The room was big with balcony. Well located. The shuttle to/from the airport was good and ponctuel, drivers were very friendly.

Access to the hotel was not easy with baggage due to cars blocking the entrance. It happened during my stay that the water was not available for couple of hours but the reception didn’t mention it on my arrival. The door did not open properly and had to go up and down with by baggage twice to get help. The corridors are lacking AC. Room floor not cleaned properly. Took my dinner in the hotel restaurant, food was average but good screwed up when paying the bill; was charged 4200DA tried to pay with 6000DA, the responsible claimed he doesn’t have exchanged, disappeared for a while then gave back 1000DA and said it is ok for the rest 🙂; bottom line pay attention .

The location and the breakfast were the best things about the hotel.

I called ahead and they told me I would have no problems since my husband made the reservation. I arrived and they treated me as I was a criminal and had stolen someone's credit card to make a reservation. I was so insulted and humiliated and my mood was destroyed. That ruined the experience for me since the reception was the first interaction I had at the hotel. I will NEVER stay there again. Horrible experience.

I liked the shuttle from the airport, the close proximity to public transport, the breakfast, and the friendly staff.

I stayed for one night only. I wanted to stay longer.

Navette à l'heure , voiture confortable et climatisée, chauffeur très accueillant. Acceuil chaleureux, fluidité et l'échange agréable du réceptionniste. Le sourire du personnel, et l'efficacité. Point fort l'emplacement. Cet établissement mérite d'être encourager et qu'il soit mis en avant pour son rapport prix et qualité. Bravo aux femmes de ménage qui sont disponibles tout le temps avec le sourire et leur amabilite.

La propriété des chambres, climatisation au top l'espace , literie . Frigo avec la chaleur de l'été un +++ et je rajoute les bouteilles d'eau disponibles sans les avoir réclamer, bouilloire, café, thé. Salle de bain très propre et fonctionnelle, matériel surtout nous . Un point fort le restaurant, on a apprécié le menu , acceuil sympathique, serveur très professionnel et souriant. Menu varié, propreté des lieux. Petit déjeuné compris dans le tarif , plutôt copieux et varié, il y en a pour tous les goûts, salé et sucré. Bravo 👍

Disastrous experience with the night shuttle. I called the driver more than three times after collecting my luggage. When he arrived, he offered absolutely no help. Service non-existent. The hotel does not reflect the expectations mentioned on the booking site.

The place was very disappointing. It was not clean, there was mold on the walls, and the staff was very rude

Baby's bed was broken toilet flush was broken too and we waited 1 hour till they changed the room, ac doesn't work at night we've woke up melting , door's lock doesn't work every time we want to get to the room we had to go to the reception twice or three time to fix it

Prélèvement de ma CB avant mon arrivée alors que j'étais censé payer en DZD à mon arrivée. ! Selon le réceptionniste, il aurait fallut venir régler mes chambres 48 avant la prise des chambres, c'est scandaleux ! Le réceptionniste était très désagréable, limite moqueur. Ce n'est pas conforme à l'hospitalité qui est la règle dans les hôtels en Algérie. La vue de ma chambre était extraordinairement moche avec une vue imprenable sur une torchère d'hydrocarbures. Fuyer cette hôtel !

mon séjour dans votre établissement a été particulièrement décevant et loin d'être à la hauteur des prestations attendues. Entre l'absence totale de service à notre arrivée où j'ai dû porter moi-même nos valises sans aucune aide de la réceptionniste, l'état d'hygiène déplorable de la salle de bain marquée par la présence de moisissures, et l'agacement quotidien de devoir faire reprogrammer nos cartes de chambre chaque matin, l'expérience a été des plus désagréables. Je repars donc particulièrement mécontent

L’hôtel est bien placé à 15 minutes en voiture du monument du martyre. Le personnel est accueillant et les chambre propre et fonctionnelle

L equippe du restaurant etait très sympatique, notamment le jeune homme amateur de motos. Je mem'y sentais en famille pour non séjour d'une semaine. Les receptionnistes assistaient en tout contexte, merci!

La carte clef de la chambre nécessitait un rechargement chaque jour. J ai vu ça mieux ailleurs

Nothing, it is terrible. You can see the picture I took for the cot I requested for my baby, it was dirty and unfortunately we couldn’t use it for safety reasons. I would highly advise families to not book in this hotel. Staff at reception were not professional at all, not welcoming guests and rude. The breakfast staff in the morning was respectful and friendly I have to give him a credit for that

Me and my husband - a family from Bulgaria stayed at Best Night Hotel in Algiers and had a truly pleasant experience. From the very beginning, the staff impressed us with their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for guests. We would like to especially thank Rafi from the reception, who was always helpful and welcoming. We also want to say huge THANKS to his colleagues from reception, restaurant and housekeeping. The rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily, with fresh towels and amenities, including tea, coffee, and water. Breakfast was rich and well-organized. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, the city center, and the SAFEX cosmetics exhibition center , which was the main purpose of our visit. We are happy with every minute of our stay. We would also like to thank the staff for their help in arranging taxis, which was our main means of transportation during our stay. Even in just four days, we managed to experience a part of Algerian culture, lifestyle, and history. Wonderful country, wonderful people. We would happily return again! Disliked · It would have been a plus to have a TV channel in English, however this did not in any way diminish our otherwise excellent impressions. Thanks to the reception staff for the efforts.
