The location, the cleanliness and the staff

The staff is friendly, attentive and service minded. The hotel is clean and so beautiful with its garden, newly renovated and the pool area is relaxing and calm. The rooms are cozy with everything you could need. Breakfast is enough for your needs. Best of all is the location with 2 minutes to the beach and also close to the bus/taxi. Would recommend!

If you are very sensitive to noise I would request a room further away from the street.

First time in this hotel and WOW !! I travel a lot and can honestly say from the minute you arrive you are felt so welcomed. The rooms are spacious, clean, well equipped with fridge ( bottle of water everyday per person ) coffee machine and kettle, toiletries in bathroom, hairdryer and safe and a pool towel 😱 all included in price. The beds are so comfy. Rooms are cleaned and towels changed everyday. Breakfast was really nice everything fresh and they would cook you eggs to your liking. We had lunch everyday it was delicious . Pool area : not once did we have to have sunbed wars, always a space when we went down about 9am .lovely pool and jacuzzi . Gardens were so pretty and well kept. Two minute walk to main strip, 5 minutes walk to beach. Staff : I can honestly say every staff member cannot do enough for you, they remember everyone’s names, which makes you feel like you are at home. Omer goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect, so thoughtful and kind. Ramos does the best shoulder massages, hope you get to experience that in the evening with a cocktail in hand 😊 also Abraham always smiling and helpful. I do not know how this hotel is rated a 3 star it should definitely be a 4 /5 star , I have no complaints whatsoever, well except I wish I stayed for two weeks not one week 🤣🤣 I nearly cried saying goodbye. Thank you Unsal for a fabulous week, we will be back next year for our family break.

В отеле в целом всё неплохо, всё соответствует фото и описанию, проблем у нас не было. Хороший завтрак, есть фрукты и овощи и весь обычный Турецкий набор. Особо отмечу, что персонал отлично помогал с парковкой на переполненной улице, можно было оставить им ключи, прямо выручали, молодцы!

Главный минус это шум от караоке бара с соседней улицы, играет музыка и орут каждый день до часу ночи, не спасают закрытые окна. Стандартный двуспальный номер меньше и хуже чем стандартный с двумя отдельными кроватями.

Struttura completamente ristrutturata, a gestione familiare attenta e puntuale. Particolarmente apprezzata la cura delle piante e dell'area piscina. Camera molto funzionale e ben arredata con tutti i comfort. Colazione e cucina ristorante valida. Personale cordiale, attento e disponibile a soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti.

Tout était super. Le personnel au petit soin. Un grand merci à Kayra et Suleyman Abi et bien sûr le reste du personnel. C’était propre, le petit déjeuner super bon. Ils nous ont aidé à trouver les activités et ils ont tout fait pour que l’on se sentent super à l’aise. Merci beaucoup à eux j’y retournerai sans hésiter.

Des voleurs ! 624 euro m’ont été débité injustement par l hôtel et non remboursé à ce jour malgré Nos relances depuis un mois . Booking nous renvoie vers l hôtel qui lui nous renvoie vers booking . Un bug informatique de booking qui ne faisait pas apparaître une 2 eme réservation qui avait été annulée précédemment . Nous avions pourtant indiqué au propriétaire à arrivée que nous n avions qu’une seule réservation de chambre et malgres ça il nous a débité en ne nous tenant pas informé pendant tout le séjour sur place (5 nuits ça laisse le temps de faire le point avec le client )

Sehr sauberes Unterkunft in einer sehr guten Lage. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Der Direktor Suleyman Bey hilft gerne bei allen Anliegen. So eine tolle Unterkunft mit so freundlichen Menschen ist extrem selten. Ich würde diese Unterkunft wärmsten empfehlen.

Отдыхали с семьёй в мае. Прятный семейный отель, как рассказал управляющий - все отели на береговой линии принадлежат родственникам. Хороший номер (единственное, что темновато), очень комфортная кровать и подушки. Прятный управляющий и персонал. Завтраки хорошие и разнообразные. Ресторан при отеле - вне всяких похвал. Пробовали другие рестораны в округе - не произвели впечатление. Повезло, что было маро народу, бассейн все время был в нашем распоряжении. Территорию и номера хорошо убирают.

Одна деталь подпортила впечатление: Договорились на бокс, так как был ранний вылет и на завтрак не успевали. Выбрали сэндвичи, составляющее - в итоге получи "нечто" в виде большого куска булки без начинки.

The hotel is modern, clean, and in a great location, literally just a 5-minute walk from the beach. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were spotless and smelled fresh, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The pool area is beautiful, surrounded by palm trees, and we had amazing mountain views from the balcony.

The only downside is that it can be a bit noisy until around midnight, as the hotel is close to the nightlife area with cafés, bars, and karaoke nearby. If you don't mind some evening noise, it's a great place to stay!

