Eccezionale! Un Riad bellissimo, ben tenuto, elegante. Silenzioso, profumato, pulito! Una volta tanto le foto corrispondono al vero (anzi, dal vivo è ancora meglio). Lo staff è gentilissimo e discreto. La piccola piscina (sul tetto!) è un valore aggiunto! 10!

The location was great, and the staff were really friendly welcoming and helpful.

Really liked the property overall, but guests arriving in the early hours and disturbing sleep was a bit annoying.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Riad Aya et nous le recommandons les yeux fermés ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été merveilleusement bien accueillies. Tout au long du séjour, la moindre demande a été prise en charge avec beaucoup de réactivité, de bienveillance et toujours de très bons conseils. Un grand merci à Simon pour sa disponibilité et ses échanges, ainsi qu’à Badar, dont la gentillesse et l’attention ont été exceptionnelles. Nous avons vraiment eu l’impression d’être servies comme des reines ! Toujours une petite attention, un sourire, le souci du détail… tout était fait pour que nous nous sentions bien. Et que dire de Myriam et de sa cuisine incroyable ! Nous avons eu la chance de participer à un cours de cuisine et de découvrir ses plats, un véritable régal et un très beau moment de partage. ❤️ Le riad est également très bien situé, très propre et agréable. Les dames de ménage sont adorables et font leur travail avec beaucoup de sérieux et de soin. Tout le personnel a été absolument parfait. Nous nous sommes senties comme chez nous, dans une ambiance chaleureuse, bienveillante et pleine de petites attentions. Un séjour que nous ne sommes pas prêtes d’oublier. Un séjour de 2 nuits...tout a été parfait, surtout la gentillesse du personnel, et spécialement Bader avec qui s'est occupé de nous avec un grand professionnalisme :) Le riad est magnifique et la décoration a été réalisé avec goût et raffinement. Nous avions la chambre avec la terrasse. Le petit déjeuner était excellent. Nous avons également fait la demande d'un transfert à l'aéroport, ils ont tout organisé, c'était parfait, le chauffeur a été ponctuel et en 2 mns nous étions au point de rendez. Si nous pouvons, nous y reviendrons !!!

just left Riad Aya after 3 nights there and I have only good things to say about it. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. When the AC wasn’t working as strong as we’d hoped, they quickly switched our room without any fuss. When we left early for a tour they packed us breakfast to go. The Riad itself is beautiful - a very comfortable and pretty courtyard, nice rooftop with a small plunge pool, and meticulously clean. The rooms are small but very comfortable with large bathrooms and each with their own personality. Our teenage sons had their own room With two beds and the AC worked great. The location was close to everything - we walked everywhere and felt safe. That said, Marrakech - at least in the Medina - is a gritty city. If you’re looking for the Four Seasons and pristine streets, none of it will be for you. But if you’re willing to look past that we loved it and had a wonderful time - we would definitely recommend Riad Aya.

Excellent location for the Medina and visiting the local attractions. Taxis can't get directly to the door but you just walk down the old street to Riad Aya. Good Wifi so planning the day in evening was easy. Staff friendly and very accommodating when it came to breakfast. We did an excursion and they started breakfast early just for us. In evening there was a room where we could sit and play games with the kids (teenagers). Some small shops nearby so you can buy drinks or snacks.

We are a family of 5 so we need 2 rooms. Unfortunately the sofa bed was not massive for a larger frame person and best suited to a teenager or smaller frame adult. No fridge in the room but this wasn't a mssive problem for me but kids wanted cold water as it was very hot in Aug.

Unser Zimmer war top und das Personal, besonders Mohammed, war super lieb und zuvorkommend. Wir haben jeden Abend und Morgen frisches, leckeres Essen bekommen und haben den Urlaub sehr genießen können.

Absolutely breathtaking and beautiful architecture and ambience. Staff were very friendly and hospitable. Location was great and close to the souks (everything walkable). Lastly, Couscous the cat who decided to dine with us and do a final room inspection when we left.

Aya is a beautiful riad in a quiet area with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The rooftop terrace with pool was a great place to hang out when we were tired and hot from walking around. Breakfasts were delicious, the chef even made me special gluten-free pancakes, bread and muffins. I’d highly recommend staying here.

