Collegato molto bene con la metropolitana e volendo anche con i bus da Arc de triomphe che in pochi minuti ti portano alla Torre E. Camera singola piccola ma confortevole con tutti i comfort basilari.

Avrei preferito stare nella stessa palazzina della mie amiche ( la prima e non la terza senza ascensore ) se hai una piccola valigia va bene ma se ne devi trascinare qualcuna non è ideale . Però piccolo disagio in confronto ai lati positivi della centralità Hôtel .

Booking üzerinden ödeme yapmama rağmen otele girişte benden €50 depozito ücreti istediler,ayrıldıktan bir gün sonra geri yatacağı söylenmesine rağmen 25 gün geçti hala ödenmedi.otel tek bi mail attı,bankadan kaynaklı iade sağlanamadığı şeklinde.neredeyse bir ay olacak çözüm sunulmadı ve maillerime cevap verilmiyor.süreç bilgilendirmesi de yapılmadı.Herhangi bi eşyaya da zarar vermedik üstelik.İşlem iptali için referans ve onay kodu gönderdim .İptal de yapılmadı.Bu değerlendirmeyi yapmak için yeterince beklediğimi düşünüyorum.Konaklayacak olanlar bunları göz önünde bulundursun.

Impeccable location and very nice staff. The room was cleaned every day, the wifi worked well and the bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning was really great in the heat.

There were a few moldy spots in the bathroom. The sink was very small and there was no fridge or proper closet for clothing (even small ones would be good).

We loved our stay Hotel des Pavillons...so close to awesome restaurants, cafes and even a supermarket right by the hotel...walking distance to the arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees and surrounds. the room was air conditioned, bed super comfortable, very decent bathroom and shower cubicle was a decent size compared to what I've experienced in Paris. We were arriving early in the morning so had to communicate with hotel to confirm that we had booked the night before aas well to make sure we could check in straight away. Communication was fast and all my emails were answered swiftly. We definitely recommend this hotel and looking forward to visiting again soon.

Maybe on the pricy side but that's also Paris for you and I'd rather pay that and get air condition and a comfortable bed and bathroom.

Quarto aconchegante e ótimo atendimento, principalmente porque o recepcionista que fez meu check-in fala espanhol e isso me facilitou muito no diálogo. O melhor é que o Arco do Triunfo fica há alguns metros do hotel.

Não tem frigobar no quarto. Sou uma pessoa grande e o banheiro é pequeno, isso me incomodou um pouco, e a pia é pequenininha impossível de lavar o rosto ou as mãos sem derramar água no chão.

L’établissement etait super au top, le gérant très très sympa et vraiment compétent professionnellement, établissement a recommandé….. très agréable très propre très calme et sans oublier le personnel très accueillant aussi A bientôt pour notre prochaine visite à Paris

On ne s'attend pas à marcher encore autant pour arriver à sa chambre mais du coup, c'est super calme ! Chambre bien climatisée. J'avais bien dormi --> bon lit ! Très bien placé si on veut profiter des beaux quartiers parisiens.

L'accueil mériterait un petit rafraîchissement Toilettes un poil étroites mais on est à Paris ;)

Hotel situato in ottima posizione e collegato molto bene con i mezzi pubblici ( si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dall'Arco di Trionfo). , Le camere non sono molto grandi ma confortevoli ed il personale è molto gentile ed accogliente, avendo soggiornato vari giorni abbiamo conosciuto molti dei membri dello staff anche perchè alla reception era sempre presente qualcuno anche a tarda sera. Pulizia delle stanze buona. Nelle vicinanze ci sono molti bar, piccoli supermercati di cui uno aperto fino a tarda notte (ottimo se si rientra in albergo a tarda sera) e molti ristoranti.

Unica pecca forse la porta del bagno che essendo scorrevole e un pò trasparente non concedeva molta privacy. Un piccolo frigo nelle stanze sarebbe una buona idea specialmente per il periodo estivo.

Near the Porte Maillot station (in case of cathing shuttle bus to Beauvais). Late check out, at 12:00.

We got a room on a ground floor where there is a door to the yard that looks like the entrence to a shed. We could not open the window. We asked the staff to give us another room that is not on a ground floor, but they did not allow us to do so under the pretext that everything was full even though there were evidentely a lot of free rooms. The room is very small, it was almost impossible to open a suitcase, the toilet could not be closed.

Staff were friendly. They allow to leave luggage after check out and pick it up later. Location is 5 min walk from Arc de Triumphe. Metro is close.

