Nous avons passé un excellent séjour 😊 Me personnel était accueillant et à notre écoute. Nous étions ravis de notre chambre et de l'hôtel en général. Il est également à deux pas de la mer.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille (2 adultes et 3 enfants de 4, 9 et 11 ans). L'hôtel est de taille raisonnable, il y a toujours de la place à la piscine et au restaurant. Le personnel de l'hôtel est agréable et nous pouvons échanger facilement en anglais. La plage est à proximité mais nous avons loué une voiture pour pouvoir nous déplacer dans d'autres villes, notamment Heraklion qui se trouve à 30 minutes.

Peut-être prévoir plus d'activités le soir, car elles ne sont pas systématiques.

Essen (v.a. frühstück) könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein, war jedoch insgesamt vollkommen zufriedenstellend.

Nous avons aimé la nourriture très bonne la piscine pas trop de monde et le personnel très aimable. Les appartements étaient spacieux et confortables. Ils étaient bien climatisés et la chaleur ne se fesait pas sentir.

Les horaires des repas étaient très courtes et tôt. Surtout le dinner 19h -21h. Au niveau de goûter il n'y avait pas grand chose. Les WC réception nécessitaient d'une réforme et les portes ne fermaient pas.

A standard szobában ősrégiek a bútorok. Ennek ellenére az ágy kényelmes. A szobák sötétek, icipici ablakkal.

All the stuff was always extremely nice. The place was not overcrowded, it was always possible to find a bed next to the swimming pool and a table during meals. The room was spacious and had an equipped kitchen, which was giving a lot of options traveling with a small child.

The cleaning was never done properly. The towels and bedsheets were not changed as often as it was declared. I myself saw the cleaning team using shower towels to clean the room (TV screen one time, shower another time). The water in the shower was not going down which was really annoying. Juices (in all-inclusive) were disgusting.

Stayed in the suite with private pool, excellent room. Hotel kept very clean, all areas. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is great, great variety for all meals, breakfast is very good, also lunch and dinner Bar well run. Always service with a smile. I'd definitely recommend this hotel. Location is perfect, very near beach/bars/restaurants. Pool is big, well maintained, plenty of sunbeds, entertainment at night very good. Gouves is a lovely area. On our late arrival, Mariann made sure we got something to eat and handled our check in perfectly. Thank you , I hope to return.

Hôtel très bien localisé, piscine très agréable et bons repas.

Logement un peu défraîchi et isolation acoustique à revoir. Pas toujours assez de transat à la piscine, mais ça pourrait être évité si les gens ne mettaient pas leurs essuies de bon matin sans y aller avant des heures…

Small, friendly but everything you needed.

La camera è un vero appartamento munito di cucina con microonde ideale per noi famiglia di 5 persone di cui un bebè. Il check out alle 12 è perfetto e ci hanno lasciato pranzare senza problemi. Cibo greco buono e colazione abbondante sia dolce che salata.

La pulizia: il vincolo a cambiare asciugamani ogni 2 giorni è stringente per donne con ciclo e neonati. Va rivisto. In camera abbiamo trovato di notte delle blatte: dovrebbero migliorare la disinfestazione. I servizi per bebè scarsi: seggioloni rotti e sporchi direi da cambiare!la culla (fornita solo dal secondo giorno nonostante tempestiva richiesta scritta) non aveva il materasso (aveva una coperta doppia che faceva sprofondare il bimbo)...alla fine il bebè ha sempre dormito nel lettone. Non vengono forniti asciugamani x la piscina. Non c'è la spiaggia privata.

Главный минус, чистота посуды. Немного не хватает разнообразия в еде, все вкусно, но каждый день практически одно и то же. В номере очень скрипят двери.

Room was ok and functional but poorly situated, just unlucky I guess. food was exceptional for breakfast ,lunch and dinner all had great variety.

notices every where saying towels would be removed from sunbeds if left unused which was great, but unfortunately not enforced, every day there was a number of beds unused but reserved with towels.

