We had a room overlooking the dragon bridge stunning view and really easy access. From approach the hotel greeted us with a very warm and friendly greeting. Doorman Dieu was so helpful always helping me with bags and door. Always giving great tips and advice about attractions seemed so easily thanks to front of house staff Huyen Thuy Vy Ten. No request was ever too much. The friendly staff really made a huge impact on my stay making it feel like a great choice of hotel.

Very good location at the tail of dragon bridge. Walking distance from Han Market and the other bargain market at the other end of the bridge, the dragon head. Nice to walk along the riverside too. Da Nang Cathedral is only a short walk away. Ms Huyen was a very helpful guide and speaks English well. Mr Tam was very helpful and always welcoming at the main door and lobby.

The location is right next to the Han River and near Dragon bridge (but at the tail end) so the views were as good as Novotel or Marriott. Rooms were clean as well. There’s a Fire and Water show at the other end of the Dragon Bridge(face end towards MyKhe beach), every Friday, Sat and Sun from 9pm to 9.15pm. Don’t miss it. The hotel was also good Location wise. Breakfast spread was amazing. One of the best hotel breakfast we had all over our 2 week stay in 3 cities.

The location is quite convenient. We also had a nice view of the dragon bridge from our room

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Options were limited. The pho that was served was not hot. This consistently happened over 2 days. We stayed here for 4 days and this is the first hotel where we didnt even bother with breakfast and skipped it after 2 days. Other than that we were happy with our rooms.

The staff at the reception were rude.

Generally the place is comfortable, a good room size to do your packing and to rest, the air con and water pressure are excellent, surrounding is quiet. The breakfast is great, with wide spread of food to offer, spoil for choice

Quartos com vista da ponte e optimas condicões! Recepcao simpatica! Excelente localização.

O ar condicionado do quarto dava mesmo para a cama o que k tornava desconfortável à noite. Podia ser melhorado! Da piscina nao se vê a ponte, embora pareca nalgumas fotos.

Un bel hôtel, idéalement situé pour profiter pleinement de la ville. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le confort de la chambre, sa propreté et l’atmosphère chaleureuse de l’établissement. L’équipe est accueillante, souriante et toujours disponible pour rendre le séjour agréable.

מלון מצוין, נהנו מאוד מהשהות שלנו. הרכב משפחתי של זוג עם 3 ילדים, דאגו לנו לחדרים צמודים באותה הקומה. החדר שלנו היה בקומה גבוהה עם נוף היישר לגשר הדרקון. זה היה פשוט מהמם להתחיל ולסיים כל יום עם הנוף המשגע הזה. החדרים היו מרווחים מספיק עבורנו ולא חסר לנו דבר. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה, הצוות היה מאוד נחמד ושירותי, והמיקום היה מעולה ממש בזנב של הדרקון ויכולנו לטייל ברגל לשוק לילה ולקחת מונית קצרה לחוף הים במהלך היום. מתחת למלון יש מסעדות ובתי קפה. כחלק מהזמנת החדר קיבלנו שוברים לעיסוי רגליים בספא המלון, וזה היה כיף. השאירו לנו שוקולדים טעימים בחדר ובקבוקי מים מדי יום. ממליצה בחום!

כשהגענו החדרים לא היו כלכך נקיים, היו שערות רבות ברחבי החדר. קראנו למנקות והן ניקו את הכול, ולאחר מכן בשאר השהות הניקיון היה לשביעות רצוננו.

Abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni, siamo stati benissimo. Un grazie allo staff sempre gentile e disponibile, un grazie speciale alle ragazze della reception, a fine soggiorno ci hanno pagato anche il taxi per l'aeroporto..

Amazing views. Nice breakfast.

La struttura è moderna, ben tenuta e fin dal nostro arrivo ci ha dato un'ottima impressione di pulizia e organizzazione. La nostra camera era confortevole e pulita, con una splendida vista sul Dragon Bridge, che soprattutto la sera rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la colazione: buffet ampio, ben organizzato e con una grande varietà di scelta, decisamente uno dei punti di forza dell'hotel. Molto piacevole anche il rooftop, dove abbiamo cenato godendoci la vista sulla città e sul Dragon Bridge illuminato. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno. Nel complesso, un hotel con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, nel quale tornerei volentieri. È stata una delle strutture che abbiamo apprezzato di più durante il nostro viaggio in Vietnam.

Room was comfortable and clean.

