Everything was good

Pillows were hard

Bed was comfortable. The pool was great. The staff were great.

When we arrived to our room, the floors were dirty, there were dust bunnies around the furniture, the shower area looks dreadful, there was a bad water leak coming up through the tiles.

We booked Tony Resort for 1 adult and 2 children for 7 days / 6 nights for approximately 10,700 THB. Due to unexpected family circumstances, we stayed only one night and moved to another hotel where my husband was staying. I contacted Tony Resort and politely asked whether they could consider refunding at least part of the unused nights as a gesture of goodwill. I fully understood that our booking was non-refundable, but I hoped they might show some flexibility considering that five nights would remain unused. Unfortunately, they declined both a full and partial refund and were not willing to offer any alternative solution. That said, having actually stayed at the property, I would also like to share my experience with the hotel itself. We were given Room 114, the last ground-floor room. It was very dark, with very little natural light, and there was a noticeable musty smell. Hotel staff regularly walked past directly outside the room, which also affected our sense of privacy. The air conditioning was loud and difficult to adjust properly. Hot water took quite a long time to reach the shower, and there was no convenient electrical outlet next to the bed. We received only one room key/card attached to a key, which had to be handed in whenever we left the hotel. We were informed that the charge for losing it would be 1,000 THB. The swimming pool itself has a pleasant atmosphere, but birds frequently sit on the string lights above the pool area. Unfortunately, we actually experienced being soiled by a bird while using the area. There was also construction noise during the morning, which disturbed our rest. I also noticed that the pool-access rooms offer very little privacy. The terraces/entrances are extremely close to the sun loungers and common pool area, so guests can feel quite exposed.

After leaving Tony Resort, we joined my husband at Sawaddi Patong Resort & Spa, and the difference in overall comfort, room quality, service and atmosphere was enormous. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Tony Resort, particularly to families looking for a comfortable, quiet stay with a good level of privacy.

The hotel is in a very convenient location—right in the middle of everything, yet the rooms are quiet and peaceful. It's an easy walk to the beach. The hotel also has a parking lot, which makes it very convenient for taxis and ride-share drop-offs, even if you don't have a car. Our room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again.

The lack of charging outlets near the bed was a noticeable inconvenience. Having an iron and ironing facilities available in the room would also be a useful addition and would make the stay even more comfortable.

For an older hotel, it felt quite cozy. The rooms were very comfortable and considering we were on a busy thoroughfare, it was fairly quiet.

The bathroom was very dated with a mixed shower/bath using a plastic shower screen. The shower head was also not the best. Neither bedside lamp worked, meaning that I needed to get out of bed to turn off lights

The staff and facilities were really good for the price

There was building renovations that were going on during my stay so was a bit loud in the mornings

Excellent location with extremely friendly staff. Great service and hospitality! We will definitely be back on our next trip 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Absolutely fantastic! Big rooms, comfy beds. Super close to the actuon, but fully sound proofed. Pool is amazing and the staff are some of the best in Phuket! Thank you krub 🙏🙏

La strada principala , Aproape de centru.

Pentru apa calda la duș, trebuie sa aștepți 10 minute, La ceckout, platesti mai mult decât ai consumat din minibar+ restaurant . Când le spui, găsesc tot felul de explicații. Micul dejun , mancare f proasta.

Отдыхали в этом отеле вместе с сыном в июне 2026 года. В целом впечатления остались положительные. Номер был чистый, уборка на хорошем уровне. Персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый, всегда старался помочь. Особенно хочется отметить работу сотрудников ночью: когда около 12 часов ночи у нас неожиданно сломался кондиционер и в номере стало очень жарко, после обращения на ресепшен нам сразу же предоставили другой номер для ночёвки. Это было очень приятно и показало заботу о гостях. Бассейн хороший, ребёнку очень понравился, проводил там много времени. Завтрак неплохой, но без особого разнообразия — можно оценить как средний. Из минусов — номера уже немного устарели и требуют обновления. Также вид из окна нашего номера был совсем неудачным. Ещё один момент: временный номер, который нам предоставили после поломки кондиционера, оказался значительно лучше нашего основного номера. Мы попросили переселить нас туда на постоянной основе, но, к сожалению, такой возможности нам не предоставили. Несмотря на эти недостатки, благодаря отличному персоналу и хорошему сервису отдых оставил приятные впечатления. Спасибо сотрудникам отеля за оперативную помощь и внимательное отношение к гостям.

