Unfortunately, the room was in very poor condition, and I honestly did not expect this level of quality from a five-star hotel. The overall experience was very disappointing and fell far below my expectations. The condition of the room, cleanliness, and maintenance were not up to the standard I would expect from a hotel of this category. I was extremely dissatisfied with my stay and believe the hotel management should seriously review the quality of its rooms and services.

Läget är mycket bra, nära till flygplatsen och platser man kunde handla och äta i fast man måste ha en bil också för att köra dit. Några av personalen var trevliga men inte alla. Det beror på vem det är. Frukosten var god. Har en fin trädgård . Har det bra med parkeringplatser.

Jag tyckte inte om kvinnan som mötte oss först i receptionen då hon krävde dokument från oss som ingen annan brukar fråga om i andra hotell och hennes sätt att prata med oss var inte alls professionellt. Andra dagen frågade jag en annan person i receptionen om vad man behöver visa för id handlingar och han nämnde inte alls det kvinnan krävde av oss. Vi fick ett rum där golvet inte var städat ordentligt, det luktade illa från badrummet som hade en dörr som inte gick att stänga. Vi bad om att byta rummet och det fick vi men golvet var inte bra städat heller så vi fick be städerskan som var i korridoren då för att städa och det gjorde han men inte ordentligt. Vi var jätte trötta efter en lång resa i en varm dag. Vi fick också be om den tredje sängen flera gånger och fick vänta mer än fyra timmar 😓 Det var verkligen irriterande när vi var jätte trötta och behövde vila oss. Sämre än det har vi inte varit med innan. Hoppas att det blir bättre med städning och all personal lika trevlig.

Jag tyckte om läget. Bra parkeringplatser, några av personalen var trevliga, frukosten var god, fin trädgård.

Golvet var inte bra städat och fick byta rum men också inte bra städat heller. Hotellet är fint men behöver tas hand om . Vi fick vänta länge för att få en säng till när vi var jätte trötta och behövde vila oss. Kvinnan som mötte oss först på receptionen var inte trevlig och pratade med oss på ett oprofessionellt sätt. Medan andra verkade trevligare.

La piscine et payante même pour les résidents de l'hôtel. Dommage . Le spa je comprend mais la piscine ??? . Lit King sise mais en faite 2 lit 1 place mis clte a cote . Pas tres confortable du coup

Tout est super. Personnel exceptionnel. Tout le monde est aux petits soins dès l'entrée au parking. Merci les agents de sécurité, de l'accueil, du restaurant, de la piscine et tout ceux qui travaillent pour l'hôtel. Je je recommande vivement.

Moquette a nettoye. Lit jumeaux mis cote a cote ont appel ca un King size. Pas de sérieux au restaurant bosco , réservation de table effectué au près du personnel. Au moment de mon arriver aucune table de vide et ma table prise .

It's not as I expected and it's not value of money

We arrived at after 10pm and had sent an earlier message to inform. Despite this we had to wait almost an hour to get checked in. However, the lady staff at the reception kindly gave us free dinner while waiting for the room to be ready. What is worse when we finally checked in - there no towels, no cups, no remote control for the TV and no coffee and tea and no water to drink in the room. When we called the reception, it took a very long time for them to come ie I had already fallen asleep by then and my husband had to wait for a long time before they were finally provided.

Aucune piscine, alors que votre site indiquait clairement qu’elle faisait partie des équipements disponibles durant le séjour. De plus, mes sollicitations écrites sont restées sans réponse. Je déplore le manque de sérieux de votre service et regrette profondément d’avoir réservé à la fois sur votre site et dans cet hôtel. C’est inacceptable.

Pour le lit King size c'est deux matelas jumelles La moquette de la chambre très sale Tout les chambres sont standard ya aucune différence entre standard et luxe la seule différence c'est le prix.

Établissement calme le personnel très bien dommage que le spa n'est pas compris dans le prix sinon chambre confortable et personnels a l'écoute et très gentil

Nous avons bien dormi accueil parfait personnel parfait. Cependant la moquette des chambres et des couloir pas propre et usée. Le coffre-fort ne fonctionnait pas « piles usées » la télécommande de la télé ne fonctionnait pas « piles usées et cabossées » il manquait des serviettes le peignoir la poche était arraché

Très bon hôtel, bon rapport qualité prix, très bon accueil, très commode pour aller à l’aéroport grâce à la proximité et au transfert gratuit, je recommande cet hôtel pour les voyageurs qui attendent leurs vols à l’aéroport d’Alger.

Location near airport and quit neabourhood.

Bath room was not ready, no towels and the TV remote was not functioning

THE ROOMS NEED TO BE RENOVATED. HAD PROPLEMS WITH THE BATHROOM. TOWELS WERE OLD AND TATATERED.

breakfast was very good and the buffet lunch and dinner was delicious too. the kitchen , cleaning staff were all very friendly and helpful . i enjoyed the tourist shop inside the hotel too. special mention to the front desk staff who were very helpful and organised the navette from and to the airport. front desk reception helped me with all my requests including printing some doccuments. they were very professional and spoke multiple languages. well done and thank you for great service. even the hotel cat on the patio was very friendly and i enjoyed the company.

the aircon in my room 218 was not as cold as i would like it to be but not a big problem.

Nice accomadation. I liked it. Breakfest could be better.

The breakfast could be better if they served more cheese options. Even one day there were no cheese served at all. And Wifi was not available sometimes.

The only thing was room was clean.

Staff was not at all friendly and didn't care about the facilities. My locker in the room was not working, but no one was their to listen to my complaint. Intercom was not working. Food choice was big ZERO.

It is nearby the airport good for transit the shuttle bus and the food

Need to change the carpet ,the hotel having a bar nearby that make lot of people to come for drinking and the christmas  decoration that not fir Muslim country

The hotel is very near to the airport and a shuttle service is arranged for drop off

The rooms are not clean - carpets are very dirty and so are the washrooms. I was put in a room that looked a total mess. They changed me to a different room, which was a bit better but definitely nothing close to the standard of Golden Tulip. Breakfast is poor with untrained staff
