Your renovation everytime it's irritating our joy 2024 if lm not mistaken it was a revation next to our room people were drilling making a huge noise and Tuesday same thing noise and we even complained to the receptionthe steps were fully of dust so try have an order for that if we visit the hotel we we expecting quit place please try to improve that.

The breakfast was good however I did not enjoy the juice, it was tasteless and not cold. The location it was perfect because it is near the beach, I would go at anytime to the beach.

There was a funny smell whenever we flush the toilet or use the sink. And the second day of our stay, we were given the half toilet paper and we had to ask for another one. And add more towels please, using the same towel in the morning and evening and when it is used in the morning you find that in the evening are still wet.

La habitación era muy cómoda, grande y bien equipada. El desayuno es con vista lateral al mar y de tipo buffet, por lo que tiene varias opciones. La ubicación es frente al mar, muy buena y cómoda.

Cuando entré a la habitación vi una cucaracha!! por lo que al día siguiente pedí que hagan una limpieza profunda de la habitación y así fue.

My stay at the Parade Hotel was great. My children enjoyed the slush served during breakfast. The staff, breakfast and bedroom were perfect. My family and I enjoyed our stay at Parade Hotel.

That there is no underground car parking at the hotel.

Entrance and Reception is shabby. Full of ladies of the night in and out the hotel blocking the doorway. Room was on second floor. Lift is tiny and cramped. Carpets all over were dirty and smelly. Room is super tiny. Bed was made up with 2 sheets and a blanket to mimic a duvet cover. Bed covers were shabby and discolored

breakfast was beautiful , it is serve yourself . Reception ladies are helpful and good looking .. we didnt hire sea view room for 1st 3 days , there is a bit of noice in rooms that are not facing the sea and aircon is only cold no heater , last two days we hired sea facing and it was really amazing . the view is nice

lift is small and somethimes scary and confusing . the basin drain was blocked.

The renovations while there makes the hotel look dodgy and dirty , the receptionist were not friendly, biased , the breakfast where people dish up for you , have to wait to be dished up ,the room cleaning wa not proper , the shower is rusted yhooooooo Jehovah knows I couldn’t wait to leave and never again sorry

Ci hanno messo al primo piano dove c'era un cantiere e non si presentava per nulla bene tutto sventrato con lavori giá al mattino. Onestamente mi aspettavo di più e non un trattamento del genere

Location

The room is pretty damp. They gave me a room located on the renovation floor which is quite unpleasant. The AC is not cooling off the room instead of heating it up. The heating does it vice versa so it’s probably broken. There was a renovation going on so there’s a day where electricity stopped from 8am to 5pm, wish it was communicated earlier so I could make plans accordingly.

The staff was very friendly and supportive I would recommend the hotel to others

There are renovations going on at the first floor, I think they should have closed the whole floor because it didn't give a good impression to walk where there is work going on.

I loved their buffet breakfast everything was fresh, not to mention that there is a bar so you don’t have to go far to have fun and also the beach and other entertainment activities were a walking distance. Staff were all friendly and helpful seeing that check in was at 2pm our flight landed around past 11 they have a safe keeping for bags. There is so much to do with the boom they have in the rooms which makes things easy to find activities and restaurants.

Having to leave keys every time we leave our room at reception makes us feel like we were nagging especially if we were busy doing up and down, but also it’s understandable we might lose it.

My room was spacious and clean, I appreciated the chocolate in my room as complimentary for renovations taking place. Oh the bed was so warm and comfy.

It’s in the rough part of town. The pictures on Booking.com are misleading. There’s no dedicated parking for the hotel. We were told if we parked right outside the hotel our car would not be safe.

one of the porter guys (the one in full uniform) not the younger smaller guy , was a bit rude and judgemental ,he made me feel like I'm not welcome kept comming to my room and inflicting rules on me ....that were unnecessary and mean .I get people take their jobs seriously but I was celebrating my 33th birthday and he spoilt the experience for me.otherwise everyone else was great love ,reception ladies and cleaners ...hope the renovation finishes soon when come back it made going up with suitcases a challenge

I cannot find anything not better to say, everything the did was just great.
