the apartment was clean.

we were given an apartment though we booked the hotel which was misleading. staff whom we asked do not know the place saying that they have never been there themselves since it was a rented apartment under the hotel's name. what was scary was the drive to the apartment. it was going uphill which was so scary. should we not be good drivers we may have plunged down. not safe at all. the bed was broken in the middle (cheap bed) . no wifi. the ride up was a no repeat experience for me. fridge was not working. no clean water

Issue with lots of ants in the bathroom & the bathroom flooded whenever we showered.

La ubicación es muy buena ! Está cerca de la parte del centro y donde hay más cosas en Kota bharu y tan solo 20 minutos del aeropuerto. Nos pusieron agua y sobres de café y té de bienvenida.

El baño era pequeño y estaba mal cuidado, en los pasillos del hotel olía raro y a tabaco a veces. La cama era muy incómoda , así como la almohada, no tenía cepillos de dientes, ni champú y tampoco toalla para la cara o las manos. Tiene varias personas al cargo y alguna no es muy amable, pero hay otras que si. Por último, al mirar si nos dejábamos algo, miramos debajo de la cama y no habían limpiado en meses.

Tulis siap2 dalam booking app instruction to check in, pergi check in dekat mana then lepas tu kene pergi location apartment tu kat mana so ada general idea prosedur mcm mna, tulis deposit rm150 by CASH sbb sekarang semua cashless, dlm booking app tulis facilities wifi tp tak specify kalau apartment xde wifi, if takde then just say no!

C’était très sale, il y avait un cafard dans ma chambre, on m’a alors changé de chambre mais il y avait encore un cafard. L’état de la chambre était aussi lamentable.

All is good and well.. for anyone that have up to more than 5 person to stay just choose the apartment cuz the apartment is way big and comfortable. Just note that if you choose to stay for the apartment, the check in will be done at the inn counter but the apartment is at the pelangi mall. So check in one place then you need to drive to another place for the apartment (note that im talking about the apartment not room). The apartment is near around 3 to 5 mins only.

Nice enough room. Bottled water. Clean.very firm bed. Great food recommendation from gentleman at reception.

The traffic noise all night. Not possible to sleep. It was like being on the edge of a racing track. There was a slight let up around 4am but that did not last. Definitely not executive. The view from balcony.

The location was far from Muslim eating places.

Hospitality and friendly by Miss Tan and Mr Hazim was great. They assist me and fulfilled my requested without any issue. Im fully recommend this hotel for others. Keep it up !

The location was not terrible – a short Grab ride away from restaurants and Chinatown. And our room was facing a green area behind the hotel, so at least we did not get any street noise in the night... But that is unfortunately where the positives stop

The room did not have many of the things that I had always considered pretty basic. There was no closet, no kettle, no fridge. And the aircon was not working. And the interior of the room also looked a bit "tired".

Bukan d Hotel Dynasty Apartment Pelangi yg diuruskan oleh pihak hotel Parking / lift / bilik semua jarak jauh & tidak sesuai utk yg dtg family ada anak kecil & orang tua… Semua kedudukan jarak parking / lift / apartment jauh… Spt treasure hunt masa mula2 tiba utk mencari apartment yg disewa Insya Allah first & last menyewa apartment ini. (Seram & sunyi - bilik lama tidak digunakan)

Great central location, a short walk to the padang, museums and Central Market, this hotel presents a handsome facade, well kept and maintained, with a rather attractive lobby; containing lovely Chinese furniture, a fab fish tank, and tons of the previous owner's artifacts in display cases creating a small museum vibe. The staff are all friendly and helpful, there's plenty of parking and out back a small seating area for smokers. My room was perfect for my needs: very clean, comfy bed, good air con and wifi, decent sized bathroom with a powerful shower, kettle, ironing board and airon, and extremely peaceful. Housekeeping clean your room everyday, and unusually for a budget hotel, replenish your toilet roll and coffee/tea sachets. That's what I call high standards and great service! I stayed here a week and thoroughly felt at home. I've stayed at many budget hotels in Malaysia and this is easily one of the best! Very good value for money. There's a 7-11 nearby, McDs and Starbucks is less than ten mins walk, and there's plenty of food options steps away.

All great really, but there was some confusion over the tourism tax. My booking included the tourism tax in my total payment but initially the receptionist thought I hadn't paid it so asked me to pay in cash. After contacting Booking com, then discussing the situation with another receptionist the next day all was resolved satisfactorily and I was refunded the cash amount. Turned out Booking.com paid the tourism tax directly to the government, not the hotel, hence the confusion.

I booked for a single room, had a very bad experience as there were tiny black ants crawling everywhere from the coffee table to bed to floor. Although the staff allowed me to change to another room, but even the changed room has ants on the floor and bathroom. Cleanliness especially the bathroom/toilet/sink isn't as expected. Also, it was stated hair dryer is provided in the description, but there's none! Kindly please ensure accuracy of information being stated. Lastly, all the photos shown are very much edited, do not believe in them.
