Convenient and quiet location, few minutes away by walk from Asok BTS station. Being close to the busy life and night life of Sukhumvit areas, without the nuisances. The whole team is nice, from the receptionists to the housekeepers. I stayed in a room whitout window: it can be disturbing in the morning as you lose the idea of the natural light from outside. But it make the room super quiet, so perfect for light sleepers. Plenty of lights and electric plugs. On the top of it, the airco unit is very quiet, and that make a big difference compared to many other hotels rooms equipped with old and noisy central units. Bed super comfy with giant pillows. Clean room. Good breakfast with various choices.

The shower head is not really amovible from its base on the wall, so when you turn on the water, it's difficult to avoid being caught by the cold water first. Restaurant has a small capacity with only few tables so it can be a bit packed.

Brak okna w pokoju. Był to błąd po mojej stronie, ponieważ nie doczytałam a informacji przy rezerwacji. Ale niestety brak światła dziennego oraz świerzego powietrza niestety doskwierało podczas pobytu.

Ben normalde yorum yapmam ama başkalarınında yanılmasını istemem .Bu fiyata hatta daha ucuza daha iyi otellerde konakladım

Gute Lage und sehr sauberes, geräumiges Zimmer. Wir hatten einen frühen Check In gebucht waren aber nochmal 3 Stunden früher da als die Check In Zeit. Das Hotel ließ uns dennoch ohne Aufpreis ins Zimmer. So konnten wir uns von unserem Jetlag direkt erholen. Toller Service!

Struttura localizzata a Sukhumvit a pochi passi dalla metro BTS e dal centro commerciale Terminal 21. L'hotel è elegante ed il personale gentile. Stanza molto ampia, pulita e confortevole. Colazione eccellente. Il bar ha una fascia di happy hour in cui è possibile avere una birra gratis. Prezzo estremamente competitivo.

Il soggiorno ha superato le nostre aspettative. Unica cosa da implementare forse un servizio di shuttle per l'aeroporto.

Зубные щетки оставляют только при личной просьбе. Завтрак - беда(. Нужно ждать заказ и ждать очень долго. Персонал невнимательно записывает, потом еще и обвиняет гостей в том, что они не говорили что есть будут все члены семьи, а не половина.

Unser gebuchtes Zimmer hatte leider kein Fenster, das war aber uns vorher schon bekannt gewesen.

Il personale è stato molto disponibile e accogliente; le camere sono molto belle. Consigliatissimo!

Nonostante fossi perplesso del non avere finestre in camera, l’ho trovata molto accogliente, spaziosa e anche con un suo stile. Come il resto della struttura che a tratti è senz’altro più ricercata di quanto lo siano altri alberghi di pari categoria. La colazione, per quanto la parte buffet non sia particolarmente ricca, i piatti a scelta che arrivano dalla cucina sono molto soddisfacenti e vari.

El hotel esta muy bonito y muy bien ubicado. Ofertan muy buen desayuno. Me gusto mucho.

Se escuchan los ruidos entre las habitaciones y desde el pasillo. No tenía ventana mi habitación pero eso me lo hicieron saber, así que no es una queja, es sólo informativo.

The location was very convenient, 5 to 10 mins to the train, right in the middle of the main town. Easy access to grab and public transport. Plenty of food choices and street stalls nearby. Very yummy ala-carte breakfast offered every morning, the garlic chicken was really good! But the highlight would be the staff, super friendly and helpful, and absolutely exudes warmth. We understand why this place have such a high rating :)

We got the room without windows so it was a bit disorientating in the morning but it was very quiet and well lit with plenty of lights. It was our choice to take this room anyway so no complains. Really there isn't anything that we didn't like. We love this place and will definitely stay here again.

Pretty good locations, a lot of mall and restaurants around. Grabs arrive easily there. The breakfast was amazing and we enjoyed our staying so much that we went back 3 days laters.

it can't be a bit far from "more famous areas", so grabs and taxis can be more expensive. A block away there is a street with a lot of "bars" and "massages" places, so keep in mind if you have kids around.

