We had such a wonderful stay at Leo Hotel in Rethymno and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and happily accommodated every request. Her warm and genuine hospitality really made our stay feel special. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained and in a fantastic, very central location. Everything was within easy walking distance, while the hotel itself was peaceful and comfortable. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked very well, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Most importantly, we felt completely at home and comfortable from the moment we arrived. It’s rare to find a place where the hospitality feels so personal and sincere. We would absolutely stay at Leo Hotel again and can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Rethymno. Thank you so much for making our stay so lovely!

Genuine kindnes of the owner, location, beautiful old building with a great style.

Just a little sugestion, do not keep plastic flowers and plants as well as dry flowers, it only colects dust does not compliment such a spetial place.

The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The a/c worked well in the room. Eleni was very friendly and helpful. She made us feel welcomed and provided recommendations when we asked. Location is excellent for Old Town exploration.

There is no a/c in the hall or lobby. There is no elevator, but that was okay with us.

Ηταν πεντακαθαρο, το προσωπικο εξαιρετικα ευγενικο σε τελεια τοποθεσια ακριβως στο κεντρο τξς παλιας πολης.

Οτι δεν δεν ειχε παραθυρο η τουαλετα ωστε να αεριζεται μετα το μπανιο , δεν ειχε καδο για τα σκουπιδια και δεν ειχε μερος να απλωσουμε τις πετσετες.

Eleni was such a wonderful host — incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. My mother and I felt so comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay. Eleni is like a ray of sunshine! ☀️ The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the beautiful Old Town of Rethymno. The room was lovely, and everything was very clean, with daily room cleaning. We would definitely stay here again next time and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rethymno. Un petit hôtel dans une bâtisse magnifique du 16eme siècle, au milieu des rues piétonnes de la vieille ville. De passage une seule nuit , emplacement idéal !

Sängyt ja tyynyt kaipaavat uusimista. Ulko-oven avaus tuotti meille ongelmia 😂. Ystävillemme naapuri ravintolan rouva ”Joanna” auttoi ja avasi oven🥰.

We loved the traditional style of building, the location and the balcony over looking the street.

At times the night was a little noisy but that's to be expected when you're in the centre of town.

I absolutely loved this hotel! I honestly felt like a princess staying here. The bed was huge and super comfortable, the bathroom was great, and you really can't beat the location right in the heart of the Old Town. I was traveling solo, so having such a welcoming place to stay made a huge difference. A special thank you to Eleni, who was so kind, accommodating, and genuinely lovely. Whenever I had a question or needed anything, she replied so quickly. That was priceless, especially being new to the area. She made me feel comfortable, well looked after, and safe throughout my stay. Thank you for making my stay so special! I had a wonderful time and would happily stay here again. I highly recommend this place!

Il terzo letto purtroppo è una poltrona sofà e nonostante il topper era durissimo. Nel vicolo c’è un locale che rende impossibile l’apertura delle finestre per via dei fumi della cucina

Excelente location, loads of charm and period features. Spacious bedrooms with all the modern things one might need. Eleni was very welcoming.

Not that it would stop me going back to the property but I thought it had an option to have breakfast there. There were loads of other places around for that so not an issue.

През нощта е малко шумно от развеселени туристи, няма паркинг , най-близкия е на 300 м. Иначе е отбелязан като хотел с паркинг.

Ubicación fantástica en el centro histórico y muy cerca del aparcamiento del puerto. Resulta encantador alojarte en un edificio del siglo XVI.

La decoración de la habitación se podría mejorar ya que se trata de un edificio del siglo XVI, pero del cual no sé, resalta lo suficiente su belleza. El baño muy limitado con la tapa del inodoro, pequeña e inadecuada para su tamaño muy incómodo. Los colchones algo incómodos

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt in der Altstadt in einer Seitengasse gelegen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön ausgestattet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und haben viele gute Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants,... erhalten. Wir können das Leo Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Da die Altstadt für den Autoverkehr gesperrt ist, muss man sich einige Hundert Meter entfernt einen öffentlichen (kostenfreien) Parkplatz suchen, was fast immer möglich war. Ansonsten stehen auch kostenpflichtige Parkplätze in der Umgebung zur Verfügung.

Da es keinen Aufzug gibt, sind die Zimmer in den oberen Etagen bei Bewegungseinschränkungen schlecht erreichbar

Endroit historique et très confortable !

The property was charming in a well-renovated building. Being located in the old town meant it was close to all the tourist services. The manager, Eleni, was very helpful.

Access to parking is restricted, even in May it was difficult to find a park nearby. The Police in Rethymno are quick to fine cars which makes booking in and unloading luggage a challenge.

