原本住11樓左右 晚上洗澡的時候遲遲等不到熱水 等了將近半小時 打電話給客服 他們原本給我們的解決方案是先開另外一間房間給我們盥洗（不是換房）我們想說有點麻煩 乾脆不要了 然後服務人員說可以給我們換房 結果換到了六樓。 飯店大樓不能吃東西 當天是颱風 沒地方可以去 又是早上的飛機 不知道要去哪

В сауне, из раздевалки, нужно убрать писсуары, это полная антисанитария. Не приятно, когда ты переодеваешься, кто то стоит и писает. Это прям безобразие. Тем более, в этом помещении есть туалет, зачем еще и писсуары????? Установите один дополнительный в туалете. А на место писуаров поставьте диванчик или кресло, которого там очень не хватает

If you are well traveled you will find that the food is very average at this hotel. They also enforce a hard check out time at 10:30am if you're booked through a tour despite being Bonvoy members. There are massive tour groups staying here and one evening the line to take the elevator would've been at least a 30 mins wait so we had to take the stairs to our room with our young kids. The pool is also packed with people and is not so nice to lounge around in. Spa attached to hotel is great and the kids had a good time in the game room.

As a Marriott Gold Elite member, I had high hopes for this stay, but it was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had with the brand. Despite booking a package that included a room upgrade, none was provided. More concerning was the loud live music from a nearby park lasting from 6:30pm to 10pm, clearly audible even on the 11th floor, with no prior warning from the hotel. When I called the concierge, the only solution offered was earplugs. No follow-up or room change was proposed. Trying to escape the noise, I moved to the café lounge to attend an online meeting. While speaking quietly with earphones and with few other guests around, staff abruptly interrupted and demanded immediate payment—well before closing time. This felt intrusive and unprofessional. Having stayed at many Marriott, Accor, and IHG properties across Asia, I expected better. After this experience, I will not choose any Marriott property in Taiwan again…

福朋喜來登是我到澎湖住宿的第一選擇，飯店明亮寬敞舒適，床好睡，景觀很棒，服務一流，餐食美味選擇性多，值得五星好評

Good location, about 15 mins walk to local eateries. Nice view because our room was facing the harbour. Room was spacious for four adults and very clean. Friendly staffs. Many different kinds of activities you can do. Great breakfast buffet selection.

The staff checked us in wasn’t too welcoming, and she made many mistakes. Other staffs were great. The hot tops are small and no jets. Poll tables need maintenance.

All is very nice, we had a room with harbor view and enjoying balcony; all excellent except for breakfast, an amazing choice of chinese style items, all great but for north americans, which for sure are a very small minority, all "hot" items, such as eggs, omelets, ham, although under lamps, were served cold..... everything else is 5 stars!

The room is large and clean, the view is good, the breakfast is rich in variety of good quality food. Staff is helpful. Free bicycle borrowing service is provided. Shuttle bus service from and to airport is included.

The balcony was not cleaned well when I checked in, there was trash on the floor of the balcony. I called the housekeeping team to come and clean up immediately, the issue is solved. Lastly, there are no building close to the hotel, so during night time in winter, the area around the hotel is very windy and cold, though this is not something the hotel can solve.

The breakfast…just awful. They had precooked fried eggs, but I nicely requested some scrambled eggs. No. The chef just looked at me. He refused. Only fried eggs. The next morning they had a new sign- only fried eggs. The bacon was cooked as if just taken out the pack, like a pack of bacon not separated into pieces. Most of the buffet was leftover from the dinner buffet, roast duck, Thai noodles. I heard a woman also ask for scrambled eggs for her daughter. The chef said no again. He was standing in front of the flat grill, with eggs. Dinner buffet was not good. Do not recommend. Flavorless, dry roast beef. Warm sushi. Farmed shrimp that made your hands red from the dye. Whole area not clean. See photos. Rooms are nice. Pool was nice. I asked for a manager at breakfast, but they told me he didn’t work breakfast. This is Marriott?

床非常好睡，就差在廁所水壓不足及淋浴拉簾是浴簾，很容易地板都用濕

淡季來人很少，設施不用排隊，但游泳池不是溫水的，太冷了，沒辦法游。

The Hotel nearby harbor and receptionist was helpful. Also the view from swimming pool was awesome. For the tourist as me as first time visit that don't have to worry too much as free pick up service from the Airport and also you can arrange trip or car rental in the hotel. Really convenient ....

