Közel van a hajó kikötő.

A szálas pont olyan amilyennek látszik, koszos, büdös, igénytelen hely. A konnektorok a lehető legrosszabb helyen vannak. A falak repedezettek és koszosak, a zuhanyzó kritikán aluli, még kezet sem lehet mosni olyan kicsi a víznyomás. Az Internet hálózat gyakorlatilag semmire sem alkalmas. A környéken nincs semmi. Csak azért foglaltam egy éjszakára, mert közel van a kikötő. A városban sehol sem lehet a parton fürdeni. Nekem nagy csalódás volt, nem ajánlom senkinek.

Safe and good location

*The toilet bowl cannot be flushed all the way. *Shower heater is malfunctioned * Television set is so obsolete and small. *The bed is uncomfortable since the headboard is loosen from the frame so every time you lean on the bed headboard,it will bang on the back wall. *Wifi signal is so weak *No food available or even restaurant

Old room, smelly bathroom, worn wall paints, torn sheets, a big cockroach and lots of ant, old fashioned and noisy AC

Peaceful but….

I felt like isolated . It was horrible when I walked up going to the room.

My wife been there for several times. She amazed when they upgrading room twice from single room to double room with the same price. There room rates is way cheaper than anyone across the city.

The place was accessible and the staff were really good and accomodating.

Location is good, you have your own room and bathroom and air conditioner

The shower didn’t provide hot water it was almost cold but it was hot over there so it wasn’t too important

The front desk help was always friendly and attempted to be helpful. Room wasn't too expensive.

Hot water didn't work half the time. Internet was terrible in the rooms, even though I had requested it ahead of time. The drainage in the bathroom is a mess, with slippery, grimy floors in the shower as they are never able to dry. Toilet never completely flushed. Worst of all there was some kind of metal door that was constantly slamming whenever there was any wind, all day and all night. Only gets a 5 because it's one of the cheapest centrally located rooms.

I had a good experience with this place, I've got to leave our home to have my peace and they did accommodate me. I booked the place and got there immediately. After payment, I get to have the room agad.

There are cockroaches, obviously I was afraid of that insect plus I had a baby with me.

The cleanliness the facilities are not nice and the price of the hotel that we are stay are getting high instead of the good price they ask for more pay

internet connection is very slow. no service water given in the room. no avaible glass or cup. I don't recommend this property.

Location was good . Room was clean .

There was no control for the air conditioning. When I asked the management they said they can not adjust and it was very cold . They said turn off and on . This is no good at night . The shower water heater did not work . When I asked if I could have another room they said no . Disappointing to pay for these comforts and not have them work .

Noise of street. Water on floor if bathroom and no shower curtain. No 3 prong electric outlet to charge my laptop. Had to insists on leaving key so aircon would cool hot room. I insisted or provide refund and transfer hotel and they agreed. Low end accommodation needs major renovation.

The ambience is dark,the electricity needs to be fixed which can cause fire,the bedsheet,the pillow have a stinky smell,the comfort room is not clean,there is not enough water to be used,tiles on the floor at cr is very dirty,

Big room with three beds to accommodate family and good location - walking dustance to major fastfood resto.

Aircon- not working well; lighting - two bulbs flickering; sink drain was clogged; shower head nozzle sprayed water all over the toilet leaving the towels and clothes and floor flooded.

Good location, 15 minutes walk from the ferry terminal and 20 minutes walk from the integrated main bus terminal.

I send messages (booking mails and SMS, I tried call the place) but nobody called me back or answered me. The free airport transfer is not working I think.

The location was close to downtown. We could check in at 3am.

In the room we found four cockroach, bedbugs and spiders. An employee came with a broom and between him and us we were moving the furniture to kill the various insects. It was surreal and a far from the necessary hygienic conditions required by a hotel however simple it may be. In addition, it smelled like a sewer and closed. They offered us a change of room but it still had a lot of insects, such as ants and spiders. Moreover, the staff was quite unfriendly.

Bed was very comfortable. AC worked well.

It was in a central part of the City,close to the ferry port,shops&easy access to public transport to get around the amazing island of Bohol!

If you are not good with stairs,the accomodation rooms start up on the 1st floor,but considering this,it makes the property more safe&secure!

I like the location. It's within the city but still near Panglao & Seaport.

The room was not cold enough, I think the AC needs to be repaired or replaced. We didn't bother to complain because we just slept there & were on the road most of the time. But it's cheap & the location is good so it's okay.

Comfy and the access of the location

Nice stay, hotel is well located in the City but still walking distance to the port. Staff are really nice and are happy to hold onto your room key whilst you’re out for the day. Wifi worked great which is hard to find in the Philippines. Parking available in front of the property. Rooms were large and fairly clean

The shower was either cold or scalding hot there was no middle ground.

Near seaport

Considering it’s near a street, chances are, you will be awaken in the middle of the night by noisy mufflers of some motorists. Also, there was something wrong with the drainage system of the comfort room in the room where we stayed. The floor doesn’t get dry the whole day.

Majority of the facilities listed are not available. There is no daily housekeeping, gym, spa, or jacuzzi. There was also a cockroach in our bathroom.
