L’hôtel ne m’a jamais répondu, ni avant ni après la réservation pour mon remboursement. C’est inadmissible d’avoir des hôtels aussi mauvais sur Booking.

Er is geen koffiemachine, geen thermostaat- maar een mengkraan in de douche waardoor er soms ineens heel warm of koud water uitkomt. Het appartement was enorm warm. Geen parkeerplek dus betaald parkeren.

Minor and major cleaning problems. Major issue was finding a faeces stained piece of underwear in the wardrobe. After complaint the owners of the property did not react at all. Minor issue was the small amount of toilet paper for such a long stay. After complaint it was rectified, however.

Son tres habitaciones, una en la entrada sin ventana, quizás era como si hubiesen pintado hace poco. Otra habitación da al salón, y la tercera es en un altillo encima de la habitación del salón. Muy amplio y la ubicación muy buena.
El olor a pintura, o quizás era por la falta de ventilación

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026The location was alright but it was still a bit of walk from KU Leuven where we had to spend most of our time.
So many things went wrong from beginning to end. First, the property charged me twice. It took numerous email exchanges, phone calls, and messages before I finally received a refund. Second, we booked accommodation for three people but were given only one key. The garbage was never taken out, the towels were never replaced, the stove was extremely slow to heat up—it took about 30 minutes just to fry eggs—the bathroom filter was clogged, no bath mats were provided, and both the patio door and the screen door were broken, making it difficult to get fresh air into the apartment or cool the rooms down. We experienced a heat wave during our stay, yet no fans were provided. By chance, we ran into a woman who became extremely hostile toward my friend from Cameroon. She shouted things such as, “Get out of here” and “I do not want to see you.” After we calmly insisted, she provided only one fan for three people staying in three separate rooms. Finally, some guests returned very late on our last night and made a great deal of noise between 2:00 and 3:00 a.m., even though we had to wake up early to catch our flights. This was by far the worst apartment stay I have ever experienced in Europe. I strongly recommend staying away from this property.

Het leek op de foto Luxe maar bij aankomst was het veelste warm binnen veel vliegen en ze hebben het licht uit gedaan omdat ze dachten dat ik niet had betaald en daar boven op belde ik werdt ik maar niet geholpen elke keer werdt er gezegt ik moet wachten er is iemand onder weg. 5 min later nog niemand zat een uur zonder stroom zonder internet en toen ben ik naar buiten gelopen om weer te bellen toen zei een mevrouw aan de telefoon dat er wat mis was met de betaling daarom hebben ze het licht uitgedaan als ik niet had betaald kon ik niet naar binnen heel jammer volgens mijn betaald je voor de meubels Oowja de televisie deed het ook niet

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026L'emplacement était très central. L'espace de l'appartement était très généreux. Il y avait des places de parking payantes à proximité. L'accès à l'appartement se fait de façon autonome, ce qui est très pratique.
La salle de bains était petite, mal aérée, mal éclairée. L'émail de la baignoire est abîmé. Il n'y avait pas assez de gel de douche dans le distributeur.

Basic facilities are missing and without a host or a reception the tenants are left helpless. During hot summer there was No Fan and No Air Conditioner causing great discomfort throughout our stay for Three Nights. Pathetic situation without any service for this expensive stay.

Confirmaron reiteradamente las tres plazas solicitadas según el precio. El día anterior me llamaron tres veces diciendo que solo podían ofrecer dos. Pedí alternativas, pero no me las dieron ninguna. No debía haber nada disponible en Lovaina. Luego me ofrecieron poner UN COLCHÓN EN EL SUELO, lo cual es COMPLETAMENTE ILEGAL, según acabo de saber. Además del angustioso estrés, pues tenía una cita de trabajo en la Universidad de Lovaina, no tuve otro remedio que TRAGAR CON LA SOLUCIÓN. Alojamiento sucio, desvencijado, averiado, con telarañas, sin mantenimiento, carísimo, con cerros de ropa maloliente y repugnante en la entrada. UN ABSOLUTO DESASTRE QUE BOOKING NO PUEDE PERMITIRSE DE NINGÚN MODO. RUEGO DEVOLUCIÓN DE LAS CANTIDADES ABONADAS Y COMPENSACIÓN POR ESTE DESASTRE.

Die Hygiene wird nicht gerade groß geschrieben. Die Unterkunft ist teils sehr heruntergekommen, und es wurde definitiv nicht ordentlich vor jnserer Ankunft geputzt. Teils war das Kochfeld noch fettig, Krümel lagen am Boden...