You need to remove the little step that the tiles make between the living area and the bathroom. My kids and I hurt our feet against the little step. Kind of dangerous

The room was a good size modern bathroom and very comfortable bed. We used the pool which was very refreshing on a hot day. The location of the hotel was very close to the beach and lots of restaurants. The breakfast included was very good with lots of options. We were lucky to get a car park at the front door of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and obliging.

We were promised and quoted for a late check out which we agreed to and at the last minute it was changed and I was only informed by my children, not a satisfactory was to find out, but it was last day and bears no real reflection on a wonderful stay.

We had an amazing stay at Unsal Hotel and couldn’t have chosen a better place for our holiday in Ölüdeniz. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and our room was cleaned every day to a very high standard. Everything was always fresh, tidy, and well looked after. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of fresh food, so everyone could find something they enjoyed. Every morning was a perfect start to the day. The swimming pool was always crystal clear, quiet, and very relaxing. It was the perfect place to unwind after spending time at the beach. The best part of our stay was the incredible staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. You can truly feel that this is a family-run hotel where guests are treated like family, and that makes all the difference. The location is also perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet the hotel still feels peaceful and relaxing. Thank you to the entire Unsal Hotel team for making our holiday so special. We will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, and if we return to Ölüdeniz, we will happily stay here again!

Beautiful boutique hotel with lovely pool and view of mountain close to the beach. Breakfast was great. Staff were very helpful. Spacious balcony with a clothes dryer to dry clothes after swimming. Walking distance to blue lagoon and markets.

Rooms were a bit noisy at night due to location but we expected that. What i didn't expect was the fact that everytime someone in the room upstairs flushed the toilet, it would make a loud noise in our room like water gushing behind the walls. It was so loud that it woke us up a few times. Also the quality of the linen isnt the best. It was a bit rough but at least they had proper duvets on the bed

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Ölüdeniz. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, the staff made us feel very welcome. The reception staff were absolutely amazing—very friendly, polite, humble, and always smiling. They spoke really good English, which made everything very easy for us. They gave us lots of useful information about the area, tourist attractions, and places to visit. The room was really nice, modern, and definitely worth the price. Everything looked new, including the furniture, TV, and other equipment. The room service was excellent. Every day they cleaned the room perfectly, changed the bed linens, and kept everything fresh and tidy. The breakfast was very good, and the restaurant staff were also friendly and welcoming. The swimming pool was amazing, and we spent a lot of relaxing time there after exploring the area. The hotel’s location is perfect. It is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and many bars. It really feels like the centre point for everything, making it very convenient to get around. One thing that really impressed me happened during checkout. I was struggling to find a taxi through Uber because there were very few Uber drivers in the area. The lady at the reception immediately took care of everything. She called a local taxi company, and a taxi arrived within just five minutes. It was handled so quickly and professionally without any stress. What made this hotel special was the hospitality. Every time we left the hotel or came back, the reception staff always asked how our day had been and whether we needed any help. Those small gestures made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money. We felt comfortable, relaxed, and well looked after from start to finish. I will definitely come back to Ölüdeniz, and when I do, I will stay at this hotel again without any hesitation.

We had a decent stay at Unsal Hotel, mostly thanks to its fantastic location, which is just a short walk away from the beach. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We also really enjoyed the pool—the water was nice and warm, which is absolutely perfect if you are traveling with kids. Overall, a good option because of the location and great service, but the rooms and breakfast options could be improved for the price.

There are a few areas where we felt the hotel fell a bit short, especially for the price they charge. The rooms are pretty basic and definitively lack proper lighting. While it's fine in the morning when the sun shines in, it gets very dark in the afternoon, and a stronger bulb or an extra lamp is definitely needed. As for the breakfast, there is a large selection of food, but it felt a bit lacking for a European taste. The coffee was quite watery and could be much better. We also missed having healthier options like granola, a wider variety of yogurts, and fresh fruit like bananas. They only served pancakes once during our stay, which would be great to have daily. There is egg selection and plenty veggies and other, so you won't go hungry, but it looks like there is more variety than there actually is.

The location is perfect, only mins away from the beach. Breakfast is decent and the staff are friendly.

The rooms are not soundproof so it can be a little bit annoying around bedtime.

We love everything about this place. Its our 4th visit and the only place we ever want to go. A family run hotel who are all amazing, excellent staff and chefs who really go out their way to spoil you. The food is also amazing, we are nearly all the way through the menu! Super chill place, always room around the pool. Just got home after 2 weeks and will be booking for next year, can't wait to go back already!!

It’s a really good hotel, almost like a boutique if not full. The breakfast is good, the room is spacious and the bed is amazing! The pool and bar are nice and well maintained, all the staff is very kind and friendly, and the location is very nice, clean hotel and the street noise didn’t bother us, couldn’t hear anything. It’s definitely worth it!

