Leider seit langem nicht mehr eine so dreckige Unterkunft gesehen! Und dann auch noch Schwimmelflecken an der Decke des Badezimmers😵 komplett heruntergekommen alles und dann nicht mal sauber. Auch die Größe des Schlafsofas ist ein Witz keine 180cm lang....darauf sollte man hinweisen, dass es ein Minibett ist.

Konforsuzdu. Otel beklentiniz varsa hayal kırıklığı yaşayabilirsiniz. Bir noktada müşterilere özen göstermeyi bırakmış gibiler. Ayrica bulasik yikamazsaniz veya Odaya zarar verirseniz para kesintisi gibi konular başta söylenip kart bilgileri alindigi icin huzursuz oldum.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Die fußläufige Lage zur Stadtmitte ist prima, der junge Mann an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich.
Es gab kein heißes Wasser, wir mussten kalt duschen. Auf die Beschwerde im Chat (die Rezeption war bis zur Abreise nicht besetzt) wurde nicht reagiert. Die Betten waren extrem schmal.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026The bathroom was dirty, the shower was not cleaned in years and the grout changed color from white to yellow. Amount of dust in the room was unbearable I needed to take allergy medication. The bed was next to a wall that was scratched and had brown splashes on it. Shower gell bottel was already opened by the previous guest and was half empty. They are trying to save every cent and it really shows, so not good value for money. I asked the room to be cleaned and on email they said they would do it but they didn't. During the night there were loud noises from the building.

Das Getaway ist eine beliebte Unterkunft bei (sehr) jungen Gästen, die wohl gerne feiern. Entsprechend ist die Einrichtung und Instandhaltung der Zimmer, minimal und abgewohnt. Trotzdem ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und auf Anfrage wird nachgeliefert. Ich habe das Studio wegen der inkludierten Küche, der Lage und des günstigen Preises gebucht, aber leider übersehen, dass wir nicht die richtige Zielgruppe sind. Unter der Woche war es ok, am Freitag und Samstag war es leider durchgängig laut durch Gruppen Jugendlicher in Feierlaune. Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, das Schlafsofa ist durchgelegen und unbequem.

The noise from outside throughout the night (bins being emptied, deliveries etc). Generally no visible staff there. Almost no light in the room, bulbs needed replaced. Had to use iPhone torch to see inside case. Basin leaked onto the floor. Bed and sofa bed had seen better days, creaky, squeaky and lumpy. Not a refreshing stay.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Po ubytování jsem zjistil, že nefunguje varná konvice. Obsluha ji hned vyměnila za novou.
V pokoji nejsou skříně na oblečení. Jediná police je umístěna na celkem nedostupném místě. Prostředí je velmi hlučné - z ulice i protější restaurace (techno až do tří hodin do rána) Ubytování si navíc strhlo bez nějakého dalšího vysvětlení z karty 2x50 Euro? Poplatek za parkování, které jsem využil měl být pouze 20 Eu/ noc. Rozhodně zklamání !

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Spacious apartment with large windows that can be opened. The apartment had a kitchenette. Booking states they provide cable channels which they don’t. The rooms aren’t soundproof, unfortunately we had a party taking place below our room and the noise was very loud. I contacted management at 11.30pm and within minutes it was resolved. The apartment is tired and the cleanliness is ok
When we arrived at 3.25pm our room wasn’t ready until 4.15pm.

O quarto é muito mal iluminado, o banheiro também. Iluminação nao é o forte deste lugar. A luz artificial é insuficiente para se maquiar, por exemplo. Insuficiente também para trabalhar na mesa que o quarto possui. Não possui ar-condicionado ou ventilador, então no verão foi um quarto muito quente, que ofereceu um cobertor grosso e sem lençóis.

Ik boekte voor 1 persoon. Dan online en telefonisch gewijzigd naar 2 personen en toch was er maar 1 set bladlinnen waarvan de grote handdoek vuil was. De kamer was erg warm . Zeer beperkte verlichting

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026The location is perfect, it’s right in the center and walking distance from everything. I checked in at the reception during opening times and it was very smooth. The electric shading helped keeping the temperature under control during the heatwave.
The bed was very uncomfortable, with the mattress uneven and bumpy. There was only one fan (there was a heatwave) but it was very loud and rickety so I couldn’t use it at night. The fridge was incredibly smelly. The bathroom was clean enough but not super clean.

il n'y avait pas de beurre au petit déjeuner. Réponse du personnel : n'a pas été livré. Avons mangé du vitello tonato le soir : qualité ne valait pas son prix. Les assiettes étaient probablement préparées à l'avance... Il n'y avait plus de place sur le parking lorsque nous sommes arrivés...

1) Il continuo "bombardamento" di email ricevuto circa gli orari di check-in. E' sufficiente ricevere una sola email e non 4/5 nel giro di due giorni, ero in viaggio e questa cosa mi ha stressato non poco. 2) Trovare il frigorifero completamente vuoto dopo un viaggio stancante. Non si pretende di trovare bevande o biscotti di benvenuto, ma almeno mettere una bottiglia di acqua nel frigo desolatamente vuoto, sarebbe il minimo. Non è un impegno molto faticoso e soprattutto gravoso. 3) L'impossibilità di lasciare le proprie valigie per qualche ora al check-out

Tuvimos una habitación para 4 personas (2 camas y sofá-cama) en una buardilla. Al llegar hacía un calor infernal, y al no tener aire acondicionado (solo ventilador) no pudimos estar en la habitación hasta la caída del sol cuando pudimos abrir las ventanas. El ascensor sólo alcanza a la 5ª planta y tuvimos que subir a mano las pesadas maletas por las escaleras. La limpieza se notaba que no se había realiado a fondo, y en la nevera había restos de comida de los anteriores usuarios de la habitación. Otros detalles estéticos que ofrecen una imagen pobre; como las humedades en el baño.

Je loopt in een 5 minuten naar de grote markt etc. Het parkeren onder de accommodatie was een plus, maar we waren er van vrijdag tot en met maandag en dan zijn de parkeerplakken voor een kantoor van de ING niet bezet. Die mochten we nu gebruiken. Dus als je door de week komt weet ik niet of er voldoende ruimte is. Er zijn volgens mij maar 4 plekken voor Gataway.
De slaapbank is klein en kraakte behoorlijk. Maar het aller ergste was de kroeg tegenover. Officieel volgens de website open tot 23.00 uur, maar de werkelijkheid was dat het tot 2 uur 'half 3 s nachts echt keiharde muziek werd gedraaid. Het was meer dan 30 graden dat we er waren en dan heb je graag een raam open omdat er geen airco is. Zelfs met de ramen dicht was het niet normaal hoeveel geluid er nog hoorbaar was. Geen politie of handhaving gezien. Gelukkig waren we er maar 3 nachten en de laatste nacht van zondag op maandag was het rustig vanuit de kroeg. Maar de locatie is blijkbaar ook een van de weinige wegen waar auto's mogen komen in het centrum en daarmee een reden voor automobilisten om door de straat te scheuren en flink gas te geven en geluidruchtige café bezoekers.

I was looking for a property for 3 persons and expected at least a bed for 2 people (double bes) but there was one couch for 2 persons and 1 snall bed for 1 person. This was kind of disappointing and uncomfortable

There is no aircon in the apartment. We were there in July and it was scorching hot. The other downside is that the windows open about an inch so you can't even get natural ventilation into the apartment. A floor fan is provided but didnt help much. The service desk/reception only operates for certain hours of the day.