Hôtel familial de bonne qualité. Super accueil, personnel aimable, hôtel récemment rénové, propre et offrant de bonnes prestations pour le prix. Mention spéciale pour Popi au bar, toujours très accueillante et sympathique. Nourriture variée et globalement bonne. Animations le soir. Bon emplacement. Parking gratuit.

Le lit et la douche étaient anciens alors que tout le reste était rénové, moderne et joli. Lit trop mou. Isolation phonique des chambres mauvaises, on entend tout. La salle de sport est vétuste.

Сподобалось все! Чистота. Локація.Їжа на дуже високому рівні, навіть самі вибагливі знайдуть для себе щось смачненьке.Дуже різноманітна! Відчуття бажаного гостя не полишало ні на мить. Окремо хочу відзначити персонал, не має значення на якій мові розмовляєш, тебе розуміють. Дуже велика подяка за чудово проведений відпочинок, сподіваємось на повернення ,🔥💯♥️

Dans l'ensemble tout était parfait

6 jours dans cet hôtel qui mérite bien 10/10. Déjà l’emplacement est idéal non loin de l’aéroport d’Heraklion à l’est de la ville ce qui est parfait pour visiter l’est de la Crète. Et puis il est à 20m de la plage. Nous avions une grande chambre avec jacuzzi privé et une belle terrasse. Chambre bien insonorisé. Nous étions en demi pension et que se soit pour le petit déjeuner pour le repas c’était varié et très bon.

Good location, close to Heraklion city and the Airport (15min drive), the beach, supermarkets, etc. The staff is very kind. The food during breakfast and dinner was very good as well, with a mixture of international and Greek dishes.

La gentillesse des professionnels, l’accueil, les locaux et sa situation géographique

L’isolation phonique dans les chambres …. Inexistante ! Le fait que nous avions réservé jusqu’au lundi mais que l’hôtel fermait le dimanche ! Il a fallu que nous changions d’hôtel. Même si l’organisation de ce transfert a été bien faite, pourquoi accepter les réservations au delà de la fermeture ??

Siamo rimasti soddisfatti di tutti i servizi offerti e soprattutto della cortesia e disponibilità dello staff.

Niente ci ha deluso.

Receptiepersoneel zeer behulpzaam! Bediening in het restaurant kan beter. Geen optimale communicatie onderling. Ruim gevarieerd ontbijt. Gezellige zitjes rond het zwembad. Na het diner tijd voor gezelligheid daar. Beide avonden een optreden.

Waarschijnlijk overboekt. Geen van de 4 kamers op de begane grond, maar op een verdieping. Eveneens niet dicht bij elkaar. Er werd excuus aangeboden en de aangeboden kamers voldeden wel, maar was niet wat we geboekt hadden.

Acomodação muito boa. Fechei com All inclusive, a comida estava boa, mas os refrigerantes muito ruim à qualidade. Precisei Funcionários pouco cordiais, tiravam toda a comida antes de terminar o horário e apagavam as luzes com os hóspedes ainda comendo. Mas é um ótimo local para se hospedar. O chef muito simpático!

Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, das Zimmer war ok, wobei man bei den Temperaturen sowieso die meiste Zeit draußen verbracht hat. Das Essen war auf das internationale Publikum ausgerichtet und hatte eine reichliche Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die beiden Hausmeister täglich im Einsatz um das auch so beizubehalten. Lediglich die Gemeinschaftsräume und das Foyer bräuchten mal neues Mobiliar und die dort vorhandenen Sanitären Einrichtungen könnten mal eine Renovierung vertragen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal dorthin fahren.

Struttura ideale per coppie e famiglie, bella, ben tenuta e completa di tutto. Ottima posizione, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Receptionist e staff della colazione e pranzo eccezionali! Disponibili e sorridenti. Buon cibo, e bambini felici!