The very early house in the centre of the old town and the welcome from an original owner of the property, plus the delightful conversion to suit modern needs while keeping the essence of the ancient building.

Très bel hôtel dans un beau bâtiment classé en plein centre-ville. Parking aisé en dehors de la vieille ville (le long des remparts) et un personnel très accueillants. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre court séjour.

Parfois un peu de bruit la nuit mais rien de très embêtant.

Our room was elegant and spotless. This mattered more to us than the small size--excepting the bathroom, which was quite large! Eleni, the proprietor, was lovely and welcoming. The location was prrfect, close to free parking and on one of the quieter alleyways.

The property is lovely. Our room was amazing. Comfortable and had everything we needed. We met the host and she was so friendly and helpful. Check-in process was easy and the location is perfect for exploring the old town. If we returned to Rethymno, we would definitely hope to stay here again, if she’d have us :)

Hotel is in a former Venetian Governor's Mansion and you can tell. It had wood floors and beautiful wood ceilings. Bed was very comfortable and a nice hot shower. Located in the scenic old town near everything. Our room had a beautiful four poster bed. The hotel deserves more than a 3 Star rating - best 3 Star we have ever stayed in.

No elevator, occasional loud music from nearby street (but not every night). Otherwise, no complaints.

Personnel très aimable et disponible, avec de bonnes suggestions. L’hôtel est situé en plein cœur de la vieille ville, où tout se fait à pieds en moins de 5 minutes.

Étant en plein centre, il y a pas mal de bruit dans la rue.

I had such a wonderful stay at Leo Hotel in Rethymno! The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What really made the experience special, though, was the owner. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit, which made me feel right at home. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rethymno and would happily stay here again!

The Hotel Leo is set in a fantastic 15th-century building in the heart of the old town of Rethymno. Ideally located for all the attractions the town has to offer and all within easy walking distance. The owner was very welcoming. She was there to meet us and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained, making the most of its history and amazing original stone features. The room was very clean with beautiful furniture in keeping with the age and feel of the building. The bathroom was spacious with complimentary toiletries provided. Tea and coffee facilities as well as a fridge were very welcome. We had a great stay and will definitely be back when we return to Rethymno in the future.

Wir hätten es nicht besser treffen können... ein kleines, aber feines Hotel in der Altstadt von Rethymno. Elini hat uns beim Check-in sehr herzlich begrüßt und uns alles bestens erklärt. Wir waren die letzten Gäste dieser Saison. Unser geräumiges Zimmer war zur Straße und hatte einen Balkon mit schönen Blick zum Geschehen. Frühstück gab es ein paar Schritte weiter bei "Stellas Kitchen" und auch das war jeden Morgen ein perfekter Start in den Urlaubstag. Da das Hotel in der Altstadt liegt, gibt es keine Parkplätze am Hotel, aber wir haben immer an der Festung (6 min Fußweg) einen kostenfreien Parkplatz gefunden. Sollten wir wieder einmal nach Rethymno reisen, wäre das Leo Hotel unsere erste Wahl. Ganz bestimmt!

Très bon emplacement, à deux pas de la loggia vénitienne; quartier très joli et dans lequel on adore se perdre avec un dédale de rues pittoresques. Personne charmante à l'accueil, chambre très jolie dans une rue calme! Le petit déjeuner peut être pris non loin de là chez "Stella", où il est très bien!

La difficulté potentielle de se garer car vieille cité classée, mais on trouve autour de la forteresse ou bien dans le parking payant non loin de là (tarifs raisonnables). Les toilettes dans la salle de bain = bof...

The location was excellent. We were steps away from restaurants and shops in the old town. The bus station and the fortezza were within walking distance. The host was kind and helpful.

Die Unterkunft war ok, es gibt aber starken unangenehmen Geruch, sowohl im Zimmer als auch in den Gängen. Diese scheinen von irgendwelchen Duftsteckern zu stammen. Man sollte sich bewusst sein , das man in diesen Stadthotels mit dem Gepäck durch die halbe Stadt laufen muss

There was no elevator! We were on the second floor and it was quite a climb.

The hotel is in the heart of the historical city center, and even so, it was quiet during the night. The room was cozy and clean. The reception was very kind and helpful. You will need to walk around 7 min from the parking, because you can’t park in the city center.

- gostamos de tudo. Único ponto a destacar relaciona-se com o barulho exterior, há um bar nas proximidades que faz algum barulho de fundo à noite (música e vozes) mas não é nada de grave. - consideramos o preço um pouco excessivo face às facilities que oferece (nomeadamente não possui pequeno almoço incluído).
