suffisamment éloigné pour être au calme. Parking gratuit avec valet ! Intérieur cosy, personnel attentif, décoration parfaite. Notre chambre était spacieuse dotée d’une belle entrée avec walk-in closet, un coin salon et une terrasse parfaite pour profiter du soleil l’après midi. Le petit déjeuner est très bien achalandé avec choix de fruits frais, viennoiseries, fromages, charcuterie et plein d’autres choses (peu de sans gluten ou vegan pour ceux qui suivent ces régimes). Il est aussi possible de choisir à la carte (sans frais) des pancakes, gaufres ou des œufs au choix, avocado toasts et saumon. Nous avons pris un repas le soir et c’était succulent (rigatoni aux champignons et sauce truffe), une merveille accompagné de serveurs attentionnés sans en faire trop. Le choix des piscines n’apporte pas grand chose sauf en terme de couleur :D mais cela reste agréable. Aussi, le rooftop bar d’un coté et la petite piscine/transat de l’autre sont tops avec une vue incroyable sur le port. Literie très confortable, climatisation réglable avec beaucoup d’aisance. Bouteilles d’eau gracieuses et remplacées quand consommées…c’est tellement appréciable.
L’antipathie de certaines serveuses le matin.
