Le camere esteticamente brutte. Personale non del tutto cordiale tranne la parte del car vallet. Nel bagno non si poteva utilizzare il bidet perché non ci entravano le gambe. La stanza era piena di zanzare al nostro arrivo. La parte del mini bar nella stanza non metteva mai nuovi bicchieri.

Wonderful Stay I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and felt very well looked after from beginning to end. The services are excellent, the restaurants are very good, and the room service was also great. I would especially like to mention Georgia from the Concierge team. She is incredibly professional, speaks several languages, and was always available, attentive, and genuinely kind. She managed to solve every little issue and request with efficiency and a smile. Her professionalism and warmth truly made a difference and deserve special recognition. The rest of the staff were also lovely and helpful, but Georgia was definitely exceptional. I also stayed with my little dog, who was welcomed in the best possible way. This was very much appreciated and made our stay even more enjoyable. I have stayed here before and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

I know the location very well. The sea is average but we love the area.

The management of the staff. The staff can’t be blamed if they are not trained. And guest relations are smiling robots. They do not do the basics asked. They smile take your money and disappoint.

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room we were initially given had a strong smell of dampness and mold, and the bathroom door was broken and would not close. We asked to be moved to another room and specifically requested that our luggage not be moved unless we were present. Despite our clear instructions, the hotel staff moved our belongings to the new room while we were away, and in the process damaged my wife’s Rimowa suitcase. The entire situation was handled very poorly by both the hotel management and staff. This level of service and disregard for a guest’s explicit instructions is simply unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber.

Really enjoyed the Nobu Ibiza. Plenty of sunbeds and helpful staff. Nobu restaurant is super (ask for a table not next to the bar). Will surely stay there for our next visit!

Felt like a Caribbean Lunch views with yummy sea bass, avocado salad and service, coconuts made the vibe perfect. Dinner at Nobu bar a classic with full moon party rooftop party was fun setting the intentions for next goals. 💛

I always stay at the Nobu Ibiza Bay when travelling to Ibiza. It speaks for itself, you always know the service and quality will be top notch. I had the Cool Sea View room which was perfect for one person and had a balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. The adult only pool is exceptional, I like that the adult and family pool is separated. It's definitely worth booking a cabana, the pool staff are very attentive and the food, of course, is top notch. Highly recommend!

We booked Nobu 9 months ago and requested interconnecting rooms and via AMEX an upgrade. Upon arrival our taxi from the hotel was not there so we had to wait 30mins in arrival. It was prebooked but apparently someone else had taken our cab. We arrived at the hotel and I have to say we were given the worst rooms. A suite is like a prison cell especially for three people and my other two sisters were not in an interconnecting room. The suites are so small and cramped. Obviously we complained and two nights later we were given a room which we should have received upon arrival. Five nights later the hotel is nice not exceptional. The AC has a lot to be answered for. The sea is beautiful. Beach service is very slow. Breakfast is mediocore. The Nobu lives off its name. Would I stay again? No I would go for the Ibiza Gran up the road.

Very attentive staff, amazing selection of food and drinks as usual, which allowed us to enjoy a perfect evening.

The experience at Nobu is unlike any other hotel in Ibiza. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re welcomed with genuine warmth and exceptional attention to detail. Every member of the team makes you feel at home, and that’s exactly why I find myself coming back year after year. One of the things that stands out most is how they’ve managed to retain so many of the same staff over the years. It’s rare to find that level of consistency in hospitality, and it shows. They remember your name, how you take your coffee, your favourite drink, and all the little details that make every stay feel personal. I genuinely can’t think of anywhere else I’d rather spend my holidays in Ibiza. I also love the new wellness programme they’ve introduced. The morning fitness classes, led by some of the island’s best instructors, are fantastic. It’s such a great way to start the day, and they’ve created a wonderful sense of community by bringing guests together through these experiences. And finally, Nobu Restaurant deserves a special mention. We had some of the most exceptional dinners there—beautifully prepared, consistently outstanding, and every meal felt like an experience in itself. I simply can’t say enough good things about this place. Every year they remind me why it’s one of my favourite hotels in the world.

Quarto grande e confortável; vista linda; duas piscinas e acesso a praia; rooftop vista incrível; café da manhã excelente; limpeza a atendimento.

A musica na piscina em alguns dias começou logo cedo e para quem quer mais tranquilidade as vezes incomoda. Um dia tambem que teve festa no rooftop tinha muita gente de fora pelo hotel.