Dove toiletartikelen. Mooi uitzicht op het zwembad en bergen. Konden 1 van de 2 kamers aanhouden tot 20:00 uur in verband met late vlucht voor een kleine prijs.

J’ai adoré mon séjour dans cet hôtel ! Tout était magnifique, aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Les lieux étaient impeccablement propres et le personnel très serviable, toujours à l’écoute et prêt à répondre à nos besoins. L’emplacement est parfait. Je pense si je reviendrais sur Fethiye je choisirais encore une fois cet hôtel

Hey there! Long story short — this hotel is awesome! I’m writing this review a bit late, but better late than never) So, back in August 2025, I hit the road with my family and parents for a Turkey trip. We stayed at a few different hotels along the way, varying in category. And to wrap up our holiday, we spent 7 days here — in two rooms of different categories, actually. So yeah, I’ve got plenty to compare it to! First off, this place is family‑run — the whole operation is in one family’s hands. And that’s a huge plus, because hospitality is their thing! We were welcomed like long‑lost friends — seriously, from the owner’s family to every single staff member. They jumped right in to help us park the car (which is no small feat around here), stayed on top of our questions, checked in on how we were doing, and even gave us a hand when we had a little problem with our car. Everyone speaks great English, and there was even a Russian‑speaking guy working at the restaurant. Second big win! The hotel just went through a major renovation. Everything got a fresh look — from the building’s exterior to the tiniest details in the rooms and around the property. New plumbing, appliances, dishes, bedding. It’s all clean, cozy, well‑designed, and thought through. You’ve got everything you need for a comfy stay. Oh, and there’s even a little capsule coffee machine in the room — with daily refills of capsules! Third up: the location. In my look, it’s spot‑on. You’re basically in the heart of lower Ölüdeniz — right where all the action is — but somehow all the noise and hustle don’t make it here. Huge plus if you’ve got kids or just want to chill in the evening. It’s a 5‑minute walk to the sea and the beach, 2 minutes to the main pedestrian street with bars, clubs, shops, and travel agencies, and just 10 metres to the artisan alley where you can pick up some unique souvenirs. Another thing I’ve gotta mention is the food.

La difficulté à se garer car peu de place mais le personnel de l’hôtel fait en sorte de s’en occuper si pas de place libre.

Wij hebben in dit hotel verbleven en zijn zeer tevreden. Het personeel is vriendelijk, alles is schoon en mooi, en het eten is erg lekker. Het hotel ligt ook op loopafstand van het strand, wat erg fijn is. Alles was gewoon goed! We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf.

This is the 3rd time l have stayed in this wonderful hotel. I really cannot fault it. The staff are always polite and friendly. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The food is amazing. The location is just perfect just off the main strip and 5 minutes walk to the beach(it’s pebbly so bring water shoes). The prices for drinks/snacks/meals are reasonable and you can just charge it yourself your room and pay when you check out.

I really struggled to find anything negative to say but l think extra coffee pods in the hotel room would benefit guests as often my husband and l only had one pod between us and the pool towels were a bit on the thin side but that didn’t matter all that much as we brought our own towels from home.

a nice place where I returned with pleasure, but unfortunately something is not as it used to be! from a quiet and bohemian atmosphere it became a little tiring and noisy. local tourists don't really have the sense not to disturb the one next to you! when you see them jumping into the pool like a torpedo, splashing everything around (although there is a rule not to jump into the pool), when you see parents putting their babies in diapers with everything in the pool or jacuzzi (and you don't know how clean they are) all the relaxation is gone. the jacuzzi has become a pool for children up to 1 year old. the staff's attention is obviously focused on the locals and less on foreign tourists! at the restaurant we were actually argued when we explained that they had ordered the wrong food and brought something completely different. the water bottles for the room were brought when they remembered although they had to be left daily. Although the place has been modernized, unfortunately the quality of service tends to decrease... and the short young man at the restaurant is far from what Turkish hospitality means, unfortunately! And in rooms you should put some hangers!

The location was great, a short walk to the beach, main strip and some great restaurants (Orange restaurant was wonderful!) The manager was lovely, offered us breakfast and to chill by the pool while we waited for our room to be ready . He also helped to hustle our very late transport driver on our checkout day. The mountain views from the pool area were incredible!

The shower in our bathroom spilled out of the recess, creating huge pools of water that the bathmat didn’t stands chance to soak up.

Everything is amazing! Couldn’t speak highly enough of the hotel and the staff. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms tidied everyday and given fresh towels and water. Decor is stunning. Pool was great. Breakfast was yummy, option to get fresh cooked eggs to your liking daily (omelette, poached, fried). Short walk to the beach and Main Street. Definitely recommend Unsal Hotel!

