La colazione non è dello stesso livello della struttura, scarsa qualità, dolci vecchi di giorni, fichi secchi con animaletti. Insomma bisogna migliorare molto questo servizio per essere un 5 stelle!!

Amazing hotel with a great service! We had an apartment with own pool. We didn't miss anything. The beach bar offered tasty food and drinks. The hotel and the beach bar staff are extremely friendly. Supermarkets and tavernas next to the hotel. Thank you very much!

Espace piscine roof top super. La gentillesse du personnel Un grand merci pour le personnel du petit déjeuner et de l’accueil.

La piscine du roof top est très belle mais mérite plus de nettoyage . De la moisissure sur les bords c’est inadmissible quand même . Petit déjeuner peu varié . Omelette et pan cake très moyens … Chambre avc piscine sympa mais piscine froide exposée est . Difficile d’en profiter même au mois de juillet.

Le personnel est agréable, souriant et aux petits soins. L'hôtel est propre, pleins d'endroits sympathiques qui invitent à la détente. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est super et les prix très attractifs pour ce genre d'établissement. Super

La climatisation dans la chambre est bruyante et s'en passer la nuit est quasiment impossible à cette période de l'année. C'est le seul bémol.

Hôtel magnifique le rooftop avec piscine à débordement le personnel au petit soins et très sympathique et merveilleux et même le jour du départ une box à disposition pour le départ à l’aéroport à 4h00 du matin vraiment bon rapport qualité prix

Beautiful location, very well maintained, not too big, really friendly staff, pools were lovely, plenty of sunbeds, breakfast very good. Outdoor cinema is a really nice bonus. 2 very local restaurants are excellent.

Room layout may not suit everyone, we probably wouldn't take a room with a private pool next time as we didn't really use it. Bring a tablet if you want to watch any TV as channel options are very limited.

Das Personal ist jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die gesamte Anlage ist modern und sauber. Der Barkeeper Kostas macht die besten Drinks und ist ein vorbildlicher Gastgeber.

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Vriendelijk personeel. Kleinschalig hotel (wat ook betekende dat er geen activiteiten werden georganizeerd) - eerder geschikt voor koppels, minder voor gezinnen met kinderen. Heel fijn zwembad.

Sauna tegen betaling (vind ik erover aan deze prijzen), beperkte keuze tijdens het ontbijt. Onoplettende housekeeping: geen nieuwe koffie, te weinig zeepjes voor het aantal personen, te weinig handdoeken (we waren met 4 op de kamer), beperkte keuze tijdens lunch.

La disponibilité du personnel, le design du bâtiment et des bassins, la taille de l hotel ni trop petit ni trop grand

Overall, the hotel is top-notch. The reception and restaurant staff are very friendly and welcoming. Three swimming pools, the sea is very close, and there are sun loungers and umbrellas for shade. I was amazed by the opportunity to watch a football match on the big screen in the courtyard!

I don't think I should have to remind guests at a hotel of this standard that I'm out of shampoo or body wash. The sauna is only open until 6 PM and costs 20 euros per person. Only the dry sauna was open; the wet sauna wasn't working at all. So, you could either take half price or not take it at all. And finally, the towels for the pools and the beach were large and comfortable. You can exchange the shower towels for newer ones. But none of this stopped us from giving it a 10.

Fantastic location, close to the beach,pool, very quiet and not crowded at all. Great restaurants around the property ( one we can recommend is Sky garden) and the best ever bartender 100/10 ( Mr. Kostas). The private pool is also a nice addition. AC works great for those hot humid summer nights. Bed is comfortable. Great view of the sunset from the terrace of the hotel/ bar. Rethymno is a must see, only 15 minutes by car from the hotel. Chania is a little over an hour, also a must see. The location is perfect if you have a car. Hotel area is quiet and peaceful, no cicadas in the area. Walking distance from bars, pubs. Worth to rent a car and drive to chania and rethymno.

Some ants appeared on the second day and we kept seeing them every evening since, but nothing crazy, bathroom could have been a little bit better cleaned but still decent. Average breakfast, except for the omelette and coffee.

We stayed at this hotel for a week, and every day was fantastic. It’s a lovely place with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The beach is right next to the hotel, there are two great pools (including a beautiful rooftop pool), and the sunbeds are incredibly comfortable. The room was well equipped with amenities such as toiletries, bathrobes, and coffee and tea facilities. Everything was clean and well maintained throughout our stay. The staff were exceptional. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They struck the perfect balance between being attentive and respecting guests privacy, which we really appreciated. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Hôtel sublime au calme; petite structure de 50 chambres environ. Personnel adorable. Emplacement idéal avec accès direct sur la plage. 2 piscines dont une en roof top avec vue sur la mer. Chambre très propre avec une deco soignée. Petit déjeuner très copieux et très varié. Parking en sous-sol; vous pouvez y stationner tout type de véhicule sans difficulté à moins d’avoir un camion! Nous y reviendrons ! N’hésitez pas!

