Розташування готелю дуже зручне. На головній центральній вулиці, але вище від усіх громких барів, тому вночі більш менш тихо. До моря, центрального пляжу, 7 хвилин. Поруч супермаркети, і купа сувенірних магазинів. Сніданки в готелі дуже смачні, різноманітні, на любий смак. Кава не смачна, як і у всій Туреччині взагалі)). У нас був номер на 1 поверсі, з прекрасним видом на гори з нашого балкончику. Є басейн, є лаунж зона. В нас даже в номері був wifi. Прибирання, в принципі норм, ми пару разів взагалі не відкривали двері)) Бо приходила жіночка, як раз в обід, коли ми пряталися від сонечка. Рушники міняли, сміття забирали. Один раз ввечеряли в нашому готелі. Смачна їжа, класна подача, +- ціни, як і в інших закладах на центральній вулиці. Доволі привітний персонал. Холодильник є. Вода платно. Ванна кімната невелика, але все зручне. Номер також невеликий, але в принципі, ми приїхала відпочивати на морі, і в номері тільки спали

В останні пару днів, щось трапилося з wifi, чомусь він вилетів, і в останній вечір, нам не дали пароль, сказали, проблеми😁 хоча у нас оплачено було до ранку наступного дня, але ми виїзжали раніше вночі.

Hele slechte internet. Overal katten die op je terras komen vies. Prive parking zeer slecht geregeld. Tegen mij zeiden ze eerst ja beide is ons parking waarna ik dag daarna uit wou en niet kon vanwege dat iemand anders buiten t hotel gasten had geparkeerd.

Personal war unfreundlich. Wir haben ein Zimmer gehabt mit Whirlpool aber es war dreckig leider konnten wir es nicht benutzen.

Bölgedeki butik oteller içerisinde en iyi olanlarından biri bence havuzu çok yeterli ve görüntü olarak çok hoş görünüyor peyzajı düzgün kahvaltısı beklediğimden çok daha iyi çıktı beş yıldızlı otel konforunda konumu zaten çarşının içerisinde yürüyerek sahile gidebiliyorsun araba park yeri mevcut belirli bir sınırda da olsa

Otel konseptinden ziyade apart konsepti gibi binalar var yan yana ve yan yana odalar mevcut buralara yürümek merdivenlerden çıkmak asansörünün olmaması bunlar belli bir süreden sonra insanı yoruyor temizlik konusunda da kötü diyemem ama çok çok da iyi diyemem örneğin havlular her gün yenilenmiyor temizliğe geldiklerinde lavaboyu temizlemiyorlar veya balkondaki çöpleri kaldırmıyorlar ama yine de çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve iyiydi otel içi çok pis değildi odalar pis değildi tek kişilik yataklar biraz küçük belki bana da öyle gelmiş olabilir ama odalar yeterli büyüklükte balkonu var o konuda iyi

We've stayed at this hotel 5 times and have enjoyed it each and every time.

Breakfast is basic.

It was a nice hotel. The food was okay but not amazing. The beds were hard and there was only 1 pillow each which was really hard and puffy. The blankets were also too small.

First of all, the breakfast was amazing. There were plenty of options and different kind of food daily. And staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. Also the food in the hotel’s restaurant was excellent. We booked as only breakfast included but we had our dinner in this restaurant almost every night.

We booked two standard rooms as two couples. However, they said that they had to change our room types to be closer to each other but while one of the room was with jacuzzi and design of the room was very modern, the other one was very old and had tiny bathroom. We struggled while showering. And when we were checking in, we said we want to have a look the rooms first then if we don’t like it we can change, they said it is not possible because they don’t have available standard rooms. So we stayed in the old room. Also the room was very dark.

1️⃣wifi极差，非常差，这个时代没见过wifi这么差的酒店 2️⃣购买了酒店早餐，迟到了一会，告知要吃饭需要额外付费，办理入住的时候也没有强调早餐时间和规则呀？白损失了两个人的早餐费用 3️⃣酒店的浴缸非常脏

Good location, nice pool and garden, breakfast was also good. The staff was friendly.

I was bitten by bed bugs, it was disgusting. On my second night in the hotel I mentioned some bites but thought it was a mosquito, but on the third night all my body was cowered by small bites. Also, no wifi in the rooms, we stayed in the main building, second floor and had to go downstairs to the lobby to connect. The year is 2026 would be nice to have access to the wifi in the hotel room.

