The hotel is really nicely located just off the busy area so it's lovely and quiet. The room was good sized and comfortable. There was a good choice at breakfast and the coffee was excellent. The pool area was well organised and there was plenty of sunny and shady options. Service in all bars and restaurants was friendly and welcoming and all staff were really helpful. The place is very cool and stylish. We loved it.

This is a hotel by the sea and if you're looking for beaches or pool then it's perfect. It's a bit of a trek into the old town of Rimini which is not at all the Hotel's fault but if you're wanting to spend more time in the town then you need to be ready for a 20 minute walk. It's not a hard walk but when you're full of the local food and wine it can seem to take a lot longer. In no way a criticism of this fabulous hotel, but should be noted depending on your holiday. We were there for a few days to look around the area rather than hitting the beach.

Dies ist keine 4 Sterne Superior, so wie ich es erwarten würde. Einrichtung ist eher nüchtern und lieblos, gemütlichkeit im Zimmer oder an der Bar kommen eher nicht auf.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, gemütlich und sauber. Frühstück und Service waren ausgezeichnet und das Personal war stets höflich. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Clean & comfortable, great location for our train journeys.

A lovely modern hotel. Everything seemed pretty new, smart and clean. Contemporary design. We had a very comfortable and well appointed standard double on a high floor with a large balcony with a wonderful view of the city, mountains and San Marino. The reception, communal area, bar and dining room are very pleasant. But the crowning glory is the rooftop swimming pool, with sunbathing area and bar. The breakfast is excellent, with a lot of healthy choices and some special little savoury and sweet dishes. They even have their own barista making great coffees to order. The hotel is located in a quiet, safe residential area, a couple of blocks inland from Marina Centro with its restaurants, shops and beaches, and about 10 minutes walk from Rimini Centrale railway station and the edge of the historic centre.

Fab location, staff & overall visit

Great location, very clean rooms and well kept. Staff are exceptional and go above and beyond consistently to ensure guests are looked after. Raised a small issue and it was resolved in minutes.

Shower in our room went from freezing to scalding every couple of mins which was less than ideal with a small child. Shower tray was cracked and broken but not dangerous to use.

Szuper volt a reggeli, választékos, finom! Minden nap takarítottak, törölközőt, ágyneműt cseréltek, nagyon figyeltek a tisztaságra.

Nagyon kedves a személyzet. A szoba kiváló, tiszta, kényelmes ággyal. A hotel elhelyezkedése a tengerhez közel. Csak rövid időt töltötünk itt, de szeretnénk visszajönni hosszabb időre.

We loved our stay at Hotel Aria. Everything was perfect, from the check-in and comfortable rooms to the excellent cleaning service, breakfast and swimming pool. The location was ideal, with the beach, marina, Rimini Old Town and train station all within easy reach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Etwas unbequemer Weg zum Strand. Dafür kann das Hotel jedoch nichts....

Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und qualitativ empfehlenswert; insbesondere die herzhafte Theke sticht durch handwerkliche individuell hergestellte Speisen hervor. Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig; sehr schön ist auch der Balkon. Das Personal im Hotel ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist top (ca. 10 min. zum nächst gelegenen bagno (Strand)); ca. 25 min. in die Innenstadt und ca. 12 min. zum Bahnhof, jeweils zu Fuß).

Die Tiefgarage ist eng und erfordert fahrerisches Können. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre, die Check-out-Zeit nach dem Frühstücksende zu legen, z.B. auf 12.00 Uhr (aktuell: 10.00 Uhr).

L’emplacement, la dimension de la suite junior, les rangements, la terrasse. Les soirées à thème , le personnel du bar. Buffet du petit déjeuner superbe, variétés, qualité et constances. La bonne coordination avec la plage Attilio. Également la gentillesse de l’ensemble des équipes.

Dommage que le bar semble mort à certains moments.

This hotel was immaculate. Our room was extremely spacious for a family of four with two teenage girls. The rooftop pool with pool bar was also a welcome bonus. All staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was lovely.

My family very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Aria for our time in Rimini. It would be nice if it were closer to the beach, but otherwise the location was convenient to restaurants and shops and such. All staff were efficient and pleasant. Loved the balcony. Shout out to bartenders Robert and Sebastian, and to the woman who cleaned the room. All super excellent.

The perfect place to spend your holiday in Rimini. Clean and comfortable rooms, delicious and varied breakfasts, friendly staff and an excellent location.

