Śniadania monotonne , przez 5 dni praktycznie to samo . Owoce to jabłka i gruszki ..nic więcej . Woda w basenie zimna( BARDZO ) ! . Jesli chodzi transfer umówiłam kierowcę z lotniska do hotelu na godzinę 13:00 , przyjechał po wielu próbach kontaktu dopiero o 14:00 . Wiadomość o moim przylocie zostawiłam dużo wcześniej na WhatsApp . Zamówiłam sobie pokój z jaccuzi , kiedy przybyłam na miejsce jaccuzi było brudne , leżały papierosy oraz puste butelki po kosmetykach .. nie wspominając już o tym że woda była totalnie brudna i pełna popiołu . Musiałam czekać 1,5 godziny na sprzątanie jaccuzi abym mogła skorzystać . Obiekt nastawiony na dostawanie napiwków za nic :)

The rooms are not as per the photos, the staff said they have never had the large double rooms shown in the pictures. We had a 4’6” double when we booked a room with 2 king size! There is no minibar, no walk-in shower and the shower door was off its rails so very dangerous, no working fridge, no wifi on the top floor( allegedly where the suites are I.e. the most expensive rooms), no staff speaking English, the pool closed early due to a wedding. Food is awful, no alcoholic beverages as it’s a Muslim hotel but that is not in the descriptions.

La posizione vicino all'aeroporto ed il servizio navetta funzionale per chi è di passaggio a Istanbul.

Le camere erano molto sporche: oltre a lenzuola macchiate, in una vi erano materiali edili abbandonati, in un altra non erano state fatte le pulizie dopo i precedenti ospiti. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere di cambiare entrambe le camere prenotate e ce ne hanno fatte vedere tre. Alla fine per sfinimento abbiamo dormito vestiti. Puzzo di fumo in tutto l'albergo. Le recensioni con i punteggi bassi purtroppo sono tutte veritiere, contrariamente a quelle con i punteggi alti.

Todo olía a tabaco. Las habitaciones, paredes, sabamas. Se permite fumar en ellas y ahi encuentras hasta el cenicero. Un asco insoportable. El desayuno muy miserable y ojo porque es un lugar de celebración de bodas. Como te toque una adiós descanso.

Las habitaciones completas y comodas. En el precio de la noche entra el desayuno tipo buffet muy bueno, las instalaciones de piscina, sauna y baño turco muy completo todo y el traslado del hotel al aeropuerto eviciente y muy cerva. A parte esta el restaurante para comer y cenar que tiene un menu variado y de buena calidad. Las masajistas son muy profesionales y hacen muy buen servicio. y todo el personal del hotel muy servicial y amable.

Das Hotel ist leider überhaupt nicht hygienisch. Beim Frühstück wollte ich mir ein Glas für meinen Tee nehmen, musste jedoch feststellen, dass das Glas trotz vorheriger Reinigung noch deutlich verschmutzt war und offenbar nicht gründlich gereinigt wurde. Auch im Zimmer ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Die Fernbedienung war beispielsweise mit einer sichtbaren Schmutzschicht belegt. Insgesamt hatte ich leider nicht den Eindruck, dass auf eine gründliche Reinigung und ausreichende Hygiene geachtet wird. Für ein Hotel ist das meiner Meinung nach nicht akzeptabel.

Ya nos habíamos alojado y nos parece una opción perfecta para los vuelos de conexión. El hotel y las instalaciones están muy bien. El servicio de traslado es un plus!

Excelente calidad precio,todo perfecto,habitación súper amplia,desayuno bufet completo,todo muy bien.

Neat and comfortable hotel. We only stayed one night and didn’t get a change to use all facilities but we enjoyed our stay. The spa area is great and breakfast was excellent too. It was only 10min taxi ride from the SAW airport.

The pool was under maintenance from our understanding so we didn’t get a chance to use it.