There was nothing I didn’t really like, but if you’re a light sleeper, then maybe bring earplugs as — like every riad — sound travels easily within this kind of building.

Mohamed, the host, was very accommodating. The Riad is truly beautiful and we loved the rooftop terrace. Great location!

très soigné et bien situé : 5 minutes de Dar El Bacha. Le personnel est aux petits soins et très affable. La literie est de bonne qualité. L'ambiance le soir est vraiment magique et calme avec les bougies qui sont allumées dans le Riad. Trés chouette ! Le repas proposé est bon.

Dommage que les prix des boissons et du transfert soient élevés. Ça n'incite pas à consommer sur place. Un transfert à l'aéroport coûte 10 euros avec un taxi (12 euros pour un van)pour 15 minutes de trajet : le riad propose le transfert pour 25 euros...

Prachtige sprookjesachtige schone Riad. Ligging zeer centraal. Klein zwembadje en rustig dakterras om te ontspannen. Ontzettend veel hulp ontvangen van Mohammed. Ook alle andere personeelsleden bijzonder aardig. Dankjewel voor het fantastische verblijf!

L'intérieur du Riad est incroyable

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument exceptionnel au Riad Haya. Tout était réuni pour que nous nous sentions bien dès notre arrivée. L’emplacement est parfait, en plein cœur de la médina, ce qui permet de tout faire facilement à pied tout en profitant d’un véritable havre de paix une fois à l’intérieur du riad. Le contraste est assez incroyable : à l’extérieur, l’animation et l’effervescence de Marrakech, et à l’intérieur, un lieu calme, reposant et magnifique. Le riad est superbement décoré, avec beaucoup de goût, dans un style raffiné et chaleureux. Les chambres sont très jolies, confortables et bien équipées. Mention spéciale également pour le personnel, qui a été absolument adorable tout au long du séjour : toujours accueillant, disponible, attentionné et prêt à rendre service. Nous avons aussi pu organiser des excursions grâce à eux, et tout était parfaitement organisé. Le couscous servi sur place était également excellent.

Le seul petit bémol concerne parfois le bruit de certains jeunes enfants présents pendant le séjour. Bien entendu, cela n’enlève rien à la qualité du riad ni à la gentillesse du personnel. Peut-être qu’un simple rappel aux familles concernant le respect du calme et des autres voyageurs permettrait de préserver encore davantage l’atmosphère paisible des lieux.

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa en este Riad y la experiencia fue aún más especial gracias a Mohamed, que nos recibió con una hospitalidad excepcional y estuvo siempre atento a que no nos faltara nada. El servicio fue excelente, todo el personal fue muy amable. El desayuno estaba delicioso, con opciones variadas y diferentes cada día. Además, todo estaba impecablemente limpio y muy bien cuidado. También nos encantaron los distintos espacios de relax, perfectamente decorados y acondicionados. La atmósfera es tranquila, acogedora y auténtica. La ubicación es inmejorable. Otro punto muy positivo fue la posibilidad de organizar el transfer directamente a través del Riad, lo que nos facilitó muchísimo la llegada y salida. Sin duda, recomendamos este lugar y volveríamos encantados.

​Our stay at Riad Aya was fantastic and I highly recommend it. We spent 3 nights there with a small child and we felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff was incredibly kind and they truly took great care of us. The riad itself is spotlessly clean and you can see that everything is very well-maintained. The rooms are cozy and the whole place looks beautiful and stylish. It is a real oasis of peace in the middle of Marrakech. We felt very safe and comfortable there, almost like at home. A special thanks to Mr. Mohammed, who became a real friend to our little son 😉

Superbe riad au confort authentique et raffiné, bien situé entre la place Jemaa El Fna et le jardin Majorelle, au coeur de la médina mais très calme. Un grand merci à l'équipe pour l'accueil chaleureux, les sourires et les attentions, et les petits déjeuners et dîners "maison" excellents !

El trato recibido fue inmejorable. La comida, tanto el desayuno como el menú para el mediodía, fue excelente. Bonito Riad. Dentro se respiraba tranquilidad, lo cual contrastaba con el caos exterior de la ciudad. Repetiremos sin duda si regresamos a Marrakesh.

