Was greeted very kindly room is big

First looks clean But the bathroom was smelly and couldn’t shower. It would splashed everywhere and made it all wet Bed was abit smelly the side seat smelled like someone has pee on it very strong toilet pee smell

De badkamer werd heel erg nat als je ging douchen. De hele vloer, zelfs bij de wc.

Motionscenter var ikke for dem som var på hotellet. Det var et godt motion center, men det var fyldt fra morgenstunden til man går i seng, så man kunne ikke bruge det som gæst på hotellet.

Great location , vip room was large , grand and luxurious

Nước chảy lênh láng , vòi kho sử dung. Ăn sáng không tươm tất, 8:00 am hết đồ ăn mà không sắp xếp lại không bổ sung. Tôi ở đây 3 đêm mùng 2-3-4 mà xong 2 đêm mới dọn phòng

Хорошее расположение. Быстрый вайфай но только на ресепшене. В номере он был в 20 раз медленнее. Удобный матрас. Хороший спорт зал. Заселили в 7 утра за пол цены номера.

Отель на 4 звезды не тянет. Номер был уставший, чиненый тяп ляп. Не такой красивый как на фото. Никакого декора на стенах, более того кровать была выдвинута на пол метра от стены из за какой то колонны(угловой номер). Дотянутся до выключателей с кровати невозможно. Мебель побитая. В шкафу на дверцах детские рисунки карандашом. Плохая звукоизоляция окон. Нету душа, только ванна в которой надо стоять и держать лейку душа в руке. Завтрак довольно однообразный и своеобразный.

The breakfast at the 5th floor is excellent with a variety of food.

There are no air conditioners in the guest rooms. 2 fans were provided to my room, 309. But this is not enough! When I opened the room door, I could feel the heat of the room and I find it uncomfortable!

객실에서 냄새가 많이 났습니다. 청소 상태는 좋았으나, 화장실에서 냄새가 많이 났습니다.

WIFIはびしびし。朝食も種類豊富。暖かいお湯も出る。エアコンは無いが、涼しいので不要。近くにレストラン、ランドリーなど必要なお店は色々あり。

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable—and we were pleasantly surprised by the lovely bath, which was a great added touch. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and they kindly held onto our luggage for the day after check-out, which we really appreciated. Overall, a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay again.

More pastry options could be offered at breakfast.

We stayed at a 2 beds room, the bathroom designed was not good idea. The bath tub was stuck once, it was also leaking. You can’t use tue stand shower because water would be all over the bathroom since the design was open and there is nothing to separate the water. The stand shower was just for shown, you have to stand shower in the bathtub and had to be careful NOT to splash water out which is impossible. My kid fell twice because of the splash water after bath

Breakfast was fine but they don't replace some stuff when it was finished. Location was not that great as we need to walk quite a distance to Dalat Centre when there are many hotels around Dalat Centre.

We need to bath at the bathtub which was pretty high and there was no security bar to hold. There was no rubber mat for us when we asked for one at the reception. It is not safe for old people or anyone and there isn't shower curtain and the floor area gets wet after bathing. The rooms we get were facing the main road and was noisy till midnight and early morning when cars start moving.

Toilet seat not appropriate, didn’t fit properly, lid kept hitting you in the back every time you sat down. Noisy people in adjoining room, should of had a separate room.

The Hotel just ok . I would rate 3 stars .

The western hill hotel in De Lat was a poor experience. Although the rooms were amazing , the air conditioning was turned off being off season. The food in the restaurant was disgusting. The breakfast buffet was below average with cold tea and coffee, cold soup and tasteless meals. Front counter staff were less than helpful. We ordered ice for drinks to the room and they never arrived.

Convenient location. The room is large and clean. Good breakfast bar. Personnel is courteous and amicable.

Poor facilities. Lack many necessary items in room. Most necessary items for the room are not working properly. Shower is worst. Water spread out all the bathroom. Broken items in room.

You get what you pay for. The Hotel is in renovation, therefore the room rate heavely discounted. We arrived early and were able to leave the luggage there to discover the surrounding area. The room is also in need of renovation but was spacious and clean. Breakfast Buffet, served at the top floor, was enormous and superb.

After our return, we were told that an early check in would be possible for an extra charge. We declined and waited for another 30 minutes. Then we were told that the room was ready. Still grateful for that.

英語が話せるスタッフが少ない。

위치가 조금 애매합니다, 하지만 달랏시장하고 가까워서 그나마 좋았네요

Was a good 1 night stay. Close to all amenities and Dalat Markets is within 5 minutes walk. The only down side to the hotel is ironing clothes.. there is no iron at all, there is a ironing service which need to be booked in advance otherwise you are stuck.

Best experience I could of asked for. Soft beds. Lovely breakfast

Two rooms booked. Both had moldy washrooms with hairs. Both beds were rock hard. Everything in the hotel is in disrepair and decaying. Needs a major renovation. Buffet breakfast was sub par and over at 9 am. Not nearly up to the start rating that is claimed for this hotel.

This hotel was a stop over for many tour bus. The breakfast buffet staff seemed unfriendly, but the hotel receptionists great.
