Centrally located and close to everything

Booking.com advertised the booking as an early check-in which was the whole reason I booked this place. When I arrived at the early check-in time, I was told by the staff that I was not able to check in early despite the fact that I paid more for the early check-in option. The listing was mis-leading and I would've booked another place if I knew I was only going to be able to check in at the standard time.

Breakfast buffet was very good! They had different dishes each morning with the staple Pho Hoa and vietnamese coffee. Loved it

The bath tub was a bit of a hazard because it can get slippery and the tiles can get you injured (which is the case for me). Nonetheless it was a nice bathroom

Breakfast is a bit poor and it's too hot upstairs in the morning. The staff didn't help me with my suitcase in the stairs

Hotel has a lot of mixed reviews so was very apprehensive about my stay. However my staff met my expectations, central location, staff helped with questions (google translator is a lifesaver), room was clean, and breakfast was delicious. If you’re after a stay that’s central, clean, has an ensuite bathroom, and a has a bed for you to sleep in. Then look not further this is it! Breakfast was included. And had a delicious assortment of Vietnamese dishes, fresh fruits, eggs made to order, toast, basic tea and coffee. If you’re expecting a 5 star hotel for western tourist. Then you need to book a 5 star hotel.

If you didn’t go up to for breakfast when it opened 6.30am. Then your options were less as they didn’t seem to continue to tip up food once it was gone. First day turned up at 7.30 no fruit left, small amount of hot Vietnamese dishes left.

The room differed significantly from advertised photos. The layout and furnishings didn’t match, lowering my overall guest experience.

Location was excellent and right across from the main market. Breakfast was very ordinary as I don't like Asian food for breakfast and the western food choice was very limited.

Bathroom only had a bathtub. would have preferred a stand-in shower.

Nothing Special except location itself. Near distance from airport. Walkable distance to street market & War museum.

I do not recommend No window room .

Room was a great size with plenty of space and a nice big window looking out over the market.

I would suggest bringing your own toiletries. The TV didn't receive any signal, so therefore it didn't work. When running a bath, the tap didn't work properly. Didn't really notice the noise out on the street too much, but could hear everyone in the corridors talking and banging doors.

Lovely hotel right next to the market so a great location but not noisey. We arrived before check in but were able to leave our bags and use the bathroom and sort ourselves out in the very cool/air con reception area. staff were really helpful and friendly helping with diretions to a launderette ( we were only there for 1 night so not long enough for hotel service) and with booking a bus tour. The room was clean and spacious with the biggest bed ever which was very comfortable. Breakfast had a good mixed selection and we had eggs freshly cooked. The hotel was a nicer quality than we had imagined so was perfect for our 2 day 1 night stay in HCMC

The location was great, very close to the local market and perfect for souvenirs. There were so many options for restaurants and street food. Communication with the staff prior to our stay was good. They were not very welcoming when we arrived and during our stay though, we would pass by the reception desk and they wouldn't even say hello. Not an issue and it doesn't affect my rating, but it is worth mentioning it. The breakfast was on a lovely terrace on the roof top. The room was smaller then expected, but it was ok. The bed was comfortable. Having the air conditioner in the room was a blessing!

There were little insects in the room, but to be fair we saw them also in restaurants, it seems like a common pattern in Ho Chi Minh city. Not sure if something could be done about it. On our second day the breakfast was almost empty, and there was still an hour left. I did wait for half an hour to get more bread and fruit, but it didn't arrive so I left.

The pictures don’t really reflect condition of hotel or the room that we got. Elevator, chewing gums on the floor. Carpet from elevator to room absolutely filthy. Had to request reception to change bedding as, bed had been done up but last customers sheets still on the bed! Air Con struggled to get room temperature down. Bathroom small, water pressure for shower low. If anyone has mobility issues I would not recommend this hotel, as elevator doesn’t go to the floor where breakfast is served ie need to navigate small narrow stairway, not very good signage to get there. Not much of a selection at breakfast.

Highly recommended hotel. It's located right in front of Ben Than Market that is one of our highlights for our trip. Staff are helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is good with variety of foods to choose.

Good location, however the room has no window

The hotel was located near the market and had lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. Very convenient to all amenities. The room was a good size and the addition of a couch was a great benefit. A special acknowledgement should be given to the guy who took our cases up to the room and down to the taxi when we left, he was fabulous, always smiling and always greeted us when we returned to the hotel. He made the stay worthwhile.

Breakfast was very basic. The bathroom shower fittings was not great and the flow of water was pathetic.

The room didn’t look anything like the picture. You could hear the lift making a lot of noise throughout the night. Bathroom was dirty and the water pressure was no existent

Property is tired and the breakfast area was dirty, open to the air and as it was raining on the day we stayed it was damp. Breakfast very basic. Room was tired and it seemed like someone had smoked in there at some point. No shower curtain on over bath shower so water spilled all over the floor.

Centrally located, decent size room and breakfast in the morning was amazing for value.

Not thoroughly clean and surrounding area a lot of construction is going on.

The room was full of ants. The hotel is also pretty old and no renovations were made i guess.

Staff at the reception was really nice and the air conditioning worked well. The hotel has a good location, it is walking distance to some sights and points of interest.

The breakfast was not great for us, although it was nice to have something. The biggest issue we had is that the pillows were too high and hard so we both woke up with sore necks and a headache both nights we stayed there.

Enthusiastic staff, welcomed us very well, clean bedrooms and hallways, will definitely come back during Tet

NOTHING

The whole morning it was loud drilling in the building, the light (The room was paid for that time and key card worked) just turned off in the middle of the night, so “thanks” for my great morning with turned off conditioner, I was sweaty, without any light in the room without windows with drilling noises. When I started to speak with stuff about that I was talked like I am stupid, it wasn’t compensated in any way, and when I checked out they went to me like “Oh, you needed to do that that and that to make light back. On my reasonable question “Why you now explain that to me when I already moved out, why that happened and why I need to know all that?” There were no answer. I moved in another hotel with the same price but rather better conditions, where everything worked without any complications so I got a good stay when I moved out from that place. For your good sleep it’s better to chose another hotel.

Limited choice for breakfast but enjoyed what was available. The two guys at the breakfast restaurant were amazing and very helpful. Good location.