來過福朋喜來登三次，免費機場接送真的很方便，飯店設施齊全，尤其是有一個美麗的游泳池。每次來次住宿都是為了參加澎湖台灣鐵人賽，這飯店距離終點非常近，家人為選手加油也很方便。早餐提供各式各樣的食物，非常豐盛，飯店價格合理，值得來此一住

This is by far the best Four Points I’ve stayed at. The service and food were excellent, and the facilities are modern and trendy. There is a glamorous infinity pool that overlooks the harbor. The gym has all the equipment you need, and lobby provides a grand welcome. The location is perfect - right by the harbor and very walkable. All rooms have an unobstructed view and are well-upholstered. Will definitely stay here again!

飯店房間十分寬敞乾淨，住起來很舒服 設施部分，無邊際泳池正對港口視野很好，由於是平日去，人不會太多，但假日可能會擠 位置離馬公馬頭滿近的，有跳島行程的人直接走過來搭船很方便 整體來說挺不錯!

Elegant hotel with nice view! This hotel is located nearby harbor which is closer to port connected to others small island. The room with beautiful balcony easier to have whole harbor view with eyes. During the hot season, everyday the room is quite full, however, the hotel still offers high level service. 1. Swimming pool is located in 5th floor, it’s beautiful and clean. Quite enjoy to stay at pool afternoon. 2. Breakfast offers variety food and drink. The seafood noodle is so delicious and fresh. 3. The amenity for suite room provide the silly coffee and complimentary drink. 4. The bed is big enough for 4 people, and you can image for only two people, it is BIG. 6. Playground is good for family to spend over three hours. 7. Shuttle bus for free to airport. Overall, it is good staying experience! So recommended for people to visiting Penghu.

少しカジュアルなシェラトンホテルです。 とはいえ、空港送迎無料サービス、スタッフがフレンドリー、ビュッフェなどリゾートの雰囲気を満喫できるような設備はしっかり揃っていました。 また澎湖に行くことがあればこちらに宿泊すると思います。

飯店任何服務都很好，但碰到差勁的客人時希望能主動制止，不能因你們覺得來者是客，甚至回住率而選擇忍受，因為那些奧客的小孩已將他們的快樂建築在我們的痛苦上，原本想給予高分的，但因為服務人員確實有一定難度制止，但足以影響評分了！

the worst Sheraton experience. 1. inflexible and unfriendly pickup service. 2. I even can hear the TV noise from next door at 2am. 3. Water pressure issue leads terrible shower 4. No batetub 5. The bad attitude from front desk over the check in and check out.

We stayed here for three days, enjoyed a wonderful service and magnificent view of the harbor the rooftop swimming pool and surrounding. The location is perfect at adjacent to Magong harbor No.3. inside the hotel, there’s a restaurant called The Eatery, great for it’s buffet. Great fitness/exercis area. Spacious/gorgeous lounge/lobby. Our bedroom was large with two beds, comfortable and well set. adequate sitting area, modern/open closet, and contemporary bathroom. Wi-fi was strong and easy to get connect. Elegant breakfast buffet. We have enjoyed the three days’ stay.

A little expensive, but probably the best choice for Penghu. Staff were awesome and helped get several flowers for the room. Water view is worth every additional penny.

This is supposed to be one of the BEST HOTELS in PENGHU, TAIWAN. The property is managed by the International group, SHERATON . The property is owned by the same group that owns the Discovery hotel, just next to the FOUR POINTS. Wonder why the group has two supposedly 5* stars hotels in such proximity, just next to each other. Perhaps the anticipation of Hugh Flow of tourists to the Island (likely from Main Land China !!!). The hotel is not as Good as other SHERATONS round the World. The building is acceptable and the rooms are Good. However, it needs more than just Building and rooms to justify a 5* star rating. The service and many other areas can be improved. There is so few crowd, so the Chinese restaurant only open for Dinner. The breakfast buffet is acceptable as a 4* rating stand, so are the general ratings in accordance.

