Etwas außerhalb in ruhiger Lage, unweit einer BTS-Station, 7/11 um die Ecke, ein Caffe` im Erdgeschoß, perfekt! Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend groß. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier buchen!

Es gibt wirklich nichts zu beanstanden!

First and foremost, a special mention and thanks goes to Wi, Fluke and Khaimuk from the reception team, as well as Yam from housekeeping! Everytime I pass by reception they are extremely professional, welcoming and always with a smile ready to support - it really makes you enjoy your time at the hotel from check in to check out, THANK YOU! -Location is good, really close to a BTS station and less than 10 mins walking to True Digital Park mall -The room are well cleaned and maintained, in addition to being very spacious -There are laundry facilities if you are staying for an extended period of time and prefer to wash your clothes by yourself -There is a 7ELEVEN right next to the hotel, as well as an amazing coffeeshop in the hotel building itself (try their iced americano, the staff will give you free vouchers)

-The reception staff are only available until a certain time in the day

Literally right next to a 711, so handy. They actually gave us a free upgrade as the hotel was quiet which was awesome. They also asked what time we would arrive and turned the aircon on in our room before we got there which was amazing! The staff are so lovely, big spacious rooms, nice strong ac. Would definitely come back!

Fridge didn't work, the freezer did though. TV in the lounge room was quite old so distorted picture and sound. Hot water in the shower was very iffy too.

Great location close to sky train and 7-11. The staff Kaimook, she was super helpful and super friendly for my first time staying in bkk. The room was spacious. Will be back for sure. :)

Situated very conveniently in Soi 64 just round the corner from Punnawithi BTS. And it's next door to a 7/11, and there's an Inathin Cafe in the same building. I was actually upgraded to a great room with separate lounge/kitchen area. Very comfortable bed,no traffic noise. Spotlessly clean with room cleaning every day. The desk staff are very pleasant and happy to assist with booking transport to the airport

The leatherette lounge was a bit sticky to sit on! There was no power point in the kitchen, so I had to plug the kettle into a power point in the bathroom

Drains under kitchen sink smell really bad

Unexpectedly exceptional. Wide room with good comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Enough space for parking. The room is bigger than expected. Compared to the price and location with other hotels, this is one of the best valued.

Hotel rooms starting to look tired. My son found it easy to knock the light off at his bed when sleeping. Presume it is 230v. I asked reception everyday to open the room safe but no one did it. You cannot reset combination without opening the door. I have stayed here multiple times before and had no issues. Both my son and myself enjoy hot showers. His shower was cold. My shower was luke warm. Again told reception and nothing done. Now I will look elsewhere for accommodation in Bangkok.

We needed a two bedroom unit and it worked well for us as they had a nice two bedroom unit with two bathrooms

Café on ground floor for Breakfast (lunch also). Easy walk to True Digital for large selection of eating venues (use the metro walkways, safer than uneven footpath). Metro/railway station nearby.

Be careful with traffic when walking around. Bangkok is BUSY at street level!

It was close to BTS. There are some places, restaurants where you can walk to, 7-11 next to hotel.

the hotel is good service and i booking studio room but my frind booking on one bed room summary this hotel is good roome for both type (studio roomtype and one bed room type. and my business or my frind will come back to booking this hotel agai..

It’s actually really 6-min walk to the BTS station. Also clean. Room has blackout curtains. Shower room is spacious. Basic cutlery but not for cooking.

I agreed to some comments saying the furnitures looked old. But, it’s still in a good & clean condition. We were placed in the front unit, hence could hear vehicle sounds in the morning.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Good location, close to BTS line, 7-eleven next door and some local resaturants just across the street.

The only bad thing was the VERY loud air conditioning – staff tried to help us by finding another room but unfortunately the air conditionings were also loud there too.

Excellent rooms and a convenient location close to a BTS station. However, wifi is a bit weak, dropping in and out and not having much bandwidth.

A room with small windows with less natural lights. Disgusting blood-like stain on the bed headboard. Room with small balcony, but closed door and no possibility to walk out. Nice staff except one who is demanding and has a horrible attitude that belies the guest.

隣にセブンイレブンが有るのは良いです。駅も5分ぐらい、デジタルパークも10分ぐらいで近いです。

modern, clean, close to punniwithi bts station 5 min walk. awesome stay! book here without hesitation and book as long as you can...you wont find a better place.

Construction next door

We stayed 2 days 3 people at 2 bed rooms. It is wide and clean room. I can buy fruits near here. The room has some kitchen goods

The location / The room is very spacious

No breakfast including but there is Inthanin cafe that has coffee, breakfast or meal at the 1st floor. Plus, some cafe near by just walk for 7 min. (call Lay & Lu cafe - the french toast is very nice) So convenient for me as i want a good level desk for work+ just go down stair to grab some coffee. Also, near by is convenient store 7-11. It's just like heaven for pick up some beer after work at the room. The parking area also OK but a bit small, luckily - not much car parking when i stay here

1. Bed - this is number one thing that i need to complain. it is too soft and hurt my back. 2. Old facilities - Normally, I am always OK with the old stuff as long as it is functional, but, some items (I am repeat - just some items) in the room is broken and A/C is unstable for giving the temperature. In general, some maintenance is needed.
