Crowd got a bit rowdy on street at night, but to be expected when in the hub of things. Comfortable beds more than compensated.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026The location was incredible - close to the cathedral and so many brilliant bars and restaurants, but still quiet at night. Staff were very helpful. Bed was exceptionally comfortable, mini-fridge and air conditioning were much appreciated. Lovely room with real character.
Only tiny thing was that there was only one paper cup in the room for 2 of us, 3 nights. It would have been good to have 2 glasses in the room.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026The location is best of the best, all the greatest places are in a few minutes walk. The room was nice and clean, and we had a lovely balcony. The wonderful restaurant downstairs and proximity to the mercado definitely added to our stay. The hotel team was always hospitable and friendly. Also, a nice detail is that you can grab an umbrella downstairs, which is helpful in Santiago