Un buon albergo per un paio di notti, soprattutto per un soggiorno di lavoro. La posizione è comoda e permette di raggiungere facilmente il centro. La colazione è ampia, varia e offre una buona scelta.

Hanno un problema con la temperatura dellacqua. Senza esagerare lasci l’acqua aperta per almeno 5 minuti prima di individuare la temperatura corretta buttando via un sacco di litri d’acqua. Il parcheggio è strettissimo e scomodissimo, con una macchina grande é davvero difficile destreggiarsi. Hanno massimizzato il numero di spazi sacrificando la comodità di parcheggiare. Alla fine abbiamo parcheggiato in un area dove non dovevamo parcheggiare perché impossibile fare altrimenti. Al checkout per scusarsi hanno diminuito il costo del parcheggio di 10€. Apprezzabile ma non risolve il problema.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Aria. It is wonderfully located, a few minute walk to the beach, tons of restaurants and shops. The hotel is modern and immaculate. We loved the rooftop pool and bar. The staff is super helpful. It was a great stay!

Terrazzo vivibile e arredato con tavolo e sedie. Cassaforte di facile utilizzo. Parcheggio (a pagamento) coperto e raggiungibile con l'ascensore. Pulizia curata. Colazione molto varia e di buona qualità. Posizione strategica in zona abbastanza silenziosa malgrado la vicinanza al lungomare.

Materasso con un fastidioso avvallamento centrale che non mi ha consentito di riposare perfettamente e questo malgrado il topper (immagino aggiunto per mitigare il difetto). Lunga attesa per l'acqua calda. Lettini in piscina con il tettuccio rotto. Frigorifero rumoroso. Temperatura della climatizzazione degli ambienti in comune troppo fredda. Difficoltà ad impostare una temperatura personalizzata nella camera.

Tutto. Staff ha dato informazioni discordanti, mancanza di comunicazione tra colleghi. Siamo rimasti senza camera pulita perché ci hanno dato versioni diverse sull’orario dell housekeeping nonostante noi avessimo avvisato preventivamente. Piscina una pozza, politica teli anche qui discordante. Lo staff da del TU al cliente senza che tale confidenza sia richiesta.

Super Pool mit Aussicht, nettes Personal, tolles Zimmer mit Balkon. Nahe am Strand, wer zur Altstadt möchte muss einen langen Fussmarsch auf sich nehmen, doch wir haben das gerne gemacht ☺️

Mir ist bei 4 Sternen wichtig, wenigstens eine Flasche Wasser gratis zu Verfügung gestellt zu bekommen, hier leider nicht. Klima ballert nur eiskalte Luft, umstellen ging zwar, doch er blieb bei seiner Temperatur.

Brief walk (5 min) to main street and the beach. Roof top pool was an absolute highlight especially in August when the sea was full of jelly fish. Breakfast was included with our stay and it was brilliant. Room service was exceptional.

Basen na dachu z codziennie czyszczoną wodą dla naszego syna to była rewelacja Rowery w ofercie dla nas okazały się przydatne jeździliśmy prawie codziennoe do starego centrum gdzie byly fajne kawiarenki .Rowery były całkowicie za darmo bez ograniczeń .Byliśmy z pieskiem czekało dla niego wygodne legowisko i miski. Personel na kuchni ,sprzątający i na recepcji był pomocny .

Das Hotel Aria ist ein fantastisches Hotel, sehr sauber und neu! Zimmer sehr groß, komfortabel und sauber! Die Lage ist perfekt, man kann alles praktisch zu Fuß erreichen, direkt im Zentrum von Marina Centro! Bahnhof ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar! Strand genauso nah! Wir waren in Lido 18 Attilio ( Besitzer super nett, hat uns sehr guten Preis für Schirm und Liegen für mehreren Tagen gemacht). Anlage am Strand auch sehr gepflegt, mit Bar, Toiletten, Dusche und Restaurant! Unsere Reinigungskraft (rumänische Frau) war super nett, freundlich, hat unser Zimmer immer super gereinigt! Daniela die Managerin war auch sehr nett und hat unsere Wünsche immer erfüllt! Der Pool war sehr schön und sehr gepflegt. Die Aussicht auf Rimini vom Pool war einfach traumhaft! Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es gab alles und immer frisch! Ich habe ohne etwas sagen zu müssen, immer einen Cappuccino von der Bar frisch zubereitet am Tisch serviert bekommen. Das ganze Personal war super! Ein großes Dankeschön an alle! Fabio war immer super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hiro ( Mann, der immer Nachtdienst hatte) hat uns abends immer super herzlich empfangen! Wir haben uns im Hotel Aria sehr wohl gefühlt, es war einfach wunderschön! Wir werden das Hotel Aria sicherlich nochmal besuchen und werden das Hotel natürlich weiterempfehlen! Danke an alle!

