Tolle Lage direkt am Strand, große Pool-Landschaft, Sonnenuntergang in der eigenen Taverne am Strand. Super freundliches Personal. Gut gelegen, kurze Distanz nach Rethymno sowie ins Landesinnere und ins Ida Gebirge. Großer Parkplatz.

Nicht einfach zu finden, am besten GPS Daten verwenden.

Great place for a family vacation! Right next to the beach and the pool is a great alternative when the sea is rough. Wonderful terrace with a great view and daily cleaning...thank you for the hospitality and a great time !

Muito desmazelados e desorganizados.

Ottima la posizione sulla spiaggia, bella la piscina con annesso il bar, sede di un rilassante breakfast!! Dotata di un ampio parcheggio vicina alla via principale. La fermata del bus 20 che ti portano in città in pochi minuti è proprio vicina all hotel.

Spero che I lavori all interno della struttura ( per esempio i balconi) finiscano quanto prima, per renderla ancora più accogliente!

The staff here are simply incredible. Everything is done with care and is one of the best value for money stays we have ever had. The food is authentic and delicious and the staff go over and above to make your stay memorable.

The location given on booking.com is incorrect and if driving to the property this means that you will struggle to find it as you’ll end up in a neighbouring hotels car park. Use the what3words reference Il/divots.roadmap.weaker to navigate into the car park for the property.

Vooral de ligging en de combinatie van appartement, zwembad en zee zijn ons erg goed bevallen. Vanuit het appartement loop je zo naar het zwembad, met daarbij een bar en restaurant en de zee op een steenworp afstand. Een heerlijke setting om de dag door te brengen. Ondanks dat we vooraf hadden gelezen dat het zwembad ook door mensen van buiten het complex wordt gebruikt, viel de drukte ons erg mee. We konden vrijwel altijd een fijne plek vinden, ook in de schaduw. Het restaurant heeft een ruime Griekse kaart en we hebben hier regelmatig en lekker geluncht. De Griekse salade, pita gyros en gyrosschotel waren favoriet en volgens mijn partner is ook de tonijnsalade een aanrader. Erg prettig is bovendien de bediening rond het zwembad: medewerkers van de bar lopen langs de ligbedden om drankjes op te nemen. Ook over de schoonmaak waren we tevreden. Het appartement werd dagelijks schoongemaakt, meerdere keren per week kregen we schone handdoeken en ook het beddengoed werd regelmatig verschoond. Wat voor ons echt bijdroeg aan het verblijf was het personeel. Vrijwel iedereen was vriendelijk, opgewekt en gastvrij. Die ontspannen sfeer heeft er mede voor gezorgd dat we hier een erg fijne vakantie hebben gehad.

Er zijn eigenlijk maar een paar punten waarvan wij denken dat het beter kan. Bij intensief gebruik van het zwembad werd het water soms behoorlijk troebel, waarschijnlijk mede door zonnebrandcrème en het grote aantal zwemmers. Een wat frequentere of intensievere reiniging zou prettig zijn. Op sommige momenten kan het zwembad daarnaast behoorlijk druk en levendig zijn, met veel spelende kinderen. Dat hoort natuurlijk bij een vakantiecomplex en heeft ons verblijf zeker niet bedorven, maar wanneer je rustig aan het zwembad wilt liggen kan het soms wat veel zijn. Tot slot verliep de bediening in het restaurant niet altijd even gestructureerd. Vooral op drukkere momenten leek het overzicht soms verloren te gaan, waardoor de bediening wat langer op zich kon laten wachten. Met iets meer structuur en duidelijkere werkafspraken zou dit volgens ons nog verbeterd kunnen worden.

De absolutamente nada! O alojamento eta tão mau que o facto de estar praticamente na praia não compensou nem nos deixou usufruir. Logo à chegada queríamos fugir dali, o que veio a acontecer a meio da estadia, pagando outro alojamento e duplicando a despesa já paga.

A pior estadia da vida dum grupo de 5 pessoas que viaja frequentemente! Logo a chegada fomos "presenteados com um check-in numa roulote onde fazem a comida onde as boas vindas eram duas panelas pretas de tão sujas mesmo à nossa frente!... o apartamento que nos foi dado era velho e sujo. Um dos 2 quartos era na sala com 2 sofás cama super desconfortáveis a servir de cama. A casa de banho era um caos, chuveiro partido, torneiras gastas, velhas e sujas, uma cortina na banheira minuscula que deixava molhar o chão todo. Nao tinha toalheiros, o que obrigava a deixarem o monte de toalhas encardidas e duras do sol, em cima do lavatório. Ao 2o dia ficámos sem água quente o que obrigou a tomar banho de água gelada com uma criança de 9 anos! No hall de entrada estava sempre um cheiro imenso a gás o que nos motivou à 3a noite a abandonar uma estadia paga para 5 dias e procurar algo decente para terminar as nossas férias de 13 dias numa Grécia que ate então tinha sido super acolhedora. O pequeno almoço tentavam que fosse variado mas o café vinha numas chávenas cheias de borras nas bordas, os copos do sumo cheios de dedadas, o pão era borracha, parecia que tinha sido torrado no dia anterior. Os ovos estrelados vinham a "nadar" em óleo. Num dos dias que foi omolete, esta tinha sido feita em óleo queimado! Horrível! Ninguém merece! Nem de borla lá voltaríamos!