Die Lage ist super und das Bett war traumhaft angenehm! Der Gastronomische Service.

Das Personal wirkt ziemlich genervt an der Reception und nicht besonders freundlich. Außerdem hatten wir einen Late Check-out gebucht. Die angegebene Uhrzeit war mit „1:00 Uhr“ angegeben, was für uns sehr irritierend war, da wir davon ausgegangen sind, dass damit 1:00 Uhr gemeint ist und nicht 13:00 Uhr. Eine eindeutigere Angabe, beispielsweise „13:00 Uhr“, hätte dieses Missverständnis vermieden.

Although the waterstream is strong and you can take a good shower, it is a pity the shower head was fixed to the wall in my room.

الموقع ممتاز

Het ligt centraal in de bruisende wijk Sukhumvit, ook handig als je naar t vliegveld moet, kan met de BTS raillink, of met de taxi, wij waren met de taxi (Bolt) 700 baht kwijt en deden er rond 22u s’avonds een dik half uur over. Station Asok op loopafstand. Terminal 21 op loopafstand (leuk winkel centrum, vooral de toiletten☺️) MBK makkelijk te bereiken. In de straat/omgeving vanalles te doen, winkeltje, 7/11, massages, gewoon het echte Bangkok. Het personeel is hartstikke aardig. Er is een keuze ontbijt, je kan 1 gerecht kiezen van de kaart, ik vond de yoghurt bowl met fruit en soort van koek kruimels hartstikke lekker, ook is er een klein buffetje met koffie, sap, groentes en wat zoets.. je ontbijt heerlijk in de airco! In de kamer is t rustig, geen geluidsoverlast ervaren, bedden slapen prima. De douche was wat minder fijn, je kan de douchekop niet draaien en straal was zeer matig.

Ons putje van de douche was verstopt, maar werd meteen iemand gestuurd, helaas kon hij het niet oplossen maar we mochten meteen naar een andere kamer. Omdat ik geen zin had om alles weer in te pakken, kozen we er zelf voor om toch de kamer te houden. We mochten wel gebruik maken van de douche van de andere kamer. Netjes opgelost dus.

I really loved how welcoming the staff were and allowing me for an extra 500 baht to have early check in which was much needed as I had not slept on the flight over! The facilities were great, bed so comfy! Free breakfast was included in my stay it is limited but still very enjoyable!

I’m a loyal Marriott Bonvoy Titanium member, and despite having a Marriott directly across the street, I decided to try this boutique hotel because it looked charming. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I expected. Unfortunately, the customer service completely ruined my stay. I originally booked eight nights but checked out after my third night because of how I was treated. During breakfast, I made a simple request to have my eggs fully cooked instead of sunny-side up. I wasn’t asking for anything extra—just for the yolks to be cooked or for scrambled eggs instead. The staff repeatedly refused, even though scrambled eggs are offered on their regular breakfast menu, and argued with me that it was a “set menu.” It wasn’t about the eggs—it was about the complete lack of hospitality. When I spoke with the manager, he simply repeated the same thing instead of trying to resolve the issue. I’ve visited Thailand more than 26 times, and one of the reasons I keep coming back is the incredible hospitality. Sadly, this was one of the coldest and least welcoming experiences I’ve had here. The overnight receptionist who checked me in was wonderful, but the daytime front desk staff and manager made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a guest. I ended up checking out early and moving to the Marriott across the street. As someone who owns a travel agency and regularly recommends hotels in Thailand, this is one property I will not be recommending. The hotel itself has potential. Unfortunately, the customer service does not.

Las habitaciones son muy limpias muy modernas, realmente la ubicación es buena es como a 10 minutos caminando del BTS y el MRT, muy buen comercio cerca.

El tema de las ventanas es un poco difícil porque siempre pues se siente un tris encerrado el lugar

Wish the staff was a bit more accommodating. They had slightly different treatment / services to different races of customers. Also, one day a cleaning lady was inside the room when I entered, while the “Do Not Disturb” sign was still ON.