The bay and the sun beds are nice. Location is good. You can walk to the harbour and take the boat from there to the old town.

We had booked a fully sea view room and were put in a tiny room (with roof top though through stairs) with side view to the sea, but mostly facing parking area. After complaining we got a nice full sea view room. But all not worth the money. Basically it looks like a hotel from the seventies, badly and cheap refurbished, with 2 smaller pools, one for adults only. If I spend so much money per night I expect also an exceptional hotel, with perfect service and a good sleep. Which was not possible as there was loud music until late. We will never come back. And I wonder who Nobu gives their licence too.

Nobu Ibiza is the perfect beach pool day for both families and couples.. Impeccable service. A perfect reset relaxing day away from the crowded beaches coupled with amazing cocktails, food (sushi or Med) and amazing beach 🏝️

Amazing location, the view is outstanding, the service was perfect, the music on point, the food was super fresh and beautifully served. Extremely clean, there is no noise since the kids pool and adults pool are separated. Will be coming back for sure. Ty for your amazing work.

I truly felt like a VIP from the moment I arrived. The receptionist was so lovely, warm and welcoming with a refreshing cava. The scent in the hotel was so lush and continues everywhere you go. My Room was a deluxe suite with a hand written welcome note and gifts from Joanne Ramonell, I felt so special. My terrace was a dream come true, the amenities are 5 star. I also attended the Full moon Party. I Dont think I will forget this night for the rest of my life. I've already booked in for the next one.

We had the most incredible experience at Nobu Ibiza, from a beautiful lunch to staying the night, every single moment felt special. The food was outstanding, as expected from Nobu, but what really stood out was the atmosphere and the attention to detail. The setting is stunning, the service was warm and attentive without being intrusive, and the whole energy of the place just felt effortlessly luxurious. We didn’t want to leave and that says it all. If you’re in Ibiza, Nobu is a must. We will absolutely be back. 🤍

Had such a lovely day at Nobu Hotel Ibiza. The staff were genuinely amazing from start to finish, and both Nobu and Chambao were fantastic. Great food, great service, and such a nice atmosphere. The location on Talamanca Beach is hard to beat, and the live DJ was the perfect touch. Can’t wait to come back.

Amazing lunch and service , the pool area is perfect

Zo exclusief werkelijk aan alles is gedacht! Wij hadden de zwembadsuite. Auto wordt netjes weggezet en ze weten precies welke auto bij jou hoort…deze is dan ook ontdaan van oude drankjes die er misschien nog instonden en wordt er vers meegegeven! Alles top…het ontbijt niet normaal!!!

Het zwembadje wat wij hadden was oud, koud en had zeer achterstallig onderhoud…maar we hadden er sowieso geen gebruik van gemaakt dus het maakte ons niet uit!

Based on hotel category service not appropriate

We only spent one night at Nobu Bay Ibiza but every part of our experience was really fantastic. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, it’s a five star experience. Staff are attentive and friendly, our suite was lovely, breakfast was exceptional and the Nobu restaurant experience was as good as ever. We will stay here again.

Absolutely loved it. Everything about it felt special and luxurious. Great location and made for an easy holiday all round.

No complaints!

I cancelled my reservation on 2 June, well within the stated cancellation policy, and was explicitly informed that my €150 deposit would be refunded within 5–7 working days. Despite this, more than 10 working days later, I still had not received my money. What is most frustrating is not the amount itself, but the complete lack of professionalism in handling a very simple refund. I had to send multiple follow-up emails just to receive generic responses stating that the matter had been "escalated" to the finance department. No one could explain the delay, provide a timeline, or offer any concrete solution. The hotel staff repeatedly acknowledged that the refund should have been processed, yet nothing happened. As a customer, I found myself spending far more time chasing a refund than should ever be necessary for a luxury hotel operating under the Nobu brand. A premium hotel should deliver premium service not only when taking customers' money, but also when honouring its own cancellation and refund policies. Unfortunately, my experience demonstrated the opposite: poor communication, lack of accountability, and failure to follow through on commitments. I expected much better from Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay and Beach Deck. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend them and would think twice before making another reservation.

Highly recommend. Service really excellent. But the centre piece of their service is the guys behind the bar at Nobu. In the evening that place turns into one of the coolest spot in Ibiza. Take a seat at the (outside) bar and be taken care of by the excellent, friendly and knowledgeable staff. (They even remember when you forget your cap the previous evening).