J ai loué 2 appartements, chacun devait avoir 2 lits doubles, comme indiqué dans le descriptif et les photos. Dans un, un seul lit double, plaques seulement d appoint, vue mer pas du tout conme sur la photo Dans l autre, tres joli, un seul lit double et un canapè lit et surtout.... des cafards qui sortent de la baignoire!!! La piscine est innaccessible car elle est publique et tres bruyante (elle est sur le chemin public de la plage), avec la musique forte. J ai payé tres cher pour avoir des cafards, un logement non conforme.

Medencénél volt társaság aki ugrált folyamatosan, kisajátítva azt, senki nem szólt rájuk Itt kaptunk elég súlyos ételmérgezést, biztosan itt mert csak azt ettük amit onnan vettünk és amikor kérdeztük hogy tudnak e segíteni, nem is foglalkoztak velünk. A vendégéjszaka volt csak a lényeg ☹️

It's a terrible run down delapitated and dangerous.hotel, with a dirty pool, unsafe pool area, especially for families like mine with young children and bar and restaurant areas littered with rubbish and discarded shopping trolleys, an old bike, and an old coca cola drinks fridge.

The location was ok

Tiny place, dirty sheets, towels with a holes 🫣 the swimming pool was so dirty and no one was cleaning it, there were always people from the town who used the swimming pool, lots of people all day round. The breakfast was served and it was egg, toast and some salad, we had to go to the town to eat breakfast there.. the worst experience

L'hotel a annulé notre réservation 1H avant notre arrivée, nous n'avons pas eu d'explications et avons du nous débrouiller pour en trouver un autre au dernier moment.

L'établissement n'a pas de réception. Nous sommes arrivés devant un bâtiment tel un immeuble d'habitations. Obligés de demander à plusieurs personnes avant de trouver un interlocuteur et pouvoir récupérer les clés. Ces dernières nous ont été remises par la femme de ménage ! Le bâtiment est froid, impersonnel et surtout, sans aucun interlocuteur pendant toute la durée du séjour. La piscine est très sale (cheveux, sable). Jamais nous n'avons vu quelqu'un la nettoyer. La piscine est ouverte non stop et elle est ouverte aux locaux et vacanciers des autres établissements. Au final, nous avons eu l'impression d'être à la piscine municipale. Les abords de la piscine sont sales : poubelles non ramassées, pots de peinture, matériels détériorés laissés au sol... . Un complexe indigne d'un 3 étoiles. C'est honteux, cela a gâché notre séjour. En bref, je ne recommande nullement cet établissement.

Direct contact with the beach. Large apartement for 4 persons. The breakfast is served, not choice. We really liked it!

Le logement n’était pas conforme aux photos. Logement abîmé, vieux en mauvaise état. On a eu des cafards tous les soirs. L’eau de la douche était froide quasi toute la semaine. L’état de la piscine très sale.

De locatie was goed, aan het strand en in een klein dorpje. De leuke stad Retymnon was goed te bereiken met auto of bus, in 10 minuten. De schoonmaakster was vriendelijk en kwam elke dag de bedden opmaken en schoonmaken ( al was het met de Franse slag). We kregen regelmatig nieuwe handdoeken en beddengoed. Er was genoeg kastruimte voor je kleding.

De hygiëne en comfort van de studio waar we verbleven viel tegen, er was veel stuk en verouderd. Zo was bv de wc houder stuk, de douchekop kon niet opgehangen worden waardoor je deze moest vasthouden. Het extra bed was keihard en er zaten vlekken op de lakens. Er was slechts 1 inductieplaat waarvan maar 1 van de 3 pannen op functioneerde. Thuis koken was zo eigenlijk geen optie. Het zwembad werd volgens mij niet schoongemaakt en werd steeds troebeler in de 3 weken dat we er waren. Ook was het water vaak pislauw. Er kwamen dagelijks veel mensen van buiten het park zwemmen, op zich niet erg, maar hierdoor werd het wel te druk en rumoerig. Daarnaast werd er op het park zelf weinig opgeruimd en schoongemaakt. Veel rondslingerend afval en vieze douches. Het zou fijn zijn als ze hier meer aandacht voor hadden.

A reggeli elfogadható, -megfelelő, a szálláshely elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, a környék nagyon jó. A szállás és környezete tiszta, jól felszerelt. Személyzet kivétel nélkül nagyon kedves, segítőkész.

Parton a napágy volt olyan nap hogy kevés, és az ernyő nélküli ágyért is ugyanúgy elkérték a napidíjat.