Reception area appeared clinical and devoid of atmosphere and warmth. Breakfast was repetitive and monotonous with poor choices. Buffet area seemed poorly laid out, eg juices in bottles placed in ice, so handled by everyone including children with lots of spillages. Staff appeared poorly trained and disinterested. Lots of unsupervised children running around the buffet area handling food. Pool area small and very hot with poor ventilation.

It was right next to the bridge, which we really wanted to see, and walking over the bridge took us straight to the night markets. The room was pretty spacious and had nice welcome chocolates. Breakfast was decent with plenty of choice.

The pool was pretty small and indoors.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff are amazing, very clean and tidy and very happy with our rooms. The location was perfect, we choose this hotel because it was handy to our needs eg: the dragon bridge, the variety of shops/cafe's and what the accommodation had to offer, clean spacious rooms and good breakfast :-)

Room was spacious. Room atmosphere was about right. Breakfast was a vast selection. Surrounding shops was ample, MiniSo around the corning, next to a cafe and McDonalds. Welcome drink was refreshing.

Coin laundry can be a plus. Location is fine but not the best. Walk about 1 km to see the head of the dragon of the Dragon bridge.

The staff were Excellent A big thanks to Dieu, Tuan , Nghia,Nguyet, Trang and Linh. The hotel was great , I visited with three friends on a golfing holiday and stayed for 8 Nights. A little disapointed with the rooftop restaurant entrees came with the main meals and were a bit cold . Plenty to see close to the hotel and helped us book transport and entry to Ba Na Hills cable car, Would stay again without hesitation

Otelin konumu çok iyi Dragon Bridge köprüsünün hemem başında. Odalar gayet geniş ve temiz. Grap için çok fazla beklemeden araç bulunabiliyor. Havalimanına çok yakın. Etrafında yemek için yeterli olanak bulunuyor.

Location is good but the rest is not good. bathroom only offer shampoo and body gel, NO hair conditioner. Both bottles smell rancid, not fragrant. Should have invested in decent bathroom items. a long list to tell the guests what to do and don't: ie. not allow to eat in the room except the food that they sale in the room like Thai tom yum instant noodle packs (hypocrite). It should be a 3-star hotel not 4. Laundry service is expensive. I took mine to a place nearby and got 80% off. I will not stay in this place again at the next visit.

Het ontbijt is heel uitgebreid en lekker. De kamers zijn ruim. Vanuit het hotel heb je uitzicht op de drakenbrug. Het binnenzwembad op het 3de verdiep is een pluspunt.

訂房時選擇高樓層二晚，但入住時卻給五樓河景房，打開窗簾時卻是一堆冷氣室外機。一開始還以為這棟樓不高，誰知它高達20樓。跟櫃檯反應後，卻回答說今天訂房全滿不給換。後來一直抗議後才再第二碗換回高樓層市景房。而且櫃檯一開始還堅持不換房，我們堅持要換，他才找主管跟我們談，才第二晚換到高樓層14樓。感覺差透了

I had a good experience at this hotel until my last day, when I was extremely disappointed by the front office staff, Quyen. I was met with slight hostility. She was unfriendly, English was very poor. I explained that there was a problem with the AC, but she couldn’t understand me. She worked like a robot with no hospitality at all. I’ve never encountered a staff like this before. It was incredibly disappointing. I decided to check out earlier than planned

The location was close to every thing. Our room was a suite and it đi have the view of the tail end of the Dragon Bridge. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Very good values. The room was spacious.

Since it was close to the center, hard for vehicle to come and park in front of the hotel to pick you up.

We had a wonderful stay at the Vanda hotel. Shoutout to Linh, Sa, An, Dung, Tu and Phuc. Our daughter was sick during our stay at the hotel, so she couldn’t eat anything. However, the staff looked for alternatives and were very thinking along with us to find something for her to eat. They asked us everyday if she was feeling better or not, that was so kind if you! Thank you all for making our stay unforgettable! xxx

Emplacement idéal vu sur le Dragon Bridge Nettoyage quotidien des chambres Chambres spacieuses, équipées . Proche des rues commerçantes (con market, son tra market , divers restaurants , boutiques de souvenirs, l’avenue des amoureux …) Personnel au Top !!! Petit déjeuner varié et très bon (français, vietnamien , japonais ) Il y a un service pour vous déposer à l’aéroport gratuitement après votre séjour (il faut demander lors de votre réservation) Aussi un service de Guest House afin de vous aider à organiser des excursions à des prix très avantageux comparer aux autres prestataires externes. Hôtel génial, grand , luxueux !!!!
