Hotel was right at the beach front, it was clean looking and had several places to sunbathe.

The rooms could have been cleaned to a greater standard, i felt they just had a very quick floor wash and beds made. Very little attention to detail. My other issue was the lack of urgency in the restaurant, couldn’t get large mugs for tea, small spoons were really difficult to get a hold of, the toaster facilities were poor. When you asked a member of the team, they weren’t overly obliging to help.

Es wurde nicht auf Booking.com beschrieben, dass der Strand nicht zum Hotel gehört. Daher musste man die Liegen für ca 16€ pro Tag extra zahlen (wenn man am Strand liegen möchte). Am Pool waren die extra weichen, großen Liegen zu reservieren + man musste 85€ am Tag konsumieren..

Péssimas condições do Hotel. Deviam fechar por alguns tempos e remodelar tudo. A canalização é péssima. No buffet na zona das frutas cheira a esgoto quase não dá vontade de comer. Hotel a precisar de remodelação total.

The hotel generally is modern, clean with good bedrooms, a good bar and very good breakfast area. The Receptionists were all very helpful.

The cabaret in the bar at night was to loud and one male singer possibly Asian was as bad as I have ever heard. He slaughtered some Elvis songs. Other problem was sunbeds. Not enough and all grabbed before 9am with distinct lack of policing.

Food of a high standard and plenty of choices staff constantly replenished the buffet. The suite was excellent with two bathrooms and even a record player!

Man musste fast alles extra zahlen. Wir hatten Halbpension und abends war nichts zu trinken dabei auch kein Wasser. Das Frühstück und das Essen sonst war sehr gut.

Necesita reparaciones y mantenimiento en el cuarto de baño. Encimera desgastada, siliconas de la ducha negras o sin ellas, suciedad en los desagües de los lavabos, la impresión que da no es muy buena. Personalmente , por ejemplo, valoraría positivamente mucho más que este área estuviera cuidada y se eliminara la atención del dulce de bienvenida que nos llevaron a la habitación el día de llegada.

De tudo. A localização é excepcional, os funcionários, desde a recepção ao pessoal da limpeza, são atenciosos e muito disponíveis, a comida é boa, o hotel é calmo e muito confortável e, o melhor de tudo... as camas... Há muito tempo que não dormia tão bem! Recomendo!

Nada a apontar, com exceção da falta de civismo e egoísmo de muitos hóspedes que marcam as cadeiras da piscina logo de manhã independentemente de quando vão usar, mas isto não é responsabilidade do hotel...

Leider ist der Boden in Zimmer nicht gereinigt . Möbel auf dem Balkon unbequem. (Ist aber Meckern auf hohem Niveau)

A localizaçao do hotel e excelente. Permite deslocaçoes a pe para restaurantes supermercados e praia. Todos o hotel e muito bonito muito bem decorado, tem varias zonas exteriores para banhos de sol e a praia e logo em frente.a piscina tem uma boa dimensao e muitas espreguiçadeiras e guarda sois. A vista da varanda do quarto era excelente apesar de ser vista mar lateral.. Pequeno almoco fabuloso. Quarto bonito e confortavel.

A piscina fica à sombra a partir das 16.30h. Os funcionarios do front office nao foram muito simpaticos e prestáveis. As aguas e cafes no quarto sao apenas cortesia para o primeiro dia e nao ha direito a reposiçao independentemente da duraçao da estadia, o que e lamentavel tendo em conta todo o contexto e a qualidade do hotel.

Nous avons été séduits par la proximité idéale de la plage, accessible en quelques minutes à pied. L'établissement brille par sa propreté irréprochable, dans les chambres comme dans les parties communes. Mention spéciale pour l'ambiance de calme qui règne dans l'hôtel, ainsi que pour la bienveillance et la disponibilité du personnel, qui ont su rendre notre séjour agréable.

Plusieurs détails mériteraient toutefois d'être revus pour atteindre l'excellence. Tout d'abord, l'orientation de la piscine est mal pensée : elle bascule complètement à l'ombre dès 16 h, ce qui limite fortement les possibilités de baignade en fin d'après-midi. Ensuite, l'impossibilité de réserver le parking en amont est très contraignante, surtout lorsqu'on arrive en voiture sans savoir où se garer. Par ailleurs, l'animation nocturne manque de dynamisme et mériterait d'être améliorée. Enfin, et c'est le point qui a le plus pesé sur mon expérience : le service du dîner. Le personnel commence le débarrassage et la remise en place des tables pour le service suivant bien avant la fin du repas des derniers convives. Le fracas des assiettes empilées, des couverts et des chaises déplacées brise complètement l'atmosphère de détente. Je recommande vivement à la direction d'attendre que tous les clients aient fini de manger avant d'entamer cette mise en place, afin de préserver le calme et le confort de chacun.

