Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Sijainti hieman syrjäinen, mutta lähellä kuitenkin muutama ravintola ja kauppa. Auton sai hyvin parkkiin. Koiran kanssa matkustaessa mukavat ulkoilumaastot. Ilmainen pyykkitupa. Hyvät sängyt ja petivaatteet. Myös keittiön varustelu ok. Lounasravintola arkisin. Huoneen ovikoodi naurettavan pitkä...
Huoneisto oli siisti, mutta käytävät ym tilat hieman epäsiistit. Ulko-ovat olivat auki yötä-päivää, kun ei ollut respaa. Mölyä ja juhlintaa oli kuulunut joissain osissa kompleksia, meillä ei ollut ongelmaa.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026L'appartamento è in una posizione a metà strada tra due metropolitane ed è facilmente collegato alla stazione e alla città (la metro ti porta a T-Centralen o a Solna Centrum con bus per il pendeltag di Solna). Per i supermercati consiglio di andare a Solna Centrum (una decina di minuti) o di fermarsi all'Ica Maxi vicino a Stadshagen (è la fermata prima dell'appartamento). Numerosi parcheggi delle bici nelle vicinanze. Ambiente tranquillo a ogni ora e si ha la giusta riservatezza.
Se devo trovare dei difetti direi l'angolo cucina al minimo e forse le dimensioni dell'armadio. Io ero da solo e sono stato comodo, in due forse si è al limite per molti giorni. Purtroppo il ristorante annesso non ho mai potuto provarlo dato che faceva solo colazione e pranzo, peccato!

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Super Lage, wir konnten mit dem Rad alles erreichen und unser Auto 5 Tage dort parken. Supermärkte in direkter Nähe, so das Selbstverpflegung kein Problem ist. Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, Internet gut.
Wir waren gerade angekommen, hatten das Auto auf einem der ausgewiesenen Parkplätze abgestellt um unseren Parkausweis im Appartement zu holen , als wir bereits von einem Kontrolleur notiert und fotografiert wurden.Wir konnten die Situation klären, aber ein wenig Geduld wäre hier wünschenswert.

Reviewed Aug 16, 202610/10 Bardzo ładny apartament, czysto, są przybory do gotowania, bardzo wygodne łóżko, gorąca woda w prysznicu. Obiekt jest niesamowity. Nie chciało nam się wyjeżdżać. 🥲 Super siłownia dostępna na miejscu (z sauną! 😱) - szok, choć nie skorzystaliśmy, ale byliśmy bardzo miło zaskoczeni. Lokalizacja jest wspaniała, bardzo blisko centrum, chodziliśmy pieszo - ok 5-6 km, miły spacer, można też łatwo i szybko dostać się do centrum metrem. Sklepy spożywcze są w pobliżu. Kontakt z obsługą jest łatwy, odpowiadają dość szybko, są mili. Dziękujemy!
Wszystko idealnie.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Es gab einen Code für die Haustür des Objektes und einen Türcode. Somit war man bei der Anreise zeitlich etwas unabhängiger. Für den Parkplatz lag im Zimmer ein Zettel bereit, den man ausfüllen und ins Auto legen konnte. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Mit der U-Bahn erreicht man das Stadtzenmtrum von Stockholm in ca. 25 Minuten (inkl. Fußweg). Das war sehr praktisch, da die Parkmöglichkeiten in Stockholm doch begrenzt sind
Für uns war nur verwirrend, dass unser Apartment in der dritten Etage liegen sollte, aber es dann auf der Ebene des Eingangs lag. Außerdem stand dort immer Laboratorium, was wir nicht gleich als Zimmer oder Apartment identifiziert haben. Etwas anstrengend war, dass man sich den langen Code nicht so schnell merken kann und man immer einen Zettel mit dem Code dabei haben muss, um wieder in das Apartment zu gelangen. Das Waschbecken im Bad läuft nicht gut ab. Das müsste sich ein Monteur ansehen. Eventuell könnte man auch ein paar mehr Frühstücksteller bereitstellen. 2 Frühstücksteller sind etwas wenig. Wir waren nur zu zweit, da ging das gerade so.