The shower leaked both from a crack in the back of the shower head and also the water pouring out of the bottom of the door due to a missing rubber seal which creates a large pool of water on the floor. It could have been a little cleaner as there was a cockroach running around, which we eventually killed. But the bed, sheets, towels and seating all seemed clean.

De kamers waren ongelofelijk vies! Er liepen spinnen en andere insecten in de bedden. De hele kamer zat vol schimmel op de muren en vloer en de bedden en andere meubels waren kapot. Wij zijn meteen de kamer weer uit gegaan om een ander hotel te boeken omdat het hier zo slecht was. Ongelofelijk dat Booking.com zo een hotel überhaupt aanbiedt want hier kan je niet slapen. Personeel in het gebouw was niet aanwezig en het personeel aan de telefoon was enorm vaag en niet behulpzaam. Ik zou niemand dit verblijf kunnen aanraden. Zoek lekker verder.

We had a ground floor apartment with two bedrooms, neither with a window. Very claustrophobic to sleep in. There was no air conditioning and only one small fan in the whole apartment. There were no windows either, only a door to open to the outside from the lounge, but as we were on the ground floor it could not be left open at night. We had extreme heat during the days we stayed and the apartment was like a sauna! The floors would get wet with condensation over night, and the beds felt damp to lie on, though the linen was clean and clearly newly put on the beds. It was also quite expensive for the facilities provided and paying through a separate site was frustrating and worrying to complete given how many scams are around. I wouldn't stay here again.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026A szállás elhelyezkedése kiváló, a belváros közelsége karnyújtásnyira volt. A megadott telefonszámon és e-mail címen azonnal tudtunk kommunikálni a szállásadóval.
Az ott eltöltött egy hét alatt extrém meleg időjárást fogtunk ki, és a szálláshelyen nem volt klíma. Szobánkban, a legfelső 4. emeleten rendkívüli hősség uralkodott. Az apartmant nem lehetett átszellőztetni, kereszt huzatot még a folyosóról sem lehetett kialakítani, mivel ablaktalan volt. A fürdőszobában nincs elszívó berendezés, ezáltal az összes pára a hálófülkébe csapódott be, még jobban nehezítve a körülményeket. Előzetesen pótágy elhelyezéséről egyeztettem a szállásadóval, melynek költségét át is utaltam részükre, azonban csak a helyszínen derült ki, hogy a kérést (tűzbiztonsági okokra hivatkozva, - 2 fő még rendben, 3 fő elszállásolása már nem megengedett az apartmanban) nem tudják teljesíteni, és másik szobát sem tudtak adni. Az utolsó pillanatban sikerült egy másik szálláshelyen egy egyágyas szobát kivenni, ami extra költséggel járt. Úgy gondolom, hogy kis odafigyeléssel, például földszinti elhelyezéssel a kérés megoldható lett volna.

Not clean, only handwashing no shampoo, no airconditioning, there is a lot of noise from other rooms and that is terrifying it looks like someone is inside your room, you hear the whole time foot steps and also boom boom. Not worth the money.

But bathroom was not very clean and i was on a worktrip so i was hardly in room but yeah i guess it can be improved. Then there was this whole issue with booking.com having issue not able to process payment and still get emails n notifications after i finished payment with link provided by the hotel.

Wij kwamen binnen en er hing een hele vieze (schimmel) geur. In de badkamer kon je schimmel zien onder de lamp. In het toilet hing er heel de dag een vieze geur. Het internet viel heel de tijd uit. Er was een TV, maar in de afstandbediening zaten geen batterijen dus die kon je niet gebruiken.

Vuile accommodatie, schimmel in de badkamer, vuile muren. Lavabo liep niet goed door, doucheruimte niet verlucht. Douchewand stond los. Kasten kapot, schuifdeur van slaapkamer kon niet dicht. Ramen zeer vuil (randen), 1 raam op bovenste kamer had een spleet bovenaan en was dus niet afgesloten.

The wifi was not working which was very annoying because my mobile internet usage was minimal and so I couldn't browse freely or play music. It was very dark and lighting was minimal. Had to use the light of the cooker to see in the kitchen. The bathroom light was just the light above the mirror. Kept banging head on ceiling upstairs.

Fue la PEOR experiencia, se metieron sin autorización a nuestra habitación y al poner la queja al hotel nos hicieron desalojar y para terminar nos sacaron una multa injusta.