We stayed at Emirtimes Tuzla for 3 nights, we enjoyed the breakfast and the fact that different hot varieties were available every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we didn't get everyone's names, but we appreciate their help with any issues we had. The rooms were clean and towels were changed every day, the water pressure in the shower was amazing. We didn't use the spa facilities, but enjoyed the outdoor pool with kids. Free aiport shuttle was a useful bonus. Overall, we had a good stay. Thank you!

Some minor points: - Even though the hotel is very close to the airport, the location itself is far from pretty much everything and it's not very appealing. - No toiletries apart from shower gel and hand-wash. The toilet paper kept on getting stuck in the box, we had to constantly unlock it.

Было очень шумно до 23:00. Играла громко музыка в ресторане. А окна выходили на сторону танцевальной площадки. Ужасно для тех, кому на следующий день рано выезжать.

Unfortunately, my experience completely failed to meet basic hospitality standards. Due to severe misrepresentation and a total lack of credibility, I am demanding a full refund of the total amount paid for this stay. Please find the detailed grounds for this claim below: 1. Poor Value for Money: The room rates are excessively high and entirely unjustified given the poor level of service, subpar cleanliness, and the hotel's location. 2. Inaccurate Star Rating: The overall standard, maintenance, and service quality of the hotel do not reflect a 3-star property. 3. Room Misrepresentation (Breach of Trust): I booked two rooms, each specified to be 35 square meters in size and equipped with one double bed and two single beds. Instead, we were given much smaller rooms measuring under 20 square meters, containing only one double bed and one single bed. Providing rooms nearly half the size requested is unacceptable and directly violates consumer credibility. 4. Defective Facilities: The bathroom shower was broken and did not function properly throughout our stay. 5. Chaotic Airport Shuttle Service: The airport shuttle was completely unorganized. The hotel provided only a single van that could hold no more than 7 passengers, even though there were 14 passengers waiting to go to the airport. I explicitly notified your staff 4 hours in advance, yet they showed complete negligence and did not care. If one of the passengers had not stepped in to use a private car, we would have missed our flights and been left stranded. Given these major discrepancies, physical discomforts, and dangerous logistical failures, we genuinely deserve full compensation for this clear lack of credibility and breach of trust. Kleine liften passen in principe 2 mensen in met hun bagages. 1ste kamer airco deed het wel maar werd niet koel in de kamer. 1 ste kamer was ook te klein aangezien ik onverwacht met mijn zonen kwam. En we zijn ook grote mensen. Heb daarna om een ruimere kamer gevraagd. Die hebben we gekregen zonder extra te betalen.spa was mooi en heerlijk zwembad buiten ook. In nieuwe kamer deed de airco het ook gelukkig.

Трансфер нас встретил в аэропорту по прибытию ,завтрак шведский стол отличный,все вкусно,номер чистый ,каждый день убирались у нас.Можно заказать еду в ресторане отеля,вкусно и недорого.Бассейн вообще сказка.Мы этот отель выбрали больше из-за бассейна😀Хочу отметить водителя трансфера,он каждый день отвозил нас в аэропорт,оттуда мы на метро и пароме добирались до цента,рынка и набережной .В отеле есть отличный хамам бесплатный,за дополнительную плату спа -массаж ,это незабываемо!

Единственный минус,далеко до центра ,много времени уходило на дорогу,на метро 1 час и 30 минут на пароме

The whole hotel smelled like smoke. All rooms smelled like smoke. I moved rooms 2 times, asking for a non-smoking room. The best they could do was a room that smelled less. Rooms are outdated and dark. They use AI in the images to make things look nicer.

It is a nice hotel close to the airport, they provide free shuttle service just need to message all the phone numbers provided because on first number nobody replies. The rooms are clean, the bed is not king size. The breakfast is acceptable. Generally good for overnight stay if you need to connect flights

The free airport shuttle is very convenient for travelers with short layovers, but remember to inquire with the hotel in advance as they have fixed shuttle times and you need to contact them to make a reservation! The hotel has many room types to choose from, the air conditioning is quite cool, and there is a free mini spa steam oven downstairs. The complimentary breakfast is very generous!