Καταρχάς το προσωπικό! Είναι υπέροχο!!! Θα σε εξυπηρετήσουν πάντα με χαμόγελο και θα κάνουν ό,τι μπορούν ώστε να έχεις μια πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή!!! Είναι καταπληκτικοί άνθρωποι! Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πάρα πολύ όμορφο, με όλες τις ανέσεις και πεντακάθαρο! Πολύ καλό πρωινό, δίπλα στη θάλασσα, με πισίνες, γυμναστήριο και Spa. Το Spa πρέπει οπωσδήποτε να το επισκεφθείτε για μασάζ, είναι πάρα πολύ καλή η κοπέλα που θα σας περιποιηθεί! Το ξενοδοχείο είναι ένα μικρό διαμαντάκι δίπλα στο Ρέθυμνο!

Πολύ όμορφο ξενοδοχείο, με εντυπωσιακό κτήριο δίπλα στη θάλασσα και υπέροχη θέα. Ο χώρος στάθμευσης είναι άνετος και οργανωμένος, ενώ υπάρχει και φορτιστής για ηλεκτρικό.Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο, πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει σε κάθε ανάγκη, πάντα με χαμόγελο. Ιδανικό μέρος για ξεκούραση και ποιοτική φιλοξενία.

The breakfast was great serving a full variety from smoked fish to oatmeal. The staff is nice, keeping the cups full and the table clean; hotel staff is helpful and nice as well. Great housekeeping, they change the sheets daily.

This is not a five star hotel, but 3. The towels are used a little too many times, the pools are not heated, the view from the room is not pretty, the private pools are not private. During our stay of 6 nights, the hot water was off twice for hours. The decor is minimal.

Unglaublich nettes Personal, was sich um einen gekümmert hat! Selbst als die Klimaanlage ausgefallen ist, wurden wir direkt durch das Hotel informiert und es wurde alles getan, um das schnellstmöglich zu beheben. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und sehr lecker. Die Lage am Strand war perfekt. In 15 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Rethymnon, wo es tolle Restaurants gibt und insbesondere abends eine schöne Stimmung herrscht.

Leider fällt die Qualität des Essens im hoteleigenen Restaurant zum Niveau des Hotels ab. Schade, denn die Aussicht dort oben ist toll!

Es gab ein Upgrade auf Poolsuite. Ein Superior-Zimmer nicht so schön-Schlimme Lage der Zimmer Zimmer war schön.Auf 3 Ebenen??

Garage zu klein und eng! Schwer zu parken! Zwischen Strand und Hotel ist ein Pool von Anderen Hotels! Ganz schlimm! Sauna kostet extra.Vom Restaurant schaut man auf diesen komischen Pool?? Zum Strand läuft man da durch!

Amazing boutique hotel at the beach. The location is perfect-quiet but still close to the town (Retimno), restaurants and shops. The staff is always helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend, especially for people who want to relax in a peaceful surroundings.

prijs / kwaliteit , de kamer was niet groot; kleerkast voor 1 persoon ; douche en toilet in dezelfde kleine ruimte, na het douchen is alles nat ; ontbijt is elke dag hetzelfde , geen variatie , weinig keuze , broodjes worden niet aangevuld ,charcuterie ligt te zweten op de schotels ; het uitzicht van de ontbijtruimte is een kleine ligweide die gedeeld wordt met 5 andere hotels in de straat ; kleine ondergrondse garage voor amper 10 wagens die zowel voor personeel als hotelgasten dienst doet ; er liep veel onvriendelijk personeel rond

Everything from check-in to check-out was done up to the state of perfection. The staff was super nice, always smiling, always very helpful. The room was great, the beds were OMG-WOW! Beautiful swimming pool. Tasty and plentiful breakfast.

La habitación era incómoda en general al igual que lo servicios. Pero lo que en definitiva llevamos mal fue el baño sucio con la ducha llena de moho. Pedimos la limpiaran mejor pero poco mejoró. El baño mal distribuido muy pequeño. Olvidaron hacer el aseo de la habitación el día previo al check out. El desayuno en general bien pero el cocinero solo sabía hacer omelette con queso (no se le podía pedir nada más). Se tenían que pedir y entregar las toallas de piscina en el spa, pero nunca había toallas o no estaba la persona a cargo, entonces debíamos ir a recepción que primero protestaban y te regresaban al spa, y al final de las entregaban. El trato del personal en general aceptable pero nos pareció descortés.