What can i say, this place was heaven, perfect loaction, clean, helpful and very friendly staff. Superb pool area. Would definetly return. Highly recommended. Great balcony overlooking the pool , rooms cleaned daily could not wish for a better place.

Le personnel de nettoyage est tout à fait sympathique mais j’ai du chaque jour insister pour que ma chambre soit nettoyée assez tôt le matin alors que l’hôtel était quasiment vide

托尼度假酒店位置不错，离芭东海滩不这，附近逛街吃饭都方便，酒店设施挺好，有个不小的游泳池，有内部停车场，停车方便。酒店早餐丰盛，员工友善，住了两天后又增加了两天，是一家很值得推荐的好酒店。

staff very friendly, pool and restaurant. very good breakfast and for lunch or dinner i could choose with variety if dish. also a plus the tour i booked all pick me up and drop me off at the lobby.

there was nothing that i did not like, maybe they should renew one of the 2 building where rooms are my room was at the fifth floor room was clean just forniture feel bit old and maybe a better way to lock the door.

The hotel is a little older but it's not a big deal. For example, there were physical keys for the rooms and not key cards. It's a minor thing but it's something unexpected for a hotel recently

L’emplacement

le personnel est très désagréable, il vous promettent des choses rapidement, puis le lendemain, vous traite menteur… Ils m’ont attribué une chambre avec une odeur nauséabond qui se dégageait des évacuations, des douches et lavabo. Savez-vous ce qu’ils m’ont proposé comme seul solution ?un spray anti odeur.🤣🤣 J’ai dû payer une autre chambre plus chère pour que mon amie ne subissent pas ce désagrément.

L’emplacement, la piscine et le petit déjeuner . Ma valise a été perdue, l’hôtel a été très bienveillant avec moi.

Great location and excellebt pool

I booked a twin room weeks in advance. The booking was confitmed abd in the run up to visiting the hotel messaged a couple of times (arrival time, etc). My 19 yr old son and i afrived to be advised there were no twin rooms available and were offered a double. No explanation as to why they didnt message me to advise. No option but to pay to upgrade to a suite. Great room but 50% extra cost. The family who followed us appeared to have the same problem. If you ate visiting i would triple check in advance.

Great staff and location and pool was beautiful

The tiles near the water feature where broken and I don’t like the bathtub and shower together. Maybe just have showers.

Location was great, I had requested numerous times for a pool access room and any late cancellation to please put me in. I even said I would pay straight away if they could get me in, Even on the day before my booking there was a room free but I was told I couldn’t swap as I had booked online, that didn’t help me at all. Staff were perfect, especially Toey on the front desk, she was amazing and always very helpful,

I fell over in the room as there was no rubber mats for the slippery area between the bath tub and floor, I fell one night and have severely injured my wrist. (Waiting for X-rays but it looks like it’s broken) I also have a lot of bruising to my legs, back and butt cheek, as you could imagine this ruined the last 2 days of my holiday, When I advised the front desk they said This does happen and there are rubber matts to put on the floor, that information was a little late, The room was great accept for the bathroom,

Albergo in posizione ottima vicino alla spiaggia ed anche a Bangla Road ma senza sentire rumori

Super hyggeligt og virkelig søde personaler.. Betalte rengøring 200 bath og fik en ekstra dyne.. Sengen var det bedste vi har haft nogen steder, ind til videre. Alt var rent og pænt. Der var ikke noget at sætte en finger på..

Der manglede en vifte på værelset så man kunne have til at køre om natten i stedet for aircondition. Og så havde rengørings personalet deres opholdssted kort fra vores værelse og de startede med at snakke og larme med diverse vogne allerede kl. 7.30 det var lidt irriterende.. Der manglede stikkontakter ved sengen 🤔
