Location is good
Food was horrible horrible horrible, no meat whatsoever and the couches were dirty, yall need to hover those couches and carpets
Property is okay. Post it being renamed after a park Hyatt… I feel the customer service and property upkeep has gone down terribly!
The staff Ms Dasha and Ms Nikita doesn’t deserve to work in a 5 star resort! They have zero customer orientation and nor do they have any empathy for guests! They just work like robots and that too bad!
Better upkeep of property
Ambience
Nothing
Location.
The buffet food needs improvement.
It was clean , well maintained, private beach access and amazing pools with different heights to choose from.
Long waiting lines for breakfast buffet welcome with complimentary snacks/drink can be better Lighting at night in resort can be better
Pool
Service
Superb
All great
Food was very good, huge swimming pool and lawn area. Good beach side.
A lot of rooms do not have doors for the bathroom, it's open from the hall area, not ideal for families with young kids.
Amazing property and very helpful, courteous staff!! We had a fabulous time
Nothing
Very pretty
evertything was amazing , we had a good stay
Cleanliness, staff was really kind and helpful, place was awesome
Everything was good
Huge property with quick pvt beach access!! The gardeners have done remarkable work in maintaining the vegetation sooo well. Ours was lagoon facing room and it was amazingly beautiful.
The worst thing about hotel was one lady staff sitting at On-call reception number in the evening and night hours of 29th June,2026. On my repeated calls and request she didnt provide me with anything and when i said i ll report you only then my ordered item arrived with a delay of over 1.5 -2 hours (i just ordered tea items and a cup). Imagine u realy need a good tea instantly and u get to make it in ur room after 2 hours just cz u are not getting supply of things!!! She was soooooo slow in her response i felt like some old granny has been made to sit and take calls of guests. That was ridiculous on part of a 5 star chain like ITC. Please either warn her or remove her from that seat atleast.
Location and size
For the amount they charge, you don’t get value for money
i have been a regular guest since 20 years. Ms Alisha at front desk, Mr Ramesh pool attendant, and housekeeping Mr Gopal made my stay very comfortable. i always love to come to ITC GOA only because of Ms Alisha at front desk and Rameshji poolside. however tired they are, they always have a smile. Mr Gopal housekeeping, made sure room and bathroom are spik and span. and well stocked so we dont have to keep calling front desk
The set up
The food could have been better
breakfast not as per std and 3 days 70 % repeated dishes
majorly housekeeping issues , no bathrob ,sheving kit, slippers in room , no minibar in room repetative breakfast, no verity in bakary this all surprising as a 5 star hotel .my opinion is not worth as per payment of room really fill to refund min 50% amont
All over it was good and special thanks to Olga who helped us a lot while in our stay ! Some compliments & special services were great !
No much for western breakfast
The Front Desk Manager Nikita and Chef Glen along with the Executive Chef were all co operative and cordial . Special mention to Glen Luis the chef who took care of us providing us food for the sick till check out after the ordeal that we faced thanks to the same kitchen. Olies club and its staff need a mention for taking care of our child while we both husband and wife were gifted the health hazard by the property.
All meals eaten by ordering in from their in-room dinner service. 3 days stay spent only in the room and the toilet courtesy the food they served. They say they take utmost care but then what explains me having a severe stomach infection with more the 20 episodes of loose stools and my wife having vomiting nausea and loose stools jeopardising our entire stay . We had to order in antibiotics from the staff to be able to settle before we could check-out . A five star property with such poor control on food hygiene is really sad . We checked in excited for a good time. Left with antibiotics and dehydration and still a bad tummy. We came in healthy and have left unhealthy.
Closer to dabolim .. vast expanse and a Pvt beach .. away from crowds
Upkeep of hotel has come down slightly. Service takes time ..
Beautiful resort. Lovely pool, easy access to the beach, friendly staff, clean, good hotel amenities.
Service was sometimes slow.
Second time here, and the level of service is why we keep coming back. From procuring and delivering a late night pack of baby wipes after we ran out to keeping the beer flowing for my mother-in-law, the staff went above and beyond. Each person checked on us multiple times and made every member of our family feel well cared for. The pool is phenomenal, never feels crowded, and keeps kids and adults entertained. The rooms are luxurious, but the real star is the magnificent shower/bath combo. My only feedback would be having more western and kid-friendly options, such as plain yogurt, on the buffet. We will definitely be back!