Die Unetrkunft ist relativ neuwertig und modern. Das Personal ist auch bemüht den Zustand zu erhalten, was ach größtenteils gelingt. Einzig in den Sanitärbereichen der Zimmer ist dies nur eingeschränkt gelungen, da hi und da die Fugen entweder nicht mehr vorhanden oder gar leicht löchrig sind. Dies hat u.a. bei uns dazu geführt das nach dem Duschen regelmäßig das Bad unter Wasser stand. Ansonsten war alles elektrische Finktionstüchtig. Das Frühstück ist Vielfältig und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Einiges Manko ist das Servicepersonal, dass öfters einmal eine Bestellung (Kaffee, O-Saft, o.ä. gerne und wiederholt vergisst. Eigentlich schade, wenn man bedenkt, dass 2 Servicekräfte explizit dafür abgestellt sind nd das bei durchschnittlich max. 40 Frühstücksgästen parallel. Man muss Wissen, dass der Pool inkl. Kiosk/Bar nicht zum Hotel gehören und diese am Pool als auch am Strand gesondert abrechnen. Ein sichtbarer Hinweis bei Anreise oder duch die Rezeption wäre hilfreich gewesen. Auch die freien Liegen (inkl. Schirme) am Strand sind limitiert und somit kann es einem durchaus passieren, dass man nicht direkt eine frei Liege beim Strandbesuch erhält. Ansonsten ist das Hotel inkl. der Anlage durchaus empfehlenswert, da man auch eigens mitgebrachte Getränke aus dem Supermarkt in der Anlage konsumieren darf.

Struttura sul mare abbastanza nuova, stanze accoglienti e delle dimensioni giuste per 4. Noi abbiamo scelto quella con piscina privata. Zona piscina sita al secondo piano bella con bar/ristorante e magnifico tramonto. La quasi totalità dei dipendenti era donna dunque ottimo servizio e sorrisi (tranne qualche eccezione)

Struttura generale non a livello delle 5 stelle. Palestra e spa (in realtà una pozza accanto alla palestra al piano meno 1) non degne neanche di un 3 stelle. Colazione sufficiente ma non all’altezza e cucina idem (abbiamo mangiato un paio di volte). Cosa fantastica davanti all’albergo c’era una piscina aperta a tutti (!) e la spiaggia era divisa, da una parte, ombrelloni per gli ospiti dell’hotel (forse 30) e, dall’altra, ombrelloni per utenti paganti (molto di più). Non apro il capitolo pulizia perché in Grecia, in generale, non è delle migliori ma li ha raggiunto il massimo!

The rooms are very big and spacious but divided into two floors with a bathroom only on the first floor and there is no door for the whole bathroom area.

Nous avons adoré cet hôtel ! Le roof top offre une vue à couper le souffle ,idéale pour profiter du coucher de soleil en sirotant un cocktail.La piscine sur le toit est tout simplement sensationnelle:eau parfaite ,ambiance chic et détente absolue.Un vrai moment hors du temps ,entre ciel et ville.

Seul bémol : le garage est très étroit ,ce qui peut présenter un risque certain d'abimer les véhicules .Les manoeuvres pour rentrer ou sortir relève du pilotage au cordon et convient uniquement aux voitures de petits gabarit.Gros modele ,n'y penser pas ,vous ne pourriez pas ressortir.Un parking extérieur même payant serait le bienvenu surtout pour un hôtel cinq étoiles.

Ein tolles modernes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Fühstücksbuffet hatte eine sehr gute Auswahl an frischen Produkten. Der Kaffee aus der Kolbenmaschine war ebenfalls beste Qualität. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great place. Clean and well equipped rooms, we really appreciated the room with its own pool. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of choice. The lady manager was very nice and tried to help us with everything. Big greetings to Joanna from the restaurant, who we had a lot of fun with and made us feel warmly welcome. The nearby town is full of restaurants, bars and shops, the beach is a minute away, so great. We will definitely come back here again.

חוף פרטי נגיש ונוח. חדר יפה ומעוצב עם 2 ספות וקומת גלריה עם מיטה זוגית. הזמנו חדר עם בריכה (הבריכה קטנה ומחוברת לשכנים לאורך כל הקומה - אין פרטיות כל כך). ארוחת הבוקר טובה ומגוונת. הצוות מקסים וההקפדה על הניקיון טובה מאוד.

This place was perfect for our family in the age of 14 yrs to 48 yrs. Nice rooms, pool area and close to the beach. Great breakfast and good coffee. The Gym was ok, but very limited. We did not use the SPA.