Great location and really nice staff, especially at the restaurant. They kindly gave us a late checkout, which was much appreciated. The room was cute and had a lovely view.

The only downside was that the Wi-Fi didn’t work in the room.

O ar condicionado não funcionava muito bem. Além disso, não era possível deixar ligado quando saiamos do quarto. O quarto era muito quente e demorava muito a arrefecer. Outra coisa má era o WiFi, não conseguia aceder a partir do quarto

Der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr lieb und freundlich.

Frühstück war horror. Die haben sachen von gestern hingestellt - nix hat geschmeckt. Alles war total ekelhaft - ich musste danach von draussen was zum essen holen

Ils nous ont donné une chambre qui ne ressemble pas à celle qu on a choisi et lorsque nois avons demandé de nous la changé ,le gérant nous a parlé avec impolitesse et il nous a demandé soit de la prendre soit annuler le sejour ,un gérant qui n ecoute pas les gens qui parle d une maniere autoritaire ,trés mauvaise experience dans cet hotel. On a contacter le service client de bookong qui pnt parler avec l etablissement et il nous a donné une autre chanbre plus en mois propre mais on était fatiguer on voulez pas allez jusqu au bout et annuler Enfin je remercie l équipe booking pour leur soutien et appui

No internet at all. No Wi Fi no data. Evrn with a local Esim internet did not work in our room. I had som importaint calls to make so i was stressed out. I mean its 2026. Fix it or change description on Booning to "Internet works only in reception sone"

The stuff very friendly they let us to use the facilities next day its new hotel and the food is perfect with fair prices

Хотела е на много удобно място, на самата търговска уличка, а в същото време беше достатъчно изолиран за да получиш тишината от която се нуждаеш.. Храната на закуска беше обилна, разнообразна и вкусна. Басейна ми стана любим. Стаята се почистваше всеки ден. Не бих се поколебала да отседна отново тук.

Everything was great overall. The location was perfect, the breakfast was excellent, and the hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again.

Just a couple of minor things. The cleanliness could be slightly improved, and the lighting in the room was a little insufficient. One of the lights near the entrance wasn’t working. Nothing major though, and it didn’t really affect our overall experience.

the room looked was older than in the pictures, it was incredibly humid and smelled of damp. everything was outdated or almost broken, especially in the bathroom which looked like a public bathroom

Заехали ночью, заселили в этаж на уровне земли. Номер вообще не как на фото. Утром после беседы с менеджером переселили на второй этаж, во что-то гораздо более приличное. В целом нормальный отель, учитывая соотношение цена-качество, которое сейчас наблюдается в Турции(( До моря 10 минут, самая оживленная улица с ресторанами и барами прямо за дверью отеля. Завтраки достаточно разнообразные. Номер убирают и меняют полотенца каждый день.

Если селят в подвал, идите разговаривать с менеджером. Такое ощущение, что делают это на прокатит-не прокатит.

The rooms are smaller than usual and some of them are wedged into the back of the site where you cannot get a signal on your phone and the Wi-Fi doesn’t reach

Karbel Sun Hotel’de harika bir tatil geçirdik! Otelin konumu gerçekten çok güzel ve Ölüdeniz’i keşfetmek için mükemmel. Otel çok temiz ve hijyen konusunda gerçekten çok başarılı. Ancak en çok personelden memnun kaldık. Herkes çok güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Kendimizi çok rahat ve iyi hissettik. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz ve tekrar gelmeyi çok isteriz! 🥰

Great location. Polite and very helpful staff. Super clean rooms (Superior - rooms 206 and 210) with a garden view. Lovely food in the restaurant. Full buffet breakfast with a good choice of food.

Le personnel ayant nettoyé la chambre a essayé d’ouvrir le cadenas d’une de mes valises (numéro changé). La cabine de douche qui est extrêmement petite. La chambre est assez vieille.

Lovely pool and Mountain View. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choice. Room was large. Right on the strip without feeling like it was.

No onsite parking to speak of, street parking busy and difficult to find a spot. Air con was noisy at times and woke us up.

La ubicación excelente, estabamos a 10 minutos caminando de la playa, al rededor estaba lleno de lugares para comer, supermercados y farmacias, las habitaciones muy comodas con todo lo necesario. El desayuno espectacular, una gran variedad de cosas, sin duda mi momento favorito del dia era desayunar!! el personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La piscina limpia y con toallas disponibles para usar, muy agradable pasar la tarde ahí

Le cadre avec la piscine ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Le personnel était hyper sympas et au petit soin. De plus, hyper bien placé pour la ville, la mer et les transports pour le centre de Fetiye.