Unattentive staff, worst breakfast, cold food, dirty tables ate breakfast area, no one is willing to give tabes and chair to sit and eat, poor fitness centre facilities no water bottle and towels at fitness centre, cyles are there but broken cycles and the worst part i ordered food at pool bar which is very bad and staff is unattentive nothing like a five star services.....nearby resorts like alila diva hyatt are far far more better and best rhan itc grand goa with top class amenties and attentive staff
Great location , lovely hotel
The property is huge. Families can have wonderful time exploring the resort amenities. Kids enjoy a lot in the huge pool. Though their main pool is 5.5 Ft deep so kids need to be taken care of and should be under strict vigilance. The breakfast spread is good. Staff at the restaurants are very hard working and caring. Chef Farhan was amazing with his food recommendations and of course the food was very delicious and filling. Ms. Saphi took good care of us during dinner at Kababs n curries restaurant. The beach is very clean and well maintained. Mr. Ranjan was always there to greet us and take care of our needs while we visited the beach. The resort has a lifeguard stationed on the beach through out the day. The pool staff is amazing. Always vigilant and proactive. One of the pool has a slide and we enjoyed a lot during our time spent in the pool. The kids play area is very well organised with caring staff and well curated activities for kids throughout the day. They also have movie hours every day at noon. The only drawback was check in experience. We were never felt welcomed during our check-in. After travelling since morning when we reached the resort of this calibre; we expected someone to at least offer us water. The attendant didn’t even ask for water, forget the welcome drink. The check out experience was smooth. But one incident was worth mentioning - the security staff which behaved very nicely with the guests behaved very rudely with the Cab driver. Certain times this parity is not acceptable. Overall rooms are very spacious and the location of rooms is also superb. Surely worth staying if you want a serene and peaceful stay close to the beach.
Great hotel and had a great treatment with Neha and Prerna.
We are busy business owners in the UK who travel frequently as a means to unwind, relax and explore different cultures. This was our first ever visit to India. We were impressed from the beginning to the end of our stay. The venue is as beautiful as it looks in the photos and the gardens extend right onto the beach. The beach is quiet and perfect for a slow stroll along towards Aaron’s Beach Hut - where the tandoori chicken skewers and cold beers are enticing. There is no reason to visit the Beach Hut however because staying at the ITC Grand Goa is like living in one of the world’s best Indian Restaurants for 2 weeks. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners were of a high standard, plentiful and full of flavour without being too hot (spicy) for our palate. The Pool Bar offered a good range of cocktails and snacks, and the team there were friendly, chatty and attentive. The bedroom was beautifully air conditioned, comfortable and cleaned and replenished daily. The Concierge was helpful every time we had questions or required help booking a driver to take us out on day trips. Walking around the grounds and the estate was safe, lots of security guards, who always greeted us with a friendly ‘namaste’. We had such a perfect time, a combination of relaxing by the pool, exploring the area and learning more about the Goan culture. With this in mind I want to say a huge thank you to Aldrine for finding time to chat to us every day, with helpful and interesting stories about the area and India and daily life. Aldrine, thank you for your service 🙏🏻 you are an exceptional young man who will go far in your career. We would also like to thank especially Anand, Vinay, Mhabe, Saphi, Karthik, Arjun and the incredible Perjot - whose knowledge of Yoga is inspirational. We will be back again.
It’s a well spread out property with multiple pools and a clean beach. Problem Areas The room interiors appear dated and could benefit from refurbishment. Service—particularly at the pavilion restaurant—is disappointing. While the staff seems attentive at first, requests often go unaddressed unless followed up multiple times. Food portions, including basics like gelatos and starters, tend to run out before the buffet service concludes, which is quite disappointing. Housekeeping standards are below average, and the staff appears to lack motivation and attention to detail.
