Location and staff were really good. Reachiing this place is fairly easy. This place looks pretty busy and one may not get the peaceful time that person came looking for. Construction around the place is a real upset.
Breakfast was not upto the mark. The spread offered is not very great. We were expecting a better spread considering the brand chosen.
The location was good
None of the things were good. The hotel was neither a 5 star nor the ITC brand. It's just named as ITC but only 3 star services and franchise

Exceptional service. Beautiful view of the mountain from the balcony as well.

Staff is polite, warm and helpful specially the morning dining staff at restaurant. The live chai counter was amazing.Manish thakur was helpful and did make small conversation to kids.
Some issue happened through online Booking on the pics shown about the room however the staff accommodated with few additions while we couldn't get a different room .
Nicely built property and everything feels luxury. Staff were very helpful and food was awesome as well.
Personally I felt bedding was too soft and felt some back pain.
Amaizing property..enjoyed every bit..good spa, good live music which v enjoyed a lot. Keep it up
The view of the mountains from the hotel is excellent
The road leading towards the hotel was very narrow
Soo nice Service
Spacious and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Scenic location.
Difficult approach, narrow lanes around the property make it difficult to reach during peak hours.
Location and cleanliness
Very nice property to spend time with friends and family
This property is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Though it is very conveniently located it gives such a peaceful vibe. Every corner of the property is made with love and the thought behind everything is incredible. The detailing behind everything is beyond imagination. Food is fairly priced and pretty good in taste. Menu is good and staff is superb. Overall one feels very welcoming here !! Kudos to the team for making our stay so incredible !!
Nothing as such.
The hospitality of the staff and the services provided were exceptional plus the pet menu which was icing on the cake ❤️
The location of the property is amazing giving an amazing view of the snow clad mountain. The rooms are very comfortable and value for money. The food at the property is also great.
The rooms do not have a central heating system which makes it a little difficult to heat the room evenly through the night.
Beautifully designed and very well maintained rooms and bathrooms. The housekeeping deserves a special mention. The bathrooms were so well cleaned n dried everytime. The food is also good. A very well curated menu and thanks to the chef for making those delicious dishes.
I wish it just had a bit better approach and clearer surroundings. But nonetheless once you’ve entered the main gate, it’s a wonderful place to be.
Excellent in all prospects
Great location, good food, amazing staff...its a gem of a place....rooms are comfortable and big

NA
The location of the property is great, nestled in the valley, overlooking snow clad mountains of Manali. The accommodation was great with a duplex room and separate area for the children. F&B services are excellent. A perfect place to stay for the family.
We booked the property especially to spend our New Year and checked out from another property, surprisingly they charged heavily for the new years eve & did not have a clue of organising a new years party. They invited a group of local Himachali dancers which was extremely boring. The food and drinks were very limited. They permitted only 4 drinks for 1 room which is not heard anywhere in the world before. They forced me to pay equally for my minor children who were non alcoholic and ate only pasta. in the end we had to consume our own alcohol. the new years party was totally a waste.
Just wow! They have maintained the property so beautifully with so many personal touches! The view from the room is so beautiful. There is a beautiful stream through the property which is just mesmerising.
Nice
Amazing property detailed to every corner of the property … excellent destination for a relaxed comfortable holiday with great food and views … excellent staff
We had an absolutely amazing time at Sitori. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor. The food was delicious. The staff were attentive and courteous. Our daughter enjoyed playing with Cleo. Will definitely look forward to returning in the future!!