Not to far from metro stations (I suggest going to the Solna centrum one, it is slightly closer to Västra Skogen or Huvudsta that Maps is suggesting, in my opinion). 10 min metro to the city center (+ 10/15min walk to the metro station). There a nice facilities (a gym, sauna and laundry all included in the price) and a restaurant (though it was close probably due to summer holidays when I was there. The building is interesting in history and design. The apartment are well equipped and bed is comfortable.
Maybe not ideal if you need a completely dark room to sleep (except in winter I suppose 😅) and the fridge was really small and with a weird shape not allowing to put many things (bottles could go in the door for example)

Der Lift ist sehr beängstigend und bleibt bei Gelegenheit auch mal kurz stecken. Das Bett ist extrem klein und die Ausstattung minimal gehalten.

Kamer 315: Het bed was te klein en tegen de muur geplaatst terwijl er ruimte zat is om het bed zo te plaatsen dat je allebei makkelijk kunt instappen. Er waren ook geen bedlampjes en het plankje hangt zo dat je moet oppassen dat je je hoofd niet stoot. Heel jammer! De inrichting had zoveel beter gekund.

Жаль, что на период нашего прибывания ресторан на первом этаже здания, в котором находятся апартаменты, был закрыт на каникулы и эту информацию нигде нельзя было узнать заранее(: А мы рассчитывали на их разрекламированные завтраки😉

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Das Personal am Buffett freundlich. Für kleine Kinder lohnt es sich allerdings nicht zu bezahlen. Sie haben ein Joghurt gegessen. Mein Zimmer ( Room 305 ) war prima. Das Bett und das Bad waren gut. Mein Fenster ging nach hinten raus und man konnte es öffnen. Die Geschichte des Hauses ist sehr interessant. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war immer gut und freundlich.
Das Zimmer für meine Tochter ( Room 316 zum gleichen Preis) war kleiner und man konnte die Fenster nicht öffnen. Sie waren mit Schrauben festgenagelt. Man hat ihr freundlicherweise einen Ventilator ins Zimmer gestellt, das ersetzt aber keineswegs Frischluft. Ein Zimmer in dem man keine Fenster öffnen kann ist eigentlich nicht akzeptabel. Leider ist Solna etwas weit von Stockholm entfernt und für Kinder nicht so attraktiv. Das ist aber unsere Schuld dass wir nicht geschaut haben. Wir mussten wegen einer Situation innerhalb der Familie sowieso nach 2 Tagen abreisen, statt die Woche in Anspruch zu nehmen. Leider konnte man keinen Preiserlass bekommen, weder für das Zimmer ohne Frischluft, noch für die frühe Abreise.

We really dislike the communication. The host replies seems almost like "AI robot answers" with 0 empathy from the host side. Be careful if you drive with car the parking lots in front of the hotel are for paying by app and only few spots are without any sign and for hotel parking. Customer support from the hotel can't explain properly where to park by chat and you are risking to receive the fine. We also dislike the windows which can't open and it was hot and not enough air inside the room.

18 min walk from the closest metro station. Description says 10 min from metro but needs x2 to reach closest metro station. 10 min only if you run. On average time to central station 40 min. Digital reception and no whatsapp line for prompt reply. İ had to make roaming call to solve the door code issue at late night, door closed, no code was provided, i would reccomend to fix the lock on the middle door, it is not always working properly.

Não há ar-condicionado. Não cheguei a pegar um clima quente, porém uma pessoa que se hóspede durante o verão, certamente sentirá calor. A localização é meio distante do centro de Estocolmo, porém estávamos de carro e havia local para estacionar de graça.

Nothing to dislike unless you wanted to be centrally located near the oldtown - it was necessary to take the metro to get into the city centre and the port

Muy muy lejos de la ciudad, debería ser más barato. El metro tampoco está muy cerca. Las toallas que daban eran pequeñísimas. Ni siquiera tiene personal humano por el que haya que pagar además del equipo de limpieza.

Jag fick tänka länge men det skulle vara avsaknaden av mikrovågsugn, vi klarade oss utmärkt ändå men det är en bekvämlighet som vissa skulle kunna sakna.