Sofie la direttrice molto accogliente e disponibile, punto di forza il receptionist notturno Mohamed, educato, gentile, preciso e veloce ci ha fatti subito sentire i benvenuti, per tutto il soggiorno ha avuto cura nei nostri confronti. Abbiamo approfittato della cucina: la chef fenomenale! Miglior cous cous mangiati durante tutta la vacanza, torta strepitosa, colazione curatissima. Super guest la bellissima gatta rossa! Consigliatissimo! Grazie ancora a tutti lo Staff di Aya!

Die Atmosphäre - angefangen mit der schönen, stilvollen Ausstattung, die auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, und mit Leben gefüllt wird durch die durchweg herzlichen und fürsorglichen Mitarbeitenden sowie einem fantastischen Frühstück. Unsere besten Essen hatten wir ebenfalls im Riad Aya, die Köchin ist einfach genial.

Siamo stati accolti in una maniera incredibile come mai in nessun altro posto. Appena arrivati Mohammed ci ha invitati a sedere nel salotto della corte offrendoci un delizioso tè alle erbe e menta con degli stuzzichini buonissimi. Gentilissimo ci ha spiegato tutto di come spostarci e ci ha illustrato il Riad. La camera era pulitissima. Tutto perfetto. Un piacere farsi la doccia calda. La colazione buonissima con ottime ricette fatte in casa e ogni giorno con qualcosa di diverso. Il personale è stato davvero molto gentile e premuroso nei nostri confronti.

Nous n'oublierons pas Mohamed qui a toujours été très aimable et très serviable. -Les petits déjeuners sont excellents, variés et copieux. -Le dîner du soir proposé à notre arrivée était vraiment très bon. -Endroit calme et reposant malgré son emplacement en plein centre ville.

The Riad is clean and beautiful. The location is quiet but close to the medina. Mohammed was so kind and even knew what to serve us for breakfast taking into consideration special diets (one of us is vegan).

Consiglio solamente di mettere più indicazioni per trovarla perché è davvero difficile. su google maps non sono segnati i vicoli della medina, non tutti, ed è difficile. consiglio anche di aggiungere delle luci all’ultimo piano della terrazza perché quando non c’è il sole è davvero buio.

Dogodna lokalizacja, wygodny pokój i niezwykle uprzejma obsługa to niewątpliwe atuty noclegu w Riadzie Aya. Bardzo pomocni byli Simo i Hamza. Pokój codziennie sprzątany. Śniadanie pyszne i obfite. To był wspaniały czas w Marrakeszu.

De sfeer en de rust samen met de geweldige zorgen van het personeel en de locatie maken het een hele fijne Riad. Hamza en ook alle andere medewerkers maakte het met de goede zorgen en alle aandacht tot een feestje. De kamer was van alle gemakken voorzien en de lekkere ligstoelen op het dakterras waren heerlijk.

Our stay at Riad Aya was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. We would especially like to highlight the exceptional cleanliness of the entire property. Our room, as well as all common areas, was spotless and maintained with great attention to detail. You can truly see how much care and pride is taken in keeping everything immaculate. The entire team was incredibly polite, warm, and attentive throughout our stay. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. A special thank you goes to Hamza, who was always available, gave us helpful tips, and looked after us with such kindness and dedication. His support made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was outstanding every single morning – beautifully prepared with love and absolutely delicious. There was not a single day when something didn’t taste excellent. The quality of the food was consistently high. We also had dinner at the riad one evening, and it was truly superb – especially the meat, which was tender and incredibly flavorful. The entire riad feels like a small oasis – peaceful, charming, and full of atmosphere. It does not feel like a hotel, but rather like a beautiful home where you feel safe, comfortable, and completely at ease. We would highly recommend Riad Aya without hesitation and would book it again immediately. Thank you very much for this wonderful experience!

Our holydays was too short!

