Convenient and the staff was very nice

Very nice room with all mod cons (fridge, kettle, tv, loads of plugs) except for shower which was standard SE Asian style, but passable. Short walk to blue line, lots of food outside. Wonderful for short stay in Ratchada!

Didn’t execute even a very simple request, my partner asked for a small note to be left in the room when he booked just to make me smile upon arrival as I was travelling alone, nothing was left

everything is good, just quite dusty when first came into the room. need to clean up before letting us stay. the table quite dusty. other than that everything else is fine! :)

Nice spacious rooms. We had everything we need. Nice and helpful staff.

Calling a taxi would be complicated. Better walk to MRT Exit 4 and grad a Taxi / Grab

Very comfortable and clean hotel. My child very love it. They sleep very well...thanks

Good price and convenient location for my own purposes. I have been to this property few times. The facilities in the room are not exactly a state of art but it does serve the purpose.

It is becoming my first choice every time I stay in กรุงเทพ because of the quality/price balance and the fact that I have got everything I need nearby. Close to MRT and my errand places.

Nothing much.

Terrible cleanliness, low water supply. Noisy

The location was good, it is right next to MRT Sutthisan and local market

Opened the door, and the croachroacher was running around, and the room had a lot of dust. One of the staff members there was very rude and grumpy

Loud noise in the morning, couldn't sleep well but all is ok

Market nearby. Metro nearby. Trendy Cafe's nearby.

Good compromise between quality and super cheap price. If paired with the location (not far from MRT blue line) and facilities in the area then I can say I was satisfied. On the downside, beds not extremely comfortable.

Good location.. friendly staff..nice and quiet

Everything

The room was very small. The bed took up most of the room.

Hair dryer

Shower head

Staff and receptionist are friendly and helpful

Ther are nothing that I didn’t like, location is so convenient to all we need

Clean and close to MRT!

Nothing

I had to wash my clothes The lady at the reception helped me Really friendly 👍

Location on booking.com take’s your far away from the hotel I had to pay extra for the taxi and ask the taxi driver to call them and ask for directions 👎

Small room 2 single bed for 3 terrible Before booking pictures show ok When there everything small disappointed

After all that nothing at all

2 hours to checkin because they didn't have the right bed ready and twice put me in the wrong rooms. (Ordered a double and got two beds pushed together with a lump in the middle) When I finally got in the right room the AC didn't work because the batteries in the remote were flat. Then later in the night the AC kept dropping out. Then there was only one elevator for 70 rooms and fourth floor I was on had a broken button. Left the next day and was quite a job to get a refund for the other two days.

location is OK

old hotel with old furniture, no hot water

Superior room was excellent value for money, working air conditioning, LARGE bed, cable tv with English channels, well lit rooms shower works well, lots of power points, in room dining, fast checkin, cheap price, This hotel is a hidden gem.

A home stay kind of small hotel. With nearby train system, 7⁄11 stores, one small restaurent and local food shops. A very small local market sells food n clothings too.

Gute Lage.... Preis in Ordnung... Nichts besonderes aber ausreichend

Overall a decent stay for a business trip. Near the MRT and near mini-marts / food options. For the price, the room is good value. However, not much amenities in the building if that is what you are looking for.

Is a good stay

Friendly staff, convenient location as it is very close to the MRT station, there are many 7-11, street food and a market nearby so it is easy to find something to eat!!!

Spacious and clean room, bed ok, breakfast decent, location superb. Very near to Metro (short walk), 5 station away from Asoke (terminal 21). Lots of local eateries surrounding the hotel. 2 7-Eleven and 1 Tesco Express nearby. Staff polite and helpful. Internet available. Value for money.

Great location good value for money...............

Stuck down a dirty alley with a run down foyer and even worse accommodations. Bed hard as a rock, giving "firm" a new meaning. Pictures online are misleading. Smaller than it looks, plus the unbelievably small window made us feel like we were in jail. Very oppressive. No towels. No soap. Slimy residue coated the interior of the cabinets. Blood stains on bedsheets was the last straw. I prepaid for four days, no refund (lovely) but I gave that up and left within the hour to find a better place. Thought $26 for a 3 star hotel was a steal but do not be fooled. Suitable if it were advertised $26/1 star, though. Not a place for a family with children. Single male needing just a place to sleep, perhaps. Lost my money but there was no way I could stay here.

Lost two of my valuable items in our room. This room does not even have a safe, and I confidently left my baggage open(being complacent with the hotel staff.) I have talked to the person in the front desk, but felt hopeless with his reply. Now I emailed them, but they did not message me back.

Pros: Less than 10 mins walk from the train station (it really is near), clean room, clean toilet, sufficient space, comfortable bed and a balcony for smokers. 7-eleven is pretty close and it is not too far from Ratchada Night Market or Esplanada Mall for shopping and food. Cons: Not many eateries around and if you intend to shop at Chatuchak, it is at least a 30 mins car ride. Not having an in room dining means that you have to ignore your sudden late night hunger pangs. Hotel is also still pretty old school as they use keys instead of key cards. Also, if you prefer being surrounded by locals more than tourists, this is the place to be. We enjoyed our 4 days stay here!