Super friendly staff. Boutique hotel vibes and situated in a very good location which is within walking distance to good malls and parks. The room was very comfortable and very quiet. Lots of great restaurants too within walking distance. Highly recommended.

La colazione ha un piccolo buffet un pochino limitato e un piatto caldo da ordinare tra diverse scelte .

Un po di noia con la temperatura della doccia no si riusciva a regolarla, passava da fredda a troppo calda .

The breakfast in the lobby, i didn't like the options. Anyway Bangkok is amazing city where breakfast can be taken in many good shops .

Lovely little hotel. Booking a room with a window is a must, I can't imagine the windowless room being as nice. Breakfast is limited but available. The fitness room should be removed from the listing tho it's tiny. Everyone who worked there was wonderful especially all the ladies cleaning the rooms!

Fitness room is non functional Breakfast was limited and they didn't explain you had to pay for the second menu on the table.

Air conditioning was not working in the room, I had to change my room at 3am because I couldn't sleep from the heat which took about 40 minutes!

住宿地點非常方便，距離空鐵Asok站跟MRT大概8-9分鐘，要搭乘大眾運輸到各個景點真的很方便 附近有便利商店跟蠻多間的按摩店。 早餐很好吃!!!有8種套餐可以選擇,再搭配現場提供的自助式蔬果跟麵包飲料。其實蠻足夠的 現場服務人員很親切和善～一般最早可入住的時間是11點 但我們是搭紅眼班機抵達曼谷所以早上６點多７點就會抵達住宿 因有提前告知住宿方，有告知我們＋５００泰銖可以提前於７點入住 能提早入住先好好休息補眠一下再開始行程覺得很可以ＸＤ

很可惜入住的期間剛好遇到在網路維修，入住時有叫我們掃臨時的wifi使用 但是到我們房間時是完全連不上wifi的,有告知連不上卻也沒有辦法解決QQ 後來就是自己再加買網路來cover 也還過得去! 浴室只有花灑沒有蓮蓬頭

The staff is exceptional, and welcoming. The place is as beautiful as in the pictures with great attention to details. Exceptionally well located close to public transport and right in the CBD! Breakfast in the morning is very good. They also stored my luggage for a full week whilst we went to the island. We are coming back to this hotel again! Great time. Exceptional value for money.

I liked the location. There was no noise disturbance. The soundproofing seemed good.

It looks like a 3-star hotel. Not bad at all. On the contrary, it's clean and comfortable. But it doesn't look like a 4-star hotel.

No window in room is tough. Hot water not very hot even after staff had a look. Last night of our stay the power went out and the staff weren’t very helpful to be fair. How can we be expected to stay in the dark in our rooms for over a day? Not acceptable. Shower fixed to wall, probably better to have a normal shower head so we can direct the water where we want. The toilet bidet too strong. Window linking the room and shower/toilet is unnecessary

I got one dead and live cockroaches in the room

The room without a window was just fine. It was very well designed and did not feel claustrophobic. Very comfortable beds, and quiet. We slept very well. Close to all of the major shopping malls by foot.

The wifi kept disconnecting. Because I read this was a regular issue here, we asked for a different wifi and they had one handy, it seems they are aware of the problem and kind of let the customers complain , then give a solution. Strange.

This is the best hotel you can book compared to price vs servies. They do your laundry for free through out your stay (if you book Directly with them) YOu get free beers at 17:00

Location was good, its about 1.5 blocks from the main street, right between Terminal 21 and Emsphere… very convenient. WiFi speeeds were great. I sleep with ear plugs, it blocked out the small bit of noise from ac n traffic (was manageable).

Amazing location - places to eat, party, spa, premium malls, parks, 7-11s, public transport systems, etc. at a convenient and accessible distance. Very helpful staff. Room size and cleanliness exceeded expectations.

Rooms facing the road could be even more comfortable with some soundproofing as there was some traffic noise. But, this is nit picking compared to the rest of the positives.