Serene nice place Ankita Dhar who is incharge of operations takes special personal care of her guests and that’s a great value add to the services
Staff training needs to be improved in all segments
Very scenic resort . Excellent staff . The small streams running across the property.
Room upgrade was very expensive.
Beautiful landscape with apple trees and fresh water stream . Cottage style rooms were large and comfy .Quite peaceful .Weekday deals make the pricing attractive .Helpful staff .
Menu was limited and food could taste better for the prices charged. The pet charges and policy wasn't mentioned anywhere when I booked . I called the property to confirm my booking and then came to know about mandatory charges for pet and security deposit of 15 k ..( I was asked to pay in cash ) . The pet policy was quite long and exhausting ,made me anxious as I had already booked .
The property
The property had a positive vibe. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Food was very good too
Very well maintained, great views and friendly staff. They allowed pets which made it easy to make our decision. The room was spacious and had everything one needs to make it comfortable. Of course the views of the mountains were delightful!
The breakfast is limited and it almost seems like one is asking for a favour if you request for more than one item from the menu. Also the f&b charges are huge … it’s sort of ironical that they say we welcome pets but they can’t be brought along to the restaurant and therefore to deliver to your room (about 20 steps from the restaurant) they’ll charge an extra 10% despite us being the only family on the property. So do stock up for days when you have nothing to do and want to just munch along.
The garden where my dog roaming freely.
Food in terms of taste, less items in breakfast menu
The overall ambience atmosphere and layout
Accountability of a particular individual was missing
It’s a beautiful property located in a beautiful location. Loved garden area with trees and a small stream flowing through. My kid loved playing in the play area as well as outside in the garden. The various activities available within the property are engaging. And the food was excellent!
More variety in breakfast can be added.
Very good staff and great food, very scenic views and quiet elks nearby
Quite far from the Mall Road… so not walkable. Also would like it if the property organised som walks nearby
Its a green and beautiful property. Its located in the interiors of manali. Food and rooms are very good. Service is good too. Breakfast spread is limited. Live counters are only for egg preparation.
The approach road to the hotel is very narrow and broken. Almost 2 to 3 km of narrow, broken road with severe traffic congestion during peak hours.
Lavishly furnished rooms with all amenities.Only hotel with 100 litre AO Smith geysers in the washrooms. The property owners themselves are hands on 24/7 and ensure all guests have sumptuous breakfast every day of their stay . The resident French bulldogs Cleo and Tsarina are V friendly and it is a pet friendly resort.Amazing Mountain View’s from the rooms tempt us to stay for longer. The staff are all locals and extremely polite.
Outstanding property - clean, sustainable and very comfortable! Location was great too. They have an extremely warm and helpful staff - always ready to serve with a smile on their face! We will definitely look forward to staying here on our next visit to Manali.
Nothing that we disliked about the property. You just cannot predict the weather in Manali - we got a freak day of heavy snowfall in the end of April. Traffic is super crazy across Manali so plan well in advance to get anywhere and to get back.
Everything!

1. View of hills 2. Urvashi maam is a gracious host, pretty hands on, one must try her omelette and bakes., top of line. 3. Kids enjoyed meeting dogs 4. Staff was always prompt and eager to provide service
1. Kids over 6yrs are charged, lot of misleading information in this regard like, kids under 12 are welcome etc. 2. We Specifically chose this hotel for the pahadi thali, it was not available, plus we were informed it needs to be ordered a day in prior, inspite of same we couldn't order as it fell on new years eve. 3. For 15k per night, we had pretty high expectation, it does not meet that. Some introspection required kn this front to improve return customer base 4. Approach road is as narrow as it can get. Moon
Amazing place. Don't think twice, just go for it.
Great property with amazing rooms and great views. It's a little outside main Manali town so it's peaceful and quiet.
Room service was very prompt. Location was very scenic. The gym was serviceable with decent amount of equipment.Breakfast had many options.
We traveled during the sudden flash floods in Himachal Pradesh in early July. Without the floods, we would have given the retreat a perfect score. However, the resort's response to the disaster revealed significant shortcomings. Firstly, the hotel reception was shockingly clueless about the situation outside the hotel due to phone line issues caused by the flooding. Their lack of knowledge was frustrating, especially when we wanted to book a return taxi to Chandigarh after the weather cleared up. They could have sent someone to Manali or used their own cars to inquire about taxi services, but instead, they just smiled without offering any assistance. There might be a foreign invasion happening just 1 km away from the resort and these guys would still be clueless about it if the tower went down. This lack of responsibility towards guests and the level of cluelessness should be addressed by the retreat owner. Fortunately, we met another family at the resort who helped us contact a taxi through their driver, who went to Manali on our behalf, and avoid being stranded beyond our check-out date. This reliance on others for assistance was not ideal. The other issue was the frequent power cuts. Despite running generators, the hotel should have prepared better for the impending storm and stocked up on extra diesel. We expected basic conveniences, such as having the lights on, especially considering the high cost of the hotel. Overall, the retreat's response to the floods and the lack of preparedness for such situations were disappointing.
Location, staff courtesy and cleanliness!

