早餐用餐區靠廚房及牆邊很炎熱（澎湖夏天超熱），幾乎感受不到冷氣，但有些食物都擺在那個位置，例如需要冷藏的奶油、麵包，另外，鮮奶需要保冰，可能會影響食物品質。

房門鎖故障，浴室冷熱水不好調，不是過熱就過冷，電視無法看、冷氣有點吵、房間剛開始入住時孩子一躺下就有點過敏和癢，請櫃台更換床單後ok，最後一天上午加一晚住宿，房間就沒打掃毛巾垃圾都沒倒，後來因為也發現房門其實不是真得上鎖@@，後來才有換房間….所以一進門要檢查

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026早餐不錯還可以；此行有長者同遊..澎湖天氣真的很熱，故請櫃檯人員幫忙若房間清理完成時，可否讓老人家先進房休息（Check in 15:00),…，結果服務人員通知有一間房清理完畢，在14:00左右就讓老人家進房，感謝貼心的服務態度，值得嘉許。
房間浴室裡面（分離式沖澡間沒熱水），還好是熱天， 請巡察時多留意一下，（因入住二晚、第二天的床舖未整理，有點意外…）

Reviewed Aug 24, 2025人員服務超好，早餐美味好吃，房間舒適，床超級好睡，然後地點超級便利，又在港口旁邊，去哪玩都方便，走去南海碼頭遊客中心搭船只要3分鐘。 整體CP值很高，未來來澎湖玩或是介紹朋友，一定選雅霖入住。
24小時的免費洗衣服設備很棒，但設備機器有點太少，需要排隊使用(洗+烘)，如果排隊的人太多，為了要準時在12點左右睡覺(太晚睡怕隔天玩沒有精神)，只好放棄這個服務。

早餐大退步，海鮮粥可能換廚師了，味道變差，料變少(三天都很早去)。可能因為暑假，清潔狀況也退步，除了員工服務(尤其是泳池與櫃檯)仍然是一級棒，但是暑假因為價格提高，標準也要調高一點，感覺房務因為負擔較大，草率了些。

They're hotel offers FREE buffet breakfast, FREE Shuttle to and from Airport to the hotel, FREE use of Swimming pool for kids and adult and Hats off to the Life guard who's paying attention to the guest in the pool, FREE bike to use to roam around specially at night. They have english speaking staff/receptionist to accommodate to all non-chinese guest.