The location of the hotel was really very beautiful the entire property is very beautiful. The rooms are very spacious and luxury. The entire staff is really very helpful when coming to food chief Anirudh has really helped us with there amazing services and hospitality. We are really very thank full to them. As we had gone to celebrate birthday over there the staff has really very generously decorated the room and the housekeeping staff subham has also given us a very wonderful and comfortable stay. Thank-you to the entire team of ITC for making our stay really memorable
Excellent service by Chandrima abd Mr. Swaroop. Also impressive eco friendly initiative Sunya aqua water bottle. Overall best experience
Excellent massage by Prerna … thankyou
Very relaxing massage by shareena
Professional& Hygienic Anen & Ariyan
The resort was truly par excellence, and we had the best time there. What stood out even more was the team’s rare professionalism and efficiency in returning my lost watch with such care and promptness. Strongly recommend.
Experience and staff behaviour was too good .
We recently stayed at ITC Grand Goa with a large family group, including a 90-year-old wheelchair-bound grandfather, a toddler, and support staff. At the prices charged (₹37k per sea-view room and ₹60k for a suite per night), one expects a seamless luxury experience. Unfortunately, this was far from it. Right from check-in, the experience was frustrating. Despite clearly communicating our accessibility requirements, we were allotted first-floor rooms. It then took nearly 3 hours to reassign rooms, with the entire family waiting—an unacceptable delay and a complete lack of sensitivity towards elderly guests. Room hygiene was shockingly poor for a property of this stature. Several areas appeared neglected and not properly cleaned, raising serious concerns about maintenance standards. Service across the hotel was consistently disappointing—slow, uncoordinated, and indifferent. Dining was the biggest letdown: Breakfast was chaotic, poorly organised, and felt more like a crowded mess than a luxury offering Kebabs & Kurries: Food was good, but service was extremely poor (basic requests like water and ice required multiple reminders) Ottimo: Food was below average and underwhelming There was a clear lack of management oversight and staff training, which reflected in every interaction. To their credit: Golf cart service was efficient Pool facilities were excellent The beach experience was outstanding, especially the well-designed wheelchair-accessible chair and helpful staff—this was the only truly memorable part of the stay A small concession on billing at checkout does little to make up for the overall experience. Overall: This property is surviving purely on its infrastructure and location, while completely failing on service, food quality, and hygiene. At this level, such shortcomings are unacceptable. Frankly, the hotel needs to shut down temporarily, reorganise its operations, retrain its staff, and rebuild its standards before positioning itself as a luxury resort again.
Excellent room cleaning done by Hemant. Hotel ambiance is good and staffs are polite and dedicated.
Great Property, Bhimappa was great
Had a excellent experience in the spa. Prerna was very good and I felt really relaxed
Rabibul was v helpful and property is v clean n nice. Quick service. Thank you ITC team
On the 9th we decided to have a staycation in Goa( we re from Goa) and we locked in on ITC Grand as repeat guests here. And we weren't disappointed. Suzan made our check in process and stay very comfortable. We were given a complimentary spa massage which I thoroughly enjoyed thanks to Neha, who was very experienced and I loved it! Will definitely be back for another relaxed weekend soon!
It is spread over a large area and is quite spacious.
Interior needs upgrading. Slight lack of cleanliness. At night this place look so dark and need to add more lights.
Высокий уровень сервиса и безопасности. Большая ухоженная территория
Great resort with excellent facilities and hospitality overall.
During breakfast hours, serving staff needs to be better coordinated. They forgot to followup with some orders. Expensive restaurants. Swimming pools are not temperature controlled for a five star facility. Swimming pool water was cold in the morning and got warmer by afternoon.
Дуже сподобалось розташування готелю і територія. Гарний персонал. Нам дуже допомогла Ольга. Вона зробила нашу відпустку більш комфортною.
Beach
We were extremely disappointed with our experience. Would like to flag the issues so that nobody ever suffers. Staff was extremely callous and non-responsive. Room which was first given to us was stinky and the fittings in the washroom were worn out.The linen on the bed was torn. Golf cart never came on time and made it difficult to go around the huge property. Intercom call to the reception was either not answered or answered after a very long delay. Room key was always getting disabled causing extreme frustration. Service at the Pavillion restaurant was unbelievably bad and the staff was absolutely non responsive despite repeated requests, one has to literally get up from their table, find the nearest staff member to inform them of any request. Overall our experience was terrible and we do not wish to visit or suggest to anyone ever. The only positive gesture was the lady at the reception offering soft toys to our 5 months old daughter. Unfortunately, we do not remember her name.
