Le camere non erano pulite per niente. Dopo aver cambiato camera per 3 volte (perché o non funzionava il fornello o non veniva l'acqua calda), la terza volta ci siamo tenuti la stanza non pulita. La struttura in generale non era ben curata per le pulizie.

Als Paar mit einer Buchungszeit von einem halben Jahr voraus erhielten wir nur ein DZ mit getrennten Betten, mit Zwischenwand und ohne Möglichkeit die Betten zusammenzustellen. Es wurde uns keine Alternative angeboten. Zimmer war ebenerdig mit Sicht auf Parkplatz und Nebengebäuden.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Está muy bien situado y tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar. Las camas son cómodas y la cocina es funcional. Hay un pequeño supermercado en la esquina y una parada de autobús justo enfrente aunque puedes caminar fácilmente hasta Solna Center para tomar el metro o comprar más variedad. El transporte público funciona muy bien.
Los sillones tenían muchas manchas, el baño y los pasillos olían mal. La TV estaba completamente bloqueada y solo permitía ver 7 canales a pesar de ser una TV inteligente.

However, we were informed about this in advance, so we could have declined if it didn’t suit us. In the end, everything was great! The beds were very comfortable, and the location was excellent, with the metro station nearby.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Pokoj byl čistý a prostorný a lokalita klidná. Z vyšších pater byl hezký výhled. Stanice metra byla vzdálená deset minut a za dalších pár minut se dalo metrem dostat do centra.
Během pobytu jsem žádal o jednu změnu a komunikace byla složitější. Měl jsem pocit že komunikuji s více lidmi a každý mi poskytuje trochu jiné informace. Nakonec mi ale bylo vyhověno. Kuchyňka by mohla být trochu vybavenější (postrádal jsem například pánev).

Reviewed Aug 23, 202611-es metróvonal séta távolságra (Solna centrum felé kijönni! Sokkal közelebb van így). Belváros kb 10-15 perc alatt elérhető. Nagy, tágas szoba, megfelelő felszereltséggel, szuper reggelivel, ami sok és kiadós.
A kávé nagyon hiányzott, jó lett volna a reggeliben egy instant kávé akár. Sajnáltam, hogy szoba ablaka nem volt teljesen kinyitható, de értem a (gondolom) biztonsági részét is. Kicsit hűvös volt éjszaka, pedig látszólag jól zártak az ablakok.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Buona posizione per arrivare in centro e in diversi altri punti di Stoccolma, la metro è a 10 minuti a piedi e in altri 20 si arriva in centro. La camera e il bagno erano puliti, le persone alla reception gentili e disponibili. Comunque se non siete di troppe pretese mi sono trovata bene (nonostante la ventola, le finestre e il phon), anche considerando il prezzo di una camera a Stoccolma. Il letto è comodo e c'è un termosifone in bagno che si riscalda molto utile per asciugare gli asciugamani.
La ventola del nostro bagno non funzionava. Delle due finestre ad una mancava la maniglia e l'altra sono riuscita ad aprirla una volta e poi non più perchè troppo dura da girare. Il phon era poco potente, ma soprattutto si spengeva se si surriscaldava troppo (non ne ho chiesto un altro in reception perchè sono sempre riuscita a fare con quello)

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Parto subito dalla posizione ottima, collegata benissimo con i mezzi pubblici per solna centrum e per Stoccolma. C’è anche un supermercato a due passi aperto dalle 7 alle 22 tutti i giorni, molto utile. Poi, struttura molto ben organizzata, le camera era molto ampia e fornita di frigo e mini cucina, Ok letto e bagno. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, offrono un servizio di sacchetti che lasciano dietro la porta, tutto organizzato molto bene.
Forse darei la possibilità di scelta sulla colazione, magari non tutti amano il salato la mattina.

The place needs a bit TLC. Kleinere Reparaturen wie Fensterbeschläge, Gardinenstange, Luftfilter Säuberung und Duschenabflussreinigung wären hier notwendig. Schade, dass es kein Frühstück, außer in einer Tüte gibt (was ist eigentlich darin) und dass die Rezeption nur Nachmittags besetzt ist. Es gibt auch keine Bar oder Ähnliches.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Las medidas de seguridad para acceder al edificio de apartamentos. El parking justo en la puerta. Cerca del metro de Solna Centrum, cómodo para ir al centro de la ciudad.
La moqueta estaba realmente sucia, con grandes manchas de café derramado, así como el sillón. Pedí que nos cambiaran de estudio pero no había otro igual libre. Hubiera sido agradable un upgrade por las molestias. En cambio, la empleada de recepción nos obsequió con unos filtros y unos sobres de café gratis y detergente.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Ho trovato l'appartamento più grande di quello che immaginavo con parquet sul pavimento e super silenzioso. Ci siamo mossi con i mezzi e 2 linee di autobus passano proprio sotto e la stazione della metro Solna Centrum è a 15 minuti
L'accoglienza al checkin è stata minimale relegando tutte le informazioni sulla casa ad un foglio. Avrei preferito un letto più comodo con cuscini più grandi

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Gelegen in een rustige buurt, wel vlakbij een spoorweg maar in de kamer nauwelijks te horen. Er stopt een bus voor de deur die je op 5 minuten naar de metro brengt. Vandaar op 20 minuten in het centrum van Stockholm. Ook een super douche.
We verbleven in de zomer en in de kamer was het behoorlijk warm. We hadden met ontbijt geboekt. Deze werd 's ochtends om 7 uur aan de deur gezet. 3 dagen hetzelfde ontbijt en telkens was het potje van het fruitsap niet goed dicht. hierdoor zat heel de inhoud van de ontbijtzak onder het sinaasappelsap. Je kan ook perfect aankopen doen voor het ontbijt in de supermarkt op 50m van het appartement.