Todo en general , no habia nada que no nos haya gustado ,empezando de las habitaciones muy amplias y comodas , la piscina muy buena y la comida escepcional , volveremos.

Nada que destacar , por decir algo lo unico que nos parecio in poco estraño que te cobren algo cogerte la comanda aunque pensamos que para que lleguen a eso ya habran tenido mas de una mala esperiencia .

La comida es muy buena y la cama comodosima.

El servicio de camareros poco profesionales un poco despistados. Llame al hotel antes de reservar para comprobar la habitación que iba a coger me dijeron que era frente al mar y no lo es. Tuvimos que reclamar y nos dieron otra pero no frente al mar. La publicidad es engañosa la foto es de la habitación frente al mar pero no lo es.

La piscina siempre tiene las hamacas llenas porque la gente pone sus toallas a primera hora de la mañana y nadie controla eso. La comida no estaba mala pero bastante escasa

It is meant to be an Adults recommended but there was children staying in the hotel. Breakfast was not as to the standard that would be expected of a 4 star hotel. Also the location of the toasters made it very hard for people to get to the bread selection

Het ontbijt was erg goed geregeld. De bediening en het personeel is goed en de mensen zijn vriendelijk. Er hangt echt een goede dynamiek tussen rust en kwaliteit in het hotel.

Eigenlijk niets. De kamers worden elke dag schoongemaakt. Wij hebben het hier perfect ervaren. Ik heb geen verbeterpunten. Er is zelfs ruimte om van bedje te wisselen bij het zwembad overdag.

La ubicación es muy buena. Acceso directo a la playa. Piscina buena, habitaciones cómodas y buen buffet. Personal muy agradable.

Problemas de aparcamiento si no aparcas en el hotel. Tiene un aparcamiento, con sobrecoste, pero es pequeño y no se puede reservar, por lo que la primera noche tuvimos que aparcar en un parking público un poco lejos. Una vez con plaza ya es para toda la estancia.

Proximity to the beach, pool area.Plenty of choice at breakfast and dinner. Good pool bar food and service.

Lighting in the bathroom was poor, no lights over the mirror and no lighting around the shaving/makeup mirror the whole bathroom needs an upgrade, the shower unit came away from the wall! The shower leaked, the shower water temperature was unstable, one second cold, the next almost scalding. The door frame was a mess. The toiletries had not been replenished and there was only one glass in the bathroom in a room for two! The general cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. With a dirty fridge with a half empty bottle of coke in it. There are limited car parking spaces and we couldn't reserve before checking in, so could nt use the hotel for parking, the nearest car park was a good ten minute walk which for anyone with limited mobility could be a problem. we did inform the guest services manager before we checked out of all our concerns and although she offered to let us have a bali day bed for the rest of the day, this didn't fit with our plans. We were given a bottle of wine as compensation, but this doesn't make up for the disappointment. We will not return .

Veldig god og variert frokost, savnet at det ikke var baguetter hver dag, men var mye annet godt brød. Stort utvalg av pålegg og varme egg som mannen satte stor pris på. Veldig kjekt vi kunne spise ute hvis vi ville. Middagen var ganske variert, men savnet litt mer skikkelig stekt mat. Flere områder hvor en kunne sole seg.

Vanskelig å finne ut hvordan vi kunne bestille drikke o.l fra takterrassen, så vi bestilte nede. Lite eller ingen info om spa eller hvordan bruker det bassenget, massasje etc :-( Savnet et skikkelig infohefte på rommet.

La chambre était superbe et nous avons été surclassés avec vue front de mer. L’établissement est très chouette et nous avons été accueilli avec un verre de cava offert. Le petit déjeuner était fantastique, bien fourni. Le lit très confortable. Coin piscine calme et accès au paseo maritimo et à la plage rapide et sécurisé.

Emplacement bord de route mais dérisoire du fait qu’on ait eu une très belle chambre plutôt coté mer. Zone très très fréquentée et touristique

Tout était parfait, l'accueil, la structure, le buffet de très bonne qualité. C'est très agréable d'être reçu par du personnel qui a toujours le sourire et reste disponible.

Que l'eau soit payante lors du repas et le manque de civisme des gens qui posent leurs serviettes pour réserver les transats alors qu'ils ne sont pas à la piscine.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'emplacement et la proximité des restaurants. L'accès à la plage est largement facilité grâce à l'ascenseur. Le petit- déjeuner est très varié et l'horaire établi permet de se réveiller à sa guise. L'expérience était très agréable.

Lovely location

Drinks were quite expensive at bar

I really liked the property. The hotel has been beautifully refreshed and feels modern, clean, and welcoming. There is plenty of space throughout the hotel, and the lobby is excellent with a lovely atmosphere.Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend the hotel.