Lovely & Spacious Rooms, Breakfast had a great spread, Views from the Room was breathtaking!
Access to hotel via the Hanging bridge wasnt the best - should have advised that there is an alternate route using the new bridge
Excellent view of Rohtang pass from our room. Staff , especially the manager, the chef & servers was very courteous &, helpful & very accommodating. Food was excellent and they were receptive of our special requests. Especially providing breakfast for us leaving at 5 pm. Would recommend without any reservation. The re
Wifi was spotty & unreliable.
1.staff was polite and helpful.
1.Contact numbers were not correct at the website and booking.com 2.Understaffed, reception was unattended till 8 a.m am the security guard was looking after the operation. 3.The gym was unattended by the staff, the towel and water were missing. 4.Basic facility like steam bath was chargeable. 5.Breakfast was good but ala carte food was not good. 6.central heating system for water was not available, there was geaser in every room hence have to take care of switching it on every time before using.
Location is awesome, with snow-capped mountain views right in front. Away from the main city but close enough. Staff is very polite and helpful. Food was ok, some items were quite good. A bit repetitive breakfast as we stayed for 4 days. Enough entertainment for evenings with games and books. A well maintained, clean and comfy place for staying with family.
Only minor points: Occasional live local music will further improve the ambience Balcony chairs, tables need to be cleaned. Was charged a Rs30 for Gala Dinner. Not sure what that was for.
The whole resort is beautiful. Our room was so lovely and felt like we were in a private cabin. The area is lovely and quiet with beautiful views of the mountains. It was especially nice to see the view from the breakfast room. All the staff were friendly and professional.
The suspension bridge to access the area was sometimes congested. Thankfully this will be resolved by a new bridge that was close to completion! Once that is done the location will be much more easily accessed.
Almost everything was perfect. The rooms were big and super clean. The view was superb. The whole property was very well maintained. The food was awesome. I loved every staff of the hotel and was so happy with their hospitality.
May be a little bit of lower price would be better.

Everything about property was awesome. Host, and staff were very warm in wecoming guest. Food was too good. Special attraction were K9s, all three of them Zorro, Cleo and Tsarina.....Property is pet friendly, away from city ..with great mountain view, which form part of Rohhag La
Though all about property was good, little attention needs to be given to pool and TT table
the staff was excellent and the room was cozy too
the owner lacked basic etiquette towards their guests - late party, no prior notice, loud music (at a retreat) , they shut the bar to the other guests as “they were busy with the party” - music went on till 12am and at 9am I was woken up with the sound of drilling and workers looking in through my window!! zero coordination on what would be a decent time to disturb the guests .. instead I was made to sleep late due to their music and woken up in a terrible manner!! I liked this place which is why I came back to stay , but I’ll definitely be looking at other options now. good property, but not worth the price if this is the case usually
Excellent location, spacious rooms and great food. Food is reasonably priced as well. Staff in general is extremely courteous and polite. Had stayed for 3 days (2 different bookings), overall experience was pleasant barring one small goofup during checkout. Convenient location as well, if planning to travel further away from Manali towards Solang Valley and Atal Tunnel.
The tariff is similar to a 4/5 star property, but sadly the accountability of some of the staff isn’t. Had an unexpected negative experience, sharing the same below: We were supposed to leave early in the morning at 6 am from Manali for Delhi. Had informed both the reception as well as the on duty restaurant staff in advance at-least 2-3 times during the stay to have some morning breakfast packed for us, and had settled the entire payment in the previous night (7th March) itself. However, we were shocked to find on 8th Morning that the same wasn’t prepared, not exactly sure where the communication gap was. There was nobody apart from the Guard to whom we could talk, although he did connect us over phone to the chef, who told us that they had somehow forgotten to prepare the same. Please look into the same and ensure a goof up like this isn’t repeated again, doesn’t look good on a property charging tariff similar to yours.
