Su anfitrión Leandro es una excelente persona. La explicación y guía en Roma de su parte fue excelente. Amabilidad al 100%. Confort maravilloso. Sitios reconocidos en Roma muy cercanos, también transportes super cerca por si los necesitas. Todo Increíble le. RECOMENDADO

Leandro is super nice, attentive and welcoming! The location was top notch as well! The small thing I really like is that this place provides slippers where all the others BnB in Florence or Pisa we went to didn’t have, which was really useful for us.

Ubicación muy cerca de estación del tren y de atracciones turísticas como el coliseo. Además el apoyo de Leandro fue muy bueno, siempre dispuesto a atender nuestras consultas y requerimientos.

Se puede mejorar el equipo de aire acondicionado que resultaba algo ruidoso.

Właściciel obiektu bardzo sympatyczny zawsze gotowy do pomocy. Obiekt dosłownie przy stacji metra. Pokoje czyste klimatyzowane. Na korytarzu można zrobić sobie kawę z ekspresu. Mogliśmy zostawić plecaki u właściciela, a przed wylotem pozwolił nam również skorzystać z toalety. Bardzo miły i pomocny człowiek 😊

Todo nos gustó,desde la facilidad y agilidad del check-in, la amabilidad de Leandro, además de un recibimiento cordial nos hizo recomendaciones para aprovechar al máximo la estadía en Roma y nos dió un mapa de la ciudad, muy útil. La habitación muy cómoda, la primera cama realmente doble de nuestro viaje en Europa. Baño impecable todo funciona muy bien. El plus es que nos dejaron en la cocina, que es sitio común, cafetera, microondas,heladera, cafés, té,galletas, en fin, de todo para una estancia placentera. Lo recomiendo.

Pobyt uważam za bardzo udany. Pokój czysty, schludny, łazienka przestronna. Do dyspozycji gości mała kuchnia z ekspresem do kawy. Właściciel przyszedł, wszystko wytłumaczył, zostawił klucze, mapkę Rzymu i odpowiedział na pytania. Okolica spokojna. Po drugiej stronie ulicy piękny park. Wszędzie blisko (koloseum 15 minut spacerkiem). Po całym Rzymie poruszaliśmy się wyłącznie pieszo. Blisko stacja metra. Polecam serdecznie!

très bon emplacement, proche de la gare et station de métro. A 15 minutes du Colisée, nous avons tous fait à pieds, très bien placé. La chambre était superbe, avec clim, et mini frigo. Le lit était très confortable et la salle de bien bien équipée.

Ottima posizione, vicino alla metro e a diverse fermate dell’autobus. Stanza ampia e accogliente. Ottima comunicazione con il gestore.

Świetna lokalizacja samo centrum, walking dostanie do czołowemu, termini. obok piękny park z mnóstwem ławek w zacienionych miejscach ( przy 40st idealne) Bardzo kontaktowy właściciel Ogólnodostępna przestrzeń z kawa, lodówka itd . Można nawet coś ugotować choć nie polecam :) Miły prosty pokój z wygodnym łóżkiem

B głośny przenośny klimatyzator. Weźcie zatyczki do uszu na noc :) Brak przestrzeni gdzie można usiąść na kawkę - jest przy kuchni mały balkonik można by tam wstawić mini stolik i 2 krzesełka zamiast rzeczy gospodarczych

The bathroom had some backflow which resulted in a very bad smell sometimes.

La verdad es que no tengo ningún comentario negativo.

The property is super close to the coliseum (about an 8-10 min walk) and is in the perfect location. Room was lovely and clean and all the staff were super nice and helpful.

The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The room was clean and had everything we needed. There was also complimentary coffee and tea available in the shared area. The location was excellent, with both the metro and the train station just a short walk away.

Nos encantó la ubicación, en la esquina estaba el metro que nos llevó a todos lados, nos permitieron el ingreso anticipado y pudimos aprovechar bien el tiempo.

La ubicación y la amabilidad de Leandro, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y a dar recomendaciones, además de ofrecer café, y poseer una especie de cocineta. Muy limpio.

El ascensor, un poco estrecho.

Me gusto mucho la amabilidad del personal .El anfitrión es muy amable nos ayudó mucho en todo . Es el mejor lugar para alojarte si quieres ir a visitar el coliseo y algunos lugares más . Todo lo puede hacer andando y la zona es muy segura . Queremos volver muy pronto y además tiene el metro para andar la ciudad entera en una esquina del alojamiento. Y el tren para ir al aeropuerto es unos minutos andando . Me encanto .

