First and foremost, the staff are amazing! Every person we met and who catered to us was outstanding - all the way from the valet to the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant staff. Service was quick, efficient and delivered with amazing courtesy. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and fun. I would highly recommend this place to anyone including solo, female travellers. The pool is a definite highlight for me as well as the sprawling landscaped greenery all around. Loved the access to the stunning beach as well as the appropriately located cafe - Poseidon's cove right on the the beach.. everything was just perfect

The location and the staff were great. The staff - Alish , Valenko and Faizal were outstanding. Breakfast buffet that comes with demands of all sorts and continuously can be a little unnerving. But the three of them always had a smile on their face ! Thankyou so much

The maintenance and condition of the room can be a little better.

This is my fourth time in goa and this time was going with my kids. So want some peaceful resort with beach. The resort is very beautiful and having all facilities. There is good play area for kids also. The breakfast spread is grand and quite tasty. We had planned to celebrate our twin kids bday and they arranged it quite beautifully. Overall it was awesome stay.

This is my second time staying at this place, and once again, it was a great experience. I really enjoyed the good vibes during my stay. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, with a big swimming pool and a delicious breakfast. Looking forward to visiting again!

FOOD PRICE SO HIGH

Great location for a relaxing unwind after a hectic few weeks travelling around NW India. Fantastic food and wonderful helpful polite staff. Our thanks go to all our new found friends there.

The location includes a very clean beach, and just at a stone throw distance. The pool was clean and the food was excellent. Service is Quick and the staff is very courteous. Put this on your list for sure.

The food is a little pricey but given the facilities it is justified. Pro hints also do check out nearby shaks for variety in food.

Food services are really slow.. but food is very good .. and they prepared the best kids meal for my 2 yr old baby, exactly the way I instructed..thanku soo much for such a nice baby meals and that too complimentary!!!

The property is good. Time flies when you are here. The pool, food, beach and property is perfect. The property is clean neat and well maintained. Even the food is good.

During my two-night stay, the biggest downside was the constant weddings. I saw three weddings in two days, and it was quite noisy. On the first night, the loud music went on until around 11 p.m., and I could still hear it clearly even with the doors closed. The second day was slightly better, with the music ending around 8 p.m., but there were also “band baaja” processions in the afternoon and evening. This was my first visit to South Goa. While the beach itself was nice, the property did not live up to my expectations. I was hoping for a calm, pleasant experience, but the continuous noise made that impossible. If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay, this is not the right place..

The location was good and the hotel was nice. It was a good setting

The customer service side our drinks took 35 -40 mins to come, placing or order took 30 min, the delay in the service from members of staff, the cold food the in breakfast and dinner. No cutlery set up. The bad damp smell from the room which they try to resolve from air freshers no impact. There was no communication before function. loud music, work was being performed at 1 am in the morning with noise continuously effecting us. The continuous complaints made with no resolution. The lack of amenities that a 5 star should have we did not get. The prices that my group of friends and I paid total 7 people. We did not get value worth the price we paid. The only upside was the location. However for the 5 day we ate outside the only exception being the beach side restaurant Some of the staff members did try to help and credit to them. But unfortunately the hotel did not live to the expectation

Breakfast was great, pool was large and centrally located. The bar by the beach was comfortable and sold snacks as well as wide range of drinks.

The road leading to the hotel is in need of repair and does not support a road leading to a 5* hotel.

The food was good.

Poor service. Staff were unfriendly. Rooms did not get cleaned every day. Hotel seems to not have items stocked up e.g towels at the pool, beers at the bar - waited for 15mins to get a beer. Lunch was not ready for opening.

The location, the beach the hotel staff were excellent.

A couple of nights there were parties until 2am. But as soon as asked to be a bit quieter all was perfect. Very respectful.

Check in is too late. 3pm is very late. And on my day of check out there was wedding in the hotel. One should know this in advance that there is such big celebration going to happen in the hotel. Not everyone prefers being around such a setup.

The only thing good about the resort is the beach and spa.

I booked the room a month and a half in advance. Still room 301 that was given was way below standard. The door was jammed and not opening, the exhaust of the bathroom was not working leaving the room stinking with the smell of urine. On repeatedly telling the staff it would still not be fixed during the entire stay. The door bell of the room was falling off. The room was being fixed while we were staying inside it. I am posting the pictures below. If Planet Hollywood had any decency they would have compensated us for the entire stay or at least refunded a major portion of the stay. The compensation they provided was one free meal a day absolutely pathetic. The staff was polite and tried but for some reason am not sure the lack of resources, internal politics or upper management issues the up keep of the property seemed to be falling apart and they were not able to sort out the issues. While it is not my desire that anyone loose their jobs on this post and I was not going to even write a post but the failed exhaust in our room that made it stink of urine was horrible and unbearable to even sleep. This issues they were unable to sort till our last day. If I could take a picture of the smell I would post it. To top it off on our check out instead of providing any descent compensation I was handed a bill of Rs. 8000.

The garden view room did not have garden view anymore as the bushes block the view. Room 409. The road to the resort is very bumpy and you think you are on a trekking tour. The handling of the switches in the room is a nightmare.

Didn't cater for European people. No USB to charge phone. Didn't like it that we ordered from menue and not buffet. New Year gala over priced and loud ( we didn't bother going) we booked for 2 nights but left after the first night.

Easy access to the beach. Lovely swimming pool. Staff on the whole very good.

Poor cleanliness of the chalet room. Nails not flush with wooden flooring- caught my foot on one. Poor maintenance of the chalet - eg outer door not varnished for some time.

The staff was outstanding — Rama, Naeem, Velsan, Aditya, and the banquet manager (whose name I unfortunately can’t recall). A truly strong team with a customer-first mindset. In my experience, they are well ahead of the Marriott teams I’ve encountered.

The property needs some capex investment as there are places which require painting, maintenance.

Brilliant property for family vacations with ample amenities for kids and a private beach entrance with great in-resort trails. The staff is very courteous and helpful and its value for money.

restaurants empty no enterrainment at all , pool table broken cues old balls . Pool areas need attention to detail missing tiles etc bird muck on sunbeds and uncomfy mattresses on day beds . Not a lot of choice on menus on site either main courses or desserts , small touches like plug sockets in room not working , dirty windows lets the 5 star down to 4 star or lower in my book

The prices does not justify the quality of stay. Very poor management, housekeeping is the worst, staff is too late to respond to any calls, the only time the quickly responded was the time when we were checking out. Never recommended and never coming again.

Great location, exceptional staff, comfy bed

Pool changing area wasn’t great to be honest. I went to change in there on check out day for a last dip in the pool. However the area wasn’t clean so sadly my final swim didnt happen

Resort is tired and needs updating, with new paint and decor. Front desk staff at reception were not very good and found they need customer service training. Breakfast staff were excellent. Also road leading to the hotel was terrible

Place which handled breakfast was in chaos. They were not able yo handle pressure . Food was not refilled quickly . It was running out of crockery while guest were waiting to hv breakfast . Its restaurant seems small to handle guest . In isolation it’s good . But there is nothing much around in case u want to step out for food . Few Shacks on the beach that’s the only option