Unsale Hotel — это любовь с первого взгляда и место, в которое хочется возвращаться снова и снова. Огромное спасибо за незабываемую сказку!

Освещение в номере тускловатое, но для того, чтобы подготовиться ко сну, вполне достаточно. Ближе к вечеру немного шумно. Но это не так критично.

Heel fijn hotel! Locatie is perfect. Gelijk om de hoek van de bekende straat van oludeniz. Het strand is op loopafstand. Kom je met de auto, dan wordt deze altijd geparkeerd als je zelf geen parkeerplek kan vinden. Schoonmaak is top. De kamers ruiken altijd schoon en geven een warm gevoel. Wat ook fijn is. Er is een scherm bij het raam om muggen buiten te houden. Geen minpunten voor mij ☺️

Locatie is echt top. Wij hadden een kamer met jacuzzi alles was schoon en comfortabele bedden!

Tegenover het hotel is een bar gevestigd en elke avond hadden we last van het geluid. Het hotel zelf straalt rust uit maar je stoort je enorm aan het geluid. Even genieten op het balkon zit er niet in. Kamers zijn ook donker, er mag meer licht in de kamers komen plus een grote spiegel.

Personnel très attentif : la jeune fille a la réception dont le nom est trop compliqué pour moi, nous a trouvé un emplacement de parking devant l’hôtel , alors que cela nous paraissait un challenge . Elle nous a également attribué une chambre à l’étage supérieur à ma demande .Chambre avec jacuzzi superbe et spacieuse, avec vue mer et piscine. Piscine super sympa . Restauration : Pdj et dîner super . Un hôtelier qui connaît son métier : savoir faire en sorte que chacun se sente comme chez soi, voire mieux ( il n’y a pas le soleil et la mer a Paris ) . En revanche nous sommes restés 3 nuits sur l’hôtel, car le site et la plage d’Oludeniz est largement surcotee

Потрясающий отель! Очень эстетичный, как с картинки, хочется фотографировать каждый уголок. Светлые и просторные номера, очень удобные матрасы и подушки. Хороший напор в душе. При отеле отличный ресторан, где сервируют завтраки, так же вы можете пообедать и поужинать. Персонал всегда готов помочь. Обязательно вернемся.

Das Hotel war einfach perfekt: tolle Lage - nahe zum Strand und direkt neben der Markt/Einkaufsstrasse mit Bars und Restaurants. Dennoch hatte man tagsüber, am Pool zB das Gefühl, auf dem Land zu sein; es war angenehm ruhig und nie zu voll. Abends hört man zwar Musik etc., aber das tut man überall in Ölüdeniz und es hat uns auch nicht gestört. Extrem nette und hilfsbereite Hotelmitarbeiter. Gutes Frühstück. Klasse Restaurant gemütlich und lecker. Ein Hotel, in dem man sich rundum wohl fühlt (samt gut riechender Bettwäsche und Handtüchern)

I honestly don’t understand how this hotel gets a 9.5 rating on booking.com. Overall, our experience at Unsal Hotel was not good. We booked a garden view room, which turned out to be the first room downstairs, right next to the pool and hotel bar. The bar played music until midnight even though they had no customers, making it impossible to have a quiet rest. The only two positives were: location is great, just a short walk to the beach. The pool is beautiful, looks clean, and is a nice place to sunbathe.

The room facilities were disappointing. The blanket was rough like a scouring pad, and when we asked for an extra one, the front desk gave us something that felt more like a bath towel. The shower gel and shampoo were watered down, and the hairdryer stopped working midway. When we reported it, a staff member came with tools after 30 minutes, but there was no spare hairdryer available. Housekeeping was also inconvenient. During our 5-night stay, they came at random times (9:45 am, 11:00 am, and 1:15 pm) and spoke no English, only saying “no English.” If we couldn’t let them clean right away, they simply didn’t return that day, which meant we often had to wait for them before continuing our activities. Шеф повар очень грубый негегиеничный и непрофисинальный

Biz tatilimizi kız kıza yaptık.Otel ve oda gayet temizdi.Otel küçük ama çok yeterliydi.Kafa dinlemek için çok uygundu.Kahvaltıda yeterli ürün vardı belki sıcaklar biraz çeşitlendirilebilir.Çıkış yaptığımız gün bavullarımızı akşama kadar emanet edebilme kolaylığı sağladılar.Biz çok memnun kaldık.Sadece kadın gözüyle bakarsak hazırlanabilmek adına odalarda biraz daha aydınlatma arttırılmalı diye düşünüyorum o kadar

Het viel me vooral op hoe schoon alles was. Het personeel was erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk vooral meneer Suleyman. Het eten was lekker en de service was goed en snel. Ik zou zeker weer terugkomen naar dit hotel.