The bed was put near corridor wall, you can hear people talking outside. Room is small but clean. No any wash supplies, better bring your own. Air condition did not work, they changed room for me, that was good. Near MRT, there is a market with many shops and local food, but most open at noon.

Nært MRT og lokalt marked.

This is my first visit to Ratchada Point hotel, as it is located 5 mins walk away from Sutthusian MRT. There is a market with various food options operating each morning. This is if you are ok with street food. Even if so, there us a Pastel Cafe near the corner if you want something in an aircon enviroment. There is also 711 store nearby where you can grab your essentials or when you are hungry at night. The rooms are pretty clean and well equip for even a biz traveller who is looking for a place to rest, or catch up with his work (as there is a proper desk). The bed was in fact more comfortable than mine at home. So you'll get a good night sleep at a reasonable rate. I will be visiting here the next time when I am around this area, as the MRT conveniently take you to places like the Train Market, Terminal 21 & more ...

My preferred hotel whenever i visit bangkok which is about once a month. Convenient location and comfortable rooms at a great price.

Cheap, clean and really nice room!!! Worthy... love it

The worest stay in all my travels all over Thailand

It's a decent hotel . It's near to MRT and local bus stop . The breakfast is okay . Wifi is poor. Air conditioning is good. Room size is good. It's has lobby where you can sit. They have luaggge storage available.

i love this hotel very much. i pay for family room. 4 adults and 1 child. but the real capacity of the room is for 8 adults. facilities; 2 king bed room 1 sofabed 1 refrigerator 1 microwave 2 tv bathroom wide window sink bench

really like this hotel so far,it's very convenient easy access to MRT sutthisan station just less then 500M.just 2station to ratchada train night market.

Room is big but not sound proof. Bathroom smell so bad. Internet wifi is not stable. Most of the time it can’t connect. Good thing for this hotel is near MRT. Only 350 m. from station.

Hotel is near MRTsubway only few minutes walk and many street food vendors.

Comfortable, but extra bed is not reasonable for THB800.00

Everything was good.near the suthisan mrt and eateries. Will recommend you to try the hotel.

If you go to bangkok. Hotel recomended is Ratchada Point hotel, behind MRT Sutishan. and very cozy if you all holiday. so dont miss it Rachada point Hotel guys. i can back oh Bangkok. loved very well.

Its my third time staying at this hotel and i think that says alot. Location (3mins from the MRT) is excellent, convenient stores and food stalls are also located nearby. Being cheap I don't expect too much. Rooms were in okay condition and you could tell the hotel is not too new. Water pressure was weak and toilet was alittle small. Bed was extremely comfortable however and there's even a little balcony for smokers. Overall recommended if you're in Bangkok on a budget.

When I first chose this hotel, I had already lowered my expectation. Given it's cheap room rate, I would just expect an okay standard. Overall, it's indeed okay for me. In terms of location, it's indeed excellent. It only takes about 5 mins to walk from the hotel to the Suttisan MRT station - so convenient. There's a market and many food stalls nearby so it's convenient to find something to eat and shop around but if you prefer shopping malls, you'll have to take the metro. But it only takes a few stations. Staff are nice but I think they have to work better for housekeeping. I suspect that my bed sheet and bath mat were not changed during my whole stay. Sometimes they also forgot to refill the coffee and tea. Dust is everywhere. Not sure if they clean the desk or not. One day I left in the morning and came back in late afternoon but still my room was not cleaned up yet. It turned out that I needed to stay at the lobby and waited the staff to clean up my room. Regarding the room, the first one I was given was so worn out, moldy and smelly - so unpleasant. Then I requested to change the room and the hotel did so for me. It was much nicer later. If you look for a good budget hotel, this may be your choice. It's not bad at all.

Room is big and in good condition. 5min walk to nearest MRT. Hotel inside a small alley some taxi driver may not know but u can call up their hotel staff to help direct the driver. Their staff is very helpful. We have a good stay here. Cheers.

First time to stay in 6 april 2017.check in midnight very hard to find. but on noon diferrent many resturant many convinent store neaby mrt sutisan by walk 4 min to hotel (small road) Thank for GSA night (woman wear glasses) she very kind and upgrade room on 8 floors very big room.but hotel not enough parking.

Great location close to MRT underground train and local food market. The room aren't sound proof so expect some nosiness (lift & walking noise). Limited car parking space but overall staff are very friendly and great price for its prime location.

Overall the hotel was good , location very closed to Sutthisan MRT and many street food around the hotel , the room was also good.

Clean and comfortable! Your staffs are so nice and help me much in time I was in BKK. Anw, Im so surprised as your hotel and Ar Or Ton place are the same system, cause I've been at this hotel last year. See you next trip! :)

Every things ok,location is near to MRT also staff very friendly with this time 4 times I stay in ratchada point.near two mall only with 3 stations rama9 and central latpherao,if want breakfast, hotel have restaurant from morning until 2 afternoon i think ratchada point for me also for many people is comfortable place.

