Location is fantastic. Staff were great.

Rooms are not soundproof, I had to use ear plugs to sleep. Saying that, my friend that stayed on the other side was fine, so I would suggest requesting a room on the southern side of the hotel (facing away from Bangla Road). Also the pool is being renovated right now, so you might want to ask if it's finished. But we walked up to another resort and used their pool.

There was no pool The pool was being renovated and I was first on the 6th floor and way to noisy i moved to second floor

They offered me a rooftop pool service, but the pool was always closed, and that was one of the reasons I chose that hotel.

10 minute walk from night life area. Superb value for money

A simple and lovely hotel with all the basic amenities you need. The rooms and facilities were very clean, and the swimming pool was a nice addition. The location is excellent and convenient for everything. Special thanks to the staff for being so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Personnel très sympathique. L’emplacement est très bon et les chambres sont bien équipées.

Un peu bruyant non seulement vis à vis de l’extérieur (simple vitrage) mais également en interne.

Hole place I had to leave early 4 days for a family emergency and they were rude and didn’t refund me.

Rooms are big and comfortable. 2 bottles of water every day. Pool is small, but the area is good for tanning in the morning. Beach is 3-5 min away (depends on how fast you walk), millions of cafes and restaurants in the area, 7/11 is almost across the hotel. They offer laundry 80 bat per kilo, I used it 3-4 times, great service every time, clothes smelled good after return (I mean detergent smell, because in other laundries sometimes smell was too chemical). I liked the stay very much, so comfortable!

There was some dirt under bead-side table (dust). Also, bathroom plumbing looks kinda old, but it works, so it bothers only visually (not shining as it supposed to be in hotels)

Description: • good price • close to everything and anything • very quiet in room • own balcony with ashtray • staff very flexible especially ( pui ) very nice lady make our stay very comfortable • bangla road not too far • massage and laundry just ground floor and very cheap • seafood walk a little bit down the street you will see a restaurant on corner very nice with good flavor and authentic thai taste with lobster and fish exhibition at the front restaurant at very good price. * 7/11 on main road. At the end of the day it was perfect for a young couple we had so much fun and close to everything

From desk was very argumentative when I asked for an extra bath towel for my child as only two were left in the room. She accused me of stealing a towel despite leaving the previous days towel in our room for housekeeping. After writing a complaint to booking.com, I received a call from the front desk at 1am asking why I complained about the hotel. This was unacceptable timing as our child was sleeping at this late hour. Also, bees nest near swimming pool. Staff sprayed but spray and dead bee bodies were dropping in the pool when myself , my child and my wife were in the pool Booking.com was not able to mediate with this property as the hotel was unwilling to compromise or refund any amount due to hotel policy. Booking.com was not helpful and did not specify how they advocated for me as messaging was slow.

Good location, close to the beach. The room were very clean and comfortable. Staffs were friendly. Top roof swimming pool.

As it located in Patong, would be noisy in the night.

The air conditioner was so good. very powerful which is really helpful to cool off after a hot day at the beach.

I had booked for 14 nights and left after 1 night The room was tiny and lacked any comforts at all The tv was tiny the safe in the cupboard you could not even read the numbers on it and the uncomfortable bed was terrible