It’s in a good location. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool and pool area are great. Good voice at breakfast and very helpful with food allergies.

Minor things only. It was a shame we couldn’t have rooms on the same floor considering we booked so far in advance. Some of the sockets in the room were not suitable for foreign adaptors. Some of the sunbed shades were broken.

Location, short way to beach and all restaurant in Rimini. Clean, nice, politie and helpfull staff. Great with acces to swimmingpool on rooftop included in price. Big nice room, with good AC. Parking just outside entrance, extra pay. They also have parking garage. For sure will come back there..breakfast was very good, all what I needed.

Prosiłem z synem o możliwość opuszczenia pokoju godzinę później Niestety nie dostaliśmy zgody O dziesiątej trzeba opuszczac pokoje. W Innych hotelach o 11 sprawdzalem.Brak darmowej wody mineralnej w pokojach.Widok z balkonu na podwórko z śmietnikami nie zachęcał do wieczornej kawki. Wystarczyło więcej życzliwości aby ten pobyt był niezapomniany

Die Poolanlage ist etwas klein und verfügt nur über drei Schirme.

Some staff were helpful. The breakfast buffet had a large selection of items. The room was comfortable and clean.

We had booked an upgrade to a better room, however there was nothing such as free water to welcome (us) after a flight on a hot day. The reception area could do with more welcoming facilities for guests. The question on No. 4 asking for Dog Beach. Do you mean a beach were they accept dogs?? If so, it is a long way from the hotel. I did not visit this beach and did not have a dog. But I visited the nearest beach at no.18 and 19.

Personal sehr freundlich, grosser Parkplatz wo ich auch mit meinem Mercedes E63s Kombi, ohne Probleme parken konnte. 👍🏼

Einzig negativ: Die Klima hat im ersten Zimmer einen defekt.

Colazione perfetta, finalmente anche qui in riviera romagnola gli hotel capiscono le esigenze anche di chi preferisce mangiare salato. Un piccolo appunto evitate il burro piccolo confezionato.

No dinner option

The room was new and comfortable. There was a balcony where I could let my clothes to dry in a proper hanger. The bed was firm and bedsheets of good quality. Excellent breakfast. Staff very nice. Nice pool and sunbath area in the rooftop. The immediate neighborhood is very tranquil, and the hotel is a short walk to the beach (10 min the most) to the train station (also 10 min) and old downtown (about 20 min). You can get around by bicycle.

Giovanni, Sebastian e Rob sono stati impeccabili come baristi, oltre al Receptionist giapponese che ci accoglieva ogni sera. (Un amore di persona) Tornerò sicuramente, principalmente per lo splendido staff. Oltre che per la fantastica colazione e la piscina sul tetto.

Avremmo preferito evitare il pernottamento minimo di 6 notti nel periodo del Rimini Comix. Tanti di noi hanno scelto altri hotel purtroppo per questa limitazione da parte vostra. Speriamo tutti di poter tornare prossimo anno con il solito pernottamento di 5 notti.

Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut und es gab auch eine große Auswahl. Das Zimmer hat auch alle Erwartungen erfüllt, nur der Strand war leider nicht ganz optimal. Allerdings ist der Strand eher ein Problem von Rimini als vom Hotel. Der Pool ist jedoch echt toll und hat auch eine Bar an der man Getränke und Speisen bestellen kann.

Obwohl das Personal allgemein sehr lieb war, besonders der Kellner bei der Strandbar, war eine der Rezeptionistinen sehr inkompetent und neigte dazu uns falsche Informationen zu geben (bezüglich Parken und Strand). Der Strand ist einfach nur überfüllt mit Liegen und auch der Zugang zum Strand ist voll mit Volleyballplätzen und anderen Dingen. Vorne wäre etwas mehr Platz, jedoch gehören die Liegen nicht mehr zum Hotel. Für 18€ extra pro Tag für den Strandplatz möchte ich nicht mit meinem Nachbar kuscheln.

