I felt at home here right away. The hotel is on a quiet street, and it's just a short peaceful walk to the stupa. Very comfortable bed. The outdoor space was a nice place to enjoy breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would love to stay again!

Я останавливаюсь в этом отеле уже четвертый раз и с каждым годом он становится все лучше! Например, завтрак, меню ресторана (для обедов и ужинов) теперь довольно большое. Электричество уже не отключается, как несколько лет назад. Хороший стабильный вайфай. Близко к главной ступе (что очень важно для паломников). Замечательные дружелюбные сотрудники - спасибо вам! Регулярная уборка. Красивый внутренний сад. Я прожила здесь почти 2 недели и уже жду новой поездки в следующий раз! Очень рекомендую этот отель.

The place ..where it was, was very strategic.. esp as I wanted to go to the stupa. Staff was friendly and helped me with my needs.

刷卡超收，坑人旅館，大家小心！！！ May 19 入住，訂1間雙人房，刷卡時卻超收，刷了2間房費13987盧比！我問櫃檯小姐，她說我們有2人，我說2人房1間1晚，你超收！她當場刷退，可是到June 3 帳單顯示扣款，但是沒有退款，等於我們被多收了2晚房費，用這種方式坑錢！ Harmika很惡劣，我在June 3 詢問，他們回答是台灣信用卡公司的事。June 29 再次反應，July 1st 親自去旅館反應，旅館經理說他當場打電話給喜馬拉雅銀行經理，還拿給我聽，說是3到5天作業程序，不會超過7天。July 8 第四次詢問，又說會督促銀行儘快處理，July 9 第五次詢問，July 10 第六次詢問，我這次問銀行經理名字，Harmika說他們不知道！我們這是遇到詐騙了嗎？Booking 應該要處理吧，畢竟我們是透過Booking訂房的！

Very polite and helpful hotel staff. Clean comfortable room. The hotel is close to Stupa.

It was bit noisy on early morning during our first night stay. One morning we had to order breakfast. The portions were very small for people returned from a track in mountains.

If you are looking for beautiful people who are there to assist you in EVERY way .. this is the place to be. It is so close to the Stupa in Bouda and the Sechen Monastery. And several places to eat nearby and of course great shopping around the Stupa and in the little shops on the side roads.

A lovely place with small stupa view, but enough to be inspiring. Very polite and welcoming staff. Close to main attraction, Boudha Stupa, and nearby Shenchen monastary which has a coffee shop inside and nearby a Sowa Rigpa Wellness Center good for healing massages. Nepali thali dinner is quite tasty, breakfast looked standard and clean, but didn't have time to try. Overall, a decent place I would love to go back to.

Wi-fi coverage weak which I didn't need very much, so ok. Elevator by chance under repair. Hot water could be hotter.

Convenient location, well maintained, very clean

This was my fourth hotel in Kathmandu and it is definitely the best. Yes, it is in the mid price range, but if you want to live near the stupa it is perfect. Quiet, clean, with very polite staff and great food, 5 minutes to the stupa, good internet, cute design, nice bathroom and comfortable bed. I came for meditation practice and would definitely choose this place again - quiet and comfortable!

The only disadvantage was a little bit poor breakfast. In total for 2 weeks I had breakfast in the hotel only on the first morning immediately upon arrival in Kathmandu. But it's not a big problem, there are plenty of cafes around. And also the hotel menu has a nice selection of lunch and dinner dishes. I didn't notice any other disadvantages.

The location is near Boudha, the room is clean and the environment is quiet.

There is no lift in the property if you are assigned to a higher floor you will have a bit of climbing to do.

The shower curtain was full of mildew and the commode seat was unattached. It's a shame their beautiful rooms are reduced by these items. The restaurant didn't offer enough veg options, we rarely ate at restaurant bc of this.

The hotel is in a very quiet area and just a short walk down a laneway to Boudha Stupa. All staff were friendly and courteous, and the customer service was excellent. The meals were very good, and there is a peaceful outdoor patio with views over the beautifully maintained garden. My room was large and kept very clean by housekeeping staff, with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including AC, hot showers and wifi. I would definitely stay at this hotel on my next trip to Kathmandu.

Poor breakfast, poor TV , No lift.

It was difficult to navigate to the hotel in a car although it’s walkable distance to the Stupa ( not car access ) . No proper signage to the hotel and they have not even provided the correct hotel phone number. No housekeeping was done during our stay and the hotel is not a value for money.

My Bathroom was not completely satisfactory. It needed a long get over the sink. However after I told the Front desk about it , it got fixed the same day.

Hotel Harmika was recommended by a friend who has traveled to Kathmandu many times. I was happy with the hotel in general. In particular, the staff are extremely kind and helpful - always ready to lend a hand, deal with room issues, or get me a cup of tea. The hotel location is perfect for those wanting to get to Sechen Monastery - about 100 meters away - and the Buddha Stupa - about 7 minute's walk.

Most of the outlets in the room didn't actually work, as far as I could tell. The hotel lent me a power strip, which was more than adequate for my power needs.

Hotel with a nice little garden in the heart of Boudhanath. Pretty quite place, very close to Bodha Stupa, international/Tibetan restaurants and Coffee bar (5 min. walk). Didn't try the restaurant.

A little fridge in the room would have been nice. Some objects (lamps) and wardrobe's doors need fixing.

The staffs were very good.

We were expecting for a welcome drink but we didn't get one, even though it's a small thing but it's a game changer. The room was a bit small compared to others having the same prices. We had requested a queen sized bed, i guess it was a bit small. It wasn't very comfortable too, it was easily movable. The heater wasn't working properly. I could get better options for the same price i paid there.

When called taxi they couldn’t find the hotel. And overall I do not recommend this hotel.

Mycket bra och prisvärt hotell. Ligger mycket lugnt med gångavstånd till stupan, mitt i Boudha. Personalen är väldigt servicemainded och familjär vilket skapar en varm atmosfär på hotellet. Vi kommer återvända till dette hotell.

Clean hotel with good rooms

They didn't give me the room I wanted, even after I requested a room with a large bed, they have me a room with two single beds.

The location as well as the ambiance of the hotel was perfect for me and my family. Because it is located in a safe walking distance from the Boudha Stupa a UNESCO World Heritage Site and this was what we were looking for, and the minimalist approach of the hotel with clean rooms and restaurant with friendly staff provided a perfect ambiance.

I couldn’t find anything that I didn’t like in the seven nights that I stayed at Harmika.

There is nothing to be disliked.

One can see the harmika of Boudanath stupa from my room. The stupa is barely a five minutes walk from here and there is so much to do, eat n experience in this part of town.

some wall sockets wasn’t working properly so had to manage somehow. plus really difficult to use TV nd couldnt setup so didnt able to watch. nd toilet seat was wobbly.