The check-in process was initially a bit of a mix-up; they gave us the wrong room, which hadn't even been cleaned yet. Luckily, the staff member who helped with our luggage immediately checked with the front desk and resolved the issue. One of the lights in the room was faulty, but the front desk couldn't fix it immediately, only saying they would send someone to repair it. The front desk staff didn't explain the hotel facilities or the breakfast location again during check-in; we could only rely on the information provided by the hotel.

Nada. Para empezar nos dieron una habitación con cama redonda e hidromasaje que parecía más propia de un hotel por horas que de un hotel de aeropuerto. La limpieza era nefasta: las superficies estaban pegajosas y, entre otras, había manchas en los cojines y la estructura de la cama. El desayuno era lo esperado visto el nivel de la limpieza y tipo de alojamiento, no lo hemos probado. Hemos dormido con la ropa puesta y un pie colgando por fuera de la cama y salido pitando al aeropuerto.

La prima stanza che ci hanno dato puzzava di fumo talmente tanto che quasi non si respirava e l’aria condizionata non funzionava. Ho subito fatto presente tutto in reception e, dopo aver insistito, ci hanno cambiato stanza. In quest’ultima la puzza di fumo si sentiva meno ma le condizioni igieniche lasciavano decisamente a desiderare (non che nella prima fossero meglio). Bagno sporco, calcare ovunque, gli ugelli della doccia erano neri dallo sporco che c’era. Lenzuola messe a caso, corte che non coprivano nemmeno il materasso per intero, cuscini di pessima qualità, cattivo odore ovunque. Le porte delle stanze non possono essere chiuse a chiave, sono sottilissime e non c’è alcuna insonorizzazione, non siamo riusciti a dormire affatto! Dovevamo prendere un volo molto presto ma fino all’una di notte c’è stato casino. Quando sono arrivata ho chiesto la navetta gratuita per l’aeroporto (che dicono di avere) ed erano le 14:00 circa ma mi hanno detto che non sarebbe passata. Da un 5 stelle ci si aspetta altro onestamente, per lo meno pulizia e igiene! Indipendentemente dalla tipologia di stanza! Credo sia alla base di una buona accoglienza. Non lo consiglio e non ci tornerò assolutamente.

Habiamos reservado este hotel porque contaba con piscina y estaba cerca del aeropuerto. La piscina estaba cerrada cuando llegamos porque habia una boda. Creo que conocian con suficiente antelacion esta situación para haberlo comunicado. El aislamiento de las ventanas era pésimo y nos ubicaron en la orientación trasera,donde se celebraba la boda. Teniamos un vuelo muy temprano y a penas pudimos dormir. El cuarto de baño estaba anticuado y la ducha no tenia buena presion de agua

Very close to the airport. Navet or Navesh,sorry don't remember the name of our lovely shuttle driver. He was always on time,very friendly and helpful. Staff friendly and helpful.

The pool is unavailable during weddings, so management should consider compensating guests when spa facilities are restricted. Pool staff should also gently intervene when children behave disruptively or unhygienically, such as running around, splashing occupied sunbeds or spitting into the pool. Of course not every child misbehaves, also parents should be watching their kids and educating them ethics. Issues with AC. Breakfast could be improved too: there is plenty of cheese and olives, but very limited gluten- or dairy-free choice.

Отель хорошо расположен,неподалеку от аэропорта Сабиха Гекчен. Персонал приветлив,внимателен. Есть бассейн (не пользовался,занят был),но люди там постоянно купаются. Хороший завтрак. В целом хороший отель. Рядом есть супермаркеты,кафе и рестораны ,мне понравился Asel restaurant

Трансфер пришлось ждать 47 мин,хотя я за три часа сообщил время прибытия и,вышел точно ко времени. Кондиционер регулируется центрально. В первом номере он отключался через три часа и,почти не охлаждал комнату. Окна выходили на оживленную улицу с активным движением,с открытым окном не поспишь. Попросил заменить комнату. Заменили Там кондиционер работал очень хорошо. Окно выходило на бассейн.