Δεν υπάρχει ανελκυστήρας, το νερό στην πισίνα απ το μεσημέρι και μετά ήταν θολό. Το δωμάτιο δεν είχε σαμπουάν / αφρόλουτρο. Το πρωινό ήταν μέτριο (1 καφές φίλτρου, 2 ψωμάκια, 2 βουτηράκια και 2 μαρμελάδες και μια ομελέτα)

Emplacement parfait, à quelques minutes en voiture de Rethymnon, avec un parking gratuit. Grande piscine tres propre, petit déjeuner les pieds dans le sable, chaque jour différent ! Appartement spacieux. Personnel adorable ++++++

Le nettoyage de la salle de bain était limite. Il nous a manqué un torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle! Sinon tout était très bien.

La piscina purtroppo non era di facile utilizzo in quanto aperta anche ai non ospiti...spesso piena di ragazzi maleducati senza nessun bagnino a controllare. Pulizia della piscina e delle aree comuni scarsa.

Die Lage war sehr gut, Shops und Tavernen fußläufig in kurzer Zeit erreichbar Strand direkt gegenüber, allerdings müssen dort die Liegen mit 10 Euro am Tag bezahlt werden

Der Pool war an sich sehr schön, leider darf er auch von Menschen besucht werden die nicht in der Anlage Urlaub machen Deshalb war es ab Mittag sehr voll und sehr laut Die Wasser Qualität des Pools ließ daher nach kurzer Zeit zu wünschen übrig Wen solche Dinge nicht stören, der kann hier gut Urlaub machen

L'endroit est féérique, avec la belle piscine et juste à côté la plage. Petit déjeuner servi au bord de la plage. Snack pour ceux qui veulent manger sur place, et il y a bcp de restaurants très proches, on peut y aller à pied. Dommage qu'il y ait bcp de moustiques (mais il y a des moustiquaires, on ne l'avait pas vu :( le 1er soir en rentrant tard) et l'appartement très chaud, certes il y a la clim mais il faut que tout le monde s'entende car si il y a une fenêtre ouverte, la clim ne fonctionne pas dans l'autre pièce. Le personnel et gérant très sympathiques. Les clefs il faut aller au bout de la piscine les récupérer au snack car il n'y a personne dans le bâtiment, ce n'est pas embêtant mais il faudrait le signaler.

l'appartement pour 5 personnes, est idéal pour 2 adultes et des enfants mais pour 5 adultes les 3 couchages dans le salon sont durs.

La proximité de la plage, immeuble en recul de la route

Le fait que la piscine soit ouverte à tout public,à partir du 14 juin plus d école, entraîne une multitude d enfants dans la piscine, bruits, cris ,normal il faut que les enfants s amusent mais fini la tranquillité pour les résidents !

Accueil chaleureux, personnel serviable et attentionné. Bon petit déjeuner, très varié.

La piscine n'étant pas privée pour la résidence, elle est souvent très fréquentée notamment le WE.

L'emplacement, la grande surface du logement avec vue sur mer. La proximité de la plage et à bonne distance de la route.

Très grande difficulté à trouver l'hôtel : l'adresse fournie par Booking n'est pas la bonne, le GPS ne trouve pas : ce problème est connu mais perdure depuis des annees... Aucune indication sur la route mais un petit panneau, perdu au milieu d'autres, avec : Gold Suites au lieu de Gold Appartements. Le parking, qui est en fait un terrain vague poussiéreux. Pas de réception ni d'accueil : il faut se débrouiller et aller derrière, au bar de la plage... Faire très attention : on nous a fait ''le coup de la carte'' : la carte du menu indiqué des plats et des prix. Au moment de payer, les prix sont supérieurs de 10 à 15€.. en fait on nous montre une autre carte, la nôtre n'était pas la bonne ! Le petit déjeuner est imposé, pas le choix... Cet hôtel n'est vraiment pas un 4 étoiles et le 8,8 de Booking date de 2014 ! L'hygiène est limite (glaçons pris à pleine main...). Le plus grave c'est la piscine : turbidité importante dûe au fait qu'il n'y a aucun contrôle d'accès et que toute la plage y vient ! Un enfer le we...

Полное отсутствие указателей на гостиницу на местности . Нет ни вывески , ни указателей по дороге. Googl не смог привести нас на место. Отсутствие рецепшен. Не работающий лифт. Очень скудный "бесплатный" завтрак для гостей Booking . Отсутствие шампуня и геля для тела. В наличии только жидкое мыло для рук и туалетная бумага. За те деньги, что мы заплатили этого явно недостаточно. Первая линия от моря и бассейн под окном всего этого не компенсируют.

Brak informacji, że obiekt nie będzie w pełni czynny. Ogólny bałagan dookoła obiektu, brudy basen, nieskoszona trawa, śmieci. Bar przy plaży był nieczynny - pozostaliśmy bez śniadań które miały być uwzględnione w cenie. Pleśń na ścianach pokoju. Brak informacji odnośnie obsługi pokoju - 3 dnia ktoś wszedł do apartamentu bez poinformowania i zabrał śmieci. Do końca wyjazdu już nikt się tym nie interesował. Dzień przed wyjazdem pani z obsługi chciała wymienić nam ręczniki i posprzątać pokój, ale nie było już sensu i podziękowaliśmy. Słabo wyposażony aneks - zwłaszcza jeżeli nie było opcji śniadań w obiekcie, w przeciwnym wypadku było by wystarczająco.