A basic hotel with no frills that is economically priced. I will definitely come again the next time I visit Bangkok. Pro: 1. Good location if you are going to Chatuchak Weekend market. it's just 5 MRT stops away. 2. Good location for local food. It's next to a market and a food street. You can get breakfast, lunch and dinner at the same area, 3. At least 3-4 7-11 convenient stores along their food street. 4. Walking distance to Sutthisan MRT Station. 5. Price iss really economical 6. Walking distance to a great massage place named Hattaburi Cons: 1. Shower pressure was weak and the heat was inconsistent 2. Air conditioning was also inconsistent and at times very noisy. 3. Ventilation was bad in the toilet. 4. Toilet will have just the basic toiletries. If you need others, you will have to provide yourself. 5. Wifi was also rather inconsistent and constantly have to re-login

Short overnight stay. Location is good if you are using the local subway or MRT system as there is a station within 3 mins walking. Also a morning local market near hotel which offers good local food and a taste of real local culture. Also nightly street food available. But hotel is located in a small street. Little difficult to find and not enough space for car parking. A little convenient for local friends to visit or pick you up.

it was decent size room and good wifi signal. just 5 min walk to mrt. and u can use the mrt to different areas of bangkok. not the main tourist area.

This is my favourite hotel to stay whenever I am in Bangkok. The location is just minutes away from the Suttisan MRT Station. Which gives me unparalled access to everywhere I want to go in Bangkok. For the price you pay, this is a steal already. The rooms are adequate and comes with full coffee making facilities, mini fridge and big LCD TV Screens and a nice big bed. The water pressure at the shower may be a bit weak but overall the pros outweigh this single flaw. The receptionist and staff are really nice but only provided if you can manage a bit of spoken Thai. There is a local weekend market (Talad) just steps away from the hotel and a nice coffee house just opposite the hotel. Will be back again real soon if it's not always fully booked. Note: For the breakfast, it's better off if you book without it.

Nice & polite reception services with good English speakers; helpful to take my heavy bags to the taxi while I check out.

This hotel had issues. Didn't like THE dark rooms. And the staff was defiantly not accommodating. Breakfast was really a joke. My son of 6 can make a way better breakfast then what they serve. You better of getting streetfood just outside on the street. Will not come back here.

Location is probably the primary selling-point for this hotel. It is literally 5 minutes to walk to Ratchada Rd and a little more to walk to Suttisan subway (MRT) station. From there, most of Bangkok is 10-20 mins away. In addition, since it is located in a "soi" (alleyway), 50 meters off of Suttisan-Vinichai Rd, it is relatively quiet at night. I had no complaints about noise. Desk staff was friendly, fast and helpful upon check-in. English abilities were standard without any problem. The lobby is modern and clean, with lots of chairs and tables. There are also two restaurant/eating areas. Room was clean and comfortable. The bed was a bit hard, but it was still a good sleep. Air conditioning was fine. There was a small balcony, which even had an sand ashtray attached to the wall so that guests can smoke outside of the room! The bathroom was small but clean and with only a shower. The soap provided was really poor quality and quantity. It was also like the hotel forgot to include anything. I ended up walking to a convenience store and buying my own toiletries. Room contained a 30"+ flat-screen television with international and local channels. There is also a small mini-bar area with electric kettle for making tea or coffee. The wifi is free - the usernames and passwords are kept in the room. But the speed is definitely not good. Please do note that the speed may be better in other rooms, but I found the signal to be weak. (Please see screenshot of the SpeedTest result for the wifi in my photos with this review.) In my opinion, Ratchada Point Hotel is a decent budget hotel/service apartment on its own. It's clean, comfortable and has a good location. But for the price, it is an fantastic value. In fact, for the price and the quality of the room, I would consider an "excellent" rating here in TripAdvisor, but I think that they should do a better job with providing toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower cap, etc) and also improve the wi-fi speed and coverage.

Simple accommodation in an area with not too much around to see except a few great night markets and street food. I stayed here to be close to friends. The Hotel has a large construction development happening next door and the noise starts around 7.30am so don't expect a sleep in. No catering on site despite having a two page menu, I was starving on arrival and asked for the fried rice to keep things simple which they could not do. Cold showers only as the old school water heating system in the shower did not work. The air conditioning could not go below 25 degrees. The bed, room size and linen were all fine. Poor entertainment with very limited English channels available and no movie options. Staff never greeted guests as they come and go which was a first for me. If you need to stay here, make sure the price is right and request a room on the opposite side of the development behind the building. To their defense I gave them no opportunity to fix any of the problems as it was a two night stay and I just couldn't be bothered.

I stayed last month for business trip. It's located at Suttisan MRT station. Location is very good to using subway, also room service is good quality thai food with reasonable price. there is thai old style market an street shop in front of hotel. able to buy small things whatever you want to buy... they have a most of products.

Noisy due to ongoing construction work next to the hotel. Will stay only when the room rate is good.

The hotel is new and clean, very near MRT ( 5 min walk) and morning market.