Das Personal war sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit. Nachdem ich auf das Problem mit den Betten hingewiesen hatte, wurde schnell nach einer Lösung gesucht. Ein zusätzliches Einzelbett wurde aus einem anderen Zimmer bzw. von einer anderen Etage organisiert und in unser Zimmer gebracht. Der gute und lösungsorientierte Umgang mit dem Problem hat mir sehr gefallen.

Gebucht war ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten. Bei unserer Ankunft befanden sich im Zimmer jedoch nur ein Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett. Die ursprünglich bereitgestellte Bettenkonstellation entsprach somit nicht unserer Buchung. Glücklicherweise wurde das Problem anschließend vom Personal gelöst.

Het ontbijt was karig het brood werd voorgesneden bestond uit schijfjes stokbrood en stukjes sessmstengetjes wel veel kaas producten de yoghurt was meer een ingedikte kwark met een ziltige smaak. Het omlet was vers en niet uit een eiwit voor gemixte substantie . De koffie kwam uit een automaat niet uit een apparaat met verse bonen maar een soort van oplossibstantie Een realistische beoordeling zou een karige 5 zijn

Una struttura stupenda vicino all’aeroporto di Istanbul (10 min in auto di distanza). Leggo commenti dove si indica che è lontano dal centro: ma infatti il plus della struttura è quello di essere vicinissimo all’aeroporto, se si vuole raggiungere il centro ci sono tanti mezzi a disposizione, lo si raggiunge comunque facilmente. Anzi stare lontano dal caos della metropoli è un valore aggiunto. La location è bellissima, ben tenuta e curata, super confortevole. Il personale gentilissimo: dall’accettazione per il check in, dall’accoglienza in camera, sono tutti super professionali e disponibili. In particolare Neset (spero si scriva così, mi scuserà se non ho scritto bene in turco) ci ha accompagnati dall’aeroporto all’hotel con una disponibilità e gentilezza che ci ha fatto sentire proprio coccolati. Stanze ampie e ben arredate, pulite e confortevoli. SPA bella e gratuita. Servizio navetta hotel/ aeroporto e viceversa disponibile ogni ora. Gratuito. È stato tutto super piacevole, ringrazio tutto lo staff!

Migliorerei un paio di cose: per prima cosa i cuscini del letto per dormire! Con una struttura bella come la vostra i cuscini duri vanno assolutamente cambiati! Ci vogliono quelli piatti ed ergonomici. Ormai sono presenti nella maggior parte degli hotel, nel vostro non possono non essere ridimensionati. Per la colazione, già bella ampia, inserirei qualche dolce in più, anche a costo di ridimensionare il salato. Istanbul è super visitata da tante nazionalità e manca la parte dolce. Tante marmellate ma nessun dolce, assente anche la frutta. Metterei anche delle targhette alle marmellate (non si capisce di quale gusto siano, ho visto una ragazza assaggiare con il suo cucchiaino dentro il contenitore comune per capire quale gusto di marmellata fosse… ahimè!). Inoltre non ho assolutamente apprezzato la macchinetta per il caffè/cappuccino simile a quella dei distributori automatici… no! Il mio cappuccino sapeva di ginseng… tra l’altro non era buono. Ho provato con il caffè… mamma mia nemmeno quello era buono. Per un italiano è imprescindibile un caffè fatto bene! Un hotel a 4 stelle non può servire caffè da distributore. Su questo migliorerei assolutamente!

Their hotel shuttle service is pathetic. Their lift is the world's tiniest lift. Hotel rooms doesn't have nice standard. Quilts got the holes and worst that I have never experienced in my entire hotelier life. No lights at the enterence of the room. Washroom didnt have the toiletries etc...The day staff at the reception on the day of 8th August morning at 9:00 am was not courtigious, so rude. Overall expectations worst to worst only. We reached Airport, had to wait for their shuttle service for 2 hours, made many calls at hotel whatsapp number, no one responded whereas designated shuttle service driver responded and took hour to manage our pick up, I was with my kid and it was really disappointing. I wish I could have taken the Uber type services rather than trusting their airport pick up service.
