Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Een heel huiselijk en authentiek verblijf midden in het oude Chefchaouen. Het hotel zit in een zeer oud pand en voelt daardoor bijna alsof je bij opa en oma logeert, precies de charme die we hier verwachtten. Het oudere echtpaar dat het hotel runt is betrokken en de eigenaresse houdt alles persoonlijk netjes en schoon.
De ligging midden in het oude stadsdeel maakt het hotel lastig bereikbaar met zware bagage. Er is geen lift en parkeren bij het hotel is niet mogelijk, dus daar moet je vooraf rekening mee houden. De eigenaar is bovendien erg nieuwsgierig naar het doen en laten van zijn gasten, wat soms wat veel kan zijn. Ontbijt wordt helaas niet aangeboden; begrijpelijk bij zo'n kleinschalig verblijf, maar wel erg jammer omdat een betrouwbaar ontbijt in het hotel juist prettig zou zijn.

Tout était parfait : la propreté, l’emplacement et le confort, rien à redire ! Nous étions en famille, 3 générations reunis et nous avons tous beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Une très belle expérience que nous renouvellerons avec grand plaisir. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter ! Merci encore pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Excellent!!! The air conditioning was a godsend, the facilities were clean, the bed was comfy, the towels were nice. The staff were also so so sweet and accommodating - they let me leave my luggage behind the desk while I explored the next day, and then when I felt sick, I had to come back to the hotel to rest. Even though I had already checked out and paid, they let me sit in the reception and rest, which they really didn't have to do, and everyone was so nice and helpful.

La camera è veramente piccolina e non c'è spazio per appoggiare i propri abiti. Ma per una notte va benissimo.

Reviewed May 20, 2026Parfait! Tout s’est merveilleusement passé. La dame qui m’a accueillie était très serviable et m’a indiquée une très bonne adresse pour manger le soir. La chambre est relativement petite mais elle dispose de tout le confort nécessaire avec wc, douche et couvertures pour les frileux. L’ensemble était très propre avec toutes les attractions proches. Superbe terrasse sur le toit.
Rien à signaler, c’était parfait.

暖房がないので冬だとかなり寒いかもしれません。 5月に行きましたが、夜は寒かったです。 しかし毛布の準備がありました！

Reviewed May 7, 2026This was my second visit to this hotel. This is a very good budget alternative. I borrowed a hot water-cattle, some plates and cups from the staff. The owner was really friendly. I could stay here a third time, too. This place is in the medina, in a traditional building.
Nothing. ( I got actually lost twice in the medina, however, the friendly locals led me back to the hotel.)

La douche ne fonctionne pas, il n'y a pas d'eau chaude et la télévision est hors service. La chambre ne contient qu'un lit et une chaise, mais compte tenu du prix, cela semble acceptable dans une ville historique.

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026La habitación era bastante amplia, tenía TV, el WiFi funcionaba bien y había aire acondicionado. La terraza está muy bien y tiene unas vistas preciosas.
Las sábanas de la cama de nuestra habitación tenían boquetes. El colchón NO tenía un protector puesto, solo la sábana bajera con boquetes encima. Pienso que el protector sería lo más higiénico ya que es algo que se puede limpiar con facilidad, ya que si otros huéspedes sudan, las finas y agujereadas sábanas traspasan y al final eso va al colchón. La cortina no tapa mucho la luz que entra por la ventana, por lo que aconsejo usar antifaz para dormir.

All'arrivo non sapevamo bene come entrare dato che alla reception non c'era nessuno, siamo state fortunate ad aver chiesto alle persone giuste che sono passate. Sarebbe comodo se il numero fornito avesse WhatsApp, in modo da poter chiamare anche per i turisti.

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026First of all the location is perfect! Hotel Nisrine was one of the first houses built in the area. Abdelkader was an amazing host. He answered all my questions, told me about history of the place and even assisted me with taking pictures. I really enjoyed the hospitality and kindness of the staff. I could leave my luggage at the riad until my bus departure. Thanks to the hotel and people, Chefchaouen is one of my favourite places in Morocco. Shukran. Merci. Gracias.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The best location. Comfortable room, which has everything you need. It’s perfect for its price. The riad is lovely inside and the rooftop is amazing. A very good host, who was so kind as to keep my backpack for the day. Which made me book it once again.
The google maps sometimes shows a different location, so it was a little hard to find it, I was making circles, and I also arrived at night, which made it harder. Hopefully, a local man helped me out and led me straight to the door. Also the shower head needs some change.

La persona de recepción casi nunca estaba ahí. El agua de la ducha no alcanza para dos personas, por lo que tuvimos que bañarnos con agua fría, además que la puerta del baño no cerraba. Las toallas estaban manchadas y no nos dio confianza. Al igual que las mantas que tenían un fuerte mal olor.
