Ha nyugati vendéget fogad, akkor illik figyelembe venni az ottani körülmények egy apró részletét! Valamint alapvető fontosságú az őszinteség! Fizetés után ne módosítsa a szállást! Alapvető becsület! Nem értem, hogy a Booking, hogy tud olyan szállást ajánlani, ahol nincs ablak? Olyan méretű a szoba, mint ahol annak a régióinak a legszegényebb rétege él!? Az egész szállás nulla!!! Csak keleti, ázsiai szegényebb rétegnek való! A Bookingn egyáltalán nem védi az ügyfelei érdekeit! Csak a pénz, hatalom számít, emberség hiányzik!

Отличное расположение. В шаговой доступности все магазины: CU, 7 eleven, olive young, самый большой 12этажный daiso, много ресторанов питания, мёндон Street food в шаге от house. До автобусной остановки 20метров, до станции метро 200метров. У нас был номер с видом на башню Намсан. Номера чистые, есть кондиционер, с водой проблем нет. Есть возможность менять полотенца, постели когда захочешь, дружелюбный русскоязычный персонал. Особенно спасибо Роману, очень вежливый менеджер.

Most Disgusting hotel, not at all worth the price. The price is for rhe location. You have to climb 5 floors without lift with you're luggages. Most Horrible Room! Only the water was high pressure and hot. Breakfast was just peanut butter and bread. I paid soo much money for just this horrible staying experience.

The rooms are sooooo small, you cannot even fit with 2 people in the triple room. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

Nothing. Probably the worst rooms so far.

The room was politely saying "unhygienic" and totally different in comparison to the pictures added to the offer. None of the sheets were close to white color, but they were brownish. I abandoned the room after I encountered two german cockroaches running. It was after midnight as they stop hiding at night. The manager said that they could've come from the outside and they were sorry, but does it make any difference ? They have no nets to secure the windows and they open them wide on their own. From the discussion with the manager I heard no remorse except them being "so sorry". I think this is not the first time and they do nothing about it. They might open the window to have a good excuse. I was not offered any refund . Actually, they did nothing except "being sorry". When I was hunting the cockroaches I found garbage under the bed and dirt with germs under slippers. The whole bathroom was smelly as well. The room was humid and hot which is a perfect nest for cockroaches and other germs. Despite that the common place looked fine. Although the path to the guesthouse is dirty with no elevator.

Superb location Less than 5mins walk from Myeongdong station. Less than 3mins walk from Myeongdong night market. Breakfast is a plus, though it's just bread with butter n jam Coffee, tea available 24hours Water dispenser is available. Mr receptionist was helpful.

Room size is super small, no space for a luggage bag. I used a small size backpack bag, can only put on floor. Small size towel, toothbrush not provided

The place very clean, nearby to shopping centre, and easy to access..recommended to others to stay here..breakfast were simple and good and you can make coffee from coffee machine 24hours from the pantry..

Friendly and helpful staff, the shared kitchenette, a basic but functional room, good wifi speed. Location next to Myeongdong. Space to store luggage.

Lack of elevator. Room hot water is hit and miss, sometimes too hot, sometimes doesnt kick in til after 5 minutes. No bath towels, only face towels. Difficult to get Uber as they do not stop in front or property.

Seul bémol : la propreté de la chambre où les murs sont tachés et la sonorité, on entend tous des chambres à côtés donc pensez à ramener des boules quies et la nuit se passera bien; Mais en général à partir d'une certaine heure il n'y a pas trop de bruit.

Breakfast bread was stale, milk wasn't good and there was only peanut butter and strawberry jam available. Would have been better if bread wasn't so tough and more yummy. Also the sheets were dirty and I had to request for a change on the day of check in. Also the room had no heating and we weren't informed at check in. The room had windows and got so cold in the middle of the night that my son woke up and we both had runny nose the next day. We had to ask about heating the next day and the host then passed us a portable heater. Wish he had given it the first day so we wouldn't have gotten a cold. On the 2nd night we fell asleep late and there was construction at 1am. It was so noisy I couldn't sleep. I think the room was overcharged for what it provided

Our stay was beyond terrible. We were put in a minuscule room with humidity issues. The room had a terrible mold smell and you could clearly see black mold in all corners of the room. For this reason we were forced to sleep with the window open. In the bathroom, water dripped from the ceiling, so every time we were inside we had a constant drip of dirty water falling on our heads.The fact that we paid 80 euros per night for this is revolting. The photos looked much better but in reality, it was horrifying. Avoid.

