Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Me gustó el entorno, la ubicación. El trato del joven que nos preparó la tinaja y nos entregó la leña, fue super amable.
La ducha podria arreglarse, y poner shampoo para los pasajeros, el baño esta bonito, también se podría agregar un enchufe más, ya que solo hay un alargador en todo el domo para el refrigerador.

Reviewed May 5, 2026Todo excelente y maravilloso, atención de excelencia de parte de Ricardo y la chica, muy cómodos y pasamos un par de noches inolvidables con mi señora Paulina. El lugar maravilloso, entorno de ensueño y accesos y estado del camino en buenas condiciones entendiendo el entorno y clima de la zona.
Por mencionar algo sería que existiesen cortinas o alguna manera de tapar las ventanas del domo para que cuando amanezca no entre la luz tan fuerte y provoque despertar antes de tiempo. Solo como oportunidad de mejora.

Quedamos en cabaña, la tina nesecita pagar aparte y solo una vez puede usarlo y nesecita reserva con anticipación. Hace mucho frío madrugada si te queda en primero piso sofacama, no hay sábana extra para la sofacama y las mantas adicionales no estaban muy limpias.

Reviewed Nov 29, 2025Gezellig haardvuur in de tent: let op; het wordt wel 40 graden in de kamer bij goed stoken.
Wij hebben een dome geboekt maar helaas viel onze ervaring erg tegen. De geboekte tenten worden in het weekend veel gebruikt door groepen (vooral jongeren) die er feesten houden. Ondanks de regels gaat het lawaai, inclusief harde muziek en geschreeuw, tot in de late uurtjes door. Pas als je rond 2 uur ’s nachts bij de receptie aan de bel trekt, komen ze in actie, terwijl de muziek en het lawaai vanaf de tenten duidelijk hoorbaar is (ook bij de receptie hoorde je nog andere feesttenten). Dit zorgde voor erg weinig nachtrust en een onrustig verblijf. Tot onze teleurstelling werd er bovendien geen enkele vorm van compensatie aangeboden, ondanks de overlast die wij hebben ervaren. Wij hadden hier veel meer van verwacht.

Eles.têm comidinhas gostosas já prontas e vinhos para quem está cansado e não está a fim de sair à noite para procurar restaurantes. Lugar bem localizado, próximo ao vulcão Osorno, Parque Naciona e saltos de Petrohuer, na região de Puerto Varas.

No hot water at any time of day, kitchenware was dirty/broken, and cleaning supplies were awful. Bed was not comfortable and the quiet curfew was non-existant as people would party and be loud into the night (1:00am). I wish I would've stayed closer to Puerto Varas.

Wifi did not really work and there is no phone signal, which was unfortunate as we needed to book some further travel arrangements...

Lo malo ( pero es algo que los huéspedes deben controlar) es que hay que estar atentos con la bosca ya que de si no te preocupas habrán 40 grados de calor en el dormitorio ya que el cañón de esta pasa por la habitación

The accomodation was clean, quiet and overall great to relax and connect with natute. The hotel prepared for us a tinaja-grrat experimve taking bath under the stars. We also enjoyed massage that is available by request.

Wood stove made the upstairs beds hot, but downstairs beds got cold if you didn't keep the fire going. They just need a fan to flow air better. The shower was tiny.

Reviewed Jan 1, 2025The forested setting where the accommodation is located is beautiful and holds great potential. Unfortunately, this is overshadowed by significant flaws and extremely poor management, as outlined.
1. Poor Insulation: The dome lacks proper insulation, making it unbearably hot during the day and extremely cold at night. 2. Bathroom Issues: • The handheld showerhead leaks and cannot be mounted, and the shower area is cramped. • Water pools at the bottom, creating an unhygienic environment. 3. Dim Lighting: Both the dome and bathroom are poorly lit, making the space quite dark at night. 4. Hot Tub Design: The outdoor hot tub is environmentally unfriendly and poorly designed. It lacks a thermostat to regulate the temperature, requiring guests to manually add cold water using a hose and adjust the water level with a plug, both located outside the tub. What should be a relaxing experience turns into a stressful one, as you frequently have to leave the tub to avoid scalding yourself. This setup also results in considerable water waste. 5. Terrible Administration: The most significant issue is the administrator. • He lacks basic courtesy and cannot handle guest inquiries with professionalism. • When my wife asked him to assist with lighting the gas oven, he became visibly irritated because I contacted him outside his official hours (at 9 a.m. instead of 10 a.m.). • His attitude was condescending; he implied she was incompetent for needing assistance and even exclaimed, “Oh my God!” in a mocking tone. • When she expressed her frustration and closed the door, he accused her of slamming it in his face and claimed she mistreated him. • He even went as far as to threaten legal action, stating he had the entire interaction recorded. We wished to know in advance that light fully goes off around 11pm, and the upper floor where the bed is become completely dark. Having no plugs close to bed doesn’t help. Inside temperature ranges between super hot when the heater is on to freezing cold during the night when is hard to control the wood in the heater. No extra paper provided to restart the heater if needed. The road to reach the place is challenging (but I understand there is no much they can do)

Reviewed Jul 25, 2024There is only wood-stove for heat. That means the upstairs bedroom is too hot and the downstairs living area is too cold. Once the fire is out, it is out. I had no way to restart it. No kindling, no paper, no matches. The reception is only open from 10am - 10pm. I woke up very cold at 6am and could not get any help lighting the stove until later. The property manager did respond to my whatsapp message and came with matches at 9am.

Reviewed Apr 2, 2024Beautiful setting!! Really unique place with an amazing view and vibe. We didn't get to use the hot tub, but it looked great.
The only heat in the dome was a small wood stove, so someone has to wake up and feed it every 2 hours all night, or else the dome gets COLD. The shower water was just warm enough, but would have been nice hotter considering how chilly it is this time of year. Also, the fridge never got cold.