Nous avons tout adoré ! Le personnel qui s’est montré attentif, discret, aux petits soins, agréable, accueillants…. Merci à Simo, Badr et Hamed mais aussi, aux « mains de l’ombre » qui font le ménage des chambres et le petit déjeuné. La chambre était extrêmement propre avec un service digne de grands hôtels (bouteille d’eau, verres propres chaque jour, lit au carré, disposition des pyjama, linge de salle de bain propre chaque jour et même la divine odeur de la brume). Les petits déjeunes étaient exquis ! Différents et traditionnel chaque jour, tout est fait maison jusqu’à la confiture et le yaourt accompagné d’un jus d’orange pressé frais. La literie était absolument parfaite, de très bonne qualité, nous avons extrêmement bien dormi et c’est un point très important lorsque les journées de visites sont longues et fatigante ! Concernant les lieux, le Riad est très bien placé par rapport au souk et a la place Jemma el fna mais hyper calme ! Le contraste entre le bruit de la ville et le calme du Riad est très surprenant et apaisant. Le Riad est très bien décoré, avec une ambiance traditionnelle et des matériaux de qualité. Un vrai petit havre de paix avec sa verdure et son ambiance lumineuse de tamisé en soirée ! Nous réitérons nos sincères remerciements à Simo, Badr et Hamed pour l’accueil avec le thé, les conseils pour les restaurants et autres astuces pour rendre notre séjour encore meilleur ! Nous sommes parfois rentré tard et il y avait toujours quelqu’un de disponible pour nous ouvrir la porte et nous accueillir. Nous sommes aussi parfois partis tôt et notre petit déjeuné nous a été servi en conséquence, avant l’heure indiqué et tout aussi qualitatif et généreux !

Beautiful Riad, genuinely loved being in it. Super helpful staff.

Staff didn’t really do anything to manage guests. In our experience, we had very noisy guests downstairs making a lot of noise until midnight. Also, very annoyingly, an iPhone alarm ringing and snoozing every 10 minutes from 6am - 9am, making sleep pretty challenging. Riad really needs to explain to guests how to behave, or soundproof the walls.

What an amazing stay! Upon arrival, we were immediately welcomed with delicious mint tea and helpful information about the city. The service was outstanding; incredibly friendly and attentive staff. Great food, a lovely room, everything was spotless, and it’s the perfect place to relax.

The minute we walked into the Riad we felt welcomed and the stress of the day was gone. Service was exceptional. The location is excellent and the facility is fantastic. We just felt at home.

Nothing could be better other than softer beds. The beds were as comfortable as we had in Morocco but still could be slightly more comfy .

Great location just a block or so from Marrakech's incredible souks, and within a 20 minute or less walk of all of the most popular sites in the city. The riad is truly beautiful, with thoughtful details in the architecture and decor, magical lighting, comfortable places to lounge with a mint tea, and a friendly orange cat to hang out with. The staff are wonderful, very welcoming and helpful with suggestions for what to do and how to get around. Amazing huge breakfast of Moroccan specialties (included) and one night we had a very tasty dinner of couscous, vegetable tagine, and flan for dessert. Highly recommend this beautiful place.

If you have the bad fortune to stay at the same time as other guests who are noisy late at night - as we did - the rooms are not at all soundproof from other things happening in the riad. To the outside world it is a complete oasis of peace, but if there is loud noise in the middle of the night from other guests, it'll definitely wake you up. Water pressure in our shower was a little weak unless turning the spigot to cold. These were minor issues and definitely didn't take away much from our experience.

Riad incantevole, posizione centralissima e comoda per arrivare a piedi ai principali luoghi di interesse. Camere curate nei dettagli, con arredamento elegante in stile marocchino. Personale attento e gentilissimo, sempre disponibili ad esaudire ogni richiesta. Atmosfera silenziosa e rilassante. Ci siamo sentiti a casa anche se lontani da casa. Il gatto Sun è stato un padrone di casa affettuoso, simpatico e divertente, impossibile non adorarlo. Letti super comodi.

Vi hadde et penthouse rom med vindu og dør direkte ut til takterrassen. Vi elsket å kunne ha utsikt fra rommet. Riaden ligger sentralt i en stille blindgate så man hører ikke bråk fra veien. Det gjør at det er stille. Vi ble servert stor og variert frokost. Rommet vårt hadde fint plass til 3 mennesker med veldig store kofferter.
