Reviewed Mar 23, 2026We had a 4AM checkout and the staff are flexible to arrange the free breakfast on an earlier time. That is customer service all about, they made it convenient for us. Also the room is clean and every bed has its own convenience outlet for charging. Location is also near the airport and to everything I need.

Reviewed Jan 2, 2026Location is at the city center so everything is available nearby. The staff is most accomodating. They offered us tours with discount. They provided all we've asked for without additional fees. Would definitely recommend this place.
Everything is nice except the free breakfast. Would recommend trying the nearby stores instead.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2025I liked the place because it's close to the airport and 5 minutes away. I like the staff they're helpful. The room was cleaned, AC is good. Perfect location it's close to the restaurant.
The toilet was easily clogged. We have to call the maintenance to change the bulb and fix the toilet.

Just the door, it has to be repaired because it's so hard to close. This is already my second stay here, but in a different room, and I have the same observation.

Lots of Stairs! Also they should have called a taxi for us. It was extremely difficult to get a taxi in front of the hotel and we almost missed our flight. They should automatically ask all guests if they need transportation to the airport.

Reviewed Nov 25, 2024This hotel is close to many restaurants. Noki Nocs is just next door and it has local dishes at very reasonable prices. The staff were great. Our room had no window but that was fine. We were out during the day and at night, the air condition was a blessing.
The trash can in the bathroom needs a lid.

There's a bar beside the hotel. The loud sound may disturb other guests but for me I didn't mind at all.

Which involved also potentially waking up if I had missed my alarm. I didn't miss it, but I appreciated the gesture. The hotel is walking distance to the airport

It’s around 20 min waking to the airport. - Check out is at 12pm but you can extend your stay for 100 pesos/hour in case you have a late flight. - Many restaurants, mini markets and pharmacy around. - Bed is comfortable and the room was clean and tidy. - Good breakfast and free water bottle refill.
- The room was quite expensive - The hot water wasn’t working but honestly it wasn’t a problem for us