Lo staff della sera purtroppo si è rivelato invece molto molto maleducato, in particolare una ragazza, davvero sgarbata, credo la sorella di un'altra ragazza di nome Maria, anche lei cameriera, che continuava a sbuffare ad ogni cliente per ogni richiesta. In pratica i ragazzi della sera erano insofferenti al fatto di dover lavorare. Pizzaiolo a parte, gentile e sorridente! Inoltre nella formula All Inclusive la qualità delle bevande alcoliche ed analcoliche era veramente scarsa.

On a fait un séjour en famille avec des enfants de 6 ans, notre chambre etait surper bien, spacieuse, bien aménagée et nous avions une terrace avec un jaccuzi. La salle de bain était super pratique avec tous les items necessaires. Les lits confortables. La chambre était climatisée, tres propre et le ménage était fait quotidiennement. On a aussi beaucoup profité de la piscine de l'hotel. Le buffet du petit déjeuner et du soir étaient corrects.

Le wifi ne fonctionne pas tres bien.

La vicinanza al mare

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo hotel, che si è rivelato una scelta perfetta per la nostra vacanza. La possibilità di utilizzare la jacuzzi è stata una delle sorprese più apprezzate (anche se abbiamo dovuto chiedere più volte informazioni sul funzionamento). Inoltre, la presenza di una piscina all'interno della struttura ha aggiunto un ulteriore livello di comodità. Anche se la spiaggia è a due passi, fare un tuffo in piscina dopo una giornata di sole è sempre un piacere. Il buffet è abbastanza vario anche se molto speziato, comunque apprezzabile

Tuttavia, ci sono stati alcuni aspetti che, per chi viaggia con bambini, potrebbero essere migliorati. La culla fornita era priva di materasso, il che ha reso la sistemazione meno confortevole per i più piccoli. Inoltre, i seggioloni nella sala pranzo e colazione erano spesso sporchi e necessitavano di una pulizia prima di essere utilizzati. In orario serale i camerieri (soprattutto del piano superiore) erano spessi distratti...

L’appartement avec piscine privée est top (room 5), repas variés, personnel agréable et plage à quelques pas

Le ménage de la chambre et le nettoyage de la terrasse pas assez bien fait je trouve. Le parking (qui est à 50 mètres de l’hôtel) est un terrain-vague, donc très poussiéreux. Les clients qui réservent leur transat (désolant!)

Lovely hotel by the beach. Staff super friendly and rectified any issues we had.

The room was big and beds were comfortable. We got a super massive king size double so we had a lot of space. Air con worked very well and the pool by our room was not crowded like in the main area. They had almost every night some type of entertainment which I thought I wouldn’t be very much interested but then I realised how good the performers were so I enjoyed every one of them. The hotel is just by the beach and there are shops and stuff to do nearby. I really liked the food also, we stayed a week and didn’t feel like we were repeating too much. They changed every day the menu and the food was good. Some veggie options as well. I asked for oat milk as I take normal milk and Eva was very kind in bringing it out every time. She was very nice to us and made us feel really comfortable! Always with a smile and making sure everyone is happy.

The gym was very outdated. Needs some new gear.

Really perhaps the only problem is the wi-fi, which basically only works at the reception and very slowly. Outside the reception it does not work at all.

I start with the best thing, the food was amazing at the hotel. I also heard from other guests that they returned here because of the delicious meal. We spend a lot of time at the property's playground with our children. We also had an own jacuzzi next our apartment.

As we were further from the main building in the apartments, the WiFi signal was very weak. The car parking was OK, but a bit messy, I guess some water pipes were just lying on the ground and the guest have to go through them with their cars.

The food was just amazing at the hotel. The room was clean. The receptionist and also the other staff were very kind. The property's playground was very safe

The evening shows were very loud in our room and lasted too long.

We only stayed here one night but offerings in buffet were very basic chicken legs 2 hot dishes few salad bits no sauces for salad that I saw breakfast was same bacon mini hot dogs toast few basic pastries

Ein tolles Hotel sehr nah am Strand. Gute Auswahl an Fleisch- und vegetarischen Gerichten. Das gesamte Team war superfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer werden täglich (ausser sonntags) gereinigt. Wir verbrachten hier einen sehr entspannten Urlaub.