One thing I didn’t really like about the property was some of that guests had to wake up very early to reserve a spot by the swimming pool, as the sun loungers can become limited. Also, there is an amazing terrace upstairs with beautiful views, comfortable chairs, and plenty of space. I feel this area could be used much better, perhaps as a lovely rooftop bar with music, a relaxing beach-club atmosphere, and drinks. It has so much potential and could become a fantastic place for guests to enjoy the view and relax. At the moment, it feels like there are just a lot of chairs everywhere, rather than making the most of such a beautiful space.

A tengerpart a szállás előtt található, nagyon szuper helyen van. A személyzet nagyon kedves és figyelmes. A reggeli nagyon változatos és finom is!

A falak nagyon vékonyak és a szomszédok beszélgetését is hallani lehetett.

En la reserva hice hincapié en que fueran plantas a partir de la cuarta, ni caso. A pesar de todo tengo que reconocer que aunque no había otra habitación más baja, no ha estado mal. Y para ser una premium los espacios son muy pequeños, sin tumbonas en la terraza , bueno premian por estar frente al mar. De todas formas volveremos

Me molestó especialmente, que los días que comimos de carta en el restaurante de la piscina, me pedían que pagase la cuenta antes de traer el primer plato y sin dejarme comprobar la cuenta. Resulta muy violento tener que solicitar poder repasarla antes de pagar, y lo tenía que hacer mirando a la pantalla del TPV en lugar de traerla impresa en papel.

Great hotel for a nice beach front stay. Many quiet spaces to chill and enjoy the sun. The direct surroundings are OK but not spectacular. Fortunately Uber takes you anywhere in a short time. Staff was great, with many thanks to Brenda for her service with a great smile.

Da localização, do conforto, das refeições, embora devesse haver maior variedade de fruta, quer ao pequeno almoço quer ao jantar. Gostei ainda da simpatia dos funcionários, sempre disponíveis.

Da cobrança de 3 euros por um litro de água filtrada à refeição. Para quem já pagou meia pensão seria escusado.

Staff were very friendly and happy to help, even down to organising a shower for us after we'd checked out, outstanding.

I think the price was a little higher than I'd hoped but it was during the summer holidays.

El personal muy amable y todo muy limpio. Comida buena.

La cama. El colchón se hundía al medio y me he ido con un dolor de espalda tremendo. Ir de vacaciones y no poder dormir bien por el colchón es horrible.

The breakfast was very good. The pool was very nice. It was nice to be entertained with a singer, pianist and saxophone player while sitting around the poolside.

Evening entertainment wasn’t so good.

El exquisito trato del personal, Joaquina una crack; las instalaciones muy cercanas a la playa, pegando prácticamente; las actuaciones de música en directo, sobre todo el saxofonista y la cantante.

A szállodának kicsi a parkolója, szinte sosincs hely, a parkolást csak egy kb 200 méterre lévő őrzött parkolóházban tudtuk megoldani.

La situation de l’hôtel, qui est très agréable avec un accès direct au front de mer et une plage située à proximité immédiate. La chambre était propre et bien entretenue, ce que nous avons apprécié. L’emplacement est clairement l’un des principaux atouts de l’établissement, notamment pour profiter facilement de la mer et des promenades le long du front de mer.

Le séjour a malheureusement été assez décevant sur plusieurs points. Tout d’abord, l’accueil n’a pas vraiment été à la hauteur de ce que nous attendions. Nous l’avons trouvé assez froid et peu chaleureux. À notre arrivée dans la chambre, nous avons également rencontré un problème avec la porte qui refusait de s’ouvrir. Nous avons dû attendre environ 20 minutes devant celle-ci avant que la situation soit résolue, ce qui n’est évidemment pas idéal après un voyage. Même constat au bar : nous avons attendu près de 25 minutes avant de voir enfin quelqu’un afin de pouvoir commander un cocktail. Concernant le restaurant, le choix était assez limité et la nourriture manquait malheureusement de variété. De plus, si nous n’arrivions pas dès l’ouverture, certains plats ou produits n’étaient déjà plus disponibles et ne semblaient pas être systématiquement réapprovisionnés. L’hôtel possède certainement des qualités, mais l’accueil, le service et la restauration mériteraient selon nous d’être améliorés afin d’être davantage à la hauteur des attentes des clients.

We stayed for 4 nights to celebrate my gf' birthday and the staff accomodated all of our requests. We had a free welcome drink, the pool and pool area was super clean. Rooms were tidy up everyday in a fast and clean way. Beds were super comfy, the view was stunning and the breakfast had a great variety of foods and a chef that makes crepes, pancakes and fresh tortillas on the spot.

Nothing really, everything was perfect. A nice to have would have been a clock or two in the pool area and a soap dispenser near the bidet.
