Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. The room is spacious, but that's about it.

We were upgraded to a deluxe room, because the standard one, which we reserved, was not available. Cleanliness is not on acceptable level. The room was not cleaned in quite some time. Provided cup had mold in it. Fridge was turned off, which is fine, but when I opened it, there was a live cockroach inside and it had a damp smell. The water heater did not work. There were layers of dust on surfaces.

Friendly and happy staff, with tricycles/tuk-tuks readily available and the port within walking distance.

Unfortunately, my family and I did not enjoy our stay. While the hotel appeared clean at first glance, the beds seemed to require more thorough cleaning. We felt itchy throughout the night, struggled to sleep comfortably, and were alarmed to find a large cockroach behind the bed headboard. Shortly after checking into our room, there was a power outage that left the room hot and uncomfortable. As a result, we spent much of our time away from the hotel, including trips to the mall, which is approximately a 20-minute tricycle ride away. The location was also less convenient than expected, being somewhat far from downtown, although it is within a 10-minute walk of the port. In addition, the soundproofing could be improved, as we could clearly hear water running and toilets flushing in neighboring rooms. We also noticed a large visible hole in the bathroom window curtain. Another inconvenience was that the hotel only accepts cash payments. Given its city location, accepting card payments would make transactions much more convenient for guests.Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations. I hope management will address these issues, including cleanliness, maintenance, noise insulation, and payment options, to improve the guest experience for future visitors.

The host asked us if we wanted two twins or a double bed as we are a couple and we requested the double. But then he proceeded to give us the twin room hahahah not a big deal but just funny!

Very high water pressure and sometimes warm water No meals to report on. Television worked and lots of English speaking films. The AC split was good and quiet.

No drinking water available as I could tell. A reasonable amount tobacco smoke I had to tolerate right next-door. At first, there was the power outage in the region, but that was beyond their control.

The place is very accessible, tidy and pleasing.

Property cancelled less than 24 hours before the stay due to their overbooking, and didn't help me find alternative lodging arrangements when they rejected me at their desk. Totally unprofessional. Do not go here unless you want to gamble your stay.

Nous avons été forcé de faire un Check in en avance car interdiction de laisser les bagages à l’accueil. Nous étions les seuls clients de la guest house mais avons été obligés de payer 100php par heure avant 14h afin de pouvoir nous libérer de nos valises.

Dayview was very helpful. I asked for a Ground Flr room & they gave me one. Room amenities are good. Very close walk to the supermarket & eateries. Staff are helpful.

Good location as we have an early ferry! It was just a short walk away. The owner also helped us print our tickets out beforehand, thank you :)

We booked twice on this hostel. Both stay were pleasant. Near to shops and pier.

For the price, this was a nice hotel. We had an en-suite room, which had a working toilet and shower, and air con. It was clean and comfortable, and had scooters for rent which was super handy. Walking distance to the port which is good if you’re arriving via ferry. Staff spoke limited English but enough to understand what we asked for, and were friendly.

Some ants around one of the power sockets and on the walls, which is probably to be expected as there seems to be a lot around Bohol in general. Air con was effective but noisy.

The location is easy access like taxi tricycle or jeep and if you need food cafeteria just walk outside and you can have your choices but of course local food there’s also a mall called Marcela walking distance 2-3mins walk only .

Booked family room but wasn't available on check in, was given 2 rooms , Very large rooms, walking distance to food outlets, aircon was a bit noisy. Overall good for price.

The room was clean but would have loved a thicker blanket. Everything was in order and as shown in the picture. The room is also spacious for 4 people. Location was also perfect, super close to the Port if you're traveling to nearby islands. Convenience store is also a few steps away and some restaurants.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The room was a good size, with plenty of power outlets, great air conditioning, and fast WiFi. The bed was very comfortable, and the bed sheets were fresh with a lovely smell. The bathroom was well-equipped with a shower, cosmetics, and hot water. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy. Very good place to stay in Bohol.

I made a booking for 1 night, when i arrived in the hotel they told me that they didn't had a room for me. In the morning of my stay somebody wanted to extend and they decided to give my room to this person... They send me an email at 10am on the day of my reservation that i had to cancel my booking but i didn't check my email since i was just enjoying my day. Unbelievable kind of business 🤬

The area was quiet. The accomodation was affordable and very clean. Staff was friendly and very willing to supply our needs.

Cheap. Close to all the stuff you need. Place to park your scooters. Use it as a base. Save your money and spend it on the good stuff.

Staffs were not friendly. They don’t even smile or greet the guests. I told them I don’t understand their local dialect but the older woman from the front desk just spoke their local dialect all the time. No service water. Toilet sink was leaking and with shortened door 😳, exhaust fan makes weird loud sound like it’s gonna explode or what. Shower pressure was very weak. Wifi was weak or sometimes not even working and it has been in the previous comments also. No hairdryer. Cash payments only.