The guesthouse was in a great spot, right in the center of Myeongdong, so it was easy to go back after sightseeing or eating. The subway station was only five minutes away by foot, so getting around the city was easy. The room and shared spaces were clean, so I felt comfortable staying there. They gave free breakfast, and there was a kitchen I could use, which was useful. I liked staying here, the location was good, and everything I needed was available.

Персонал очень отзывчивый и всегда придет на помощь. Расположение отличное. Есть стиральная машина, что очень удобно, доступ к воде, чаю, кофе, микроволновке 24/7, есть холодильник, можно хранить перекусы.

Немного специфический запах был. И система вентиляции слабовата, притока свежего воздуха не хватало. Без кондиционера и очистителя воздуха временами не хватало воздуха. Следы от подтеков кондиционера на стене.

The location. Hot showers and convenient check-in and check out.

Rain water leaked into the room on the ledge, and a few items got wet. Luckily, we had moved our electronics. The room has no curtains, so light from outside kept us awake. The shower didn't have a bottom seal and leaked into the room ,had to have strategically directed showers, and couldn't use the telescope handle on the hook turned into a hand shower.

La ubicación fue muy buena y el personal también era muy amable. Sin duda regresaré la próxima vez.

Very convenient location in the center of the Myeongdong. Literally 10-20min to any places in Seoul. There is a smoking area on the 5th floor. Free sweets are given free of charge. Friendly staff. Thanks again come again.

Location is good

Comforter are really old, too small rooms and no elevator. Its holiday season and we dont have any options so we paid 380 us dollar (21,000.00 Pesos) for two nights in this guest house and i think its not really worth it for the price.

建物は新しくないですが各階に水&湯のサーバー完備、ちゅう2階(ちゅう3階？)部分に小さいキッチンがありコーヒーとお茶が用意されています。部屋の匂いは気にならずエアコン、冷蔵庫完備、シャワーの水圧も充分でした。他の方の口コミにあるように立地が最高です。2階フロントにマネージャーが常駐(夜間は不在だが連絡先があり国内通話用電話有)されていて安心でした。日付けが回ってしまう位の真夜中に到着したのですが、私の名前で既に誰かが間違えてチェックインしていたらしく、私の予約表も鍵も無く、真夜中にフロントから電話したら直ぐに来て素早く対応して頂くというハプニングがありました。感謝！

The property is in a great location, close to the myeongdong markets, bus and metro stops and cafes that open early. The communal area was very clean, it was lovely having a microwave/hot water etc. Staff were helpful. The room was small but had decent storage space built in under it.

I stayed at this guesthouse in Myeongdong and it was such a great experience. The staff were really friendly, and the room was simple but clean and comfortable. The best part was the location—it’s right in the heart of Myeongdong, so everything is within walking distance. Definitely recommend it for anyone visiting the area!

We had a great stay, best location, generous people.

Vamos lá, tentarei ser o mais justo, o quarto para um ocidental é de pagar $20/noite no máximo, mas estamos na asia onde tudo é reduzido menos os preços, então vou imaginar que é a realidade deles. Naontem acesso por elevador, sim, vai ter que subir escadas. A entrada nem parece hotel, mas é! Fica bem localizado e da pra fazer tudo a pé.

Roman the manager was welcoming and helpful. The room is very small but for sleeping at the end of the day it's sufficient. Walls are very thin. On our last night, a family arrived and the noise from their room was none stop and unbearable. We could not sleep for a minute.

The trip up to the lobby can be challenging as there is no elevator—getting to the room involves climbing four to five flights of stairs. As two female travelers with heavy luggage, we needed assistance more than once, and the manager was kind enough to help us carry our bags up, which we appreciated even if we felt a bit guilty due to their weight. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They even provided us with free luggage storage for four days while we traveled to Busan, which was a great convenience. We chose a double-deck bed to maximize space, knowing the room would be small. With our two large suitcases, most of our living area was occupied, so we’d recommend it as a better fit for solo travelers. The bathroom is also compact, with the shower, basin, and toilet all in one space, so the floor tends to get wet after a shower. While we noticed a few stains on the bedsheets, we understood this was part of the experience with budget accommodations. One major plus is the location—it’s in the heart of Myeongdong, making it incredibly convenient. The airport limousine stop is just a five-minute walk away, which was very practical given that most taxis only fit one large suitcase. Additionally, Myeongdong’s vibrant shopping area is right outside, with Olive Young, Blue Elephant, and countless retail shops nearby. It’s also a short bus ride from key attractions like Gyeongbokgung Palace, Gwangjang Market, and Namdaemun Market, making it an ideal base for exploring the area.

Small room, dirty sticky stairs threw me off immediately checking in, inside the room the mouldings were stained/moldy. Not worth the price I paid, stayed 1 night out of 5 booked and went to a different hotel