This is the best property to stay at when in Penghu. That being said its not up to the Sheraton standard. I travel all over the world and stay in American branded hotels for a reason: I expect American hotel standards to be applied. This hotel falls way way short. To start, the rooms are filthy. The bathroom has not had bleach or cleaner applied in months. The toilet smell awful. Floors are dirty. The bed was comfortable. In addition the lobby is literally huge and has no furniture in it. Maybe because it was off season? Im not sure. But this property fall short of being a 4 or 5 star hotel. Like I stated earlier, it is the best place to stay in Penghu. Just lower your expectations dramatically. Oh one other comment, Bonvoy member benefits are non-existent.

原本是要給五顆星的，因為飯店的客服人員的服務以及訓練相當的好。然而，飯店搭配的租車行，實在不敢恭維，原本以為能讓飯店在飯店裡駐點的廠商，飯店必會為顧客篩選過而有一定的品質。然而，這間六*租車行，態度真是惡劣透了，租車時態度真是糟透了。原本以為這已經是極限了!沒想到25日下午 5:15送機的司機，還能語帶威脅對整車旅客，態度真是令人大開眼界。 真是敗興而歸，而也導致我們對澎湖的印象糟到極點。建議若要來澎湖玩的旅客，若要有一個方便的方便服務，那可能這間就要三思而後行。The car rental attitude in this hotel is quite bad.

因飛機延誤的原因導致沒辦法搭上接駁車，致電詢問只能讓旅客自行搭計程車，因認為這不是個人因素，希望飯店下次能有一個好一點的應變措施。

For an international hotel, the food was not accommodating to guests with restrictions. Many dishes were made with pork and it was insulting to have to explain. Language barrier was a problem as well. Breakfast buffet did not provide for the western traveller. The cost of traveling solo to order solo dishes in the Chinese restaurant was also a disappointment. Most meals were family style. Educating the staff of religious and dietary restrictions might be a good idea. I did not eat the last night because I could find anything suitable and it was a pain to have to explain again. The staff was courteous and friendly and tried to be helpful. Maybe a section in the menu Of standard items that’s reasonable might be looked at. I know of another family that had difficulty. French fried potatoes should stay vegetarian.., DO NOT PUT BACON IN TBE OIL. How about a veg egg omelet bar free of pork!! Fried rice and fried fish!! Thank you! I hope this was helpful.

Local tour services is unique. Barge to hotel and airport are good and the driver is hospitality and answer your questions.

第一次帶剛滿週歲的孩子出遠門，為確保住宿以及服務品質，便選擇福朋喜來登。果然沒有讓我們失望，家人和孩子在公共親子設施都玩的很開心，若下次有機會再去澎湖玩一定會再入住。

Got upgraded to one of the suites as a platinum member. The service was impeccable, and the staff was really friendly and professional. Not a luxury resort but definitely one of the best four points out there.

Book a room with a harbor view and spend your first evening chilling out with a cool drink watching the fishing boats and ferries coming home. So relaxing. Our room was just great, a very good value. The infinity pool is smallish but just fine with harbor views as well. Nice looking facility, well located, and very helpful and kind staff to help you. Shuttle service to the airport and car rentals available by the day...that was the best part for us, I do not care for scooters from a safety standpoint and we had a short visit. We rented a car (they take you to the agency from the hotel and give you a ride back though we chose to walk and it was lovely). Very affordable and fun way to visit a lot in a short time. We would definitely stay again.

這次總共住三晚 第一晚住的是在9樓的2間雙人海景房 房間很大很乾淨 有陽台 可看到碼頭海景 各有2張雙人床 一家4口 每人睡一張大床 很舒服 第2 3天住的是4人房 在6樓也是2張雙人床 但2人睡一張雙人床 沒陽台 可看到5樓泳池 早餐還不錯 自助式晚餐很棒 我發現海景雙人房跟一般4人房附的東西有差別 仔細算 4人房真的沒比較便宜 下回跟家人有機會再去澎湖 我會選擇喜來登飯店的雙人海景房

This was our first visit to the Penghu Islands and we were very pleased with all aspects of our time on the island. The hotel has amazing facilities and perhaps the best breakfast of our two weeks in Taiwan. English is a little challenging since they get few visitors who speak English. Restaurant prices are much lower than throughout Taiwan but the quality was also somewhat less. We probably should of had all of our meals at the hotel. Price/ value of the Four Points is the best

Amazing views from all rooms. Nice big comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, and great service. The balconies allow views of the entire harbor.