They reserved 50 euro on check in even it was not mentioned when I booked a room. They released reservation 48 after check out.

Bardzo mały prysznic - ledwo się w nim mieściłem, nie byłem w stanie zamknąć kabiny. Dodatkowo uszkodzony był uchwyt od słuchawki prysznicowej co bardzo utrudniało kąpiel. Brak lodówki również na minus.

I will start with the positives… The location was brilliant and surrounded by amazing restaurants, supermarkets & tourist attractions brilliant to reach as the one of the main Metro lines was 2 minute walk away. The reception staff was amazing very very friendly. I never had breakfast at the hotel due to the amenities around the hotel however I was so surprised at how small the property was the breakfast area had maybe max 8 tables not too big.. the lift was extremely claustrophobic. The room did not provide a mini fridge or any complimentary free water considering how hot it was (36 degreees) heatwave… this for me was the most disappointing as a bare necessity and basic should have been a part of the room. On the day I checked out I had only just walked out my room and some lady who works for the hotel I’m assuming management walked into my room leaving me wondering what’s going on… her answer I’m checking your leaving the room in a suitable condition!!!! That’s not on or customer service if I am honest.

Having a mini fridge and atleast complimentary water irrespective of there being a supermarket next door.

I travelled there with my girlfriend for the Bad Bunny concert and we had a great stay! The people there were super nice and helpful, the room got cleaned every day of our stay and the placement of it was just perfect, being at approx. 30 minutes from all the major attractions.

Nothing really, we had an overall great experience.

Ce n’est pas un hôtel car je ne peux attribuer même une étoile. Après le règlement en ligne, arrivée sur place il m’était impossible de dormir dans ce endroit. J’ai donc perdu la somme de 2 nuitées vu l’état des lieux.

It was a nice location, pretty clean and ok conditioning.

Waiting for the check in. And my clothes from shopping bag was stolen during the cleaning i suspect. I noticed 1 piece missing the second day and after arriving at home i noticed one more…so hide and pack good your stuff when you are waiting for cleaning

The hotel’s location was excellent and made it very easy to explore the city. The room was quite small, but it was clean and well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus during the summer.

The only downside was that there was no mini fridge in the room. I know the hotel information didn’t mention one, but I assumed it would be available by default. During the summer, not having a fridge to keep water or drinks cold was a bit inconvenient. Overall, I still had a pleasant stay thanks to the great location and cleanliness.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, nahe der Metrostation. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert, was während der Canicule ein großer Vorteil war.

Es ist ein 2 Sterne Hotel, die Ausstattung ist dementsprechend ok, der Preis allerdings recht hoch für den wenigen Komfort. Duschtasse gibt nach, Dusche selbst sehr eng. Für kräftige Menschen definitiv nicht geeignet.

Está al lado del arco del triunfo, muy cerca de la entrada de metro y paradas de autobús. Es una zona tranquila pero el fin de semana parece que hay ambiente de fiesta. Variedad de restaurantes cerca sin el el mogollón de gente comparado con Montmartre por ejemplo.

El ascensor es muy pequeño, da un poco de claustrofobia.

The location was excellent, an easy 10 minute stroll to the Arc De Triomphe. 100 m to Argentine metro. the gentleman at the counter was really nice and helped me carry my bag up the stairs. Great water pressure in the shower. I was in room 36 at the back of the property. It was a tiny room but standard for Paris. Nice and quiet room and location. Fabulous italian restaurant just 50 m away. Small supermarket right next door. Comfortable bed and super air con. there were a couple of outdoor sitting areas and a common area inside where breakfast was served. I appreciated being able to leave my bags there for the day after checkout.

Too easy to go shopping every day!!! I was in pavilion 2 which involved up and down some narrow stairs. I recommend you ask for a room that is accessible by the lift.

Expérience catastrophique avec le service client de cet hôtel concernant la gestion d’une annulation. En dépit d’une démarche entreprise plus de deux mois en avance et de contacts répétés avec le standardiste, aucun remboursement n’a été effectué. L’établissement n’a fourni aucune solution concrète, oubliant vraisemblablement que le métier consiste à servir une clientèle. Un avoir a été proposé sous plusieurs conditions aussi floues qu’inacceptables, mettant en exergue des pratiques indignes d’un professionnel sérieux de l’hôtellerie. Je déconseille vivement cet établissement.

Tout était vraiment très bien , l hotel est très calme ,propre, confortable. Le personnel est vraiment très agréable et très attentionné pour la clientèle. Je recommande cet hôtel.
