Superb bicycle parking, lovely room with great view over the harbour. Excellent breakfast

Good location to access highways on way to Toronto. Staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant has good food.

Cleaniness in the rooms seems uneven. One room was impeccable, the other room had a peculiar smell that made all the client's clothes smell bad upon leaving. All these clothes needed to be laundered upon arrival to destination.

Paid additional fees to get room with a view and the view was a small fogged window no view. Very desapointing.

L’accueil plus anglophone que francophone-difficile d’expliquer les frais supplémentaires sur ma facture que prévue sur le site de booking-méthode de paiement pas de choix possible-réserve pour le déjeuner doit retourner pour avoir les coupons. Nous avons eu l’impression que quand nous avons demander de payer comptant au lieu de crédit que nous parlions et arrivions d’une autre planète. Le petit chien qui jappe a 7h du matin et le voisin qui parle au téléphone haut parleur fort a 7h du matin c’est pas agréable mais cela est hors de votre contrôle . Le service du déjeuner…. Très très long et pas chaud, c’est quand même justes des œufs et jambon effiloche qui a assez attendue qui est revenue en tranche. Les pancartes sont basses dans les corridors pour les « grandes »personnes. Ne mesure quand que 6pieds et accroche quand croisent trop proche.

Femme de chambre est entrée dans la chambre sans avoir frappé, nous n'avions pas de bac à glace dans la chambre nous avons dû improviser.

Il y a eu une panne d'air climatisée au 3 et étage la 3 e nuit. Mais on nous a fourni des ventilateurs et offert un dédommagement monétaire.

The building itself is beautiful and the view from our room was breathtaking.

The gym doesn’t match the vibe of the rest of the hotel but it’s still a very good facility with a pool and plenty of machines.

The hotel is close to the water and the marina area with a nice walking trail along the river. It's convenient drive to grocery stores and highway

Other than eating at hotel, which is good, a car is needed for dining out.

The hotel was modern, clean and up to date. Beds were comfortable and the room had a great view of the lake.

Once we got past the hotel staff, we were fine. We originally booked a standard king room on booking.com and had to choose a king bed or queen bed. We chose king and our reservation and confirmations from booking.com reflected this. The confirmation from the hotel showed a queen bed and they would not change it at their end, instead directing me to make the change through booking.com. I couldn’t do this because as far as booking.com was concerned we had a king room. After two phone calls to the hotel and an online chat, we got nowhere. The hotel maintained that the error was on booking.coms part when it clearly was not. All of the other hotels we were interested in were booked and we were trying to deal with this while we were already on vacation, so we ended up having to pay $60 more for a king room at this hotel. This left a bad taste in our mouth. When we arrived at the hotel to check in, the representative at reception was eating her dinner and did not acknowledge us until she had taken a couple more bites. She was overall indifferent to us and not that friendly.

Breakfast excellent. Converted factory building was different and fascinating. Architecture and old elements added character. Superb finishes.

It is super new hotel, very stylish and clean. The location is great, lots of delicious dining and snacking options around.

Pas d'eau dans le lavabo, difficile de se laver les mains ou de se brosser les dents. C'est un peu pathétique pour un hôtel. Aucun dédommagement reçu ou appliqué. Le personnel nous a répondu que nous avions de l'eau dans la douche. Aucun changement de chambre.

Ma dernière nuit, qqn qui a loué une chambre ( jr ne sais pas quelle chambre exactement) n'a pas dormi de la nuit...il/elle cognait au mur, marchait toute la nuit..c'était désagréable, mais sincèrement ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel! Il y a des "touristes" qui ne savent pas le respect d'autrui, s'imaginent qu'ils sont tout seuls...

Low water pressure to literally no water. Sink tap quit working on the third night spewing extremely dirty water before it completely shut off. Shower had no hot water for two nights. Received 50% back for one night, not enough.

The room was confortable.

Parking is not practicle, and restaurant was missing things on their menu. My pasta with sea food was more than Aldente. To hard! Still service was good.

Tout nous a plu à cet hôtel, autant l’emplacement, l’accueil, le confort, la propreté. C’était vraiment parfait. Nous n’hésiterons pas à le recommander et même y retourner à nouveau éventuellement.

Comme je l’ai mentionné plus haut, tout était parfait. Donc, aucun commentaire négatif à signaler.

Le très beau sourire accueillant du personnel, souper excellent. Et surtout l'emplacement, le terrain de stationnement. En fait très satisfaite qualité/ prix. Joyeuses retournerais sans hésiter

Les chambre sont vraiment bien et les lit confortable.

Nous y avons été début janvier. Le restaurant étais fermé et personne ne nous avais prévenue avant que l’on est payer. Et l’eau de la piscine intérieur étais glacée. Nous y étions en petite vacance avec nos enfants pour profiter de la piscine intérieur ainsi que du restaurant sans trop de compliquer la vie avec les repas et finalement nous n’avons pas pu nous baigner ni manger au restaurant.

Très bien accueilli.
