Very good breakfast with a wide variation available. Good size outdoor pool, but can get very busy during peak times. Strong free wifi.

The location is excellent, right in the very centre of Kota Bharu, making it convenient to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. The room was also spacious and comfortable.

The check-in process was extremely slow. I had to wait in line for almost an hour, which was quite frustrating. The breakfast was mediocre, with a relatively small selection of food considering the size of the hotel. The dining area was also very crowded. The swimming pool is rather small and crowded with small children. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was not up to standard. The lighting in the room was also far too dim, making the space feel less comfortable.

The parking space is very limited. Unfortunately during my stay, there was a Annual Grand Meeting or Muktamat Tahunan PAS held there. So, i forcefully need to park my car very far from the hotel, and at the multistorey car park with my own expenses. The checked in took me around 45 minutes, this is so bad.

This is a run-down “4-star” hotel . Please do not stay here. The wallpapers are peeling off at corridors to hotel rooms, there’s watermarks at hotel room walls, bed linens towel carpet are ‘damp’ , no sockets at bedside . It’s crazy because I’m not paying cheap to stay here. The locals recommend Perdana and Reina for newly renovated at similar price . Just don’t stay here!!

Mooie ruime kamer op de 11e verdieping. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Fijn schoon zwembad. We hebben ‘‘s avonds erg lekker gegeten bij restaurant Sun 2, een paar straten verderop.

Dame bij de receptie sprak slecht Engels. We hadden het idee de enige Europeanen in het hotel te zijn. Personeel in brasserie zeer onvriendelijk. Geen stoelen en ligbedjes bij het zwembad.

Het hotel is vergane glorie. Verf dat van de muren afvalt, veel beschadigd enz. Ergste is nog dat de airco oud is en de kamer niet koel krijgt. Rooster op badkamer vol met stof. Troosteloze buurt ook. Ontbijt veel Aziatische keuzes op zich prima, de rest is matig net als dit hotel.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, making us feel right at home. The reception team was professional and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The bed was very comfortable, so we had a great night's sleep. One of the highlights of our stay was the beautiful view of the Kelantan River, especially during the morning and evening. Overall, we really enjoyed the warm hospitality and would be happy to stay here again.

The room felt a little dim due to the limited lighting, so a brighter lighting setup would make it feel more welcoming. The parking area was also quite dark and had some puddles, which made it less convenient, especially at night. In addition, a few of the electrical power outlets in the room were not working. Other than these minor issues, we had a pleasant stay overall.

Old design interior but It's Ok.

I would like to comment about breakfast. Among the reason I stay here because of good breakfast. Unfortunately, breakfast provided on 9 of Jun 2026 ( laksam and nasi kerabu) really not to the taste of Kelantanese. That's why on the following day I decided not to take breakfast and went outside to enjoy nasi kerabu. I hope your F&B management can monitor and improve the food taste as commented above. Tq.

The hotel has all the basic amenities and it's clean and usable. The room is spacious with TV and fridge.Bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower. The shower water volume is very good.

Hotel room design is old. Still using carpet although it feels fine but it's not suitable for families with sensitive adults or kids. TV channels without YouTube. The bathroom shower head looks rusty, and the bathtub looks old. Plug in is not enough.

Like the nasi kerabu and also experience a different room view that is usually mountain or city view but this time, it's a wide river view. Had dinner at the restaurant. Ala Carte food was nice and price reasonable.

Could have also provided room slippers and toothbrush as there were none.

Location is walking distance to many tourist attractions. Staff are polite. Breakfast spread acceptable. Room is spacious.