Das Hotel war super, sehr nettes Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück und abwechslungsreich, die Snacks am Nachmittag waren auch sehr lecker. Das Zimmer ist einfach eingerichtet, aber es hat alles was man braucht (in unserem Zimmer sogar eine Badewanne mit Wihrlpooleintrichtung, haben wir aber ausprobiert). Das ganze Hotel ist klimatisiert. Im Zimmer kann man über ein Display die Klimaanlage selber einstellen wie man es gerne haben möchte. Da mir aber das Gebläse auch auf kleinster Stufe immer noch etwas zu strark geblasen hat, habe ich die Klimaanlage nachts abgestellt. Vielleicht bin ich da etwas empfindlich. Das Zimmer wurde sehr gut gereinigt, wir hatten ein grosses Zimmer und wir hatten genug platz. Generell war es überall immer sauber, auch im Poolbereich auf dem Dach. Auch dieser Bereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen, an der Poolbar konnte man ebenfalls Snacks und Getränke bestellen und dies entweder direkt im Wasser geniessen oder auf dem Liegestuhl mit toller Aussicht über Rimini bis zum Meer. Das Meer ist sehr sauber, wie auch der Strand, schön feiner Sand. Wir hatten glück und mehr als die hälfte der Liegestühle waren leer, wir hatten also genügend platz um uns herum. Das Strandrestaurant war auch gut, allerdings geht es etwas lange bis das Essen kam (ca. 15-20 minuten), aber man ist ja in den Ferien nicht in eile. Mein Sohn wollte noch Wäsche waschen lassen. Das funktionierte super und kam schön verpackt, fast wie ein Geburtstagsgeschenk, Persönlich von einer netten Dame wieder zurück. Also alles in allem, war es ein gelungener Urlaub.

Es war grundsätzlich alles sehr gut und ich habe beim Hotel, Strand, Zimmer, Personal und Essen nichts auszusetzen. Jedoch hat mir persönlich Rimini nicht so sehr gefallen und werde wohl nicht mehr dorthin reisen. Was ich auch krass fand waren die tausende von Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme am Strand, wenn da alles voll ist währe mir da nicht mehr wohl. Wir hatten Glück und mehr als die hälfte an Liegestühlen waren lehr.

因为工作原因加上高速上一直道路维修封路，我们到酒店已经是凌晨4点多，工作人员还是很热情的为我们办理了入住，并且还为我们送上了水，我感到非常开心。进入房间后我发现了酒店的细心程度，因为他们也为我们的小法斗准备了一个小床跟一个碗。非常感谢！

我们所入住的房间的双人床弹簧有点吵，我老公翻个身我也会被唤醒，虽然是一路的奔波劳累但是因为床的关系没有怎么睡好。

Great hotel with excellent breakfast, clean and close to the beach

Hotel Aria is a very good 4* superior hotel, with a varried and good breakfast, friendly staff, clean, spacy rooms, I really did not find any reasons to complain. Also close enough to the beach (5-6 minutes walk). Nice underground parking (well, you need to be careful a little, as in most underground parkings, but it does the job). I did not use the pool on the roof but it seemed nice. Reservation on their site was cheaper than on 3rd party platforms. I would come again without hesitation and that says it all.

Sehr schönes relativ neuwertiges Hotel. Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Motorrad parkt in der Tiefgarage, muss aber denke ich nicht sein, da es auch die Möglichkeit gibt das Motorrad im Hinterhof zu parken. Man ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß bei diversen Restaurants und am Strand.

Die Kosten für die Tiefgarage sind viel zu hoch.....20€ pro Nacht!!!!!! Die Kurtaxe kommt auch noch oben drauf!!! Es gibt zwar irgendwie unendlich viele Fernsehprogramme, aber man findet nichts. Eine sinnvolle Einteilung nach Sprache wäre gut.

A személyzet nagyon kedves volt es segítőkész , az elhelyezkedése is jo , csendes volt , közel volt minden ami kell. A tetőn a medence kifejezetten tetszett.

Balcony and views, location was very convenient without being too noisy, breakfast quality and assortment was amazing and the scrambled eggs are the best I have ever had outside of my own home. Rooftop pool and bar was really cool and created a relaxing area.

Reception service friendliness was hit or miss depending on who was working on there. Would have liked milk as standard in the bedroom, but these are small inconveniences based on overall.

If you want to spend your precious time in a good place at sea,with nice people around you and get quality services, this is my recommandation for everyone. I’m coming back to them for the last 5 years now and enjoying every moment of my vacation. Thank you all staff!👏