We had a newly built bungalo, it's great. The dinner is exquisite.

parking could have been better

The staff was very helpful and kind, all our requests or issues reported were solved immediately. The breakfast contained the same or similar meals mostly, the dinner had a fix and non fix part, but there were so many, that I can't imagine anyone leaving hungry, dessert corner for dinner was awesome (and my personal favourite, jelly for breakfast). Room was big enough, air-con was in the price and worked flawlessly, we had a balcony where we were able to dry our clothes. The closest beach was good, but the next beach to the right is much better, smoother sand and even less deepening. There is a local car hire nearby (at the closest beach, to the left), and it is not much highlighted that we were able to park in the hotel's car parking, which is quite big, though ~50-100m from the hotel (I am unsure though if it is also the case for the busiest late July - early August). Pool is not very small and deep enough to swim a bit.

We had no big issues, but there were some small issues solved at once at the reception, eg at towel change some of the towels were not replaced. Safe is for an extra 10€ for a week, and it is quite small (the island is safe though, I just like to have a safe for the sake of superstition). For me it was not an issue, but dishes can get cold in the later period of dinner/breakfast. Bus station is not very close, but it is the price for the sea being quite close. Cabinet has limited number of shelves, but there are other furniture with enough shelves and room for everything (we didn't fill up all of them).

Property is well maintained but rooms are showing its age. Walkable beach but rather rocky. Staff was amazing.

It was central within the resort and easily accessible, staff were friendly and responsive.

It was a great location with well maintained facilities, just like on the pictures.

In the rooms with the jacuzzi, the internet was weak, it was impossible to use. The rooms are new, therefore more improvement is necessary, to equip the kitchen with all necessary, such as pots.

The first room was very small ,but asked to change rooms with no problem,husband got dermatitis on feet ,caused by dirty water ,they could do with using bleach in bathrooms.other than that staff amazingly friendly,beds clean and comfy ,food good.on website says it’s hotel and spa so was hoping to relax with massage ,but didn’t meet expectations.good hotel if looking for relaxation,as a bit far out from main activities.

We liked the location, the food was delicious and varied, and enjoyed the social events.

Room was OK; they packed a breakfast for us because we left early the next day.

Written communication with long response time Did not get the family room with two bedrooms but got another room type with only one bedroom. (It was a nice room but with two kids it wasnt as comfortable as the bigger one) If you offer lunch from 13:00 in a child friendly hotel, you should not insist on providing the room service around 15:00 while the kids are having their naps. They agreed to change the timing but after 2 days and on they changed it back. Baby cot was missing the mattress Noisy evening events either in this hotel or the neighbouring ones

The breakfast and dinner buffet were great. The staff super friendly and they had night shows to entertain the guests with dancers, singers...The ambience was perfect for families. It has been a very lovely experience.

Great location, close to beach, stores, restaurants and some attractions. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was awesome, so many delicious dishes to choose from.The cocktails and the live shows excited our evenings. Honestly it was hard to leave that place.

It was first vacation with out baby and we had a great time. The room has all the facilities to prepare baby formula and food - kettle, microwave, fridge, stove etc. The saff loves children and everyone was very nice. The pools are fantastic - both big and baby paddling pool. They are not too deep so the water heats quickly, so baby could enjoy splashing too. Hotel was very close to the beaches. Relatively easy to go everywhere with a pram There was some entertainment in the pool area on some of the nights and it was a nice bonus. Food was varied, breakfasts were standard choice with some variety of British food like in most resorts. Dinners offered some Greek and international dishes. There was something different every night - we stayed for a week and nothing was a repeat. The baclava for dessert was great. Lots of fresh and cooked veggies and different types of meat every night. Gyros was nice. Food exceeded my expectations and I gladly tried lots of Greek dishes.