Well maintained and close to the airport.
Overpriced for what you get. It calls itself a luxury resort but it is not. Breakfast is disappointing in what it has to offer, rooms are fine but not at all luxurious, restaurants not special and overpriced and our room was next to a collection point for used room service meals. So noisy throughout the night.
private Beach And teh Food and ambience was very Good. Overall Hospitality good.
the location is little off
Great location and scenary. Proximity to beach. Very friendly staff
Hotel is looking tired and needs a refurbishment . Breakfast is quite poor with chaotic service and not good selection of food for India standards compared to other hotels I have stayed in across India. Therefore not really great value for money but the location is amazing.
Lovely setting, very nice staff who tried to be helpful
Often promised services never happened couldn’t rely on anything being done New Year Gala Dinner awful, terrible entertainment much too loud music catering for the 5 %of the guests under 21 Coffee dreadful in all restaurants
The Gala Dinner night for the New Year celebrations was the highloght of our holiday in Goa. Rooms were spotless but tired. Beds were comfy and the staff were incredibly kind and personable. Breakfast was great. Variety and quality was great.
Unfortunately a lot. Over promising and under delivering staff. Repeatedly needing to ask for things. Lack of communication re Gala Dinner. A pool party which we were not told about until we were comfortable on our beds then it was suggested we moved to another space for our comfort. Hmmm Not enough sun beds. Tired rooms. A mouse. A rat in the spa room. And more crazy local taxi prices. The Afghan Bukhara is very good but totally over priced.
What a great place to stay. We had an incredible time. Thanks to all the staff for their service , hard work and dedication. From Xavier who look after our room during our stay. Vaaman thank you for your attention to details, top man. Priston thank you for all the coconuts and drinks you served us during our stay. Thanks to Mary, Mhabe, Henrique and so many more, you have all made our stay special and we will definitely be visiting again. Abishek thank you for overseeing to our needs and stay at the ITC Grand Goa Resort Spa amazing. We appreciate everyone and every effort made during our stay here. We will miss you guys. If I do mention any names that should be please forgive me. You were all just fantastic. THANK YOU ALL✨✨✨✨✨✨
ITC labels this property as a luxury resort, but my experience was a major disappointment. The food quality, especially at the buffet, was extremely poor and nowhere close to luxury standards. Guests should be very careful with billing. During checkout, I was handed the bill and asked to make payment. I always review my bills carefully, and thankfully I did so this time as well. I noticed that two additional bills, totaling approximately ₹15,000, had been randomly added to my account. I questioned the charges and asked for verification. Only after I proved that the bills did not belong to me did the staff agree to remove them. This was quite shocking and embarrassing for a brand of this reputation. It raises serious concerns about how many travelers may be unknowingly overcharged if they do not thoroughly check their bills. Overall, this experience was disappointing and has significantly lowered my trust in this property and ITC brand.
We had a lovely stay at this resort hotel and were very well looked after especially by Nikita Bhave on Front desk/guest relations - we found the rooms a little tired and Nikita did her best to satisfy us. The additional wine and dinner was very much appreciated. Chef Ayushmann's mushroom soup in the italian restaurant was amazing and was my massage my Esty. Lastly Arjun and Ramesh were very attentive to all our needs poolside. Its a large hotel with many functions that include corporate events and weddings so it can be noisy. Breakfast was a little reputative for our 5 night stay. The sea view rooms are quite some distance from the sea so the view is not really sea view.
I went on business trip with my company collegus. Stay was amazing food is tasty pool space is also very good it was worth travelling in this resorthd
Was Good

It was incredibly amazing, it was my birthday and the housekeeping staff decorated the room so nicely, so aesthetic, it made my day even more beautiful. I thank you all and specially pranjali, mithum, Xavier, moti, shafeet for doing all this❤️🫶🏻