Le lit qui était pas des plus agréable, la douche à la limite du fonctionnel et aussi on entend tous les bruits.

We were allocated a room at the top and back of the hotel, overlooking the staff working area.

Официанты дружелюбные, еда вкусная, расположение отличное, рядом есть все! Аптеки , магазины всяческие с одеждой, правда все паль 😄, не возможно купить что-то не «брендовое»! Напротив отеля отличные русские ребята у которых брали все экскурсии.

Мы забронировали большой номер на 30м, заплатили дороже, чтоб жить в просторном номере, а по итогу дали очень маленькую комнату, меньше чем у наших друзей, у которых была Стандартная! Объяснять не кому! Тебя просто дурят, говорят что это большой номер на 30 м , хотя там и 20 не было 🤣, предлагали только за доплату в 70% поменять на более улучшеный , хотя вот вот говорили что больше нет свободных номеров, якобы все заполнено. Впечатление об отеле испортилось именно от такого подхода! Уборка сквозь пальцы, каждый день меняли полотенца, и на том спасибо!

Hotel muito bonito. Piscina espectacular. Pequeno-almoço espetacular! Muita oferta :))) Foi muito muito bom! Quarto ficamos num dos antigos, mas tudo okay. Localização é boa! Nós especialmente não sabíamos que era a "Rua da Oura" e não gostamos, mas é gosto pessoal. Muito perto da lagoa e é espetacular para fazer a pé.

Excellent hotel in a great location just top of the strip. Road out front you can catch the bus to Faralya and exit to side straight onto the strip but quieter end so Not noisy at all. Staff polite friendly and helpful. Pool area beautiful. Breakfast delicious with a great choice and nice and fresh, my kids loved it. Room spotless. Would stay again and would recommend

The staff are amazing, so friendly we had such a laugh with them. The hotel is in a perfect location, the food was lovely and the drinks are nice too.

The breakfast isn’t what we expected, it’s mostly continental but there is an option to buy a full English which was nice, and reasonably priced

The only problem I had was WiFi signal was leaving the room but cheap eSIM options made that easy to deal with

It was near to all the attractions. And there’s a nice restaurant also. Staff were really friendly helping with everything that we needed. Walking distance to oludeniz beach.

The room was very nice and clean. Also, the view from the balcony was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious, the chef who was cooking omelette and pancakes for us was a great surprise. Everything was perfect for me. I will definitely come again.

Были неделю в конце октября, поэтому надо учесть, что народу почти не было, у бассейна была тишина и в номере было относительно тихо, т.к. окна выходили на бассейн. Наверное в этом же номере в сезон может быть шумно. Красивая зеленая территория, у бассейна красивое оформление, в номерах притяный стильный ремонт. В отеле чисто, убирались каждый день и даже тогда, когда просили не убираться выносили мусор и давали чистые полотенца. Важно заметить, что ваш отдых зависит исключительно от того повезет вам куда выходят окна или нет. Были номера с окнами на соседней отель, где у вас вместо шикарного вида на горы или море будет соседняя стена отеля и дополнительно сильный шум весь день от кухонной вытяжки. Поэтому не стесняйтесь просить другой номер, особенно, если вас заселят в полуподвал. Кажется у нас был номер "улучшенный", отличный матрас и большая кровать, есть чашки и чайник. Очень вкусные завтраки, все есть, чтоб плотно поесть, на полдня точно хватит, твердая 4ка. Очень удобная кровать и матрас! Соседей из номеров было не слышно, возможно потому что вытяжка возле бассейна заглушала все. Дорога до пляжа 10мин., но общий пляж грязноват, все в окурках( лучше уходить подальше.

