Golden Lounge Hotel

Breakfast was good

The AC didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it or change the room and it was so hot that day. I’m not going back there

The rooms were very clean

The rooms were too small and the staff were indifferent

Ok

Godt

Das Ausblick war geil

Bien

Prix

Only location was ok meaning ugly surroundings but things available in close procimity

Room was old and low quality. Bathroom was not good

Osoblje, dorucak

Higijena nije na zavidnom nivou

Staff members were nice and helpful

Also, the address sent to me in the Booking.com confirmation was incorrect. It took me about 6 miles away from the actual location of the hotel, which caused a lot of confusion. It took me a long time and extra money to finally find the hotel. The hotel seems to know that the address listed on Booking.com is wrong, but it has not been corrected, and the confirmation message still sends guests to the wrong location. The rooms were not very clean, and housekeeping did not clean the room every day. The bedsheets were not changed unless I specifically asked them to do it. The window in the room was broken, so air, smoke, and outside smells were coming inside, which made the room uncomfortable. Because of this experience, I probably would not stay here again. However, I must say that the staff were very nice, helpful, and polite.

Close to Airport, 24h Check in, room simple but clean, good breakfast

Everything very good 🙏👍😊

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice and quiet,

Location isn't easily accessed

Aamiainen oli riittävä ja henkilökunta avuliasta.

Alue on kaukana meiningeistä mutta lähellä Saw lentokenttää.

Vicinity to the airport and ease of getting a taxi when needed. Bottled water provided in fridge. Overhead shower which flowed well. A short walk from the shops to buy food or other necessities or visit an ATM. If I had time, I would have liked to explore the docks on the harbour.

Not a place to visit for ambience or aesthetics. You may prefer to keep the curtains drawn.

Room was spacious with all the required amenities. Really good place to stay near Airport if you have car.

Tres bon hotel. Merci pour le service

The room was hot, big and had a baby cot ( we were with a baby). The breakfast was delisious.

It was hard to find the hotel with google maps.

Tres bonne hotel. Équipe super sympa. Merci a tous

The bed was infested with bed bugs

Unfortunately, my stay was very unpleasant due to bed bugs in the bed. This is a major hygiene issue and made the room unusable. I experienced itching and discomfort, and the situation was handled poorly.

Ausblick null.

Vielen Dank für das schöne geräumige Zimmer. Lage in Nähe des Flughafens SAW

Alles ok

It was not cleaned and general dust and rusty stuff including water heating jug.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The fridge was stocked with water bottles and there was tea/coffee with a kettle. The bathroom was quite spacious as well. The breakfast was satisfactory, although it could have been better. Nevertheless, the staff there was very nice. You can park right in front of the hotel or nearby on the street without an issue. There's also a gas station close by.

The breakfast could be improved: some options like burek would've been nice, fresh fruits.

Very old material Nothing special to eat Only one sort of bread in a plastic sac

Rien The kettle to make warm water in the room was full of old herbal tea leaves remaining long time Personal very irresponsible. Worse than all the windows has been fixed by carton from outside. No light no oxygen to breath. The response of the claims was this is economy room and good for the price you paid . Something has to be done for this hotel! I am ready to explain by detail if asked for it

Friendly staff and fair value. Clean with tea and kettle. Bathroom is small but nice. Convenient if you have business in the shipyard or Tusla area.

My room was smaller than advertised, had a small window on the ceiling. There was no power plug, and light switch by the bed. No chair in the room. In general my room was different than the hotel photos.

No breakfast taken

10/10

The reception is excellent , hotel is good

It was fine. I shan't wax lyrical because it was a quiet hotel, convenient for the airport, close to a metro station, and not too far away from eating places. Not the Grand, but not a palace. Just functional, so no complaints.

Room space .,furniture ,brake fast and ho spitality

Nothing

Zeer goed ingericht Hotel. Personeel is vriendelijk. Kamers waren zeer schoon en netjes.

offer a good Breakfast. Nice staff to deal with

Vasat

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut

Das Badezimmer und die Sauberkeit waren durchschnittlich.

Good value. Close to SAB Airport

The room was stuffy. No window (window was to some shaft)

La vicinanza all'aeroporto