On the 6th June I went out of the room at 11.45 in morning. I came back in the room at 6 pm and the room was not made ! Room n. 16. Noone is able to explain what happens; now are 6.30 pm and no housekeeper is coming to made room ! It is incredible that looking the room rate of this Hotel the level of the service is so terrible. Property is new and in a nice location

Beds are small, “no disturbe” or “please clean” buttons by our door did not work, housekeeping took ages to clean (usually late in the afternoon, after I called a couple of times), also housekeeping decides what they should bin from your room (???) so some of my items ended up in trash. Finally, at breakfast they never got my order right: they forget water or bring cold milk (I always ask for hot), or bring food with chilly despite me asking them not to put chilly on my food. Also, a small bottle of coke is EUR10?? I will never go back.

Very disappointed with our stay. We specifically requested a quiet room and were assured we had been allocated one, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. The hotel feels extremely overpriced for the level of service provided. Almost everything comes at an extra charge, and the prices are hard to justify for what you receive. Housekeeping was inconsistent – water, milk and other basics were not replenished and we repeatedly had to chase staff to have them replaced. Our food order at the restaurant was incorrect, which was frustrating given the prices and reputation. The spa experience was particularly disappointing. The massage felt rushed, and the therapist appeared unwell, sneezing and blowing her nose throughout the treatment, which was uncomfortable and far from relaxing. Overall, this hotel is overrated and does not deliver the level of service you would expect for the price. There are far better options available. Save your money.

Worst service, had to chase staff around to order a drink. Food become before drinks in restaurants. Never enough high chairs. Eggs barely cooked at breakfast and took so long

We loved our stay at the Nobu hotel. The location is fantastic, right on the beach beside the sea and so close to Ibiza old town and the airport. You can stroll straight out of the hotel onto the beachfront which is so lovely. We went as a group of couples and loved the chilled vibes, DJ by the pool and great food options. The style, decor and cleanliness of the hotel are all fantastic. We had a gorgeous sea view room but would say the only thing that could have been better was the pillows! We loved that the hotel has a small boutique vibe, the staff are lovely but could be slightly more attentive round the pool. Delicious food and drinks options! They do charge you to stay on the beds around the pool though which is disappointing, we felt as hotel guests we should be able to choose where we want to sit without extra charge. Overall though a brilliant 4 days spent at the Nobu hotel and is definitely a place I would recommend to other family and friends.

Nobu restaurant was expensive but excellent, The pool service was overpriced and charging €9 for a small can of water is a joke, plus the beach is dreadful.

We liked that we could be sat on the, all whilst being not far away from the swimming pool. The sea is lovely, as are the swimming pools. The food is very good as well, from the breakfast buffet, to the room service, beach food too.

Some of the finishings and small details are simply not what you’d expect when paying this price. Between some mould in the shower, the hangers in the bathroom barely hanging on, a bath tub that doesn’t properly drain, the WhatsApp concierge/guest relation service that takes hours to respond and paper thin wall, none of these are big problems. But added up, it’s not what you’d expect when staying in a 5 star hotel in Ibiza at the price you pay.

The pool area was beautiful

our room was so cold, a technician came out twice to finally fix it but nothing was offered as compensation. we asked for blankets and a heater, but they didn´ t bring. The decor in the room was really very basic also (suite with dipping pool and pool access) The glasses in Nobu restaurant itself for a combinado, like vodka & tonic were really crappy tube glasses - would never expect this from such an establishment - we just felt very disappointed on many levels. to pay all that money, everything should be perfect and luxurious

Wir hatten einen wirklich wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist traumhaft – mit feinem Sand, einer sehr entspannten Atmosphäre und einem wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den außergewöhnlich herzlichen Empfang durch Loreen. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns willkommen und wertgeschätzt gefühlt. Diese Herzlichkeit zieht sich durch das gesamte Hotel. Ebenso möchten wir Kenia aus dem Guest-Relations-Team am Pool ausdrücklich loben. Sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und mit einer tollen Ausstrahlung – genau solche Menschen machen einen Aufenthalt besonders. Generell war das komplette Personal während unseres Aufenthalts hervorragend. Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und echtes Interesse am Gast sind hier wirklich auf einem außergewöhnlich hohen Niveau. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und ausgesprochen sauber. Eine Bettdecke hatte am ersten Tag einen leicht unangenehmen Geruch, wurde aber sofort und völlig unkompliziert ausgetauscht – genau so stellt man sich perfekten Service vor. Auch das Welcome-Pack für unsere Hunde war wirklich außerordentlich schön gestaltet – mit einem liebevollen Körbchen und kleinen Snacks. Solche Aufmerksamkeiten zeigen, dass sich hier wirklich Gedanken gemacht werden. Ganz besonders bedanken möchten wir uns außerdem für den kleinen Geburtstagskuchen und die Flasche Champagner – das war eine sehr schöne und wertschätzende Überraschung, über die wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Besonders begeistert haben uns außerdem die unglaublich bequemen Sonnenliegen direkt in erster Reihe zum Meer – im weichen Sand gelegen und perfekt zum Entspannen. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war qualitativ sehr gut und mit einer schönen Auswahl. Ein kleiner Verbesserungspunkt wäre lediglich, dass die Restaurantleitung beim Frühstück die Bestellungen teilweise etwas aufmerksamer und zügiger aufnehmen könnte.