Самая неожиданная загвоздка- это отсутствие wi-fi в номере, если вам нужно будет поработать, то придется сидеть на балконе или ресепшене, казалось бы 21 век и везде с этим проблем быть не должно, и когда платишь такие деньги ожидаешь, что уж что-что, а с инетом должно быть все отлично. Мы так и не поняли, кто был главным администратором в отеле, был очень любезный молодой человек в очках, который нас выручал и на этом все( у нас была проблема с котятами, кошка принесла котят и они много ночей подряд мяукали, потому что она их забросила в балкончик в полуподвал, в общем пока мы уже сами не занялись их спасением никто не реагировал. Еще надо понимать, что отель расположен на оживленной улице и если вокруг музыка, караоке, бары, то это все слышно до двух часов ночи иногда, т.е. если вам принципиальна тишина и вы не можете спать в берушах, то это не тот вариант! Почему-то нет нормальных одеял, шерсятные пледы вставлены в пододеяльник. Темно в номере вечером и лампочки разные, но когда приходишь только, чтоб спать, на эти вещи уже не обращаешь внимания. Душ иногда переключался на кран, но мы так и не успели об этом сказать, возможно нас переселили в другой номер. При отеле есть рестик, но нам там подали чай в разбитых чашках почему-то и мы больше не стали там ужинать, рядом есть и другие вкусные местаи за меньшую цену.

There is no internet connection in the room whatsoever and we had to go out to the room just to connect at the lowest quality. We had 2 rooms and the same situation for both.

Everything! The washroom smelled really bad for the entire 3 day stay. The rooms were not clean at all. The bath area is too small to even stand properly. And the most shocking and worst part, there’s no WiFi in any of the rooms. The cherry on top was that when I complained to the receptionist, he was like may be you are having a bad experience but all our other customers don’t complain at all. Les chambres étaient petites et vétustes, la climatisation ne marchait pas. Ils nous ont changé de chambre la chambre était encore plus petite et ça puait l’humidité. Le petit déjeuner n’était pas bon, le personnel à la réception était pas du tout arrangeant. Le ménage dans les chambres n’était pas bien fait

They tried to scam us with the room we paid for, and judging by past reviews, this isn’t the first time they’ve done it. The room we had booked was already occupied, and instead, they stuck us in a basement room with a horrible smell that wouldn’t go away. It was hard to even breathe inside. The AC didn't work properly. On the first day, the staff didn’t help at all. The guy just kept insisting the basement room was “better” according to his system, even after I showed him the photo of what we had actually booked and what we got. Only the next day did they finally change our room. We basically lost almost two days because of this. They completely ruined the mood, instead of relaxing, we had to fight for the room we had already paid for. And not a single “Sorry, we made a mistake.” I do not recommend that hotel if you are not ready to fight for what you paid.

I would stay here again. Close to all the action. You are literally on the strip. Walkable distance beach which was lovely. Enjoyed breakfast every day.

Вай фая нет в номерах , нет зубных принадлежностей, фен не работал. Подушки уже отжили свое , были тонкие. Перед выездом ко мне зашел приятель чтобы помочь с чемоданом так сразу прибежали его выгонять хотя я специально оставила дверь открытой.

Bela estrutura em geral, limpeza, simpatia de boa parte do staff, localização agradável, piscina, possibilidade de trocar moeda no local e café da manhã.

Nosso quarto ficava de frente para uma rua onde passam carros o tempo todo e mesmo a noite toda. Nenhum isolamento acústico e foi muito ruim para dormir. Esperávamos um quarto calmo sem barulho e fomos hospedados no pior lado imagino. Essa foi a surpresa da viagem. Esses quartos deveriam ter um melhor isolamento acústico na porta de entrada ao menos. Não gostamos muito do colchão e do travesseiro (muito duros) e passamos frio algumas das noites, mesmo com uma coberta leve deixada pelo hotel A hidráulica do banheiro é a rever, falta manutenção preventiva, com a descarga vazando água e mal cheiro retornando as vezes do cano. E falta ventilação para o banheiro. A piscina poderia ser aquecida, o que ajudaria o hotel inclusive a ter mais gente utilizando a área e aproveitando para consumir mais coisas do bar/restaurante. Poderia mesmo ser um diferencial para o hotel. O fato de ter um restaurante no hotel é legal, mas a iluminação e a decoração talvez não sejam tao convidativas para estimular as pessoas a jantarem ou almoçarem por lá. De qualquer forma ele é agradável e bem organizado pelo staff. Boa parte do staff é simpática e outros restam sérios, mas educados.

La habitación era muy muy pequeña!!! No se podía ni caminar en ella. Cuando escogí la habitación en Booking, en la foto había un sillón y en la habitación que me dieron había era una silla, porque no cabía más nada !! La mesita de noche, sólo había de un lado, del otro no.. Sentí q me dieron una habitación que utiliza el mismo personal de ellos y no una de huéspedes!!