Αριστη τοποθεσία , διπλα στο μετρό και λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια από Κολοσσαιο,το τερμινι, σε μια ζωντανή γειτονιά. Bonous η μικρή κουζίνα όπου κάθε πρωί φτιάχναμε καφέ πριν ξεκινησουμε. Πολύ ευγενικός και κατατοπιστικος ο κ. Leandro που μας έδωσε οδηγίες . Πολύ καλή επιλογή εάν θες να πας Ρωμη χωρίς να δώσεις μία περιουσία .

Οι τειχοι είναι λεπτοί και ακούγονται οι ομιλίες . Ωστόσο ,υπάρχει τυπωμενη σύσταση σε κάθε δωμάτιο που παρακαλούνται οι επισκέπτες να μην φωναζουν.

Limpeza e hospitalidade do anfitrião Sr. Leandro , muito cordial e atencioso , bom custo benefício para quem quer ficar perto do transporte e de fácil acesso para toda cidade.

Good location, 15 minute walk to the Termini. There is a subway (🚇 metro) stop 1 block away. The owner was very friendly, helpful and courteous.

Breakfast was advertised as Contintinetal, but it is just coffee and individually wrap small cookies.

The location is great - a short walk from the train station and easy access to anywhere else via the Metro. Nice to be located on a piazza.

While breakfast is advertised on the listing, there was never anything other than coffee available in the mornings that we were there. The room, while adequate, didn't look quite as nice as in the photos.

O anfitrião é muito receptivo e caloroso. Nos deu dicas preciosas. O quarto era confortável, e usado para descansarmos, então nos serviu perfeitamente.

Incredible location and a very pleasant stay in a comfortable and really clean room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had an early check in as we reached a couple of hours earlier.

Perfect location. Absolutely amazing host.

La ubicación es muy buena, estábamos cerca de Termini, de la salida del subte Vitorio Emanuele línea A , que nos llevaba al Vaticano en 15 minutos y de muchos lugares que hacíamos a pie. Contábamos con servicio de café, leche ,galletas, cuando queríamos. La recepción muy amables! Lugar muy seguro y nada de ruidos. Quedamos encantados! Lo recomiendo.

Teníamos que cerrar la puerta del baño, porque faltaba ventilación y olía un poco mal.

Ropa de cama y baño impecable. Cerca de todos los medios de transporte que agiliza tu movilidad en Roma.

Falta de mantenimiento en el ingreso al edificio. Podría estar más limpio , prolijo y agradable. Es la primera impresión que tiene el viajero. Hay que cuidar los espacios comunes.

provided towels, shower gel etc room was clean, and spacious, bathroom was tiny like a cupboard room though. metro closeby and busses also frequent walking distance to colloseum. tv working and wifi was very good. i didnt feel unsafe although was told by many friends the area isnt safe. did see homelessness, lots of bars and small shops but nothing made me feel unsafe. maybe stay in well lit crowded areas. you are paying for the price thats close to Rome Termini station.. Though after visiting rome their metro and busses are very good so even if you didnt book closeby you will be ok. metro does close by 11.30pm weekdays but busses are working.

no lock on bathroom door. bathroom tiny not ideal in my opinion (not same as shown on bookings) towel hanging ontop of the toilet away from shower didnt make sense to me lol! toilet seat flimsy and old and would constantly fall down whilst you're sat on it 😂 needs to be fixed. made stay uncomfortable. random plumbing smell on the last day in the room had to leave windows open all night. no bins in room, only bathroom. shared hair dryer, iron, coffee machine etc with other rooms outside. mattress/pillows were uncomfortable we both couldn't sleep. Check in took almost an hour. rooms not cleaned unless u leave a sign outside the door and only cleaned in the morning cleaner not available throughout the day. (weird as other hotels rooms are cleaned throughout the day and i dont remember reading this on terms) Area is ok. i was told its not safe but not my experience place is old and could do with some tlc but it is clean. ideal for a cheap stay in centre for a few days if you are not bothered about things mentioned above.

Posizione ottima per raggiungere a piedi moltissime attrazioni di Roma. L'host e' stato molto disponibile e gentilissimo : ci ha fatto entrare nella stanza prima del check-in ufficiale e ha tenuto i nostri bagagli dopo il check-out. E' a disposizione un piccolo spazio comune con frigorifero e microonde e il necessario per fare caffe e bevande calde.

Il bagno e' un po' usurato e non c'e' bidet. Le pareti delle camere sono molto sottili e questo potrebbe essere un problema in caso di vicini rumorosi.

La ubicación era perfecta, estaba cerca de todo lo que necesitabas. Y por otro lado, el trato de Leandro,fue muy amable y nos solucionó los problemas lo más rápido posible.

The person who was there did not speak Italian or English, only a Spanish. She wanted more money, sounded like taxes, then got angry because we didnt understand is and then called the guy who owned it. He finally could explain it. Toilet did not work properly, the beed sheet were super thin and it was freezing during the night. Unfortunately no extra toilet paper or basket to be found..