The location is lovely but the hotel falls well short of its 5* Nobu claim. We were put into a beautiful 1st floor Junior suite, facing the sea. Unfortunately, it was directly above the music system which was playing until “around midnight”. We changed rooms. The 2nd room was on the 3rd floor in a much quieter, family area of the hotel. Another lovely room with great views - and lots of ants! The room was vacuumed and cleaned but, as the ants are in the walls, this was a temporary fix and didn’t solve the problem. No one came to see us. We got an email at 22:15 asking if we wanted to change rooms again, with only 1 day left, we decided to stay put and killed the ants ourselves as they surfaced. We chose not to access the hotel’s sun beds/loungers closest to the pool at an extra charge of €200+ … Enough said (there were many other examples of lack of customer care and lack of attention to detail), this hotel is over-rated and under delivers. Very poor value for money. We would definitely not recommend it.

Good location to visit the old town

It’s smart and you might find that you need to dress to impress. Not private so expect to lie on the beach with people passing on the footpath. Hotel double charged us, so will need to contact them to get our money back.

I didn’t feel like the rooms have a luxury feel

the place is amazing, the staff friendly and always helpful, the normal rooms are not big but have a wonderful view. It was my second stay and this time I was disappointed - the level of service was lower and price-performance ratio doesn't right. specialy the daily cleaning was late and ones not done. The rooms to the main pool are loud, they clean the ground around the pool at 5 o clock. It is a lovely place, stunning view, absolutly friendly staff - but the price is definitely too high and nit justified

La situation

Totalement overrated compte-tenu du prix exorbitant des chambres. De plus des défauts inacceptables : la TV ne marchait pas à notre arrivée, la chambre était proche d’un passage pour aller à la piscine donc très bruyant. Nous avons été réveillés en pleine nuit par les techniciens nettoyant la piscine. On sent que l’établissement n’a pas les moyens d’entretenir le niveau le plus élevé : peintures défraîchies des cloisons entourant notre piscine privative, portes du restaurant cassées nous obligeant à prendre le petit déjeuner en plein vent…. Bref….

It’s a luxurious stay from start to finish and we were treated to a lovely bottle of vino in our room. The service is impeccable and there are plenty of great staff available at all times. This was our second stay here the only little change I noticed was the food wasn’t as I remember it to be. I will return next year.

A little change in the food quality

Close to beach and lovely setting - the pool was amazing. The room was quite small but clean and tidy with a really lovely balcony view.

The pool you see in the pictures you have to pay an extra 150 euros a day to sit around. You also have to pay 40 euros per person per day for breakfast. Seemed very disorganised - we asked for various things such as an ironing board which just never turned up. There is a pillow menu which is a nice touch but it just seems like a way of giving you cheap polyester pillows to start with as they are cheaper, they also didn't remove our pillows, so we ended up with about 8 pillows piled up in the room. Randomly the maid would remove glasses so we ended up drinking water from wine glasses as they were the only thing left. We stayed 4 days but the mini bar was no replenished, so we had to go to a mni market to get things like drinks and snacks. We ordered cocktails on the first day and 2 completely random drinks arrived -even the server didn't know what they were. The service was painfully slow so we took to going directly to the bar. More seriously the room service food was awful - overpriced and the chicken club sandwich I had had a chicken bone in it and it made me sick, I didn't trust the resturant as a result. The room service veggie burger was laughable - 25 euros for a defrosted bun and overcooked chips with a cheap veggie burger wedged inbetween. We ended up going to Soho Farmhouse for lunch two days running instead of eating here and the difference was just remarkable - both in terms of price and quality.