The hotel is strategically located with good close views of the harbour. As a platinum member, we were upgraded to the premier suite harbourview of floor area of 99sqm. The bed is very comfortable and we liked the spacious bathroom with sunk-in bath. Hotel has a full range of facilities on level 5, including zero edge outdoor swimming pool, gym, sauna room, sports and games area, spa, family room, indoor children playground and reading area. However, there isn't any club lounge for SPG members. Airport is only a 15-min ride away and hotel provides free shuttle to and from airport. A short walk to the nearby duty free mall and quick rides to amenities and eateries. Guests can rent scooter, car and van at Tourist Information Services, level 1 of the hotel. We had a wonderful 4D3N holiday. Thanks to the helpful staff at front desk (Eden Hong, Larry and Victor). They gave good advices and recommendations!

The hotel is beautiful and the amenities are really great for families. Our son loved the play area! The rooms are really comfortable but unfortunately no bath tubs for the toddler. Breakfast buffet was below average: no egg station, just cold eggs under a warmer that didn’t keep the eggs warm. Fruit was a plenty and good though. Pool was nice.

Great hotel (especially for kids). Wonderful amenities, very clean, good breakfast. Not a lot within walking distance but that wasn’t a big deal. I’d highly recommend and would stay here again.

Staid in the hotel mid July on a company retreat for 2 nights, we were pleased with the overall check-in, staff courtesy, ambiance, hardware, room decore, facilities, and dining. The location itself is quite accessible to downtown Magong, with just 10mins walk around the adjacent beautiful harbor. I like the smooth check-in and check-out processes, as the staff on the first floor demonstrate top notch service. However, more training could be provided to staffs in the facilities area (gym, pool, kids room etc.), as their attention and attitude are less than the average international 4 star chain hotels. I have a sense that most of them are still students or even trainees. I also do not understand why their gym is not open 24 hrs, if not starting at least at 6am (hotel could have used a room key to access the gym and post signs that waiver their liabilities and inform guests to use at their own risk, instead of having a person asking for the patron's room number). I'm a gym buff, and likes to work out early in the morning before i start my day, and i take this is normal for most people who has work or have kids. Breakfast was almost on par 4-star, as all the dishes are rather standard items, except for the very delicious seafood rice noodle soup, which is a must for guests. However, yogurt could have been served in individual cans, instead of a large open bowl with a scoop. Their pastries are nice and tasty, with red beans, pine apple buns, and choco chips. In terms of location, given it is not directly in the downtown district, the roads are wider and more spacious, but takes a few minutes to walk to the famous sight seeing temples and foodies across the harbor. Overall hardware of the hotel is impressive (infinity pool is quite lovely), but if they could add some more international touch to the software, it could do marvelously. Would still recommend tourists to stay at the hotel if they are seeking high end touches for their accommodation in Penghu.

Have been staying with SPG hotels for a while and being a Platinum member, you surely know if a hotel is up to SPG standard. Stayed in this relatively new hotel for a family vacation. Had to book a package through a travel agency so we could fly in with an early morning flight and come back in late night flight to maximize the stay. So, no upgrades and no nights accumulated, this was the only drawback. Otherwise, friendly and attentive personnel, good food, good bar, surprisingly nice room and harbor view, really nothing to complain and no surprise with the high standard I always enjoy in an SPG property (I am platinum with IHG as well and I get some surprises......)

It’s a new hotel. Everything’s new. Hotel staffs are well trained. Will stay in the future.

This hotel newly open in 2016, good International 4 stars hotels. Although I was long time SPG member but not entitle to room upgrade at this hotel, was told we were on package program, also not able to use their free shuttle airport bus service. Staff services was good in general, understand they hired a lots of local University as their part time worker, therefore some of them are not familiar with their Service, for example I requested the coffee shop receptionist to book a Taxi service for us to go to the airport, but was told We need to in person go down to the reception desk to arrange it, not over the phone. Most of the facilities were new, Room decoration was simple but with modern style and comfortable, cannot rated as 5 stars, Restaurant for the breakfast was provided fair choice of item, we love the oyster rice noodle and congee (highly recommended to try). Pool area and Gym facilities were adequate with in small size.

1. They have shuttle bus between airport and hotel for free. 2. The service is really good. They are included in reception, restaurant, house keeping, and kids facilities. 3. Food is quite good. The breakfast at third floor is good. The restaurants are also good. 4. Room is great. We really love the room. 5. I like their Swimming pool, my kids as well.
