Reviewed Jan 3, 2026My family and I stayed for one night before we flew out of Zacatecas. We arrived a few hours before check in but they had a room available for us. The room was very nice, clean, and modern. The staff was amazing! They arranged us a ride to the airport at 5:30 am and even gave us to-go lunch bags since we missed breakfast! The cafe was okay, my mom liked her soup but I didn’t enjoy my salad. They also couldn’t do a glass of wine, only the bottle but that was no problem. All in all I highly recommend this hotel especially if you need a place to stay for an early flight.

Reviewed Sep 23, 2025My brother and I had an amazing time at this hotel. Everyone was so helpful, friendly, and kind. We had to find an alternative hotel option due to an allergic reaction to the bad hygiene at another hotel 1 mile away. Within 15 min. we found this hotel. We felt it was a night and day situation and I've never been more grateful to have had this good luck. Many thanks to all the staff!
